. Another BoxFit session accomplished 🏆 with the awesome Amanda👊🏼💥 at @get_fit_with_intofitness . Scorpio♏️ Moons or days when there's a Moon🌙 contact to Pluto tend to rumble something deep in me🌋 . I have a Moon/Pluto contact in my natal chart, which (amongst other things) is indicative of my mum's bout with post-natal depression after my birth👶🏼 (totally not Mum's fault of course) ❤️ . As babies👶🏽, we tend to absorb our energetic environments like little sponges and so that Moon/Pluto also describes my own emotional intensity 😁 and on days like today there's a connection with something dark, depressive🌪 and angry (that belly-deep anger) that can be tricky to put a finger on👆🏼 or shake. . On such days, boxing is a perfect outlet 👌🏼 .
