Hello 👋

I'm still stuck in a binge-restrict cycle. I try to restrict as long as I can and try to do damage control when the urge to binge takes over.

I've tracked my calorie intake for 2 months and I average around 1475 kcal/day. My goal is to continue heavy restriction until I get to an average of 1000 kcal/day.

Currently I feel like the pendulum is swinging back to binge mode. Mainly due to me feeling like I have no value as a daughter, a student, a friend, a person. I reached a new low, but I know it's temporary. Things will get more stable and I'll be back to my restriction. In the meantime I'm trying to cope by learning how to purge, I'm still failing to make anything substantial come up though.

The need to lose weight becomes all the more vital to me. I'm depressed and I have low self-esteem, so even if I wanted to, I am unable to make any friends. I'm like a natural repellent. Other girls legit run away from me because I'm dealing with too much.

This is just a reminder as to why I'm doing this.

- have friends care about me

- teachers being more patient with me

- being perceived as quirky rather than creepy

- feeling like I deserve to study and work on my future

- becoming confident

- be happy

damn so my suspicions were right (ಠ⌣ಠ)...i was actually aware of this situation that took place in 2022 since i do follow miwauko and did follow 'peach partime'...
