replaying Mooncrash and I am just overcome with feelings regarding Vijay. His personal quest is a literal rollercoaster of emotions. Riley Yu being a total asshat to him on the worst day of his life (finding out his son has died). Getting his drunk mourning ass out of bed to do Riley's bidding ANYWAY. Finding out his trusted friend is a mole. Said friend poisoning him. At the end of the quest, I let her live because fuck it. Riley sucks. Everything sucks. I'm not killing my traitor friend. At the end of it, I suspect Vijay WOULD defect

maybe I’m too early in Mooncrash to know the full story, but I find it hard to believe that Alex would send the order to kill Riley after her data was uploaded. Ik the Yu family tends to be ruthless (e.i. William Yu including his own children in the order for Dahl to wipe out all of Talos’ staff) but I read Alex’s character as someone who cares about his family over all other people. The only reason I can see for him to willingly and knowingly include the order to execute Riley is if he believed it to be more merciful than leaving her trapped on Pytheas, but given what he does to Morgan in the basegame, I feel like Alex would have a hard time admitting that someone he loves is past saving

Mooncrash

Mooncrash is more a myth to the cats, a cat that could leap over a whole forest and went across the land scratching the rivers into its soil. She’s based off a bobcat and I think that works even more as this ancient deity sorta character. The biggest story about her is how she was the one to leap at the moon and from her heavy paws left dents in its surface. Her pelt was scattered with white stars from every victim she defeated and is remarked as a war deity.

I know I could’ve gone down the pale silver route but I wanted a more warm rugged pallete and I think her eyes really show her anger. :) I actually really love her

Nothing There breach/suppression except it's learned from the Mimics in Prey so it's basically playing Prop Hunt with the agents

(( I mean no offense to whoever it was they got to play Alex in Mooncrash, and I understand why they had to recast (apparently Benedict Wong was busy filming Avengers when it was in production) but Jesus Fucking Christ please stop making me listen to that blatant imposter. like if you knew you couldn't get the original VA back, why have him speak at all? just make all his messages in the form of text. worked just fine for Morgan. ))
