              A CELEBRATION OF NOUR !! — 🥳 AN EVENT

after spending a number of days trying to convince the malnati’s to let them have the ballroom, @alexanderbae​ and @ffsviolets​ were able to convince the managers to give them the room for a fabulous evening all in honor of their pal and roommate @ofnour​ !! it was his birthday, after all, and he deserved nothing but the best even if the surprise party held in his honor was going to be a few days late !! with some help from @venicxmedina​ with the fabulous decor, and fellow bandmate @ryderxmms​ with the music, the party is certainly going to be beautiful && one jamfest after another - perfect for dancing !! the royal purple and gold drapery, balloons, and lighting is only the beginning of the temporary update to the ballroom !! some of the decadencies included will be: the finest spread of middle eastern && indiancuisinee provided by malnati catering, fresh fruits from local markets ( oranges && tangerines included ), a sushi bar, and not to mention the most delicious matcha birthday cake for the special guest !! not only that, but ryder was able to get in contact with nour’s grandmother, and the boy did his very best to bake him some of his favorite childhood desserts including: omi ali ( an egyptian bread pudding ) and basbousa ( a coconut yogurt semolina cake ) !! everyone is invited to attend the birthday bash as we wish nour a happy 24th !! don’t forget - it’s a surprise - so be sure not to say a word until we’ve all yelled HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!

where: this event is going to be held on the dash !! no discord server will be used. post any open starters, text messages, snapchats, ect., in the starter tag ( malnatistarters ) !!

when: friday, march 27th. in rp time, the event will start at 8 pm. in real life time, you can feel free to post about the event at any time starting tonight, march 26th starting at 10:30 pm EST !!

ooc: even though this event is only one day in rp time, this event will last until sunday, march 30th. so feel free to start posting starters and outfits on thursday, march 26th, so you can really develop your threads and flesh them out !! the threads will end on sunday, march 30th. we’re hoping for everyone to use this event to deepen their plots and join everyone in celebrating nour’s birthday !!

also: despite everything going on in the world right now, we think that roleplay is the best way to escape from reality, so we’re going to play as if there are no threats happening right now && that everyone will be safe as they enjoy the day - including covid-19. 

etc: anything related to the event such as social media posts, ootd, playlists, moodboards can be posted !! if you want to further your plots and character development, this will be the time to do so !! also, you can either stop your current threads and continue after the event or you can try to tie in the event with your current threads. if anyone has any q’s, please direct them our way !! this will also be a good time to try to rack up some points if you’re looking for more !!
