Honestly , Sukuna DOES give creepy asshole uncle vibes too.

Not in a sexual way but in a “I know there’s something off about him but I don’t have evidence” way.

In a modern au setting I can see Yuji always hearing about his uncle who no one in the family likes or barely knows anything about. Sukuna never comes to family reunions, he never sends cards, he just kinda lurks in the family’s shadow.

He’s stupid rich but no one knows how he got that money; as no one knows what he does for a living.

The few times Yuji sees him he always gets bad vibes from him. Sukuna detests Yuji and his poor nephew has no idea why.

Then one day Yuji turns on the tv and Sukuna is on the news for having 200+ bodies in his backyard.

Just picture Sukuna and Uraume making fun of Yuji and then Kenjaku inserts himself in their conversation to mock gojo and his confession in jjk0 and how he used Gojo's love to seal him (mf thinks he's part of the group)

But he does NOT get the reaction he was expecting from Sukuna not only because he hates Kenjaku (he does) and not because he's jealous (he is) but because Gojo Satoru's love being ridiculed doesn't sit right with him for some reason...

what are the biggest differences in the ways you characterise kenny and suguru?

PLENTY . i think they’re very very different actually lol but since kenny does tend to take after his vessels there’s obviously some overlap (<- only really when it comes to cult!sugu). they’re both silly. they can both be pouty. kenny has some tendency to act motherly but i would not call them mother lmao it’s mostly remnants of kaori seeping through + they’re really not a caretaker type at all, if anything they’re more like a teacher. they have toxic father vibes however. suguru is far more of a caretaker and contrary to kenjaku he isn’t mean, not sadistic either. (at least never to you.) they’re both a little snobby and elitist and tbh it’s hard to tell who’s worse. kenjaku is more unpredictable than suguru, infinitely more morally corrupt, they have more worldly experiences and hobbies. also more of a will to live which dare i say it is their biggest difference — kenjaku wants to remain human and continue to live as one while suguru is sort of spiraling on the edge of godhood because life is so unbearable for him. kenjaku is, honestly, sillier.

more than anything (and this is sort of my baseline when it comes to characterizing them): suguru is warm while kenjaku is cold. suguru is sincere while kenjaku is detached. i need them both desperately
