just want to note that the crane center and buncke clinic do actually both offer urethral lengthening without vaginectomy, just with the understanding that you’re almost guaranteed to have urethral complications (usually urethrovaginal fistulas). but it’s very possible and I know people who have done it!

I love that trans men and transmascs have so many options for bottom surgery. Exactly one combination was right for me, but what I needed and what any other given guy needs might be very different, and it’s quite excellent that modern medicine can meet a wide variety of needs.
