Ooooh, I've been missing UX so much lately, seeing this request in the box immediately caught my eye and really got the gears turning! I know it's been a while for this one, so thank you for your patience. I hope you enjoy this little ficlet!

**Reunion in Another Life - Ventus x Reader**

For as long as you could remember, you’ve had such unusual dreams. Memories of a different time, you could almost believe, for how vivid they were: a distant town bathed in a morning glow, a fuzzy tabby cat with threaded eyes always following at your heels, and a boy with spiky blond hair and the sweetest smile.

It was the boy who lingered in your thoughts the most. He didn’t resemble anyone you knew, and you were certain that you had never met him before. You didn’t even know his name. But something about him was so innately familiar, enough to conjure a lightness in your chest every time you saw him in that far-away dream.

Though your time in those moments between sleep was always too brief, you could piece together a story. He was a constant companion of yours—the two of you had been inseparable from the moment you’d first arrived at the town. Often you’d both be accompanied by the bipedal tabby cats who frequently tagged along on your adventures, but just as many times it would be only you and him sneaking private moments together: wandering through the town side-by-side, or fighting yellow-eyed monsters, or sitting together atop the purple tile rooftops in the shadow of the clocktower.

That night’s dream was one of the latter. You could feel the cool early morning air against your skin, inhale the sweet smell of night flowers growing from the window plots above your head. It was just you and that boy climbing the vine-covered trellises to the top of the building, making your way out of the shadowy streets and into the pale light of dawn.

He was the first to reach the top. “Whew…” He braced his hands against his knees for just a moment as he caught his breath, but it wasn’t long before he turned to look over his shoulder as your hand finally grasped the purple tile rooftop. His bright blue eyes met yours as you looked up at him, and quickly he reached out, pulling you up with a gentle squeeze of your hand.

“Talk about a morning workout, right?” he said with a smile that soon turned a touch concerned. “You okay? That fence was kind of wobbly. You almost slipped back there.”

Your cheeks heated up as they always did when he looked at you like that. “Don’t worry, I’m fine,” you replied. “Thank you for waking up so early again to come with me here.”

His smile returned. “Of course! No way I’d miss this,” he said as the two of you turned to face the distant hills beyond the town.

You sat with him in comfortable silence on the rooftop for a while, watching the way the sky lightened and the clouds turned pink to banish the darkness of night. It wasn’t until the sun finally crested over the hills that you spoke again.

“Will we always be like this?” you asked. The cold morning air made you shiver, but as you leaned in against his shoulder and inhaled his comforting, brisk scent that was like the summer wind, you were filled with warmth. “Together?”

“Of course we will,” he said with sincerity, an innocent, earnest shine in his eyes. “And even if we’re ever separated, we’ll never be far apart.” He took your hand in his, letting your fingers intertwine with the gentlest pressure. “I’ll find you, always. I promise.”

And then as you always did, you woke up—his voice and that promise slipping away into the realm of sleep, leaving only an emptiness and ache in your heart.

Who are you? was the burning question that flitted through your mind as you stared at the bedroom ceiling, watching the morning’s rays creep in through the window like the sunlight that illuminated that town. You could see his face, hear his voice, almost feel his hand pressed against your own. But even when his name danced on the tip of your tongue, that hidden knowledge just as quickly faded away. Nothing, you thought with a sigh.

Well, there was no use getting worked up over it. It was just a dream, you reminded yourself, and not for the first time. No matter how often those dreams came, surely that boy was just a product of your overactive imagination. Nothing more than a wishful fantasy to keep your heart distracted and full until it was time to awaken.

You pulled yourself out of bed and forced yourself to move on with your day, blissfully unaware of what fate had in store.

The marketplace was bustling with activity as it always was in the early afternoon. Townsfolk wandered between the stalls to examine fresh produce, moogle-forged trinkets, and all manner of shiny goodies that were on display for anyone to purchase. Navigating through the crowd was a bit difficult, but you managed to go about your errands with a gradually increasing number of bags digging into your hands. By the time you added a fourth one, you decided to take a break and give your poor fingers some rest.

Slipping from the crowded marketplace stalls, you scanned your surroundings for an open bench or a table—somewhere you could sit. So busy were you, looking out past people’s shoulders and over scampering children’s heads, that you didn’t notice the diminutive creature wandering in your direction until you quite literally tripped over it.

“W-whoa!” a startled voice cried out at your knees. You could only gasp as you teetered off-balance, doing your best not to drop your bags while also trying desperately not to crush whatever it was that had been unfortunate enough to bump into you. Falling back, you hit the hard stone ground, the wind rushing out of your lungs and your bags collapsing in a disorganized heap all around you.

“Oh, no!” the startled voice exclaimed as something fuzzy and gray entered your field of vision. As you winced, bracing yourself up on your elbows and rubbing your head, you looked over at your apparent assailant—and blinked when a pair of blue threaded eyes met yours.

It was a tabby cat, soft and plush as a doll and standing on two feet, with a big round head and folded-over ears. A pink purse hung from its neck, jostling around as it frantically gave you a once over for any scrapes or bruises.

“Ahh, I’m sorry!” the cat said, pressing its paws to its muzzle. “I didn’t see you there… Are you hurt?”

Despite the cat’s concern and the dull pain that throbbed in your body from the fall, you could only stare in stunned silence at the creature standing before you. Images flashed through your mind, the ones that had filled your dreams—the same gray cat that had always been at your side, or at least one of the many you recalled from that town. A confused, disbelieving noise rumbled in your throat. “Y-you’re…” you started to say.

“Chirithy!” another voice, a boy’s familiar voice, cut through the chatter of the market, interrupting your thoughts. “Oh! Are you okay?”

You jerked your head up as someone came running over. The sunlight beaming down overhead turned the world around you blindingly bright, and you squinted at the silhouette that kneeled down over you.

You couldn’t believe your eyes.

He wasn’t exactly the same as in your dreams. His face was a little slimmer, a little older. His unruly blond spikes had grown out. But those blue eyes that stared at you, concerned and curious and bright, were just the same as they always were.

It was him. The boy from your dreams.

You’re… real?

By then, the crowd had parted around you, giving you and the tabby cat and the new arrival a wide berth. Maybe it was the way you were staring, wide-eyed and utterly speechless. The boy’s brows furrowed together and he reached out, bracing a hand against your shoulder to help you sit upright, a touch that sent a shiver down the length of your spine. “Hey, are you okay? Can you understand me?” he asked.

“Did you hit your head?” the little gray cat added.

You swallowed the lump in your throat, struggling to find your voice. When you couldn’t, you merely shook your head.

The boy gave a sigh of relief before his lips pulled into an all-too familiar grin. “That’s good,” he said, straightening up. He offered his hand to help you stand as well, but as you sat there and the two of you stared at each other, letting the seconds wear on, that smile of his began to change.

“Do I… know you?” he asked as he lowered his hand, confusion there in his eyes, but also something else—a lingering uncertainty, not-quite-recognition, that made your heart beat faster. “You seem… really familiar.”

“I don’t know,” you said. ��I think…”

Suddenly you were in a different time, a different place. The sky was dark and angry, filled with blackened clouds and the icy drum of rain on a dry and ravaged landscape. The sounds of battle echoed over the wasteland: metal clashing against metal, magic crackling through the air, and the panicked cries of the other children you had once called your friends.

You lay in the dirt on your back, facing the stormy sky as your breathing became more haggard, and your fingertips turned numb and cold. The darkness began to creep in at the edges of your vision, turning your eyelids heavy.

I can’t… I can’t let it end here. We’re supposed to be together, always.

Your body was getting weaker, but all you could think of was that day on the roof when the two of you sat side-by-side and he held his hand in yours. Your hand slowly closed as if he was there now within your grasp, like a lifeline to cling to.

You’ll find me, right? You promised.

“Ventus…?” you whispered, the name tumbling from your lips in the present as memories from a lifetime ago flooded through your head.

The boy’s eyes widened. He stared at you for a few long moments, searching your face. And then finally, after what seemed like an eternity, something sparked in his blue irises that made you hold your breath. The faintest inkling of recognition.

He smiled, gently this time, and once again held out his hand to you.

“Yeah, it’s me. It’s Ven.”

“Do you need to change your appearance for other worlds?”

Justin nodded, “Sometimes, I don’t have to for worlds that are somewhat aware of, or open to, other worlds, like Disney Castle. We might have to get clothes once in a while because of circumstance,” He shrugged, “Gil seems to be accepted most of the time and I don’t own a lot of clothes, so it’s alright.” The man paused, grimacing somewhat before continuing, “That or the magic changes us to fit the world, so far I have been turned into a rat, a lizard thing, a dog, and,” He paused, brow furrowed momentarily, “Actually I think that’s it for me so far. Gods know what other worlds there are,”

“I noticed some worlds will change me physically but not Justin,” Skye started, “I’ve been a mouse, a fish creature, a deer, and a bunny hybrid-- that last one was in a different holiday than what Justin picked so maybe that’s why,” He shrugged, rubbing the bandana on his wrist.

I love world change attires immensely and always have fun imagining what JustSkye could wear or be for different worlds! My friend, @ornamentelle surprised me with a drawing of Skye’s transformation when he visits Easter Town!!

Te sendo sincera acredito que nossos players estão precisando de um personagem com quê de antagonista, tipo puxado para um folgadinho, rude, preconceituoso ou aproveitador.

A respeito desse tipo de personagem temos duas dicas importantes:

Escreva seu muse com nuances. Nem todo mundo é só yin e nem todo mundo é só yang, equilíbrio é tudo para obter personagens mais reais, acessíveis e identificáveis. 

Não é porque o personagem tem caráter duvidoso ou é problemático que necessariamente ele precisa ser assim em todas as áreas da sua vida. Isso inclui a carreira. É bem comum ver potenciais antagonistas com trabalhos relacionados à ilegalidade bem potencializada, e não só no RP, como na mídia em geral. Muito disso é pela noção sistêmica que a gente têm que escolhas ruins significam alma ruim. Ao nos politizarmos entendemos que não é bem assim, não é?

Sendo assim, fica o alerta para esse texto que postamos hoje mesmo. Criminalidade de alto escalão não orna com a pacata ilha de Tsushima.

Hi hiiii! Ok so I have this fun idea. Well I think it's fun. But how about some headcanons about Reader working for the Moogles in Traverse Town?

Aww, this is a great idea! I absolutely adore Moogles. Thank you for sending this request in, it was super fun to brainstorm! I hope you enjoy!

**Working for the Traverse Town Moogles Headcanons**

-You first encounter the Moogles of the Synthesis Shop not long after your arrival to Traverse Town. While looking for available work, you’re directed to an odd little workshop located just above the First District Accessory Shop with only a simple “Good luck,” to give any indication of what awaits you. Not the most reassuring remark, but how bad can it be?

-You receive your answer the moment you arrive at the workshop when a loud bang shakes the ground beneath your feet. From within the building you can hear the muffled bickering of two high-pitched voices. (Maybe you should come back later, part of you wonders, but you already came all this way…)

-Inside, the cluttered workshop is filled with a pungent smoke that makes your eyes water. Two little winged creatures with red pompoms sprouting from their heads are deep in a heated argument in front of a crackling forge. (“I told you, kupo! TWO fire crystals! Just. TWO.”) Their argument is soon forgotten, however, when the two Moogles see you standing there. “Our new apprentice, kupo!” one of them says in excitement. “And they have thumbs!” the other adds.

-The Moogles are quick to put you to work, but it’s duties of little consequence at first. Sometimes it’s sending you to get them food from the café down the street or having you run deliveries to Squall—ahem, Leon—and his group. Other times they have you move around heavy boxes or transcribe notes as they discuss recipes. You ask for a chance to use the forge, but the Moogles are reluctant to let a newcomer handle such important equipment.

-After a week of asking for a chance to prove yourself, they eventually relent and allow you to work on an order. Your first job is simple, just setting magical crystals into a protective chain. It takes a few attempts and the metal gets a little scuffed in the process, but to your delight the Moogles deem it passable and put it on display to sell in the shop downstairs. Even they seem to be surprised at how well you did with your first creation!

-(A spiky-haired boy buys it the next day before leaving on a ship with a knight and a wizard to travel the worlds. Unbeknownst to you, it saves him during a particularly difficult fight against a massive Heartless.)

-After seeing your potential, the Moogles take a more active role in teaching you the skills of the craft. You’re still not allowed to touch the forge, but they have you put the finishing polish on various accessories and brew consumable medicines now that you’ve proven yourself a capable synthesis artist! (Sometimes it feels like you’re single-handedly keeping the Item Shop stocked with all the Potions and Ethers they have you make.)

-That spiky-haired boy and his companions visit the shop several times over the following months, turning in materials they’ve collected from their battles. They become familiar faces in the shop and often bring you the materials need for your orders. You listen to the stories of their adventure and the boy’s mysterious “Keyblade” while you work, and one day the weapon’s modular keychains sparks an idea.

-You work on the design in secret between all of your order fulfillments. After several weeks you eventually finish your recipe blueprint and show it to the Moogles. For once they fall quiet as they look over your diagrams and measurements and even notes on material procurement. You’re not sure what they’re thinking until they set your blueprint down.

-“A keychain packed with this much power? I’ve never seen anything like it, kupo,” they say before handing you a pair of protective goggles and heat-proof gloves and pointing to the forge. “Let’s see if you can bring it to life, kupo.”

-You spend hours toiling away in the workshop, using the materials you have on hand to build what you hope is an acceptable prototype. It’s only an example piece because such exotic materials are incredibly difficult to source and “Orichalcum doesn’t grow on trees, kupo!” But still you can’t waste this opportunity to use the synthesis forge.

-Despite your efforts though, the keychain doesn’t come out quite right. The substitute base metals warp under the immense power of the inserted gemstones, and the energy within can’t flow without the necessary Mystery Goo to channel the trinket’s magic. As you show your Moogle teachers the results of your effort and explain to them what went wrong, you can’t help but feel disappointed.

-But to your surprise the Moogles nod their heads in approval. This assignment was to test your skills in the art of synthesis, and they clearly see the potential in your drive and passion. The knowledge you show about the prototype’s weak points proves that you are a true synthesis expert. You are dubbed an honorary Moogle artisan with full access to the forge, and your winged teachers promise to help you perfect your Ultima Weapon recipe.

-(The next time that spiky-haired boy comes in, you make sure to give him a massive list of materials to gather.)

Puține sunt locurile unde am rămas fascinat de modul de preparare, aspect și gust al mâncărurilor pe care le-am degustat, dar Oxygen Restro, desi relativ nou deschis, excelează pe toate planurile.

Poftiți la masă – Oxygen Restro, Pasul Pângărați

Nici prin gând nu mi-ar fi trecut ca la o altitudine de 1256 de metri, în Pasul Pângărați, voi reveni cu plăcere atât pentru peisajul extraordinar cât și pentru profesionalismul și ospitalitatea celor de aici. Pentru mine, Oxygen Restro va rămâne în topul preferințelor atât timp cât se vor păstra preparatele, ospitalitatea și profesionalismul.

Aici am avut ocazia să degust un preparat delicious făcut de Andras Zsigmond, Chef Zsiga, preparat pe care voi încerca să-l detaliez cât se poate de clar în așa fel încât să obțineți, și voi, rezultate remarcabile în propria dumneavoastră bucătărie.

În cele ce urmează, vom vorbi despre Wrapp-ul Oxygen sau Wrapp-ul Mexican, Mexican pentru că, după gust se poate servi condimentat în așa fel încât doar cei rezistenți la picant îl vor putea servi. Personal, am preferat o variantă pentru un stomac mai sensibil, variantă pe care o voi detalia în cele de mai jos.

Foarte important pentru această rețetă este carnea. Se folosește carne de porc, preparată sous-vide sau pulled pork.

Sous-vide este un mod de preparare al cărnii care păstrează toată aroma și savoarea cărnii. Modul de preparare este relative simplu. Carnea de porc, de preferință de pe pulpa superioară, se trage în vid și apoi se lasă într-un recipient cu apă caldă până când capătă culoare sau devine foarte foarte moale. Acest mod de gătire păstrează toate aromele și sucurile gelatinoase asigurând astfel un plus de savoare produsului final. După ce se scoate din punga vidată, carnea se desface în fâșii cu furculița și apoi se pune în wrapp.

Pulled pork este un preparat specific Statelor Unite, mai precis pentru sudul Statelor Unite, și presupune două variante de gătire. Prima în variantă outdoor prin afumarea la foc mic, iar a doua, prin gătirea într-un vas slow coocking. Ambele variante converg către sfredelirea cărnii cu furculița și amestecarea acesteia cu un sos.

Cert este faptul că ambele variante dau o savoare desăvârșită produsului final, iar Chef Zsiga este un maestru în a condimenta și asezona aceste ingrediente.

Pentru pregătirea wrap-ului se face, mai întâi, un sos cu ardei copți, smântână, oregano, sare, piper, maioneză și foarte puțin ketchup (doar pentru culoare).

Lipia încălzită deasupra focului se unge uniform cu sosul de mai sus, apoi se pun roșii cherry, ceapă roșie tăiată peștișori și varză albă. Peste toate acestea se pune carnea puțin trasă la tigaie pentru a deveni crocantă. Peste carne se mai pune puțin sos, apoi se dă forma finală a preparatului după care se rade cașcaval deasupra. Se poate orna cu un sos negru și cu strugri albi și negri.

Pot spune doar că acest wrap specific Restaurantului Oxygen Restro are un gust desăvârșit, iar maniera de preparare este o artă pe care Chef Zsiga o stăpânește la perfecție.

I do want to clarify that we have no plans on bringing the blog back to a weekly schedule. Posts will still come out as we get to them. Ko-Fi commissions might come back eventually, but even those will be more lax than a promised week turn around.

Feel free to send in asks for them so you can get to know them better! I.e favorite characters, games, stuff like that.

Hello! Which characters are my favorites? I’m a huge Sora, Riku and Ansem SOD fan! (Huge KH1 fan overall) and I am excited to write for anyone who piques my interest or is put into a new situation! I like trying things out and this gives me the opportunity to see how to approach characters I haven’t written and get into their heads! - Mod Stranger!

Ooooh, I'd say my favorite characters are Sora, Riku, Aqua, and Namine! As for who I'm most excited to write for... I think, while I really like writing for the Destiny Trio, I'm also interested in learning how to write some of the other characters I don't have as much experience with! - Mod Orna

Ahhh what a great question! I’ve loved KH for so long and I’m so excited to be in this position! I’m a big fan of fanfics and fanart for KH in general, so I’m honored to be a part of this blog!
