Finally watched/listened to the full 4 hour call the Senate had with Rosa, and oh my God, that was NASTY

Here's my thoughts while I was watching it, with time stamps

I'm making this comment as I go through the video, so this is my thought process throughout the video

Before I start, my assumptions going in are that Rosa was a mod in Star Giant's server, was told about Nekopawn (How do you spell that?) grooming kids, but didn't do anything about it, including not telling Star Giant, so I'm hoping some evidence of Rosa being told and ignoring it is talked

Because, like Ziad is allowed to complain about others on his Twitter, she and others are also allowed to complain about him on Twitter. Or, were she and others making sock puppets to harass him?

It was so easy to be convinced and then convince myself that anything my "friends" did was fine, and if I had a problem with anything, I was just being overdramatic because "how dare I think these people can do bad things, they put up with me, so how can they be bad? I'm such a bad friend for questioning them." Look, I don't know if Rosa is anything like me when I was a kid and didn't know how to handle serious things (and I very much do agree she should have done something, ANYTHING, when people brought the grooming to her attention), but if Peaches' grooming can be used to explain why they invalidated another person's grooming story a few years back (see the Crystal Flame situation), I fail to see how being an easily manipulated person cannot also be used as an explanation (not an excuse, an EXPLANATION)

TL;DR I somehow came out of this call more confused about the Nekopawn situation than when I went in, and the stuff these people said was disgusting and nasty and I hope they're reflecting on their actions and apologize to Rosa. Lio may say he doesn't stand by this call because "it happened a year ago" but I don't believe him for a second. I JUST learned about this call 3 days ago, but I used to be subscribed and listened to Lio while drawing, and I haven't heard him address this in ANY of his videos EXCEPT for a small section in one of his latest video where all he really says is that he's working on a video (correct me if I'm wrong) and bitching about how people are JUST now getting mad about this call, when, IDK about anyone else, but, again I JUST learned about this call

I'm still planning on listening to what Lio says, but I think I'm going to struggle to believe anything he says

I hope Ponder eventually listened to the entire call and saw how they lied to her and twisted Rosa's words...

That Rosa Ramsey call pissed me TF off. I have never felt like throwing hands and I wasn't even an hour in. The worst part is that it is so vile and for what? It's not like Rosa was a admin or the co-creator of the server with stargiant, she was just a mild mod that, from what I recalled, didn't even have the option to ban or kick out people so there wasn't much she can do to make the situation any better plus we don't know the time of where she knew about it and didn't do anything. She could've not known about it until recently when stargiant got exposed. Even if she had the power to or knew this whole time and did nothing, we can't confirm that entirely because lio and peaches would rather bitch and yap about some dumb hypothetical question or degrade Rosa than actually doing something productive in this situation like idk, getting information about stargiant or nekopan from a third party perspective or simply listen to her and convince her to disassociate with people like stargiant for what she did and the harm that came through it. Seriously wtf was the point of making a 4 hour call when they could've just made it shorter and used that time to actually track down the case, making actual progress? This is why online vigilantes who focus on child predator hunting such as mamamax and lio convoy are untrustworthy for help because with their situations, it's so clear that they don't actually care about children or the abuse they faced, they rather make themselves look superior to others than actually do what their claiming. Don't even get me started on hopeless peaches, he was previously attacked/harassed in the acc before, they should know better about the mental health of others but instead, they just choose to be a bully, it's such a shame. Also I feel so bad for the victim as well because they were dragged into this and clearly needed to release their anger and instead of letting them be angry at stargiant or their groomer, nekopan, they instead let them take their anger out on a third party like Rosa. One who did the least harm out of the three. Istg thank god ponder standed up because I cannot stand lio's and peaches asses any longer. The egotism and ableism was reeking out of them both, it's nasty.

The Lio convoy and hopeless peaches situation is getting worse and worse due to leaked audios. Not only is Lio convoy and hopeless peaches are the culprit of many horrendous things, but members of "The Senate" as well. The only problem is how many members of "The Senate" are the culprits and who are the members of "The Senate".

The first leaked audio was one where "The Senate" (a group comprised of over 20+ commentary members, led and moderated by Lio convoy and hopeless peaches as second in command) verbally harass a 30-year-old autistic woman who cannot live on her own due to her disability and needed her mom as her caregiver. Lio convoy withheld information that she is autistic but is 30 years and lived with her mother. The call was made due to the woman being a mod for a discord group chat that had a grooming incident, and she doesn't do anything about it. She would constantly ignore it due to stress. Even though she is a mod, there is no proof of how much power she can have as a mod. If she did, she would need permission from the creator of the discord group to remove groomers from the chat. Lio convoy and his senate group never contacted the creator of the discord group about the situation, which makes the call even more meaningless. The group call comprised of all members of the senate screaming at the woman; that's right all 20+ members screaming at a 30-year-old autistic woman for 3+ hours. Loveless peaches make threats of calling her mom, Lovelycoyote (before being kicked by the senate due to his association with Hypnosappo) was calling her the r slur 12 twelve times, members like Misanthro/Zaid Magenta (that's right the pink pony that was also kicked from the senate) making insults of how she is 30-year-old who can't live on her own and lives with her mom (caregiver) and about her bodyweight, and Lio convoy constantly asking questions without giving her time to answer them. The call ended with her crying and leaving the chat. This caused Ponder Sprocket to come to chat and berate the whole senate, telling them what they did was fucked up. Lovelycoyote was ok with repeatedly calling her the r slur because it was funny (the fact Lio convoy was ok with this and didn't kick him out until the Hypnosappo incident is very concerning). Many members tried to justify to Ponder Sprocket of what they did wasn't that bad. Lio Convoy complain how Sprocket isn't directly talking to him about the problems with the chat since he is the creator and the controller of the senate. He even added in that if any members had problems with how the senate operations you should just tell him. HarleyTBS, one of the quiet members who did not participate the verbal abuse call, voiced his concerns about the mob mentality the senate has and if someone were to make a complain, then everyone would jump on them and call them a pedo sympathizer. (This is true because literally 20+ members yelled at a heavily disabled woman and called her pedo sympathizer for 3+ hours) Hopeless peaches stay quiet the whole beratement despite being the most vocal in the verbal harassment and was directly criticized by Ponder about them making threats of calling her mom.

The second leaked audio was leaked by Hopeless Peaches without the groomed victim's permission. Hopeless peaches try to make a google docs accusing him of the many wrongs he did and include the audio as an example. Hopeless peaches created the docs in hopes to push all hate towards Lio Convoy and avoid the hate pushed onto them despite contributing the many wrongs done by both of them. They added the leaked audio to show they are an unwilling complicit and would "defend the victim". The groomed victim is question was groomed by a guy who wanted to groom another minor, the victim gave information of the minor. But later on, she regrets it and told the Lio Convoy and the senate what she had done. In the past, Lio Convoy and his senate helped this groomed victim. However, in this call, he proceeds to scream and berate her for going back to her groomer despite all the help they did. Even though she was a minor at the time and her insecurities led her back to groomer. The victim had a condition where they cannot be yelled at or else it triggers her conditions, which gives her cardiac arrest like symptoms. The senate did care and yelled at her as much as they can. Lio Convoy screamed the loudest about how busy he is helping groomed victims and what she did jeopardizes it as all the time is wasted on this call instead of helping groomed victims. While being screamed at, the victim hoped not to be disappointed by Queen Serafina, a commentator who is another member of "The Senate" and friends with Lio Convoy and Hopeless peaches. (This is scary because anyone is part of the senate are also culprits, which makes me not trust anyone at all. It's also like nearly the entire commentary community is part of it.) Because the victim is a lesbian and her groomer is a man, Lio Convoy proceed to call her straight and not actually a lesbian for going back to her male groomer. He even said how the victim should know better now she is 18 despite just turning 18 a half a year old and was groomed at the age of 17. This was when Hopeless Peaches interjects and told Lio Convoy not to associate what had happened to her as a minor with what is happening now.

I'm a little surprised that people are just finding out about the beratement calls. I've watched some of the earlier streams from The Senate and they all pretty much do the same thing. They even call what they do "internet bloodsports" and tell people if they can't handle being yelled at and berated on the regular to not join. Hell I've had my own run-ins with Lio both over chat and in a private call.

I've always personally seen Lio as a stubborn fucking asshole, but some of this is shocking to see..

This is going to be the last post I make before completely discarding this account. I know I haven't been active since a good long while ago and that is cus I've moved to a more mature blog/blogs that fit my interests a bit more then this one. I only come back here to let the people who follow me and are mutuals with me that I will leave this blog unactive, for a few reasons. One of them is just that I'm not as connected to this blog as I use to be the other one is what I'll get into. This information is already on place like youtube and twitter, and somewhat on here. But regardless I still feel the need to talk about it. These are videos that should help explain why I'm not only leaveing hti s blog but also why I'll be taking a small step back from the undertale and undertale au community. [pt1, pt2] I am disgusted that this is a norm here. Because not only do the big top dogs do this kind of shit, but the smaller ones as well. And I won't blame the game or the aus for it, but please can this community get it's act together? There are too many grown adults going around here talking to CHILDREN in the most vile ways. I have been a mod in an utau server and had to deal with adults being disgusting towards me and my friends [all minors at the time]. Why is this so common and why is swept under the rug allowed to keep going? 1 person supposrting these ppl still, is too many, but 50-100+? 100 people who would rather children be prayed upon then even dare go a day without their percious au animations? And I can no longer comfortable saying that I'm apart of this fandom anymore. It sickens me to my core that there are still ppl defending and supporting, Camila, Nyx, Jaki. So I'm leaving this blog and taking a break from the fandom. If you are a minor in this fandom or any, and you see this, please stay safe. If an adult flirts or talks sexual to you, if you can, screenshot, record, tell another adult, report them, block them, get away from them. They are not your friend. They are an adult that does not need to be speaking that way to you. And if they try to guilt you, rather that be with getting their friends/followers to bully you or with taking ur own life, just get you evidence and don't bother contacting them anymore. There are adults and groups of people who can help you and support you and give you more saftey tips. One of those people being a youtuber by the name Lio convoy and the small group he works with. There are other groups like him that you can go to and they can help you file a report or at the very least, make sure that person isn't allowed to show their face on any platform. I feel now but heartache for the victims of this disgusting situation and wish them nothing but peace of mind and justice . And as harsh as it may sound, I hope that Veir, Artty-chan, Camile, Nyx, Jaki, and all the other scum who partook and/or kept quite about this rot and burn. This is absolutly disgusting and I hope that something like this dosen't happen again.

..por cierto..en esa carrera BEHOVIA_ SAN SEBASTIAN de nov 2002 o la última antes de correr la MARATON DE MAZATLAN tuve una estúpida caída al ir en la bajada a PASAJE DE SAN JUAN recortando en las CURVAS como una MOTO y pise fuera del ARCEN donde había miles de familiares de ETARRAS pidiendo que los PRESOS VOLVIERAN AL PAIS VASCO tras la dispersión que hizo malogrado Antonio ASUNCION=ASCENSION DE LA VIRGEN..amigo de mi padre desde que era DIRECTOR DE PRISIONES y luego el ministro del interior más breve de la democracia..al ASUMIR el robo de más de 6 millones de € por el director de la GUARDIA CIVIL Luis ROLDAN que dijo devolver a ASUNCION que a contiuacion monto unas PISCIFACTORIAS donde mi padre me ofreció trabajar explicándome que en su LONJA se llevaba el LOTE quien menos ofrecía para luego venderlas con ESTAFA al BANCO VALENCIA..y me quedaban como 9 KM para acabar con fuerte dolor en TOBILLO pues me salio un HUEVO y encima NO ESTABA donde habiamos acordado con mi BMW JUAN JOSE LASSO DE LA VEGA FERRER al estar SAN SEBASTIAN atascado pero tuve la SUERTE de que al devolver el CHIP DE TIEMPO al C.D.
