Rocky is a talking Garchomp who protects the system by helping them remember things. He also takes care of animal headmates, particularly vulnerable ones. He is calm and friendly and frequently checks in with the system's friends.

In addition to having a naturally better memory than other headmates, Rocky keeps extensive notes about things that have happened to the system or that they need to remember.
