Tumblr media
Understanding Commercial Property Insurance
Commercial property insurance is designed to protect businesses and their properties from financial losses due to damage or destruction. This type of insurance covers a range of risks, including fire, vandalism, theft, and natural disasters. For businesses in Dallas, where diverse weather conditions and urban challenges can pose risks, having a robust commercial property insurance policy is essential.
Key Benefits of Commercial Property Insurance:
Protection Against Property Damage: Whether it’s a retail store, office building, or industrial facility, commercial property insurance covers repair or replacement costs if your property is damaged by covered perils.
Business Interruption Coverage: If your business operations are halted due to damage to your property, this coverage can help compensate for lost income and additional expenses incurred during the downtime.
Liability Coverage: In addition to property damage, commercial property insurance often includes liability coverage. This protects your business if someone is injured on your property or if you’re held responsible for damage to third-party property.
Customizable Policies: Kang Group Services offers customizable insurance plans tailored to the specific needs of your business. This ensures that you get the coverage that fits your unique risk profile.
Home Insurance: A Shield for Your Residence
Home insurance is equally vital for protecting your personal residence. It provides coverage for a range of potential risks, including fire, theft, and natural disasters. For homeowners in Dallas, where extreme weather and occasional flooding can be a concern, having comprehensive home insurance is a must.
Key Benefits of Home Insurance:
Coverage for Property Damage: Home insurance covers the cost of repairing or rebuilding your home if it is damaged by covered events such as storms, fires, or vandalism.
Personal Property Protection: Your home insurance policy also covers the personal belongings inside your home, such as furniture, electronics, and clothing, against loss or damage.
Liability Protection: Similar to commercial insurance, home insurance often includes liability coverage. This protects you if someone is injured on your property or if you’re held liable for damages.
Additional Living Expenses: If your home becomes uninhabitable due to a covered event, home insurance can cover temporary living expenses, such as hotel stays and dining costs.
Why Choose Kang Group Services?
Kang Group Services stands out in the Dallas insurance market due to their commitment to providing comprehensive and personalized insurance solutions. Here’s why you should consider partnering with them for your commercial and home insurance needs:

Accepting Euthanasia for Your Dog
Tumblr media
Even though they may appear to be robust, dogs are actually highly susceptible animals due to the various diseases that they are susceptible to. Numerous dog diseases have the potential to cause the animal's death or, in the unlikely event that it survives, to negatively affect the dog for the rest of its life. Chemotherapy, for instance, can still be used to treat a cancer in your dog, but the treatment essentially robs the dog of all life and vitality. There are other illnesses that are still treatable but are causing your dog such excruciating suffering that it would seem preferable for him to pass away. Similar situations put your dog's comfort and pain, as well as its life, in your hands. Dog owners are suddenly forced to make the tough choice of euthanasia or putting a dog to sleep when their canines get ill with serious diseases.
When choosing euthanasia would be preferable
Euthanasia is not an option for some dog owners because they believe it would be cruel to kill a companion that has been devoted and loving for a long time. Pet Euthanasia Dallas, however, may be preferable in some circumstances. You are the only person who has a thorough understanding of your pet, so you are the only one who may be able to determine whether your dog is currently experiencing too much misery. Consider euthanasia as a last resort if your dog's quality of life has deteriorated to the point that even merely surviving is difficult due to frequent trips to the vet, uncomfortable medications, and difficulties getting up or moving around. If your pet is showing any of the following symptoms, euthanasia may be the best course of action. The ability to sleep, breathe easily, and move around painlessly should all be possible for your pet. Aside from these requirements, your pet should have regular bowel and urinary movements and be healthy enough to be interested in its surroundings. Don't think of euthanasia just yet if the illness isn't very bad or doesn't hurt that much. However, if your dog is in excruciating agony and the likelihood of saving it is already very slim despite the skyrocketing costs of medical care, you might wish to end the pain sooner rather than later.
How to Manage Post-Euthanasia Grief
In addition to the awful sense of losing a pet to a sickness that you could have prevented in the first place, the grief that follows a euthanasia operation may also be one that is accompanied by feelings of shame and remorse. Although the terms "putting a dog down" and "putting a dog to sleep," which imply that the procedure is painless, are also used to describe euthanasia, some dog owners feel guilty about hurting their animals. Providing a dignified burial location for your cherished pet is the greatest method to stabilise your emotions and get rid of the guilty feeling you may experience following a euthanasia operation. By properly burying your pet, you'll feel more satisfied that you gave it the respect that it deserves. Your cherished pet can either be burned and the ashes sent home with you, or you might choose to bury it in a casket at a cemetery. Take some time after the funeral to cry and grieve for your pet's passing.
Unfortunately, the lifespan of animals is shorter than that of humans, thus we may have several pets during our lifetimes. We might decide to end our lives more than once. Grieving for a lost pet is perfectly normal and something that the majority of us will eventually have to go through. We will always have a memory to make us smile forever because remembering is an important element of healing.

“ the hell are you doin’? ”
Dallas straddled the frame of your bedroom window, clearly not at all bothered by the look of shock that crossed your face - a look that was quickly followed by annoyance.
“yeah, yeah, don’t go all nuts on me, i know.” he added on, a clear roll to his eyes as he pulled himself the rest of the way through the window, careful not to hit his head on anything. he knew you hated whenever he snuck up on you through the window, but it’s not like he would ever use the front door. too much of a hassle, what with your parents and all.
“now what the hell were you doin’? i mean, y’know,” Dallas gestured vaguely to where you stood in front of your floor-length mirror, before making himself right at home. he flopped onto your bed, old dirty boots and all.
you stood there for a second or two, perhaps even longer, your eyes darting between your reflection and the shifty-eyed greaser that lounged carelessly on your neatly made bed. and it was your reflection that won.
big — it was the only word you could think of. too big, it seemed. your hips were too wide, and your stomach poked out too forward, and your shoulders were like one of them linebackers, and-
“doll?” Dallas tried for a moment, knowing how it bothered you, but now he was trying for some sort of reaction. his thick eyebrows furrowed, confused. and he didn’t particularly like the look you were givin’ your reflection, as if it had walked right out of that mirror and stepped on your foot.
“hey,” and he pushed himself up, now sitting on the edge of your bed rather than sprawled all over the nice clean sheets and duvet. “dollface, c’mere.” Dallas motioned, and the set of his jaw and the look in his eyes wasn’t a tender beg of sweetness - it was a command. because dally always got what he wanted, and what he wanted right now, was for you to walk your pretty lil’ face on over.
almost reluctantly, you did as he asked - i mean, who could deny Dally? - and you stepped over, finally turning your back to the mirror that you had spent the last half hour gazing into. Dallas stared up at you for a moment, and it was hard not to notice the shift of his eyes, the burning pits of dark blue following every turn and curve of your body.
“Dallas!” you yelped, surprised as he suddenly reached out for you. slim fingers dug into your side, almost like claws without the use of nails, but an equally as firm hold. he could never be super gentle, after all. he pulled you down before you could even begin to protest, right down into his lap, forcing you to straddle him against your own bed - his hands hungrily kneading at the thick, plumpness of your thighs.
“oh shut up, you know you’re the broad of all broads, so don’t you go forgettin’ it - ‘cause i don’t have any nice way of showin’ it.” Dallas cut you off, eager to get in his own two cents if he could. he had no problem of showing you that you were the most perfect gal a guy like him could ask for - it was just the talkin’ part that got him, at least, talkin’ without causing a few flushed faces and slaps to the back of the head.
but then again, Dallas would only ever let you slap him over the head and get away with it.
his fingers firmly prodded at your legs, looking up at you with equally as fiery eyes - a look that dared you to defy him. Dallas was not an emotional guy, not if he could help it. he was no perfect match, and often times he came across as horrifically selfish and arrogant. it came with the territory. but there was a certain difference in his expression, you weren’t quite sure what it was.
but you knew he loved you, even if Dallas Winston would never admit it. he just wasn’t the kind of guy who found it easy to tell you how pretty he thought you were, or how often he found himself staring at you (even if it was when your back was turned). you knew he loved you, and knew that he liked you just the way you were. you weren’t too big, or too wide, and you didn’t take up too much space - you were you, and that was more than enough for ol’ Dal.
you were his broad after all.

Ray of Sunshine (Rhett Abbott x Reader)
Tumblr media
Summary: Your littlest one is the brightest ray of sun
Notes: Part of “Tiny Angel”, some details have been added in but not included in the original
Tagging: @rhettabbotts Shelby, you mad genius, after that last fic I owe you this plus some smut later (lol).
Rhett couldn’t stop watching you leading the little ones through the grass and into the fields, the boys climbing and perching themselves on the fence to watch the cows and the horses grazing. The grass seemed greener than usual, but perhaps it was due to the warm, high noon sun hanging in the perfectly blue skies above.
Hannah, Tatum and Tanner, Kaya, Harvey and Franklin......Rhett didn’t want to imagine a single day without any of them, let alone you. Each one of them and you made your lives like a bright summer day that never ended.
When he looked down at the tiny form cradled against the bare skin of his chest, the tiny little head resting over his sternum and tucked away under the blue, white and pale bronze knit blanket, Rhett laughed a little bit. It wouldn’t be long before Dallas woke up and all too soon, fell back asleep. Rhett stood on the porch, never once tearing his gaze from you or the older kids as he held onto Dallas’s tiny little form, looking right down at him as his squeaks alerted his father to his awakening.
“You’re awake aren’t you?” he chuckled.
Dallas turned his tiny head in, drawing another laugh from Rhett. “You’re a troublemaker through and through buddy,” he said.
He heard the porch door closing behind him a minute later and out came Royal with his field bag slung over one shoulder and the keys to the truck in his hand. “Goin somewhere Dad?”
“Gotta head over to Nona and Russ’s for a couple of hours,” Royal answered. “Cow’s got a calf comin’ and Wes, Nora and the kids are elsewhere.”
Rhett bade his father farewell and watched as the truck pulled away, heading on the road that snaked over the hill to the home of their friends. A squeaky cry suddenly startled Rhett as he felt Dallas’s head turning in again.
“Shhhhh, buddy,” he cooed. “I’ve got you. You’re safe.”
There was no doubt Rhett would’ve done anything to protect the precious little baby in his arms. Of course he would’ve done the same for the older ones, yet Dallas had been different. Poor baby had been born frighteningly early, abandoned in a box outside the Amelia County Police Precinct and totally abandoned at the hospital where he had been brought by a patrol officer who turned out to be a grade school buddy of Rhett’s. The real shit-kicker had been when said buddy had arrested the horrible parents outside one of the mobile home parks where Royal’s sister lived with her family.
“You’ve been through alot huh?” Rhett murmured. “I know. Daddy’s been through alot too.”
He felt Dallas’s tiny little fingers curling against his skin, his little face scrunching up as he yawned. There was only one thing that could get him to go back to sleep at a time like this.
Rhett switched on the little speaker on the porch table next to the rocker before he lowered himself into the seat, pressing play on his phone and letting the music play as he calmly rocked the little one back to sleep.
“ You are my sunshine, my only sunshine You make me happy when skies are gray You'll never know dear, how much I love you Please don't take my sunshine away “
Rhett felt the tears beginning to well in his eyes as the song played from the speaker. Royal’s father, his Grandpa River, sounded almost exactly like Johnny Cash when he sang and even when he spoke. He had taught Rhett every song he knew and could pick a guitar like nobody’s business. Yet those days spent in the jungles during Vietnam had taken a terrible toll on Grandpa River. Rhett had wished now more than ever, that he was here to see his great grandkids.
He was broken from his trance when he heard your feet plodding up the steps, the skirts of your summer dress swaying with the breeze. “How’s he doing?” you asked, kissing your husband’s cheek.
“He’s tired,” Rhett croaked, wiping away a tear from his eye.
“You’ve been listening to that song again haven’t you?”
Rhett nodded and suddenly busted out laughing.
“Rhett Abbott, you are the biggest softie when you’re not riding those ornery bulls,” you chuckled.
You took a seat beside him, watching the kids as they played in the grass, chasing after a butterfly or a rabbit that happened to cross their path. You never saw such a look of pure love on his face as you did now.
And it was all because of the little rays of sunshine that had found their way into your lives.

How about indefinitely - Sarah Reese x Reader (Chicago Med)
A/N: I finished watching the season finale of Chicago Med and was inspired by Will Halstead’s own departure and I miss Sarah Reese
Summary: Sarah and the reader had been dating while she was the psychiatrist resident and the reader an attending physician in the ED until she decided to leave Gaffney and head to Texas. At the airport she offered the reader to come with here but ultimately declined, reason was Chicago is home. She was okay with your decision but said if they’re ever in Texas, just call her.
—————————————
Since that day, you had a hard time maintaining your work, every where you look, you see her. It affected you personally and professionally because throughout your career, Sarah had been there since the beginning.
Now it was you who saw her at the end of her career for a new change. It was understandable that she wanted to leave, it made you proud that she was finally making a choice for herself, yet it was saddening that she was still going.
But before boarding, she turned to you and told you that you could come along with her. You did ponder on it but ultimately decided to stay in Chicago. She understood and you knew that it marked the end of your relationship. It ended amicably and you send her away.
It was miserable, the next months you woke up expecting her to be near you but she wasn’t. You also tried going out but it wasn’t like the one you had previously with the psychiatrist. Then it hit you, you still held a torch for Sarah Reese.
During your residency at Gaffney, it was understandable that people all come and go. Connor left, Ava died, Jeff moved to Hawaii, Dylan resigned, Ethan and April had gotten married and started a mobile clinic, Nat had been fired, and now recently Will had been fired and moved to Seattle, last you heard from him he reconnected with Natalie. All of them leaving hurt, but Sarah’s hurt you the most.
Now it was only you, Goodwin, Maggie, Dr. Charles, and Dr. Marcel.
But now, it was your time to go. Reason behind it was because of an off-the-books surgery where you saved a child because as a doctor, you save anybody you can. When the staff found out, you took full responsibility and resigned from the hospital.
So here you are, in front of the many coworkers in the ED. With your stuff packed in a bag that is hung over your shoulders.
“I’m sorry that I have to say goodbye.” You spoke softly, but still audible enough for everybody to hear. “I know it’s not going to be easy once I’m gone, but I have faith that the people that stand here right now, will take great care to this city.” You stated without your voice cracking up.
Dr. Charles then approached you and gives you an embrace. It was emotional, growing up and helping Chicago was the best thing that you’ve ever felt.
“Let’s all wish Dr. L/N the very best.” Goodwin and the ED staff all applauded for you as you shook Goodwin’s hand, thanking her for everything.
Then you gave Maggie one final hug and finally approached Crockett. When he came to Gaffney you accepted him and in return he did to you as well and in the end you became basically brothers.
“Keep saving lives while I’m gone, yeah?” You told Crockett.
“Absolutely.” He shook your hand.
Exiting the ED itself, you turned around and gave one final wave to the still applauding staff.
~~~
A taxi was waiting outside for you. You had previously packed everything in your apartment but only brought your gym bag and a backpack.
“O’hares?” He asked for your destination. You had decided to leave Chicago whole.
“Yes.” You replied, looking out the window as this would be the final time you would seeing the windy city’s skyline. Memories started playing in your head as one tear silently fell.
~~~
Remembering Sarah you decided to go reunite with her so you had just arrived at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Exiting the terminal, and looking all around you felt small. You did let her know that you were coming to Texas, albeit hesitantly because you had never contacted her so you didn’t know what her reaction would be.
She did read it so that’s a good sign. So again, here you are, in another state where everything is new. You pulled out your phone, in the process of calling a taxi, thinking that she wouldn’t be here but when you looked up, she was there.
She may have been amongst the crowds but her beauty made her stood out to you. Out of reaction, you cracked a smile.
You both approach each other, only stopping once you both were close. Looking at her, you could tell she has grown but was still the same Sarah you fell in love with years ago.
Tumblr media
*Obviously not my gif but anyways*
“Hey.” She greeted you.
“Hey.” You repeated. It was nice to hear her voice again. And judging by the way she sounds, she was happy you were there, in front of her.
Her smile grew more but then she gawks at your lightload. “Is that all you packed.”
You shrugged in response. “I didn’t know how long you wanted me to stay.” You truthfully answered her.
Sarah shook her head as she said the words that unburdens you from discovering that your trip was a waste.
“How about indefinitely.” She smiled as she embraces you tightly, you doing the same. You were ecstatic that your reunion was a success.
Then she does the one thing that caught you off guard. She captures your lips with hers. The kiss lasted for seconds but to you, it felt like an eternity.
You were about to ask her but she beat you to it. “I’ve waited all this time for you, can we continue?” She rubbed your flustered cheeks like she always did.
You answered yes.
Then you both walked out of the terminal, hand-in-hand with a smile as your relationship with Sarah never died but instead grew. You were ready, ready for a new life together.

Loyal Service Dog Gets A Special Send-Off On Her Final Flight Home
Tumblr media
9 February 2023
Kaya helped her owner, a Marine Corps veteran, through PTSD and suicidal thoughts, and even inspired a national law to help veterans get service dogs.
When Kaya was diagnosed with terminal cancer, Cole flew her home — and the airline gave her a beautiful special tribute on her final flight
Service dogs are invaluable companions for so many people, especially veterans. The benefits are great: dogs provide therapeutic companionship that can be used to treat conditions like PTSD.
For many vets who have service dogs, these dogs become their best friends in the world.
For Marine Corps veteran Cole Lyle, that dog was Kaya, a German Shepherd. Kaya was by his side all the time, even on hundreds of airline flights.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sadly, Kaya took her final flight recently — but was given an incredible honor on board.
Cole, from North Texas, came home after a six-year tour in Afghanistan and was suffering from PTSD.
“I tried pills and tried therapy. The pills just made things worse. I spiraled down and almost became a veteran suicide statistic,” the veteran told WFAA.
A fellow veteran suggested he try getting a service dog. Cole brought home Kaya, the runt of her litter, and spent $10,000 of his own money to have her trained as a service dog.
It was well worth it: Kaya was trained to wake the vet up from nightmares and to stop anxiety attacks.
Tumblr media
Cole said the dog made a huge difference on his condition and even credited her with stopping his suicidal thoughts.
“A dog can be a powerful thing to keep you around,” he said. “If you get to that point, you look down at the dog and say, well, I can’t leave the dog. The dog would miss me.”
Kaya not only made an impact on Cole’s life but for veterans around the country.
After Cole became an advisor to the US Senate on veterans policies, the pair lobbied for the PAWS Act, which provides canine training for veterans with PTSD.
That act was passed into law on August 2022, receiving bipartisan support.

Kaya lived quite a life: she met many politicians and celebrities, walked at graduation with Cole, and accompanied the vet on hundreds of flights around the country.
But sadly, a tumor under her tongue metastasized in January and took a toll on her quality of life. Cole didn’t want to see his loyal friend suffer.
Tumblr media
“I didn’t want her to be in pain and suffer after all the pain and suffering that she stopped,” Cole told WFAA.
Realizing the end was near, he took her on one last flight, from Virginia to their home in Texas.
“She’s a Texas girl and I didn’t want her to die in Virginia,” Cole explained.
But it wasn’t just any ordinary flight. They flew on Southwest Airlines, with whom they had traveled over 250 times.
After finding out that this was Kaya’s final journey, the airline did something inspiring to mark the occasion.
On the February 2 flight, the pilot got on the intercom and made a special announcement.
He introduced Kaya, explaining to the travellers her work as a service dog and her work to get the PAWS Act passed.
He then explained he had the “solemn honor of what will be her last flight, as she goes home to rest where she was born and first met Cole.”
“On behalf of Southwest Airlines, your two veterans up front, we thank both Maya and Cole… for their service.”
Tumblr media
In a video shared by Southwest Airlines, you can see Kaya get a round of applause from the plane’s passengers — and Kaya, who had been laying down, suddenly lifts her head up.
After the two arrived in Dallas, the airline also provided a cart for Kaya’s mobility issues.
A few days later, Cole announced that Kaya had died.
Rest in peace, Kaya. You may be gone but you made a huge difference in the world and were a best friend to Cole. We hope you’re at peace now.

Freedmen’s Town is a nationally registered historical site. The site was originally a community located in the Fourth Ward of Houston, that began in 1865 as the destination for former enslaved people.
After emancipation was proclaimed in Texas on June 19, 1865, former enslaved began migrating to Austin, Dallas, Galveston, and other Texas cities but the largest migration was to Houston. They paved many of the streets with brick. These new residents established a community where they were able to live without the daily onslaught of racism and discrimination.
Freedmen’s Town developed as a cultural center with the establishment of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Fourth Ward held one-third of Houston’s 36,000 African Americans and was famous for its many businesses including restaurants and jazz nightclubs which attracted white Houstonians to the area.
The Houston City Planning Commission proposed a permanent geographical and racial segregation that limited African American residence to the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Wards. While the Houston City Council refused to adopt such a plan, African Americans in Freedman’s Town and the Fourth Ward faced restrictive covenants and redlining practices that prevented African American mobility to most other parts of the city. African American Middle-Class residents were able to move to other racially segregated but newer communities in Houston including Studewood, South Park, Riverside Terrace, Kashmere Gardens, and Acres Homes.
Parts of the district were replaced by the new City Hall, the Albert Thomas Convention Center, the Gulf Freeway, the Allen Parkway Village, and a public housing project. Other parts of Freedman’s Town were replaced by San Felipe Courts. Houston government officials promised that Freedmen’s Town residents would have access to San Felipe Courts but after the US entered WWII, the project was reserved for white. Authorities even constructed a wall between San Felipe Courts and what remained of Freedmen’s Town to ensure continued racial segregation. San Felipe Courts would not allow African American residents until 1968. #africanhistory365 #africanexcellence

I’m incredibly proud of myself these days.
Career:
Only good things coming my way. New counseling center is expanding and the women in charge is young and started her practice with her LPC-A because she was fed up with having a masters and only making $30 an hour. I meet with her team last week of this month and I’ll get to start taking clients from her office which is 11 mins away from my place. I’ll make $90 per hr starting at 10-15 monthly. I can’t wait to feel challenged and fulfilled in my career again.
My agency is growing we closed a non-alcoholic mom & pop shop in Austin, TX. Huge win and we have another big closing next Monday. I’m building out proposals and taking new client alignments every week. The goal is 7 clients that can all contribute to our monthly meetup.
Which we’ve already sold tickets, bless up. Need to hit up previous attendees, and try to hit a goal of 50 paid tickets. We closed a partnership with the city of Dallas to host at Deep Ellum Foundation community center! I was worried about getting a speaker system since they don’t provide one then my client offered her old one since her company just got a new one! Even got a small sponsorship for the coffee at the event. Now I just need to go thrifting for serving apparatuses. I do want to get the local org DFWCPG involved. Try to get some of their members to serve their food/drinks at the event each month.
My mom and I are working together. Trying to help her sell this one piece of land. I know it sounds like I’m entitled but tbh she started off selling mobile homes and was a single parent mom. She BUILT this business and I don’t want her hard work to go to waste. I reached out to a couple of friends in the commercial and residential arena to see if there is any interest in their networks. Fingers crossed.
My personal Patreon for music & HTBS is doing incredibly well. By that I mean they are both making money. I’m still creating music, doing beat nights & I just applied for a reality tv show.
I had this moment where I realized everything I do makes money now. That’s incredible to me.
Go me.

Love:
FUCCKKKKK THIS MAN GOT ME FEELING NEW THINGS. His name is BLEEP (taken out for protection). I like him. He makes me soft and honest. I’m not scared to be shy with him or be honest about how crazy I can be. I’m worried I’ll loose him cause I like him so much but I’m also at the point where I’m okay with trusting him. Letting him be. Thankful for this new love it’s feels like high school. I’m screwed once we start screwing. 😂
Family:
I’m actually a cited to go to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving this year. To see my family, sit around, go on n walks, talk about random stuff, and force them to make content with me. I’m going to pull out my music skills too and see if they want to make a song with me. Mostly I’m just ready to eat food and take a fat nap knowing I’m lived by some really amazing humans I get to call family. Even if we don’t agree on life we can agree we love each other.
Friends:
I had a moment today where I MISSED my friends. It was weird cause it was new. I think before I was always worried about keeping my friends. Instead of genuinely missing them. It’s this feeling of peace or desiring piece during a busy work day. Knowing they are out there in the world pursuing their dreams too.

🚧 In corso
Siamo a conoscenza di un problema nell'app per Android che potrebbe causare il caricamento dell'immagine sbagliata nella lightbox quando si tocca un'immagine in un post, stiamo lavorando per risolverlo il prima possibile.
🌱 In arrivo
Stiamo lavorando per aggiungere la possibilità di impostare le etichette community per i post in blocco nell'Editor dei post di massa sul web.
Hai riscontrato un problema? Invia una richiesta di supporto e ti risponderemo il prima possibile!
