"[[$#!%]], sorry..." Spamton's other hand moves in to shoo Brad's away so he can work on carefully removing the strands, making slow progress, "[Tangles and split ends?] bound to happen eventually..."

Unfortunately for the both of them, Spamton's fingers aren't so easily freed. For every bit he detangles, another strand just takes its place, "Goddamnit..."

A little desperate to fix things before they get much worse, Spamton sighs in defeat as the world around them changes again.

The warmth of Buddy's room is replaced with the cool dark blues of Spamton's home world, though it's indoors this time around and with the unmistakable vibes of a casual bar,

"I'm tellin' ya!!! I'll make it big someday!!" The sound of men laughing isn't far off, a table of multicolor bastards just to the side of the booth they're now seated at,

The Spamton Brad's more familiar with flexes his hands now that they're free, looking up at Brad over his glasses, "... sorry. You can bring us back, if you want. This seemed... [Easy Peasy]er..."

There's an odd sort of comparison to be made to Spamton's own previous home, needing only to replace the dirt with the cold steel of a dumpster's walls. In some small way it leaves him worried for the girl, even knowing what the outside world is like, though he could never know how right he is.

Not having any choice but to stare at those same walls every day can do things to a person,

"They're [[The Boys]]" After a moment of deliberation, he stands from his place on the floor to examine the drawings. Judging by the way his smile subtly curls it's obvious he knows how vague he's being, "And they're [Mine]"

He doesn't realize how close he's gotten to Brad and Buddy as he's been looking until he looks down to his side to find them there, the room still being small enough that it took no time at all, and he's left to hesitation before reaching out to touch the hair atop what should be Brad's bald head,

"I got one at home, I'll introduce you." And by that, he means he'll leave it laying ominously on a coffee table or something, "... I don't mind it so much. It's... something I'm used to."

He can't believe how thick Brad's hair used to be, getting a little lost in running his hand through it while examining a crayon drawing on the wall, "... wish I'd had something better to show you than... NEO."

I mean most games by the same company have better ways of telling the same games are made by their company. Have you played any hoyoverse games? That's a great example of you know their made by same company. ( ie genshin, zzz, honkai series (star rail and impact 3rd)

I actually don’t because they demand so much dang storage.

This is a little different since one is literally just a game of cats making soup, the other is a souls like game with untold amounts of death, human experimentation, questions about the human soul and a lot more.

It’s the massive tonal difference that is amusing to me.

1. I’ll start with the obvious! Jellal and Erza will always have a very special place in my heart. Their dynamic has a unique intimacy to it that transcends romantic and platonic. I will spare you all my endless thoughts on this pairing for now, but I am never not thinking about them, and I am so lucky to have @mamorigami as a rp partner!

2. Jellal and Lucy! Despite not interacting much (if at all?) in canon, I imagine they share a lot of the same interests, and their personalities mesh well together. Whether platonic or romantic, this ship has always been such a blast to write and has made for some of my very favorite threads.

3. Jellal and Gajeel. While I’ve only ever explored the platonic side of their dynamic, these two have so many opportunities to connect over shared experiences (ex. path to redemption, ex-council members, complicated pasts with their respective love interests). As with above, their personalities tend to compliment one another well and I’ve always really enjoyed their mostly lighthearted back and forth.

i got some really good advice from my bestie’s mom earlier today and she told me to tell people my big news that will support and celebrate me, instead of focusing on the ones who won’t. so, im gonna do that, yesterday i decided after finishing my bachelors of english, i will be going for my MASTERS so that i can in the end teach at a college or university 🥰🥰
