20 से 25 वर्ष के 12वी कक्षा उत्तीर्ण बेरोजगार युवाओ को रोजगार तलाशने के दौरान सहायता के तौर पर 1 हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह की दर से स्वयं सहायता भत्ता दो वर्षो के लिए दिया जाता है।

स्वयं सहायता भत्ता प्राप्त करने वाले युवाओ को भाषा संवाद एवं बुनियादी कम्प्युटर ज्ञान (कुशल युवा) का प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य रूप से प्राप्त करना है।

इस योजना के कार्यान्वयन का दायित्व योजना एवं विकास विभाग ध्वारा किया जाता है।

इसके तहत प्रत्येक जिला मुख्यालय मे जिला निबंधन एवं परामर्श केंद्र स्थापित किए गए है।

इसके तहत आवेदक को अपने जिले के निबंधन एवं परामर्श केंद्र पर ही आवेदन करना होगा।

आवेदक को अन्य किसी योजना का लाभार्थी नहीं होना चाहिए।

आवेदक बेरोजगार होना चाहिए।
