Cannabis saved my life.

5 years ago I experienced my first seizure from prescription pills that I took for depression and anxiety.

3 years ago I was a recent college grad and returned from a trip to India. My thyroid started going over active leading to hyperthyroidism. I started to feel as though my body was not my own.

2 years ago I moved to California. The stress from the move and with everything combined triggered my autoimmune disease.

I went from recreationally using cannabis to finding that it helped me with my lack of appetite and food intolerances, insomnia, crippling anxiety, and gave me a new passion in life.

I share my story because cannabis has been a medicine for me. I’m here to break stigmas for cannabis users as well as to bring representation for South Asian women in the community!

For some reason this #mandarinorange reminded me if #starwars and I think it is because it sort of resembles #bb8. It tasted amazing, almost like candy and only worked to solidify that they are my favorite type of orange and second only to the #banana as my favorite type of fruit. Every #marijuana smoker should always have a supply of them on hand after #420 and #710 sessions because #reefer can cause severe #cottonmouth and this is a healthy way for #mmjpatients to satiate that and curb the #munchies associated with consumption.
