We smile even through the pain, looking cute in my @graceeleyae Slap, while doing it 🎭😭 Though I do a great job at managing my levels, some days are better than others. . . I'm still able to manage without reverting to pharmaceuticals 99.99% of the time, BUT I almost didn't make it last night 😫😫 Pain was a little bit too intense and deep. . . Once the tears started to flow, I remembered having to deliver my first born WITHOUT an epidural. I remember having to simply focus on my breathing and relaxing. So that's what I did, til I fell asleep. This is the first time the pyramid only dulled my pain, but didn't remove it all together. . . Times like these, I use to meditate on the TRUE source of the pain, to: remove those blocks, release negative energy, size, shape, and color, movie screen it, cut cords and all that good stuff. . . Learning how to translate aches, pains, and other symptoms is a valuable key to manifesting the life you envision for yourself. Though I am feeling better than last night, I am still down for the count at the moment. . . I'm using this time to get in my God Bubble to release that which no longer works for me and create my ideal July. What do you want YOUR month to look like?
