Why is the no mouth scream robot thingie getting popular all of a sudden? it's been around for a long time, right? I've only seen all this attention and fan art and stuff cropping up about it since like, last week? Two weeks ago?

I genuinely have no idea it's been a special interest of mine since like 2016 and it used to only be like the occasional meme directly referencing the name but I'm finding that the once niche incredibly small fandom is getting like Significantly more popular???
