i love Simon in all shapes but there's just something so fucking delicious about him getting fuller because of the way you feed him.

he's not military no more, he's hung that beret up.

so like. this is entirely subjective but i feel like to a certain extent chuuya is too loyal to (what was) the sheep, kouyou, and especially his role in the mafia to let it go. (I would also like to note that he swore on his life that hed stay so….theres that…)

first of all. his history to the sheep IN MY OPINION would be enough reason to stay due to sentimental ties + it wouldnt necessarily MAKE him stay but it would be a motivator for him to stay loyal to what he once swore to and additionally prove mori wrong and honor the sheep generally

kouyou is kind of a blanket statement but i feel like her involvement with him as a kid goes beyond saying that he is very attached to her, or atleast cares so deeply about her that he wouldnt want to leave in case it hurt her yk?? loyalty again…

then like. his role makes this SO much more complicated because to dazai in particular, his title never meant anything to him when he was in the pm. but chuuya fought tooth and nail to be an executive and i think he wouldnt be able to put that pride or his achievements aside. also he said verbatim before mori that he wouldnt “dream of leaving” and even if he believed otherwise his personal ideals and, again, pride and loyalty, couldnt get in the way of that

(This is entirely just my opinion and i truly believe that if he wanted to leave he would and could in a heartbeat, hes just too headstrong to do so even if it hurts him in the process)

Thinking about Nettles and the fact that because she claimed Sheepstealer, she would've been married well enough for her kids to marry noble people.

Because she's the same character that avoided having kids a partner or husband, really any familial bond we are aware of.

And that she's stealing and so on when brothels are an option.

But she'll have to marry some and reap the concequence of it because she claimed her dragon.

And if the Daemon allegations are to be believed (his fans are pissing me off rn, so no redemption for him) it was such a specific circumstance where they can't get married and can only be together in that moment because they're alone without intervention and more than likely she's going to be married off because of it.

Whoever she marries won't care for her because no matter virtue or not, she's common and disruptive to the expected femininity as well as not being noble to begin with, but they'll want kids to ensure their kids marry into what was promised along with them being potential dragonriders, another question to be posed for later in her life.

So even though she's alone by the end of the dance, I can't speak to her happiness if all had gone well because it seems against who she's shown to be.
