been thinkin abt this more so im gonna rank the li lores (all timelines) i find most to least interesting atm

caleb (prob bc hes the most recent and most fresh in my head. despite me not liking him as a person i think his behavior and role in the main story is fascinating. lotsa stuff to speculate on…)

sylus (finished his dragon myth after the new mainstory dropped, v cute and devastating. placement may come from my love for the design of the dragon skin Alone its just so cool!!!!)

rafayel (love of my life. him risking it all to keep mc safe AND THEN MC FORGETTING ABT EACH AND EVERY SACRIFICE HES MADE. GOD. PUNCH TO THE GUT. his rank will prob be higher once i get my hands on the other god of the tides card so i can fully enjoy it. infold give us reruns PLEASE)

xavier (i havent played through lightseeker yet but just reading abt how xavier WAS THE CAUSE OF THE CHRONORIFT CATASTROPHE??? because he time traveled back TOO FAR??? normally i despise time travel bc of how much it complicates things but WTF)

zayne (before deep diving into the lore i used to think his was the saddest bc of how he cant show affection to mc without deadly consequences. i dont stand w that as much anymore since learning abt everyone else’s stories bc now i feel theyre all equally tragic. i fear i am the most clueless abt zayne which gives him this spot. i hope we get more daybreaker stuff this year!! but in the meantime i will be playing through the foreseer myth…)

after playing thru caleb’s myth through the free event thing it got me wondering how Current zayne’s lore competes with the other lis. bc like. raf is part of an ancient civilization (or remembers that, at least), caleb is a cyborg super soldier, sylus is the head of an infamous crime syndicate, and xavier is a time traveler. and this is just The Present Timeline.

the most ik is that zayne has some knowledge of the experiments? or smth along those lines? and that he has nightmares with daybreaker. other than that he just seems like A Guy.

i’ll def be playing through zayne’s current stuff more to find out bc how the hell do u compete with that.
