rehearsing my last presentation of the program. i'm presenting solo for 5-6 minutes about the importance of onboarding and orientation as retention strategies. i have my slides ready, i just need to get the speech down.

i miss y'all. very much. i miss all my WIPs and that great feeling that comes with posting something for y'all to read.

just know that i am constantly thinking of j2/wincest, and for my final presentation i used the name Sam when speaking about a new employee. XD

A couple scrolls have some light stains or minor tears, and one has a dab of paint — Paint? His heart starts racing, and he takes extra care with his movements as he removes the scroll. He rubs his thumb over the wayward dash of orange pigment, memorizing the subtle ridges of the crackled spot. Orange isn’t that rare a color, he reasons. Plenty of people probably have orange paint around.
