Espada were renowned to be scary, dangerous and violent creatures, and so Misaki had valid reason to avoid anyone and anything that could come close to these Arrancar, for her own survival. On her own, she was still weaker than even hollow Grimmjow, so she couldn't measure her powers with someone on the same level as her now Espada mate, reason why she'd stayed hidden from his Fraccion when they searched for her. Plus, there was rumor going around that there was this maniac man who led the armies of Arrancar, treating them as mere tools even if the benefits of being part of his arsenal included a warm place to stay and temporary safety from the dangers of the desert. The female didn't want to have to serve anyone, especially a maniac who'd treat her as nothing but an asset, so there was no incentive for her to want to investigate the strange Arrancar who kept popping up around her cave. Things would've been different if she knew these were actually Grimm's Fraccion looking for her, but then again, for the untrained eye, she couldn't discerne between a Fraccion and an actual Espada (she hadn't even realized Grimm was the Sexsta when he kidnapped her either).
That's why in a way Misaki was grateful that Grimmjow had decided to make this trip himself and recuperate her from the old cave, just in time to save her from the Adjuchas too. "Thank you for having faith in me that I wouldn't die in the desert, even if you weren't by my side anymore." Misaki looked affectionately into his eyes, happy to know that Grimmjow never had any intention in replacing her and that their loyalty to one another lasted over time, even after they'd evolved, a symbol of their profound bond and connection back as hollows. "Well, in a way, my survival all those years is somewhat thanks to you as well. I didn't die all alone in the desert because I had the best teacher I could've hoped for to show me how to survive the dangers of Hueco Mundo over the years, so even if I might still be weaker than you, I managed to make it on my own as well." Misaki nuzzled their noses together, smiling as she spoke. "I too didn't want anyone else as a mate. One could have considered me crazy for not tagging along after another strong hollow or Arrancar after you left, choosing to live all alone instead, but deep down, I just couldn't bring myself to replacing you. I knew that you were strong and a real fighter, so there was no way you'd die in the white sands, and that's why I waited patiently for your return. My hollowed heart always knew that you'd one day come back for me. I've chosen you ever since back when we were just animals, and there was no way I would've changed my mind."
Grimmjow's comment about the kiss made her chortle sweetly. "Yeah, it was really good! So much better than the nose nuzzling, even if I still like that one too." Misaki already felt herself yearning for yet another one of those passionate kisses, but something deep down told her that if they were to give into their desire now, there won't be any more going back or stopping after that, especially now that her body got even more heated upon hearing that groan leave Grimm's lips. It was somewhat different from the ones she was used to back when they were hollows, but it still managed to tick on that feral switch within her that got the female Arrancar all hot and bothered for him. So his nape was still as sensitive as she remembered it to be. It made her kind of want to bite it again, like she'd done so many times before, whenever she went into heat and desperately tried getting the panther to end her frustration and pain, just to see what reaction Grimmjow would have now. "There's a lot of things that I wonder how they would be like now, that we are in this form, too... But I guess we'll discover things as we go in due time." Being wise and patient was probably the best course of action.
To be fair, Misaki hadn't even noticed that she was still clinging onto him and holding Grimm close long after the kiss had ended, but she didn't mind this closeness between them. The male Arrancar's hands on her bare skin felt good, leaving a tingly sensation underneath the places where they touched, so there was no reason for her to push him away. In fact, she now kind of wished he'd go on and touch her more, reason why the idea of a bath together made her light up instantly. "Show me the bathroom? Does that mean that you wanna bathe with me?" Misaki was now also intrigued by the prospect of seeing water, since she hadn't gotten the chance to see or enjoy a single drop of it ever since she'd become a Hollow, which was centuries ago.

Grimmjow wraps one arm around Misaki from behind before resting his chin atop her head, he had something hidden behind his back, as he grinned from where he was. She'd KNOW he was grinning, the panther was often being a bit of a tease toward her, she was his mate. So it was kind of his job. "Hey," His voice was laced with what seemed to be fatigue, but in his defense it was well beyond the time the Sexta tended to nap with her.
He'd eventually release his hold on her tiny frame before stepping in front of her, keeping one arm behind his back. "Close yer pretty eyes for me and don't open then until I tell ya to, alright?" Whenever she agreed to do so he'd chuckle softly, she'd likely smell the scent of cherry blossoms or something upon her mate, a scent that most assuredly did NOT exist within Hueco Mundo. She'd hear some sort of rustling, and likely smell something slightly sweet, slightly like paper, and something else, likely some kind of chemical. "Alright, ya can open yer eyes now." Whenever she did, there'd be a bouquet of white lilies. Her mate would have a small flush across the bridge of his nose as he waited for her to take them, his other hand still behind his back for now.
"I hope... 's not ridiculous for yer not-Japanese mate to get ya somethin' for White Day, since ya were so sweet to me on Valentine's Day." The flush would deepen, likely accentuating a small dusting of freckles upon his face. "I was told that white lilies are... popular for this and before ya ask, yeah, I know what they represent." White lilies represented 'Pure love', something that Arrancar weren't supposedly able to feel, but they weren't normal Arrancar. Both of them were felines. He'd quickly lean down and press a kiss to her forehead before ruffling her hair with his free hand once she took the flowers. The ribbon tying the bouquet was in the darker blue of his eyes, where as the cellophane was a lighter shade, he'd really wanted to make their first White Day together memorable it seemed.
He'd clear his throat and look to the side before revealing a bag in the hand he'd kept hidden until now. "I also... may have gotten somethin' for ya, that... I think yer gonna like." Inside the bag, whenever she looked inside, was a classic, old style kimono with a cherry blossom design lining the very fine silk. He was perfectly fitted to her frame, and was capable of being worn in more than one setting if she so chose.
Misaki had already figured the person approaching her must've been Grimm way before the Sexta had even gotten in reaching distance to her. She knew the sound of her mate's footsteps and his familiar scent better than anyone. So, when Grimm wrapped his arm around her, the female Arrancar didn't even flinch and immediately leant into him, giving his shoulder an affectionate headbutt. "Mmm... Hello to you too, handsome!~ What'cha got there?~" She was also quick to notice the new sweet scent that lingered over her mate's clothing. "Had you been to the human world?" Misaki was really fast to deduce the source as well, since in a way, it had evoked a strange feeling of nostalgia deep within her, as if her mind was trying to recall a distant, long gone memory of her past as a human, which was enough to indicate where her mate must've been that morning and get her very curious.
Her question had gone unanswered for now, as Grimmjow released his partner from the half hug to step in front of her this time. Misaki was now even more intrigued and she followed his body language to try and guess what he might be holding, but eventually she didn't add any more comments and just did as she'd been told. Now that her eyes were closed and she could focus more onto the scents, Misaki could also distinguish another two unfamiliar ones, one of paper and one that was more synthetic in nature. Though the one that still had her full attention was the sweet scent of flowers. Yes... Those were flowers, she could remember now.... What could it have been though, that Grimmjow got her that had this smells? The female could make a small guess for what the flower scent was, but not the other two.
Luckily, her wait didn't take long because Grimm told her to open her eyes and as she did so, Misaki's small guess from a moment ago was confirmed once she saw the most beautiful white lilies she'd ever had the pleasure of seeing for the first time after more than 300 years. "Whoa! Those are so pretty!" Misaki's blue eyes sparkled with joy and enthusiasm, the female Arrancar reaching for the bouquet to hold it in her hands and finally take a good whiff of that amazing perfume! Ah... No wonder their smell felt so familiar and nostalgic! Those were some of her favorite flowers back when she was a human. Though, back then, she could never hope to ever receive such a beautiful bouquet. As a human, Misaki could only admire while cleaning around the place the stunning white lilies that the top Geisha of the house would receive from their admirers and best paying clients. It always made her wonder what it must've felt like to be on the receiving end of such a beautiful gift, and now, after death and another couple of centuries spent as a hollow, her wish had come true. But she was not a geisha or a servant anymore, and unlike those other geisha's flowers she admired in the past, hers were so much more special because they didn't come from a random admirer, but her one and only mate, her love, which made her bouquet be all the more meaningful for Misaki. Grimmjow's feelings for her were indeed as pure as this flower's delicate petals, unlike those other men's superficial thoughts when they fought to throw their expensive gifts and flowers to some courtesans they lusted after, and Misaki knew it too.
"Thank you, my love!~" The female Arrancar looked back up at her mate, a genuine warm and happy smile painted across her very pretty lips. "Why would this be ridiculous? I might not know what this White Day is or why it'd be weird for a non-Japanese to celebrate it, but I see nothing wrong in giving a meaningful gift to a loved one and I actually think it was a very adorable gesture of you. I am truly very happy and grateful for the sweet gift, really, and I will cherish those flowers from the bottom of my heart!~" Getting up on her tip toes, Misaki then placed a loving kiss to her adorably flustered mate's lips, allowing it to linger for a while before pulling back from Grimmjow. "I love you too, Grimmy!" She added and wanted to give the panther a hug. But it seemed that the surprises weren't over yet, because next, the Sexta revealed a second gift, this time concealed into a bag. The flowers were already beautiful and amazing as it is, more than enough for her, so the fact that Grimm had gotten her a second item too, nearly made Misaki's heart melt, especially since it also turned out to be something in tune with her origins and time period. The kimono was truly stunning! Breath taking to say the least and the female Arrancar could barely contain her emotions of happiness and endearment.
"Ah, you shouldn't have... Now I feel like I am being spoiled!" Misaki's cheeks flushed too and she shily hid her face behind the white bouquet of lilies. "This is such a beautiful kimono! And it's made of a really good quality material too! It must've cost a fortune... Would it really be okay for me to put it on?" Even if now she might've still felt unworthy of such an expensive gift, Misaki was going to make sure to wear this kimono often when she'll spend time with Grimmjow.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oh, I love you so so so much! You're the best Grimmy!~" That said, Misaki then proceeded to cover her mate in kisses, by tackling him into a little feral love attack. She was happy and in all truth, for her the best gift ever was the fact that she had Grimmjow by her side, forever to love and to be loved by till the end of time. As long as she had him, Misaki didn't need anything else.

Grimmjow hated that some of the Espada meetings could go so long, by the time he returned to the castle, Misaki was a small lump beneath the blanket atop the bed. He'd shrug his jacket off and drape it over a chair before slipping onto the bed and scooting close to her. "If yer awake sorry I was gone so long today," He was glad that he'd had her stay at the castle for the time being, the other Fracción had all been left in their Espadas quarters too. He'd simply wrap an arm around her smaller frame and pull her close to himself, intent on sharing his warmth with her.
"None of the other Fracción had been around either, 's a good thing I had ya wait here." He'd probably slide a few fingers through her hair before sliding his other arm beneath her head. He'd likely press his lips to her forehead before settling down properly on the bed with her held as close as he could without rolling her atop his chest. | For Arrancar Misaki
Misaki hated it too when Grimmjow had to leave for hours on end because of his meetings, but since she didn't want to bother him or be a burden, she never commented on it and always opted to patiently wait for his return. Maybe if she would've insisted, the male would take her with him, but she was still too anxious about the other Vasto Lorde to even dare ask (even if the female Arrancar was also aware of the fact that Grimm would protect her at all times). So it was best she'd wait back in their castle, preferably in the safety and comfort of their chambers for the Sexsta to return.
By now, it had gone late since her mate left for his meeting, so since she was slowly growing tired and slightly bored all alone by herself, Misaki curled up on the bed, intent on taking a nap and hopefully wake up to Grimmjow being back. Luckily for her, the plan worked and the nap helped make time go by easier, so before she knew it, the Sexta had already returned and was now entering their bedroom. Props to her feline senses, Misaki was quick to pick up his scent and her ears perked up at the sound of his footsteps way before the male would enter the room, so when he did, she lightly opened one eye to follow his moves as subtly as possible, as to not alert him. Misaki was somewhat curious about what he'll do now that he'd found her sleeping, so for now, she wasn't going to make it known that she was awake, waiting for Grimmjow to join her in bed.
As soon as the female felt her mate's warmth around her and his arm pulling her as close to him as Grimm could, in a comfortable embrace, Misaki finally started moving too, snuggling up to the male Arrancar and wrapping her arms around his neck. "Mmm... It's true you've taken longer than usual... I was starting to grow worried." Misaki murmured softly and nuzzled his chest, taking in his warmth and scent that made her feel good. "I missed ya. This big place feels very lonely without you here, you know?" She'd then lift her head to beam at him with her big blue eyes.

Continued from here [X]
Despite his young age, the new professor looked and sounded kind of strict. She could already tell that he wasn't one to be messed with, contrary to the popular belief that substitutes were usually very mellow and soft, falling victim to the students' mocking and bullying very easily. Well, at least he hadn't lashed out at her, insulting her intelligence and competencies in front of the whole year for being late like her other teacher would've usually done. Plus, it wasn't as if him being a strict teacher would've affected her much either, since Misaki was usually a quiet and serious student, one of the more punctual ones if you looked over her tendency of being late to the first classes of the day (balancing her part-time job and her studies could sometimes be challenging for her even after 3 full years of doing this, but it couldn't be helped since this was her only source of income and she needed the money if she wanted to stay in school).
Misaki set out her things onto the small folding table for writing, and began listening attentively to the man's speech, trying to form somewhat of an opinion about him other than his scary severe aura. 'Mr. Jaegerjaquez' She read the name written on the whiteboard. Just by that little fact alone she could easily tell that this wasn't a local, if his unusual appearance didn't do it already. That was something new, since they didn't usually get foreign teachers at their university, and even if the accent was noticeable, she could easily understand what he said, so that was good. Shrugging her shoulders, Misaki rested her head on her hands, trying to rest a bit after that chaotic mess that was her commute to the university that day. However, the new professor was far too interesting and captivating of a view to just fall asleep that easily, so she continued looking at him as he spoke. There was something about him that was fascinating, drew you in and easily captivated you, and the brunette couldn't tell if it was just his very unique physical features, or simply that strong presence the man had. But unlike her other female colleagues, who'd by now already began whispering among themselves about how handsome and hot the guy was, Misaki's intrigue wasn't anywhere remotely sexual, but simply born out of a childlike curiosity.
But just as Misaki was starting to get lost into her little bubble and train of thought, staring at him, the professor's strict tone brought her back to earth with his next announcement about a quick pop quiz. Crap! Misaki grimaced and bit her cheek in a slightly unnerved reaction. Just when she thought this day couldn't have gotten worse, now she also had to take a pop quiz at her worst subject! Was the Universe really that evil and cruel to her? The young woman sighed and just tossed her things back into her bag, not even bothering checking the phone if she had set it on silent, thinking it must've already been like that since her shift that morning.
Even with her busy as hell schedule combining her part time job at the maid cafe in town and her lectures, Misaki still found time to take care of her studies too. It wasn't as if she only revised during the mid-terms like most of her peers did, but when it came to physics, she really had a hard time understanding and retaining the information that was taught. Biology, chemistry, statistics and clinical physiology she could deal with alright, usually retaining things from class as she was the kind of student that'd focus 100% on the teacher's speech, but with Physics, she's always had a hard time coping with. Maybe it was the fact that it heavily involved the use of Mathematics, but all the formulas and theorems got mixed up into a giant mess inside her brain, becoming a nightmare... Great, just great! Not only had she made a fool out of herself first thing first as she'd entered the auditorium, but now the teacher will probably think she's some sort of lazy idiot once he grades her paper... But maybe he won't be able to connect the name to her face given that he hadn't made her introduce herself.
The young woman tried finding some piece of relief into that thought as she stared down at the questions listed on the paper, which to her sounded more like gibberish than anything else. She'll do what she can for now and the rest... Well, she'll figure it out as they went. However, the Universe decided it wasn't yet done tormenting her that day, because just as Misaki was finally starting to regain her peace of mind, the silence of auditorium got disrupted by the loud notes and high-pitched voices of a kitschy j-pop song, the source of drawing the place's full attention back to her.

Maybe others wouldn't have given much thought about those stuff, but Misaki had been taught from a very young age to respect her teachers and elders, so even if what she would've done wasn't a big deal, the young woman would have felt guilty and remorseful if she didn't apologize. To her, those reasons for which she was asking for forgiveness from him were somewhat serious, since coming late and disturbing a teacher's speech during the middle of a lecture could be seen as a sign of disrespect and unprofessionalism on her behalf, and the phone thing was even worse because he'd specifically told them that one of his rules was no phones in the lecture hall. So due to her own strong consciousness, Misaki simply couldn't bear the thought of upsetting her new teacher.
She enjoyed his presence in the auditorium quite a lot, so the young woman did want to be a student he wouldn't feel annoyed with having in his course. Like it was one thing if he was just slightly angry with her for her clumsiness and a whole nother if Grimmjow would've been disappointed in her entirely as his student, and for the young woman, the latter thought nearly broke her heart.
"If you are asking about how Mrs. Nakamura used to treat us, well, let's just say she wasn't the greatest teacher in the whole world... She was especially severe when it came to me." For one reason or another, the middle-aged teacher seemed to have always despised her, never missing a chance to insult or mock Misaki for her flaws or mistakes, so it wasn't much of a mystery why she was so surprised about Mr. Jaegerjaquez jovial demeanor. So yeah, it was very much a relief for her to know that with him as the professor, she'd never have to go through that kind of humiliation again. "Thank you, sir. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding. But I still want to try my best to be a worthy student of your kindness and patience." Respectfully, Misaki bowed her head in his direction, smiling slightly to herself as she was grateful this conversation didn't turn into something unpleasant like it would've with her old teacher.
"I've also decided to accept the invitation to the remedial tutoring class, so I guess you'll have to tolerate me for a bit longer today, Mr. Jaegerjaquez." Misaki could crack little jokes and friendly teases now and then, she wasn't completely socially awkward, even if those kind of things were rare. So no, she didn't really think about herself as a nuisance in his eyes that he wouldn't want to have around for another extra hour or two. It was simply a means to lighten the mood a little. "So in the end me staying behind after the course ended to talk to you wasn't much of a problem for me. I'll just walk with you sir to the tutoring class."
@desgarron
Even Grimmjow's chuckle was a delight to listen to, the smile that'd appear alongside this acction adding even more charming allure to his features. It brought out the youth in him and made him look really relaxed and approachable. It was definitely unlike the other professors, who if they were to laugh at a student, it was in a mocking way meant to insult them, but not with this one. Misaki quickly averted her eyes from him in a timid reaction, feeling her cheeks start to burn even more. Ah, what was wrong with her? She'd usually not feel this anxious around someone, not even rude and scary people like Mrs. Nakamura.
Taking a deep breath to regain her courage, the young woman started speaking again. "I... I just wanted to apologize for all the trouble caused for today..." She began, her hands squeezing nervously the books that she was holding. "I know I must've caused you some displeasures and annoyances by being late and disturbing the lecture at the beginning of the course, then during the test when my phone began ringing because I was reckless and didn't check if I set it on silent mode... I feel unworthy of all this kindness you showed me..." Eyes squeezed shut, she then did a deep bow before him. "I hope you can forgive me for all those indiscretions, Mr. Jaegerjaquez! I promise I will be more careful next time and that I will try harder to being a better student that doesn't cause any trouble!" She really wanted to try and be better for him, repay his kindness by being a better student herself.
Misaki then waited for the teacher's response, a part of her slightly fearing he might just reprimand her further for being a 'lazy' and 'disgraceful' student, like Mrs. Nakamura would have, even if so far Grimmjow had been nothing like her or any of the other severe teachers. The silence that rested between them as she waited now felt slightly heaving, her heartbeat beating so loud that the young woman feared he might hear it too just how nervous she was. Though, she really hoped that he wasn't upset at her, because for some reason, Misaki kind of wished to be someone he would grow to appreciate, especially since they were going to spend even more time together during the remedial classes.

Misaki had already formed an idea about how Grimmjow's teaching style was from the previous course, but it was still really nice and a relief to hear that most of his methods there carried over to this course as well. While it wasn't as if she would've probably needed to ever retake a test in this class, given that languages were a stronger subject of hers than physics were, it was still a neat and nice thought to know that she wouldn't have needed to ever stress over at this subject. She continued to listen attentively, as Grimmjow laid down the groundwork for this specific class and explained the basics they'd need to follow in order to keep afloat and pass. Misaki absorbed his every word like a sponge, finding a comforting pleasure in simply hearing his voice. At this point, the young woman came to the conclusion that she could listen to this man talk about literally anything and she still wouldn't grow bored. As for the practical application part, she was going to make sure to not miss that either, cause she was sure that Mr. Jaegerjaquez would take them to equally interesting places to see.
Hearing that attendance wasn't mandatory either was a relief too, considering that her work schedule could be nuts sometimes like it had been that day. But Misaki also knew that you shouldn't just take someone's kindness for granted, so even if they had this little benefit, she'd still try her best to come in time to each and every one of his lectures. And as a matter of fact, now that she'd been given the chance, Misaki would also go to apologize for what happened at the beginning of the other course once this course would've came to its conclusion for the day. It wasn't something she felt obliged to do, but the young woman still wanted to at least show him that she did respect him and valued his authority as a teacher, a small thing she could give back in return for all this kindness and generosity he showed them all.
The snickering behind her continued even after Grimmjow had responded to the impolite question about his type in that sarcastic tone, which was a pity, but at least the professor could see that he had at least one student that actually followed the rules and followed the class quietly, attentive to the topic and not just to how good looking he was. And ironically enough, even if his answer was meant to just shut them up, Misaki really did fit the description if that was indeed his type, which involuntarily got her to blush slightly. Something was definitely happening to her, but even the young woman didn't really know what exactly yet.
Before she'd realized it, Misaki lost herself in her little daydream as she stared at the blue haired man talking, only to be brought back when he reached her desk to hand her the course and text books for the course. "T-Thank you!" She mumbled quickly, taking said materials and started to scheme slowly through them. Mr. Jaegerjaquez's generosity seemed to be never ending since he gave them these books for free! Other teachers wouldn't have missed the opportunity of cashing in on them by having the students buy the course books with their own money. So this little fact got her heartbeat going again. Well, it wasn't as if she hadn't had to read a professor's books for their own courses before, that was nothing new, but given that this particular teacher wasn't like any of the other ones, Misaki was really curious and eager to read his writing. It was probably as charming and captivating as his way of talking.
Eventually, the class continued smoothly, without any further disturbances from the students in the back. For another three hour course, Misaki hadn't even felt the time passing and at the end, she couldn't help but feel slightly sad she won't get to listen to his speech until next week. But now was time for her to finally go and talk to him, because luckily, Grimmjow's desk didn't get flooded by any more female students. Perhaps, everyone was more eager to get back home than flirt with the rigid hot teacher who was clearly annoyed with them. Timidly, as per usual, the brunette made her way to the professor's desk, once most of the room got emptied out. "Uhmm... E-Excuse me, Mr. Jaegerjaquez?"

There was no doubt that the young professor enjoyed his job and the art of teaching itself, Misaki being able to observe it in the way he spoke about and addressed the subjects they discussed. It was somewhat like a breath of fresh air from the usual annoyed teacher that seemed so done with life that they'd take all their frustrations off on the students. So having a day almost full only of this guy's courses made her really happy, to the point that just seeing him again as she entered this smaller lecture hall for the foreign languages class made her smile.
At least she didn't have to wait another three hours before she could see and hear him again. Misaki politely nodded her head into his direction as she said hello to him once more that day, then made her way to one of the front row desks this time around. Since Grimmjow didn't frighten her like some of her other teachers, there was no more reason for Misaki to try and make herself small behind some other students at the back of the room. She was slowly growing enamored with listening to this man talk about those subjects he was clearly passionate about, so she wanted to get the best spot from where she could listen to him.
Then as Grimmjow began explaining the syllabus and the layout of this course's curricula, Misaki began noting down the information that would be useful for later, like what she needed to get done for her final grade and the requirements for passing this specific course. The benefit of being able to retake a test as many times as needed was a real relief, since it really took away some of the stress she'd usually feel about some of her other courses, which the brunette really appreciated. Was this guy really a teacher? Never in a million years would've she had imagined there could be a professor like this, but she wasn't going to complain.
"So asking about your type is off the table then?" There was a voice asking from somewhere in the back, as the man explained he didn't appreciate questions that were off topic and invaded his personal space, causing some of the rest of the class to chuckle and giggle under their breaths. Some people could really be unbelievable... Misaki rolled her eyes and shook her head disapprovingly at her peers' behavior. They were all past their twenties now, yet some still acted like some dumb ass teenagers, ruining a perfectly good peaceful atmosphere. Though, she was slightly curious about how Grimmjow would deal with these people and if he's actually become pissed off with them. Even someone as calm as he was must've had a limit to people's impertinence.

Personal one on one tutoring? Well now that got her to raise an eyebrow in stark surprise. Not in a suspicious was though, since Misaki wasn't the kind to usually think the worst of other's intentions, and given the man's professionalism so far, she had no reason to doubt him. She was just impressed and really touched by what she deemed to be an endless amount of generosity coming from him, which only made her heart beat even quicker. "I-I will think about it. T-Thank you again, Mr. Jaegerjaquez!" The young woman felt like she couldn't thank him enough for everything. Now maybe this day wasn't going to be this crappy after all.
And indeed, things only seemed to head for the better as the physics lecture finally became something less of a torture and more a course she could actually enjoy even if just a bit. With or without his accent, Grimmjow's teaching was much more easier to follow than Mrs. Nakamura's, and his combination of traditional and modern approaches to learning made the information to be easier to digest even for someone as parallel with the subject as she was. Plus, the fact that he was actually charming added another delightful note to the whole experience, making time feel like it was going too fast compared to how it'd go usually. Who knew that not getting shouted at and feeling safe to ask any questions related to the topic would be so helpful in remembering things directly from class? If only he could stay their permanent teacher for this subject...
By the end of the lab, Misaki found herself actually regretting that the course was over for the day. Sure, she'd get to see him again during that group study session at the end of the day, but then she'll have to wait another 7 days before seeing him again in class... Damn, what a crazy thing! She, who usually dreaded the Physics course, actually wished now for the week to go by quicker so she'd be able to return for another lesson! What had the world come to?! Misaki shrugged slightly, surprised too at the thought and about herself, but alas, she had to move on to her next course. Yet another lab, but this time in a subject closer to her field of interest, then she still had the optional foreign languages course. Misaki was somewhat curious about the optional, but to be fair, now she wanted for those last three hours to go by quicker so she could see the substitute teacher again for the tutoring class!
Descending the stairs, her gaze flew back to the teacher desk, the thought of maybe apologizing for what happened at the beginning of the lecture, but Grimmjow's space seemed to have already been flooded by a swarm of hyped and hormonal young women, seeking to at least shoot their shot at flirting with him on the 'pretense' of having more questions on the course materials for the week. Oh well, it couldn't have been helped... Sighing in defeat, Misaki resigned to just exiting the auditorium.
Another hour later and who would've thought she'd stumble once again on this charming foreigner in the foreign languages course? What kind of luck even was this? But she sure wasn't going to complain about it!

Having taken that short break to freshen herself up, Misaki seemed to be feeling much better as she returned to the auditorium. She was aware that she probably hadn't performed her best on that pop quiz, but now there was nothing else to be done about it. All she could hope for now was that the grade won't be that bad that it'd make passing nearly impossible for her once Mrs. Nakamura would return (she couldn't have known that Grimmjow wasn't planning on adding this score to their final grade). Heaving another sigh, the brunette resumed her seat and took out her notebook for the lab, deciding to focus all her attention onto the lesson for the time being.
However, the surprise and relief she felt upon hearing that the quiz wasn't meant for the grading process couldn't be denied, as Misaki felt a weight lifting up from her shoulders, but that didn't last long because the professor then began calling out a few names and asking the respective students to come to the desk one by one, while the rest worked on whatever tasks Grimmjow had set for the lab. And just as expected, her name ended up being amongst the ones he'd called out. While she hadn't expected him to be this quick with the grading of the papers, it wouldn't have been difficult to assume it was about the scores and that she must've had the worst one out of them all to have been called last. Resigned, the young woman descended the stairs to go to the desk, head hung low as she spoke in a rather timid tone. "Yes, Mr. Jaegerjaquez?" Still, it was best to not assume and so, she waited for him say why he called her to his desk.
At first, Misaki expected him to be harsh about her score, reprimand her about being such 'a bad student that brings shame to the name of this fine institution', but surprisingly, Grimmjow said nothing rude towards her and just addressed the test itself. He was also surprisingly calm, unlike her usual teacher who would've most likely raised her tone in contempt at the girl. He went her through the test, explaining what and why was wrong (a first for her too, that left Misaki nearly baffled) and even offered to help her study which nearly made her heart drop (it wasn't like he hadn't asked the others the same thing too, but since this was a lot of kindness to take at once in a very long time, it still managed to have a strong effect on her). But would've it have been alright from her to accept his kind offer? After all the trouble she'd caused in this one hour alone... She felt unworthy of such kindness, and that showed in her slight reluctance.
"Would it really be okay for me to join the study group, after everything...?" She asked, her deep blue eyes finally raising up to met his equally bright ones. "Well... I guess I could come. If you'll give me the time and place for when to come, I promise to think about it, sir. My schedule is a bit hectic lately..." And it wasn't a lie. One of her work colleagues had recently quit and so, Misaki was left dealing with their hours too before management would've been able to find a replacement. But she would've liked to go, even if just so she could listen to him some more, since Grimmjow was such a charming and charismatic person (at least in her eyes, ignoring the fact that he was also strict and rather rigid to say the least). Up close he was indeed quite the good looking fella, but to Misaki, his apparent good heart made him the most charming individual she'd met in a long time.
Eventually, the young woman excused herself back to her seat, not wanting to stay longer than her peers and end up attracting more unwanted attention onto herself. But she was feeling much better now, to say the least, after receiving some reassurement that the teacher didn't hate her and that she didn't have to struggle all alone with the things she didn't understand. Without even having noticed, sometime during the conversation her heart must've started beating faster, since now a light pink lit up her pale cheeks, but Misaki was in too much of a good mood to even pay any more attention to the whispering around her. All the brunette could hear anymore was the professor's voice as he taught the lab class, captivating her and for the first time ever, actually making her interested in the subject itself. 'Maybe I'll make some time to go to those study sessions after all...' She thought to herself, a little smile finally appearing on her lips like a rainbow after a rainfall.

The growl he let out as the phone's ringing began getting louder nearly scared her, the brunette flinching all startled by it. Yeah sure, to others this might've added to the 'strict hot teacher' vibe, but for Misaki, being shouted at was never something se enjoyed under any circumstances. Clutching the pen in her hand, she tried her best to calm down and just fix things before it'll get any worse (if that was even possible with how bad things already were for her). Pulling her bag closer with her foot as subtly as she could, yet still in a quick manner so that she wouldn't waste any more time, the young woman reached down into its contents and began rummaging through it for the phone.
'Come on... Come on!' The thoughts sounded like a silent chanting, as if she was praying, in vain, for all this nightmare to be over already. She'd already been embarrassed enough, seeing as the people around her were silently snickering and jeering at her in a mocking way, which added more insult to injury to her already difficult situation.
Misaki wasn't by far a popular person amongst her peers. Sure, she was gorgeous and beautiful by all means, but due to having what was deemed an unusual eye color, the young woman had been subjected for a long time to ostracization from her peers. Even if she was born Japanese, her blue eyes that marked the one third of foreign blood running through her veins made it so people still treated her as a gaijin growing up, and things weren't any easier now as an adult either. Maybe that's also why people like Mrs. Nakamura were also harder on her too... They'd dislike her before even getting to know who she truly were.
Heaving a long sigh, she finally reached the phone, pressing the decline button before looking down at the screen to quickly switch the device off entirely. Her cheeks were already burning red and she could barely hold back some tears forming in the corners of her eyes, as she could clearly hear some girls whispering mean words behind her back, calling her desperate for attention and annoying, stupid things like that. As if she didn't have it hard already remembering the little she had retained from the previous courses, now it was nearly impossible for her to concentrate anymore. Misaki just wanted to be done with this miserable day.
Circling as many answers as she could, she then hurried her way through the rest of the quiz and brought the paper down to the teacher's desk, excusing herself to go to the bathroom next. Right now she felt like the heavy air in that whole room was too much to handle and she needed to be alone for a while. What a way to start the week too... Never before had the desire to go home been stronger than now. But she still had two more hours of this course, a one hour lab afterwards and three more hours of an optional class she signed up for before she could finally head back home for the evening. Misaki just had to grit her teeth and go through the rest of the day, trying her best to just forget the awful start of it all.
At least, the little consolation she had was that the other two stuff left for the day weren't entirely bad. The lab was very much on the practical kind of things, so it's keep her busy doing some manual work, and the other course was in something she was actually good at. Something in foreign languages, if she remembered well... A new course that was added this year and she signed up at as an optional to even up her average score left by the disaster that was her grade in Physics I and what would also probably be now in Physics II. Washing her face with cold water, Misaki finally managed to calm down enough to return for the rest of the lecture.

Hopefully Mr. Jaegerjaquez wouldn't be too mad at her for leaving so abruptly after the quiz, since she still valued the teachers' opinion on her as a student.
