Somehow I have the habit into getting really invested into rare pairs. I'll be watching something and go "wow! They have great chemistry!" Then head to a03 and there's like maybe 100 actual fics and the Tumblr tag hasn't been updated by an actual person in years

"Todoroki?" Midoriya asked nervously.

"Bakugou." Todoroki stated, slapping a picture on the whiteboard with his pointing stick. "Ojiro. Toogata. Melissa Shield. Utsushimi sometimes. They all have two things in common."

"WHAT do I have in common with those idiots?!" Bakugou demanded.

"First, they are all blond." Todoroki stated, ripping a piece of tape off the board to reveal a bullet point that just said 'BLOND'. "Second," Todoroki suddenly traced his chest exaggeratedly, "I have been told they all possess what is known as "va-va-voom"."

Kaminari began to scream with laughter, and fell onto the floor cackling and clutching his sides.

"WHAT ARE YOU TEACHING HIM?!" Jirou demanded, kicking Kaminari while he was down.

"Midoriya," Todoroki leaned in extremely close to the sweating and blushing boy, their faces separated by a scant three centimeters, "Do you have a type?"

Midoriya stopped thinking.

"Hey, thinking about it," Sero spoke up, "Isn't All Might ALSO a stacked blond?"

Todoroki froze, and then turned to stare at Sero. Kaminari's demented cackling only grew.

"Um." Sero lowered his hand.

Todoroki walked over to Sero and made out with him for a good three seconds before breaking the kiss. "I need to gather more data." He solemnly announced, leaving behind a stunned Sero.

"If Deku was into me just because he's horny for All Might I'm going to kill all of you and then myself." Bakugou grumbled.

Mirideku Dynamic [ taken and polished from twt ]

after the big three graduation, mirio seeing izuku wandering about with no one to talk to because all his friends have something to do, or someone to visit while izuku doesn’t. it feels like they are avoiding him even if it’s not on purpose.

do you think mirio went through the same thing as well when he was quirkless for a while. tamaki and nejire sere so busy with their work and their personal life, he didn’t have time to spend with them and felt left out because of it. and now he’s watching it happen to izuku who looks clueless and heartbroken but says nothing about it.

eri starting school so izuku can’t even spend all his time with her like mirio did.

but then something changes, mirio takes charge because it’s happened to him. he doesn’t want it to happen to izuku who saved and protected them all.

despite his busy schedule after graduating, mirio tries his best to always hang out with izuku, and that tradition continues well on with izuku until he is a teacher and mirio is a pro hero.

they have a weekly tradition of going out to eat at the ramen shop down the street from UA high. mirio regales izuku with tales of his pro hero life, (with extra flourish) and izuku listening while grading paperwork. izuku hesitates to tell him about U.A because he’s worried it wouldn’t compare, but mirio insists on listening anyway. he wants to know about izukus life. he wants to know the things izuku found exciting- even if they might be dull to others.
