The fact that most vampires are based on bat characteristics, but Carmilla's are based on the ones of a CAT is so freaking awesome to me. Like. She probably has some traits that make her lowkey act like a cat sometimes, maybe her pupils dilatate or contract a lot, or perhaps she can even purr. Like. Isn't that amazing.
