😭😭😭 ty anon. I have been going through an emotional and mental grinder for the last three and a half weeks so I'm pretty scatterbrained. I've been chasing some life-changing opportunities and I am SO TIRED and trying not to let the self-doubt and exhaustion bring me down too much. So yeah, thank you and the other folks who have sent me love notes and asks over the last few weeks. It means a lot. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I know it's not Friday anymore but if had the energy to respond to this yesterday I'd do a small follow Friday list: @thelatestkate has incredibly colorful and lovely art featuring animals and messages about mental health. @positivity-in-recovery also has been reblogging a lot of lovely art and memes to help remind me to stay grounded when I can. @fancakeofficial is a pan-fandom reccing community where I get to discover (or re-discover) new and old favorite fic and vids that people are enjoying. @miraenart has such vibrant art and illustrations that leave me speechless with joy.

Thank you for the tag @marvagon 💖💖💖 I'd like to add a second to their work.They work with traditional artwork (which is getting rarer and rarer in fandom) in pen and it's gorgeous.

I know so many amazingly talented people who could all do with more love in my opinion.

But fic wise a shout out to some of my mutuals who specialise in rare pairs and so often shamefully fall under the fandoms radar. @two-hands-toward-the-sun , @bobbole @zorawitch fics are CRIMINALLY underrated!

Artist wise, I'd love to point you in the direction of @mashumaru , @thirrith @missingrache and @amones who's work should all be flooded with infinitely more likes! And a new artist I've recently stumbled upon (not fandom) @miraenart who's work I adore.

And a special nod to @zigzag-wanderer who is one of the fandoms most beautiful wordsmiths and @ibrithir-was-here who's artwork is loved, but her world building and ability to think a outside the box fandom wise with fics is beyond compare in my opinion.

Reblog and tag with an artist (who draw, who paint, who compose music/sing, who write... art in general) who you really find underrated and deserve more recognition

A personal favourite of mine I'd highly recommend is @miraenart . Their vibrant, fantastical work is a highlight I always look forward to seeing on my dash.

Has anyone got any artist recommendations? I dont mean fanartists, rather artists posting their own non fandom related work. They can be hard to find amongst the raging oceans of fanworks. And I'd love to support more independent artists/ fill my dash some with gorgeous art.
