PU slugcat vessel. In the last image, they're using the thought broadcast technology to communicate concepts / experiences, since I'd assume this might be easier than learning to construct and produce language. Their slugcats can also broadcast specific words, though. It's kind of like those dogs that press buttons, but more intelligent?

Umbra isn't the greatest at being a slugcat. Still, it's good to experiment! or something. this scenario is more of a what-if, but I could still see them branching out into testing this at some point or another in the main canon.

The marks above their heads are PU's own marks of communication. Their slugcats were purposed with them from birth, since they didn't want any distress with adjusting to them later in the creatures' lives. They're very conscientious about caring for these companion organisms properly, likely due to their own perspective as a smaller being (as compared to a standard Iterator).

The ID drone is still present and still very necessary to keep things working properly. i haven't figured out the inner workings of this vessel in- depth bc that sounds like a lot of time i could spend fleshing out concepts that are actually relevant haha

Frosted Briar / FRFOGG were designed and created by @fauxbia !! their mask design is still a wip. forgot to specify this the first time but the uncolored designs are also wips. (jade also helped me with a lot of these designs; the NCTG design is a modification of jade's re-design of my previous designs. she also helped me a lot with SLS' colors, and @cloverlady helped me with PU's colors. yayy thank you my friends)

i think this is one of like two times ive tried to draw an unmasked benefactor. no idea if this is still canon tbh i dont know what to do with unmasked benefactors and i dont rlly want to figure it out rn. i guess my excuse can be they're all pretty diverse due to modding but eh. thats for a later time. anyways LVLSP already had the creature mannerisms . catgirl at heart

doodles of SLS daily life in her city, pre-MA. SLS' city served as a tourist destination related to the Mobile Iterator Project, so she had to give tours sometimes. Advertisers and Designers could also make use of the photography studio so SLS could model clothing and products. Much of the time, her city was empty, as it was never meant for prolonged residence. SLS hated giving tours, and having visitors made her anxious, but she also felt lonely and unfulfilled during the quieter moments. Working on commissions and promotions helped, but SLS struggled to find a balance between having too much to do and having nothing to do.

SLS spending time with weaver in her main chamber, post-MA. She's much happier here.
