the MCI in the au had a Lot of controversy, fun fact. minus the obvious (Jesus Fuck That's A Lot Of Dead Kids), the controversy surrounding it included:
how/why the kids were lured (this was done to find some semblance of a possible motive, and then work from there. it didn't work out entirely, but they tried)
the...MULTIPLE people falsely accused and convicted of the murders (one guy they quite literally pretended to put in jail and then immediately released to be put in Witness Protection because they only pretended to arrest him to put the public's mind at ease)
the '87 Massacre PROVING that the police sucked at their jobs and that the killer hadn't been caught.
William and the fact that this man SUCKS at trying to prove his innocence, and yet STILL didn't have more suspicion put on him. his alibi's shaky as fuck!! he's literally the only person big enough to safely fit inside the suit used for the murders!!
whether Andrew actually was an MCI victim or not
whether Charlie was a "failed" MCI victim or not
in order:
the motives that the public came up with due to the camera footage: Bea was lured using the promise that the killer would help her find her dog (correct, right on the nose), Junior was lured during his meltdown after not getting to see Foxy, with the killer promising to help him calm down (technically right; William was specifically taking him to see Foxy, who was undergoing maintenance), Gabi was lured with the promise of a birthday surprise and Isaac went with them to keep an eye on his sister (technically also right but it took them Fucking Ages to get this one), and Andrew had seen something he wasn't supposed to see (very incorrect. Andrew didn't witness anything, he just got into an argument with William).
William just pointed the finger at multiple Fredbear's employees, mostly ones closer to him in height (reminder that this man's 6 foot fucking seven). the guy that got put in Witness Protection that i mentioned earlier, that they only pretended to arrest to put people's minds at ease? was 6'4".
like. for the kids murdered in '87, think about it: the O'Hare suit was used, it was in fucking June, and there were five kids. if that wouldn't be a sign that the police got the wrong fucking guy and sucked Really Bad at their jobs, i dunno what would.
William's alibis were literally just "I was at home that night/I was working at Fredbear's/I was at the bar" and no one could fully disprove it, and William stated that, if his O'Hare suit just had to be used by a different employee, that they had stilts that those people could use to fit better in the suit. so, ""technically speaking"", someone else could've used the suit, especially if they were close to Will's height. but you can see why this technically "proved his innocence" in the eyes of most of the town (except for the families mostly affected by his bullshit. there's a reason why about a fourth of town hates this guy, either quietly or vocally).
a lot of factors go into why Andrew is theorized to potentially just be a runaway and not a part of the MCI: his horrible home life, the fact he wasn't technically lured, the fact that almost no one who was there saw where he went after he left Cassidy alone at the table, the lack of evidence in general, his tendency to run away from home and stay with friends for weeks on end, and, most notably, the fact that no body was found in 1985 like the others were. the town's split on what to believe. Andy's dad just didn't really care, and thought they did run away; "Maybe he finally decided to stop being a pussy and leave town like he said he would a hundred fucking times. Took 'im long enough." this would come back to bite him in the ass in '87, however. William didn't confirm nor deny anything, obviously. for the record, Andy's body was dumped in the lake.
Charlie was theorized to be a "failed" MCI victim due to her death only being a month prior to the other victims and the fact that someone clearly seemed to have booked it out of there really quickly. the belief was that whoever had killed him had meant to take her body somewhere else and dump it there, but had heard someone approaching (Marionn, most likely, who had come out of the building to look for Charlie) and decided not to risk it. others simply went along with what police said happened: some "crazed drunk motherfucker" had snapped and beat Charlie up using a beer bottle before leaving him for dead.
other "fun" facts:
so...while i try not to focus too much on racism in the Fnaf universe that would've like. very likely existed, let's be real here, i do try to think about how it would've affected things that happened in the timeline. after Gabi and Isaac went missing, and it became clear that the police were...not focusing as hard on those two's case as much as the others', Henry held a gun to their head legally (aka Threatened To Sue Their Asses) and went You better start investigating that shit or So Help Me God. there are two men in Hurricane that you just don't fuck with legally: William and Henry. the difference is that William used his powers for evil (getting away with So Much Bad Shit, Especially Murder), and Henry used his for good.
Benson Douglas (Andy's dad) was the guy that William pinned the murders on in '87, since he worked there. why? These Two Hate Each Other. plus, Benny over here didn't do himself any favors with how he reacted to Andrew's disappearance. spent ten years in jail before they realized that he had no idea how Springlock Suits worked, meaning he couldn't have done either the MCI or the '87 Massacre.
1987 was just William being the boss of several people who hated his guts for various reasons. Jeremiah "Jeremy" Fitzgerald-Hernandez, Fritz Smith Sr., Shawn Scottson (Phone Guy, who came to hate him after...certain events), and Benson Douglas. an older brother, two fathers of dead boys, and someone who would eventually open Michael's eyes. don't ask how William managed this, he doesn't even fucking know either.
I've been watching a shitton of forensic files lately, and this feels so real. I love the inclusion of a fake arrest of a guy who was then put in witness protection, very acab of your writing, and very accurate. I'm actually obsessed with the realistic inclusion of racism and how henry shut that shit down, we stan a king, truly.

Guys... I've never been so invested in an ask blog that I started writing an actual character for it. Live Laugh Love @lastintheserverbox
Anyways kinitopet!Crow:
Crowley Scarlet. Known online as Scarecrow, which came from "scar.crow". people started saying scarecrow which just fit, and was ironic considering his name Crow and the fact people would call them a crow for some of his little quirks and endless curiousity.
He buys an acreage and finds this old computer hidden away in a crawlspace of one of the sheds on the property. Praying it works hw curiously opens it to find a glitched out windows profile with no password for "A. Raven". Loading it up he's greeted by a pink axolotl on the desktop glad his bestfriend "Andrew" is finally back. Crow isn't Andrew and tells the thing as such, Kinito does what a Kinito does best, it learns and adapts.
Crow himself is digital (if it works out through just being an asker), that rickety old computer is long gone, but hey, the cloud has more storage than you'd know. Their Kinito, despite killing them and dragging them into the digital world, is still their best friend. It took a while for him to forgive the axolotl, but when it's seemingly just you and one other person in a world alone forever there's only so much one can do.
Kinito got him really interested in code and he does just as much building in the world that Kinito does. I imagine when Crow does code it looks like Dendy's hackpack in ok ko (the like extremely advanced code blocks ). Crow eventually gains internet access like Kinito and is able to travel back and forth between his world and the outside internet space, typically with Kinito.
In serverbox, once 1.0/Serverbox/Kinito deletes everything and cuts basically all of the internet access to the server (-minus the occasional weird emails from the outside) he's effectively locked out, even if he wasn't, his world is gone, his friend is gone, it was deleted and he would've been deleted along with it if he had been there, he has nowhere left to go in there. Along with that was part of his memory specifically of dying and becoming digital, he thinks he's just as normal as the other askers. But he's starting to realize his reality isn't quite right, things aren't adding up, there's a half visible arrow pointing to the answer for everything he's experiencing. And the answer says he's dead, he's not human anymore.
His nickname for his Kinito was Key or Keys, which is funny because when the Kinitos were deleted he essentially lost his keys to the Kinitopet servers.

The Anderson Family Tree (x)
( Aurora, Faye, and Lilibeth all exist within separate universes, notes will be made at the specific points that canons differ)
shoutout to @the-witching-ash for helping me develop this entire clusterfuck of a family
Tag List: want to be added?
Althea Anderson ( Maggie Smith ):
Matriarch of the Anderson family
Divorced her husband in her 60s, came out as a lesbian, her lifelong best friend moved into her house
Would do anything for her grandchildren no questions asked
in Lilibeth & Faye's verses, she lives in a mansion in Ohio, in SOWK she lives in the South of France and has a second home in Paris
her contact with Devon's children was severely limited until they got older and could maintain contact with her behind their father's back
Edgar Anderson ( Robert Redford ):
Truly the worst
Homophobic, racist, misogynistic, borderline christian fundamentalist
He just sucks so much like you don't even know I hate him so much
Disowned Mallory when she came out
Former Dalton boy
I hate him so much that's all there is to say I hate him
Catherine Arnoult ( Julie Andrews ):
Althea Anderson's best friend ( they're gal pals, your honour )
Her family are french aristocrats
moves in with Althea after she and Edgar divorce
As classy as they come but also has the greatest insults in the world, all of the Andersons want to be her when they're older
Devon Anderson ( Robert Downey Jr ):
Also the worst
Just like his father, homophobic, racist, misogynistic, shitty ass father
Republican politician (senator of Ohio)
Former Dalton boy
Foes not talk to his children except when it benefits his image
Pam Anderson ( Lea Salonga ):
Stay at home mom minus the mom part
Loves her son & step son, and daughter in Faye's verse, in SOWK she raised Aurora as her own despite not being her mom
But lets Devon push her around and call the shots
Virtually no relationship with her kids since Blaine & Aurora came out (not homophobic but Devon says no talking to them so she doesn't)
Not outright abusive like Devon but does nothing to stop him
Eleanor Anderson ( Angelina Jolie ):
Realized that Devon was a piece of shit and got out of there
Not close with her son but they do maintain contact and she always asks about his younger sibling/siblings
The best parent in that branch of the family
She wasn't ready to be a mom but Devon pressured her to marry and have kids
She left him when she found out he was having an affair with Pam
Mallory Anderson ( Sandra Bullock ):
TBD if she's exclusive to Lilibeth's verse or not I can't decide
Lesbian icon
The best of the Andersons by far
Came out as a lesbian the day of her UCLA graduation (after her father had paid for all of it)
Was disowned by her father and brother but stayed close with her mother
Lives in LA
in Lili's verse, she moves back to Ohio to help take care of her mom and the house when Althea moves into a retirement facility
She's just so cool also she yells at Schue a lot
Very close with her nephews (and nieces if she exists in Faye or Aurora's verses), Cooper comes over for family dinner once a week until moving back to Ohio
Could be a lawyer, tbd
Gloria Santos-Anderson ( Nicole Scherzinger ):
Also the coolest
Bisexual icon, 80s & 90s pop star
Now works either in music production or management, is known for always putting artists above profit
Very supportive of her daughter's music & vlogging career
Technically Lili's manager but in a "you have the natural talent for this I'm going to make sure no one fucks with you" way not insane stage mom way – she and Mallory never pushed Lili into doing this but wholeheartedly support her when she does
Cooper Anderson ( Matt Bomer ):
What a man tbh
Bisexual polyamorous disaster
Dalton alumni, was roommates (biblically) with his best friend Roman Kline
Now in a relationship with Roman & Ash Astor
Actor, mostly in indie projects and commercials but looking for his big break
Loves his younger sibling(s) but has not always been the best at showing it
Learned too much emotional absence from his father, he's working on it
The reason theatre kids have a bad rep
Blaine Anderson ( Darren Criss ):
How do I begin to explain Blaine Anderson?
Truly don't know what to say, we all know him
The real reason theatre kids have a bad rep
Disaster gay trying to pose as distinguished gay
Means well but also sometimes an idiot
Faye Anderson ( Vanessa Hudgens ):
Top student at Crawford Country
Lead soloist of her glee club
Was a boarding student at Crawford Country despite having a family house in Ohio because that would involve her parents having to actually come to Ohio
Really truly does not want to go to McKinley but her parents decide that if Blaine is so insistent on it then the twins can just live at home and both go to McKinley – she's very bitter
Her favourite instrument is the piano
She was almost kicked out of home when she came out, the only reason that she wasn't is because Devon was up for reelection and it would have looked bad
Aurora Anderson ( Kaylee Bryant ):
The girl the myth the legend
Everyone's favourite bi (except Kurt and Rachel)
Only girl at Dalton, Devon pulled a lot of strings to make it happen – not for her benefit but because Andersons go to Dalton
Her best friend is Nick Duvall and they dated briefly before he realized he was gay and they agreed that it felt like dating a sibling
Nearly died on her fourteenth birthday when she and Blaine were victims of a hate crime after their freshman year Sadie Hawkins dance, has severe PTSD as well as mental and physical disabilities & a collection of mental illnesses
Nine months younger than Blaine and should be a grade below but as far as the world knows, she's his twin – the only people who know the truth are the Warbler Inner Circle + Cooper, Roman, and Ash
Dalton fight club champion
Musical theatre nerd and also just a nerd in general
Her favourite movie is Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame
Everyone's baby sister
Lilibeth Anderson ( Olivia Rodrigo ):
Grew up in LA with her moms, moves to Ohio at the start of eighth grade (glee s2) not happy about it but she does love getting to see her grandmothers & Blaine
Very close with Cooper since Mallory insists on him coming to family dinners
Youtube vlogger & singer which was turning into a full blown career but it stalled big time when she moved to Ohio
Her grandmothers lived in the same home as Jean and she had become close with Jean before she died
Sue is a fan of her because of this, no one gets away with fucking with her at McKinley because of it
She starts as a freshman at McKinley in season 3 – Rachel can't stand her
Dates Ryder and it's very very bad for her, eventually she dumps him when he goes on his transphobic spiral towards Unique
Didn't plan on becoming a Cheerio but is dragged into it by Sue and is surprised to love it
Cooper is the one who helps her figure out how to revive her vlog & music career in Ohio

Have you watched the other walking dead spin offs and which ones are worth watching?
i've seen at least an episode of all of them i think and i have thoughts!
fear the walking dead: i watched at least the first season when it was airing, maybe part of the second, but i never really got invested. i just didn't care about the characters. i've been told that there's a huge tonal shift when morgan shows up though so it might be worth powering through. plus, dwight eventually shows up over there and he's one of my favorite characters in the entire 'verse so i should probably give it another shot. but it's basically just the walking dead in california/mexico and with less interesting characters (at least in the beginning).
dead city: i watched the first episode just because i was curious how they were going to justify maggie teaming up with negan and they do justify it but it's very contrived. i had no interest in continuing to watch it because i loathe negan and think he's the worst thing to happen to the entire walking dead universe but if you feel differently, it might be worth it? visually, it seemed very comic book-y in a way that annoyed me but that might be appealing to other people.
daryl dixon: i watched all of the first season minus the last episode (i just couldn't find a link for it and by the time one became available i'd already read a synopsis and seen clips of the parts i'd want to see anyway). i thought it was fine but unnecessary? i know the caryl fandom at large hates it but i don't really agree with their assessment. i think they're letting the bts drama influence their feelings about the content of the actual show.
it wasn't as ridiculous as i was expecting. more than anything i was just like "okay why are we doing this??" it doesn't tell me anything new about daryl. it (so far) hasn't developed the relationship between daryl and carol (platonically or romantically). it just introduces a new world of characters that are fine but that i ultimately don't care about. i've talked about it before but i think one of the problems with the latter seasons of the walking dead is that they introduced way too many new characters and just expected me to care about them without ever taking the time to give me any reason to. the dary spin-off is basically just an extension of that. but i do think it's better storytelling than the last few seasons of the og show simply because it's following one fairly tight storyline instead of like seven.
the ones who live: this is the only one of the spin-offs so far that justifies its existence in my opinion. some of that is simply because of how rick and michonne were written out of the walking dead. of course we want to know what they've been up to and if they've found each other. but some of it is just that rick grimes is the walking dead. there's a gravitas to andrew lincoln's performance that makes whatever's happening on screen feel more immediate, more threatening, more.... important? and when you add in the chemistry between andrew and danai, it's fucking magic. i don't care about the crm or what's going to happen with it at all, but every time an episode ends, i want to watch the next one right now!!!!!! because i want to see what rick and michonne will do next. it's rick and michonne!!!!
anyway, all of this to say that i think if you like the og walking dead, it's probably worth giving any/all of these a shot just to see which ones, if any, vibe for you. it's not like you have to keep watching if you're not having fun. i think the ones who live is far and away the best but i'm very clearly biased about that haha

this is totally not game theory script
[00:00:37]
Hello, Internet, welcome to Game Theory, where today's episode is perhaps
[00:00:42]
the single most important that we've doneon the final floor in a long, long time.
[00:00:48]
Today, my friends, our goalis to solve Golden Freddy.
[00:00:52]
That's right.
[00:00:52]
For now, Fred, I am justified in usingmy favorite golden boy in the thumbnail
[00:00:55]
today because thisepisode is all about him.
[00:00:58]
It's them, which I got to be honest,is probably a good thing because I've run
[00:01:02]
out of ways to make Old Yeller overhere look interesting in a thumbnail.
[00:01:05]
I mean, the dude's only got like two
[00:01:07]
decent quality images in the entiresix year history of this franchise.
[00:01:11]
Say what you will aboutmilking this franchise.
[00:01:13]
Right?We've milked that image, right.
[00:01:15]
If only every other characterin this franchise was clickable.
[00:01:18]
But seriously, with the recent releaseof Buddy Call
[00:01:21]
the Fifth Fassbach Fright Book,I think we have enough information now
[00:01:25]
to finally put together a quasi definitiveanswer on who is in that iconic golden
[00:01:30]
suit, which, got to be honest, is like thebiggest mystery to me in this franchise.
[00:01:34]
At this point.
[00:01:35]
Solving this one is like obtainingthe first of three massive holy grails
[00:01:39]
when it comes to the lureof this franchise.
[00:01:41]
But in order to do it,
[00:01:42]
we're going to have to look at the games, the books and the spin offs.
[00:01:45]
And by the end,
[00:01:46]
we'll have ourselves an answer that notonly fits with the established lore
[00:01:49]
of both game and book, but also an answer that satisfies pretty
[00:01:53]
much everything about this characterand answer that irons out all the wrinkles
[00:01:57]
and frustrations that I've had whenconcocting past theories about this guy.
[00:02:01]
Oh, and it also just takes a little bitof the scabbed overwound of a past theory,
[00:02:06]
OpenNet just enough that itmight get infected.
[00:02:08]
So are you ready to have your mind blown? Are you ready to finally have the answer
[00:02:12]
to this mystery that has beensix years in the making?
[00:02:16]
Well, then let's beginwith the stitch rave.
[00:02:19]
For those of you who've missed it,the stitchery story is happening in small
[00:02:22]
chunks at the end of eachFassbach Fright book.
[00:02:24]
It's kind of like an MCU post creditsteaser minus the color shifting Thanos.
[00:02:28]
It's about an animatronic suit piecedtogether from the haunted spare parts
[00:02:32]
of various toys and robots given lifethrough the power of human agony.
[00:02:36]
Now that it's alive, the creature is wandering the city,
[00:02:39]
collecting more haunted toys and killingpeople with its zappy hands,
[00:02:42]
sucking their bodies dry and makingthem cry oily black tears.
[00:02:47]
And up to this point, that's prettymuch all we do about this monstrosity.
[00:02:49]
Lead me to conclude that the reason we'remeeting this thing is to prove
[00:02:52]
the existence of remnant and how itworks via negative human emotions.
[00:02:56]
Maybe set him up as the new villainfor that upcoming game security breach.
[00:02:59]
Or at the very least, that's what I thought.
[00:03:02]
Oh, no, dear theorist's the stitchery this
[00:03:05]
far more important than wecould have ever imagined.
[00:03:07]
In the epilogue of book number four,Step Closer, we meet Andrew and Jake,
[00:03:12]
the two souls who find themselvestrapped inside the stitchery.
[00:03:16]
And the conversation that they have whenthey first meet starts to give us some
[00:03:19]
of the lower drops that we have beenwaiting years to hear quote from the book.
[00:03:23]
Now, Jake was inside a metal thing.
[00:03:25]
He didn't know enough about anything
[00:03:26]
to understand what it was,but he did know that he wasn't alone.
[00:03:29]
He was sharing this strange place.Oh, hi.
[00:03:32]
Jake said, I'm Jake.Who are you?
[00:03:34]
I'm Andrew.The child's voice was rough.
[00:03:36]
He sounded a little like a boy Jake usedto know in school,
[00:03:39]
a boy who was always talking back to theteacher and getting himself in trouble.
[00:03:42]
Jake thought Andrew sounded angry, very angry, end quote.
[00:03:46]
We're told that even though both theirsouls are infused into the same
[00:03:49]
endoskeleton, Jake is the only oneable to move the stitch wreathes body.
[00:03:53]
He's also the only one capableof seeing the outside world.
[00:03:56]
Andrew is blind to it all.
[00:03:59]
It's kind of like thosetwo man horse costumes.
[00:04:01]
You never want to windup being the button.
[00:04:02]
Those things, especiallyon Chappellet days.
[00:04:04]
It's no wonder Andrew so mad.
[00:04:06]
I'd be, too, if I was forced to spend aneternity looking at someone else's soul.
[00:04:09]
But however, it's when they start talking
[00:04:11]
about their former lives that thingsstart to get really interesting.
[00:04:14]
Quote again, my memoriesare kind of fuzzy.
[00:04:17]
Jake said fuzzy.Yeah, so are mine.
[00:04:19]
Andrew responded.
[00:04:20]
But I do remember wanting to getback at someone who hurt me.
[00:04:23]
I think I attached myself to him.
[00:04:25]
I got into his soul, made sure he couldn'tmove on when he should have died.
[00:04:28]
I remember I wanted him to sufferthe way he made me suffer.
[00:04:32]
I remember they tried to kill him,
[00:04:33]
but I wasn't going to lethim go until I was ready.
[00:04:35]
With a story like that, you could almost say that Andrew is
[00:04:37]
a spirit wanting revenge,a literal, vengeful spirit.
[00:04:41]
Perhaps now loyal Fanaroff theoristshave an idea of where this is all going.
[00:04:45]
Right back when Ultimate Customer firstcame out, we theorized that the entire
[00:04:49]
game was William Taft, entrapped in a fiery Xscape,
[00:04:53]
a constant cycle of torture and tormentat the hands of his past victims.
[00:04:57]
Or should I say one victim in particular, the spirit of Golden Freddy.
[00:05:01]
Sure, he was called by many names,
[00:05:03]
the one you should not have killed, the vengeful spirit.
[00:05:05]
But in the end, by doing the impossible
[00:05:08]
of that game and beating 1020 mode,it's revealed that Golden Freddy lingers
[00:05:12]
on, twitching with rage, refusing to move on into his afterlife.
[00:05:16]
And here Andrew is pretty muchconfirming exactly that sound.
[00:05:20]
The party horns the children celebrating.
[00:05:22]
It looks like we got one rightor should I say mostly right.
[00:05:26]
What's interesting about this wholeJake Andrew conversation from the book is
[00:05:29]
that back with ultimate custom night,we assumed that William Aften was dead
[00:05:33]
and that this was justhis afterlife and purger.
[00:05:35]
Or or each double hockeysticks or whatever.
[00:05:38]
He died in Henry's fire, the one that was set at the end of NAFT
[00:05:40]
six, the one meant to bringthe whole series to a close.
[00:05:44]
I mean, how could he not be dead?
[00:05:46]
Henry even had that awesome final linefor him, although for one of you,
[00:05:51]
the darkest of hell hasopened to swallow you whole.
[00:05:54]
So don't keep the devil waiting.
[00:05:56]
Frank, you don't just surviveone liners like that.
[00:05:59]
And yet here Andrew says that he was
[00:06:01]
actively keeping his killer aliveagainst everyone's attempts on his life.
[00:06:08]
So does that mean that afternoon?Still.
[00:06:10]
No, no, no.
[00:06:12]
I always come back.
[00:06:15]
He attack he Protech he always come back.
[00:06:17]
But just because William may have beenkept alive in the book law doesn't
[00:06:21]
necessarily mean that he wasleft alive in the game law to.
[00:06:24]
Well, it shouldn't, but I think it does.
[00:06:27]
Fast forward to this month and our newestbook, Bunny, called what was originally
[00:06:31]
supposed to be the fifth and finalinstallment in the Fast Bear Fright
[00:06:35]
series, a literal five books at Freddy'suntil, of course, it got extended.
[00:06:39]
Now we have ourselves the bonussixth and seventh night books.
[00:06:42]
And while the first two stories in thisnew book are interesting and certainly
[00:06:45]
worth talking about on a different day,it's the third one, the man in room 12 18
[00:06:50]
that ties into ourGolden Freddy mystery today.
[00:06:53]
Stop me if you've heard this one before.
[00:06:54]
It's about a mysterious man in a hospital
[00:06:56]
burned well beyond the point of death, and yet somehow he remains alive.
[00:07:01]
Quote from the book, Man had no face.
[00:07:04]
A hole in his skull indicatedwhere his nose used to be.
[00:07:07]
Dark, cavernous pits, lacking eyes looked at nothing.
[00:07:10]
A toothless mouth gapedwithout lips to protect it.
[00:07:13]
We'd be remiss if we didn'twarn you, the nurse said.
[00:07:15]
We know what he what that is evil.
[00:07:19]
Father Blythe evil.
[00:07:20]
In fact, the hospital staff is so
[00:07:22]
convinced that he's the embodiment of evilthat they tried to kill him multiple times
[00:07:27]
via injections,via smothering, via séances.
[00:07:30]
But nothing will do it.
[00:07:31]
He cannot be killed, but notfor the reasons that you would expect.
[00:07:35]
It's not an iron will to live or
[00:07:37]
the remnant that's flowing throughhis veins that's keeping him alive.
[00:07:40]
It's a ghost.Each attempt on the patient's life is
[00:07:43]
thwarted by the ghost of a boy with curlyblack hair wearing an alligator mass.
[00:07:48]
In fact, the two seem to beintertwined with each other.
[00:07:50]
The story informs us about the patient's
[00:07:53]
brain patterns, and they well, they're a bit unusual.
[00:07:55]
Quote, According to the hospital's sleep
[00:07:57]
expert, that particular REM patternindicates nightmares, horrific nightmares.
[00:08:02]
See there and there.
[00:08:03]
The nurse pointed at onepart of the brain scan.
[00:08:05]
Two signals means two livingthings, two entities.
[00:08:09]
They're both vying for control
[00:08:11]
of the brain, but they'reat odds with each other.
[00:08:13]
We think they're tormenting each other.
[00:08:15]
Sounds a bit like Andrew, right?
[00:08:17]
Andrew attached himself to the manwho killed him and refuses to let him die
[00:08:21]
so he can torment him, which is the exact relationship between
[00:08:24]
the vengeful spiritand William Aften in the Games.
[00:08:27]
And if there was any doubt about who thismysterious man in the hospital is,
[00:08:30]
the patient wants to go to a father'sbeer distribution center.
[00:08:33]
And we're told that the stitchery mysteryis somehow tied to a mysterious fire
[00:08:36]
involving Freddy's and the former ownersof the business every which way to Sunday.
[00:08:41]
This is our William Aften.
[00:08:43]
Stand in for these books.
[00:08:44]
Andrew is our vengeful spirit.Stand in.
[00:08:46]
And it feels like the book is trying
[00:08:48]
to tell us that custom night wasn'tpurgatory or heck,
[00:08:50]
it was after living nightmare as he waslaying in a hospital bed recovering.
[00:08:56]
William Aften may still be alive,
[00:08:59]
or maybe he was alive and thenhe eventually explodes.
[00:09:02]
Yeah, the story ends with William'scarcass being wheeled out to the beer
[00:09:06]
distribution center and then itliterally blows up like a bomb.
[00:09:09]
It is just as gross and gory anddisgusting as you would expect it to be.
[00:09:13]
Maybe it's a good thing that thesebooks don't have pictures.
[00:09:15]
My personal guess is that this is whatreleases the angry spirit of Andrew
[00:09:19]
into lots of other toyslike Fetch and plus trap.
[00:09:22]
And it may also be how Grafton's soul gets
[00:09:24]
itself into a computer chip thateventually gives life to glitch trap.
[00:09:27]
OK, this has been a lot about aften and I
[00:09:30]
promise that this would be a megatheory about Golden Freddi.
[00:09:32]
So how does it all connect together?
[00:09:34]
Well, notice how I described Andrew's
[00:09:35]
ghost, a boy with curly blackhair and an alligator mask.
[00:09:39]
It's the same hair as the mysterious dead
[00:09:41]
body found inside Golden Freddy'ssuit back in fase birthrights.
[00:09:45]
Number three quote from that book,Downlow passed his arm.
[00:09:48]
Devon could see a body, a dead body,
[00:09:50]
but it wasn't exactly like he thoughthe'd find this one had curly black hair.
[00:09:55]
The lure of the series doesn't tend
[00:09:56]
to give us a lot, but one thing ittends to keep relatively consistent.

Stabby
"So," Nicky said, leaning on the table at Eden's and nearly knocking Andrew's drink over. "Have you and Neil said it?"
Andrew looked up, and saw Neil was getting them refills. That must be why Nicky had started interrogating him.
"Said what."
"You know, those three words." His speech was slightly slurred, and he was smiling very wide.
"I have no idea what you are trying to say." Andrew said, trying to form a sentence that conveyed his need for a cigarette in three words.
"Have you told him you're in love?" Nicky asked, drawing the word out.
"I hate him." Andrew replied, wondering when Neil was getting back.
"What? No! You can't just say you hate your boyfriend like that." Nicky had to be smashed to forget about Andrew's knives.
But maybe Andrew was a bit drunk, too. Or maybe the lights were giving him a headache, and he just wanted to curl up next to Neil. Or maybe he wanted someone to explain this feeling of not-hate he harboured for Neil. Whatever the reason, he couldn't stop his next few words.
"Of course I do. Everytime I see him, my chest goes all tight, and my brain tries to burst out of my head. When he smiles, I want to stab him." Andrew knew he should keep quiet. "Sometimes I think he can read my mind, and I hate it."
Nicky was quiet for a few seconds, then he laughed. "That's exactly how I feel about Erik. Well, minus the stabbing part. I don't stab people. But yeah, the whole brain and heart exploding bit, I get that."
Andrew blinked at Nicky for a solid minute. If Nicky said anything else, it went in one ear and out the other. He was doing some intricate mental calculations, and no matter how he put it, there was one solid conclusion. It was ' if Nicky + explosions = love for Erik, then Andrew + explosions = love for Neil.'
Another voice cut in on his thoughts. "Drew? Do you need some air?" Then louder. "What the hell did you say to him, Nicky?"
Andrew grabbed Neil's hand. "I'm fine."
Neil turned to him, laughter in his eyes. "Yeah, okay. Cigarette break?"
Once they were outside, Andrew elbowed Neil to get his attention. As if he didn't already have it.
"Nicky is in love with Erik."
"That," Neil said, "is not news to anyone."
"Sometimes," Andrew rejoined, trying to formulate his thoughts, and failing. "Occasionally, I want to stab you."
"Again, not really news to anyone."
Why, how could he see that Andrew needed stabilising, and Neil's smart mouth was the best thing for that?
There wasn't a good way to say it. "Let's go home."
"Okay."
It wasn't till they were both in bed, curled together like two brackets (what a simile, Andrew's brain supplied), that Neil shifted closer. He touched Andrew's nose with his own, and Andrew could feel a smile tugging at his mouth.
Neil grinned. "Sometimes, occasionally, I want to stab you too, Andrew Minyard."
Andrew's smile morphed into a scowl. Of course he had figured it out. He glared at Neil and inched forward. "Yes or no?"
Needless to say, Nicky looked very smug the next morning.
(I wrote this during the most useless chem class but it turned out okay) (and now I'm posting it for @jostenlovesminyard :))
