call me crazy but i feel like that minggukie youtube channel thing is really happening and it might be their soft launch to prepare the fandom for whatever happens post military service. and if it's not a YT channel then my sentiment stays the same, except that whatever jikook filmed in nyc/ct and are probably still filming right now was/is an excuse for them to spend time together without it looking suspicious. like it's the perfect solution, they wanna go on a trip together but can't do it with their level of fame without getting spotted? easy, film a vlog out of it so the fans think that jkk went out of their way to film it for us and not because they wanted to spend time together and decided to hit two(several?) birds with one stone.

So, in the date alone we have 11-8 and 123.

The whole thing with the 123 theory is that we think we know where it originated (might have meant something to them way before but that's the first time it's mentioned) - Festa 2014 JM's profile Just one day MV at 1:23 min. represents him best. JK was by his side while filling out that profile. Since then we have had song recommendations ending at 1:23 min., posts timed at 12:30 or 1:23 am, posts on January 23rd etc. We know there is very possibly something going on with that sequence of numbers, but what it is exactly or more so, what it means to them exactly, we don't know.

I’m just popping in to “clear” a debate, as i said before it’s exhausting to write long posts but my hands itch to write something anytime i see stuff going on. “It’s just a second chair he could be having one for if friends come over” key word here: IF. You may or may not know that there’s this unspoken rule where, despite having a spare chair or even 10 spare chairs, they don’t go with the setup, they go to a storage room or the garage or wherever you can put it away and take it out when needed, because why tf would there be a second or third chair chilling out there when the possibility of having gamer friends coming over is always questionable. 

Speaking of gamer friends, have y’all seen a gamer in real life? they don’t even need to be in the same place everybody plays from home and they chat through their headsets. No matter how rich you are or how much you can afford expensive gaming chairs, a gaming set up is precious to its owner, one just doesn’t mess up with their set up, if you’re alone, you game alone, you put ONE chair. If you do happen to have a spare chair and a gamer friend decides to visit you THEN whip out the chair from where it was stored if you don’t have a spare one, the friend can literally sit anywhere, on the floor for all i know who tf cares.

!Lets start with saying that everything im going to explain there is a theory and we shouldn't take it as fact!

As you are probably aware, korean dating culture is actually really different from other countries culture. Koreans care about little things. They love wearing matching clothes with their significant other, they often match hair and accessories. They celebrate every 100th, 1000th and 1500th day anniversary since the start of their relationship. Dates and numbers are important to them and they love playing with these numbers, especially those that mean something to them. For example, a very important day to Jimin is 13.10 and 13.06. The first one is his birthday, second one bts debut date. Both have '13' in it. You can often see Jimin reference things using the 13 number. Whether if he posts things at hours or on days which have connection to this number. He sometimes posts photos at 13:10 pm. He has that 13 tattoo on his wrist too.

Starting with the 1108 theory, we have to go back to the eight of november, 2015. Jikook posted a video together on twitter.

The day of the publication is 2015.11.08

One year later, in 2016, they posted this on 2016.11.08:

I think we all know what happened on 08.11.2017. Gcf in Tokyo was released.

Since then, jk and jm have been making references to that date. Such as stopping the song at 1:18 which makes the 11.08 date

Koreans love to be reminded of the day their relationship started. Korean couples celebrate with numbers. They actually have apps to put dates in that will calculate between dates and things like that. That's why everyone talks about 1108 and 13 so much. I army laugh about it and make fun of it but it's a real thing.

Jk posted this photo on 2018.08.03. If you count 1000 days since 2015.11.08, it will show you this date. He also posted it at 10:13 - Jimin's birthday date.

Today, Jk posted a video at 1 am KST. However, the time he chose to appear on the story is 23:08 pm (11:08 pm) Again, 1108.

If you add those numbers you'll get the number 13.

So it's a common belief amongst Korean jikookers that 11.08.2015 was the date jikook started dating. The frequency of their posting, now Jk doing 11.08 references almost every time he is active, is making koreans raise their brows.

As I've said before, it definitely sounds delulu to international armies, but after knowing korean culture, you can see how crazy they are over these things. It's real and they do that. That's why majority of korean people believe that jikook might not be platonic.

Remember that all of this is just a theory and we will never actually know what that day means to them. However, it would be a coincidence once, accident second, but more of that? Purposely done.

Do I believe in this theory? I do believe there might be something to it because of the frequency of using these numbers and hinting on it.

Would I be mad if this theory turned out to be fake? No, because we should believe in jikook because of their actions. Things they tell us themselves. 1108 might be a hint. But as long as its unconfirmed, it should stay labeled as theory.
