I have this headcanon in which Katsuki is an avid fanfic reader

He got into it at first because he's a hero nerd, and would look up heroes online (forums, social media etc)

And you can't have a fandom without their fair share of fanfiction, so, little baby Katsuki would stumble upon reader inserts where u get to imagine partnering up with heroes on missions (everything's platonic)

Then, as he gets further and further into fandom spaces online, he naturally finds people talking about things that aren't heroes

He gets curious and picks up a book or two that he saw people talk about, upon which he begins looking for people who talk about it, theories, fanart

And that's how he begins reading fanfic about the characters from these books, slowly leading him to read slash fics too (although I imagine that's not his main preference)

He hides it, ofc, I doubt he would want any of his friends knowing, but sometimes, when he gets bored, he goes onto ao3 to read something

Class A figure out he does this when one of them makes an obscure reference to some fandom they're in, to which Katsuki responds in kind, not realising what he just did
