11: any bands your friends got you into?

Why, yes, you might say there are a couple.

Motley Crue: a friend was writing a 300-chapter GNR fic where Crue were the villains and I had no idea who they were or what they looked like

Rolling Stones: always kind of liked the Stones, but I didn't really get into them until last Christmas, when a friend gave me a compilation of their greatest hits (it's arguably now one of my favourite CDs)

Rush: the late, great sodium_amytal (or @/farewelltokings, as I knew her, also she's not dead, just deactivated her tumblr) changed fandoms and stopped writing for Led Zeppelin and began writing for Rush and I wasn't ready to stop reading her work yet, so I gave them a go and got hooked

Buddy Holly/Tom Lehrer: this is 1000% on @milkpond. I've now got two Buddy records and Tom's entire discography on CD (actually wearing my Tom shirt rn)

Tuff: I think this was @six-shot-heart-attack (if it wasn't, I'm sorry I didn't give credit, but all y'all music blogs change your themes so often, I lose track). Whoever it was sent me a pic of Stevie Rachelle and he was too pretty not to look into. Bada bing bada boom, now I've got everything Tuff ever released, all autographed

Queen: collectively, all of tumblr shortly after BoRhap came out got me into Queen

Fozzy: someone very particular (you know who you are, Winky McGee) encouraged me many times to listen to Fozzy and I kept being vague about it until I actually did and now less than 2 months later, they're my 21st most listened-to band on Spotify of all time

Ninja Sex Party: my ex. Got me into Game Grumps and later on NSP, but joke's on him, I still love them both

Q- where have you been?

A- i started this blog in 8th grade, I'm a Junior now. Ive kind of fallen out of the fandom, but in trying to get back into it. Ive been busy with school and band and all that jazz.

Q- how many followers do you have?

A- somewhere north of 600 I think.

Q- what do you think of the movie?

A- it's trash and not worth watching. They took a great book and changed so many unnecessary things. Not worth watching.

Q- do you ever write fanfic?

A- i used to. I have a pretty long one about this fandom, but I wrote it when i was 13/14 and I'm 16 going on 17 (hah), so it's pretty cringey.

Q- why did you pick hugh to rp as?

A- back in the days when this fandom was like 20 people (probably less), there was an Enoch, Horace, and Millard. We used to rp all. The. Time. Together. I also just really love Hugh.
