One thing I do enjoy Abt severance (well, one of the things) is that milchick/lumon refer to the innies with their first names, and their outies with their last names. When usually, in a business setting, it's reversed. The more intimate, given name is used, one given and used by loved ones, vs the one passed down from somebody of somebody you'll never know.

New life and legacy. And yes, they feel more demeaning (akin to a teacher in a classroom) but I love it so much. Just a little way to build the world and their dynamics.
