One thing I've noriced is that spurs fanbase expect too much from young players. They are 18, 20 yrs old with little experience. They need time to play good.

Lower your expectation, don't hype them up after 1 good performance, don't criticize after bad performance and give them some time to adjust to the team and to the league. Just be supportive and give them applauds for their small steps they're making.

That's what sonny wants to say when he's asked about young players bc he knows what it's like to be in the spotlight as a young player, and he's seen so many players who failed to become what they could have been because of the pressure and too much hype from media and fanbase. The fanbase is literally suffocating them, let them breathe and grow to be a great player.
