It hits Madara then, as he balances haphazardly on the windowsill of the hospital room, that the only thing separating him from Maguro is a thin sheet of glass. It’s not bulletproof, it’s not shatterproof—in fact, he could break it with a single flick of his wrist—and that is a terrifying thought.

And this is a terrible idea. Why is he even considering it? She doesn’t want to see him anymore—she made that clear when he left. He should leave now and spare them both the pain of reliving a childhood filled with the constant looming threat of death. Maybe he should start small; shoot her a text and ask for permission—provided she hasn’t blocked his number. Because Madara is a coward when it comes to the things that matter, and he knows that if he leaves now, he’s never going to close the widening gap between them. But that doesn’t change anything, so he turns to go.

“Hey. Don’t move.” The command is direct. Madara freezes, not making a sound, because even after all these years he would never deny Maguro anything. “I know you’re out there. Why don’t you stop hovering like a weirdo freak and come inside?”

Some wild ass plot points from enstars I can think of off the top of my head:

The shinkai cult (kanata was the figurehead that was worshipped by his family and the rest of the cult including the characters souma kanzaki and madara mikejima. He is in a power ranger themed idol unit)

The kurone siblings (hitsugi is a new producer that enrolls alongside anzu at yumenosaki and he has DID and his alter is named NEGI and she’s his dead older sister. The real negi is dead because she was murdered in a fire while they were kids and Hitsugi has hella brain damage. He believes negi is not the product of did and is actually her ghost sharing his body. They are necromancers?? There is also another alter named shaka but I don’t know anything about them)

Related, apparently nagisa ran is a test tube baby (created by combining the genetics of some of the most talented and smartest people in the world to create the perfect idol for some nefarious purpose. The kurones (at least shaka and/or negi) are failed attempts at this)

Double face (a temporary unit made up of kohaku oukawa and Madara mikejima from crazy:b and mam respectively. The unit is a cover for them as they are literally assassins. I need to read their stories tbh.)

Both mika kagehira and nazuna nito believed they were dolls for a hot minute (especially mika) due to the intense abuse shu itsuki put them through

Chapter 1 

Hajime: Wow, it’s so beautiful…

Hajime: Look, Tomoya! The lights are sparkling! 

Hajime: And, there’s a giant Christmas tree over there…looks like the city’s been decked out in Christmas decorations already! 

Tomoya: Yeah~ It’s already Christmastime~ Somehow, I always feel more excited than usual when it’s this time of year~! 

Tomoya: And with Christmas comes the New Year. Good things just keep on coming! 

Tomoya: Yumenosaki Academy hosts an “S1” every season. On Christmas Day, there’ll be a giant StarFes! I bet it’ll be super crowded. 

Hajime: StarFes…I’m actually a bit nervous. It is an S1 after all, and nearly all the units will be participating…

Hajime: I don’t know how many people will come to the live this time. 

Tomoya: Ah, like the Halloween Party! 

Tomoya: The scope for the Summer Festival was also huge, right? And then they expanded Halloween Party even further. I can’t imagine how big the StarFes will be. 

Tomoya: The only thing I can determine is that the school will host StarFes on Christmas Day, so there’s no chance of a lighthearted and casual Christmas for us. 

Tomoya: And we’ll start training for StarFes soon. So I’m not even sure if we’ll be able to come out and walk around like this anymore…

Tomoya: Hajime, this is why you decided on an outing, right? 

Hajime: Ehehe, I really can’t hide anything from Tomoya! 

Hajime: Though, that’s not the only reason why I wanted to come to this popular tourist spot. The main reason is because I want my siblings to be able to see this beautiful view~!

Madara: We’re having a sale on the most mouthwatering cakes, and they’re only on sale for 3000 yen! It’s so cheap, if you didn’t buy it, then you’d be missing out…you wouldn’t want to miss out on this AMAZING opportunity, would you? 

Hajime: Huh?! Wait, what’s going on over there? There’s a loud voice…

Tomoya: Eh…they seem to be attracting customers. 

Tomoya: …eh?! What?! The guys standing in front of the cake shop is Mikejima-senpai and Narukami-senpai!

Hajime: You’re right! It feels weird if we just walk away after seeing people we know…Tomoya, let’s go say hi!

No i dont think those guys should be tasked with kids either. I find the group of madara (grew up in a cult, disowned by his family for taking actions to dismantle said cult and free their god), kohaku (grew up hidden at home out of his family's fear that the main family will kill an oukawa son), ibara (abandoned orphan, grew up in a military base), and tsukasa (only child and heir to the suou household, able to impact the future so that no other oukawa son should live in fear) really interesting. I was debating whether i think the kid is a new mikejima sibling, or a second oukawa son, but i dont think either of these are right. I dont know i really dont know who the kid is. He's very young though, and related to double face in some way. But isn't it funny that the guy calling himself Mama is now in a scandal involving a kid no one knows whose it is?

Why essay

Okay, okay. So this post is based off of how I accidentally connected/ended up associating four characters with my oc, Deshan Lavellan, from Dragon Age.

The characters in question are: Madara Mikejima, Bruno Bucciarati, Raine Whisper, and Zevran Arainai. This was months ago, so I'm gonna like try to get into my thoughts from before.

Madara Mikejima:

First off, Madara Mikejima has his Mama persona he puts on. He uses tricks and gaslight the main character, Anzu, to get closer to Trickstar. He is a character very much guided by his guilt and his helplessness as a child growing up in a cult— which is why he is the way he is today. It's because of his guilt, his inability to save Kanata– to help people, that drives him to do the things he do. He put on his villain role, he pushes away people...yet he still put on that oh so sweet and bosterious Mama mask.

Deshan? Well, I made a couple jokes of how Deshan was just a calmer version of Madara (and older btw). Deshan is someone who slips into different masks depending on the situation, need a server–they are one, it makes it easy for their job as a spy. Their main and more relaxed person is the one seen in Inqusition—the calm and warm, almost joking person. Yet they lie. Little lies to smooth over inner circles belief (example Vivienne and Iron Bull). Guilt guides them as well. A sense of duty to their clan and to...well, protect their people and more importantly their younger brother, Viveras.

Both are characters who are willing to do what they need to do to protect the people they care for. Yet, both have horrible relationships with their younger siblings. Also both are...like assassain/hitman so...um

Bruno Bucciarati

One of the main reasons why I put Bruno here is because he is...in a sense dying. It's clear in his design. The heart shaped on his chest and his weird lingerie/tattoo. It's showing, plain as day, that Bruno is dying—not just physically, but emotional, mentally, and just...as a person. Bruno was put into a gangster role as a young age, killing men at..what...age 12? Just to protect his dad. Hell, Bruno had a chance to gain a better education, but refused it to help his dad. He was dealt a unfair hand in life and pushed into a role that was slowly killing him.

Deshan's been pushed into a role, both as an assassain and thr Inqusitior/Herald, and it's been killing them. At the start of Dai, they had been...rather dulled. Like if they were a color–they would be a nice warm gold, but with...like ugly blue and green mixing in...poisoning them like rust. It gotten worse underneath the mantle of Inqusitior/Herald, only going back to gold after reconnecting with their brother only to push him away. Deshan's story is about death. They die. Not physically, but in a sense of idenity. Who are they? Do they even know? Can Deshan look in the mirror and reconigize the person in the mirror as themself?

Zevran Arainai:

I won't lie, I kinda forgot why I put him on here. I think there was slight connection with both being assassains plus the personas they put on. And also, like Zeveran is such a complex character and he's just interesting. The dudes been trying to please the Warden to ensure he doesn't die, which is why it's so easy to gain his approval—he only speaks out against killing the Dalish..and I know another one but I can't remember. You don't really know Zevran besides the persona he puts up, only every gaining insight to him by listening carefully and not...being a jerk?

Sorry I'm trying to..like tap back into why I put him here. I'm so sorry Zeveran, you deserve better than my nutshell of an ass trying to write about you.

Deshan and Zeveran are both flirty assassains.
