Vegane Pizza Calzone mit würziger Gemüsefüllung

Pizza Calzone - mehr als eine Pizza für Unterwegs (:

Du brauchst (für 2 Portionen):

Die Füllung kann natürlich anders aussehen. Hier kann man sich wirklich kreativ austoben!

250 g Vollkorn-Dinkelmehl

Ein Päckchen Trockenhefe

125 ml Wasser

1 EL Olivenöl

100 g Tomaten

100 g rote Paprika

50 g Champignons

60 g Mais/Kichererbsen aus dem Glas

60 g getrocknete (oder in Öl eingelegte) Tomaten

Weitere Zutaten und Gewürze

30 g Tomatenmark

2 EL Nussmus (Mandelmus oder Tahini kann ich empfehlen)

2 EL Hefeflocken

1 EL (kleine) Kapern

1 EL Italienische Kräutermischung

Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

Das Mehl mit 1 Tl Salz und der Trockenhefe in einer großen Schüssel vermengen, Wasser dazugeben und für ein paar min verkneten

Den Teig nun mit einem feuchten Tuch abdecken und ca. 1 Stunde stehen lassen

Die Paprika in kleine Würfel und die Champignons in dünne Scheiben schneiden

Für die Soße werden die Tomaten, das Tomatenmark, die getrockneten Tomaten und die Hefeflocken mit einem Miixer zu einer Creme püriert

(Je nach Mixer muss evtl. etwas Wasser dazugegeben werden)

Anschließend noch mit den Gewürzen abgeschmecken und fertig ist die Soße

Den Ofen auf 180°C Unter- und Oberhitze oder 160°C Umluft vorheizen

Den Teig auf der Arbeitsfläche nochmal kurz durchkneten und halbieren, danach die beiden Teighälften ca. 3 mm dünn und rund ausrollen

Den Teig mit der Sauce bestreichen (hierbei unbedingt einen Rand von 2 cm freilassen)

Danach Mais/Kichererbsen, Paprika, Champignons und die Kapern aufgeteilt, nicht ganz mittig, darauf verteilen und mit dem Nussmus betröpfeln

Die Teighälften zusammenfalten und die Teigfalte mit einer Gabel zusammendrücken

Die beiden Teigtaschen auf ein  Backblech legen und 20 - 25 Minuten backen

Vor dem genießen die Calzone mit etwas Olivenöl einpinseln

My Setup

So I’ll send a picture of my setup on my next post its hard to use tumblr on my phone right now because I have a slow working iphone 5 that is slowly ageing away. For the turntables i have 2 audio technica atlp-120 models which are your basic regular turntables and have a line input. They work great and the sound is awesome and it gives you the option (like most turn tables do) to input your own needle cartridges. The only problem I have with the model is that the line RCA cord is actually hard wired into the turntable and I’m not as huge fan of that considering if it breaks or something then I would have to get a whole new turntable. But it hasn’t failed me yet so lets just keep it at that. For the miixer I had a 2 channel mixer made by behringer, which is a great company that makes dj equipment. After the 2 channel did wear out i upgraded to a nice 4 channel mixer made by Numark and i gotta say that this one is awesome. its very big with a lot more to put on each channel, The cross and channel faders fell spectacular and it was very cheap! another thing that have on the setup that is connected to the mixer, along with the turntables, is the Korg Kaossilater KP3+ which is a basically a great small compact dynamic effects machine and sampler. The needle cartridges are also from Numark and they are great (one of them i had to return because of a defect but still works fine after returning it and getting a replacement). And that’s pretty much it guys so I’ll send a picture of what the setup actually looks like very soon!
