Hi friend! where’s good to see in Belgium with a dog? We’re staying in Middelkerke, half way up the coast.

Middelkerke itself is great with dogs, especially off-season like now!

You can go to Ostende by train or tram. It's a great place to do some shopping or eat.

But the best thing to see around is probably Brugge if you want a one day excursion! It's such a beautiful city.

If you want a more nature-oriented activity, you can go to IJzermonding. It's a natural reserve near Nieuport.

Inside the Dronkenput, Middelkerke, built in 1897. Due to a construction error, the water reservoir was never used and the slanting structure is now a tourist attraction.

Where were your parents born?

In the same place as me I guess, but their families come from two neighbouring districts, Nieuwpoort and Middelkerke.

Have you ever used public transportation to get to work?

Yeah, every two weeks. Just reminded me that I'll have to get to work by bus the whole next week. Meh.

Me, no doubts. :P I build trains. Except that, my sister (she's a music teacher and sings in the choir), and my dad, a retired national railways worker. My mum worked in candy factory and then in sparkling drinks factory, which is cool, too.

No, surprisingly not. But my parents started getting grey late as well.

I don't put gravy on anything.

Cats, the sea, my family, sunny weather, thunderstorms, seeing flowers and rainbows and all, the sound of cat purring, cheetahs (I would love to interact with a cheetah once! They're so friendly), random acts of kindness, when everything goes just right, new headphones that work without problems and have great sound quality, music, British TV, Polish TV, freshly cooked soups, personal accomplishments, how the house looks different after cleaning.

I don't think so.

Can't think of any.

Very long time ago. Probably when I was still working abroad.
