We had a provincial election a little less than one month ago where we have been thrown from an awful but partially tolerable Liberal government to a million times worse Conservative government.

These are all tiny apartments by the way. There’s nothing special about them and they don’t include anything like heat, hot water, NOTHING!

And I understand that in cases, removal of rent control has worked well in the past, HOWEVER, Tim Houston has put this into place with NO public plan on how it’s going to help AND has not put into place anything else to support people such as higher minimum wage, better stock in grocery stores, better mandatory treatment in work places, reduced pricing on water/power bills or better healthcare prices!

And speaking of healthcare prices, voting conservatives into office will not only make your rent double, but it will also lead to a shortage in doctors because they want to decrease public healthcare and increase private healthcare. Paid healthcare.
