In honor of Pride Month, I wanted to praise your writing of Mick and Prophet, especially in the wedding story. Sometimes because things are slightly more progressive now, people can forget how much anxiety there is around pursuing queer relationships during a hostile time and you didn’t shy away from that. I hope Piper gets to officiate their wedding a few years down the timeline once it’s legal. Do you have plans to explore queer identity with other characters too like Emily? Love that you made her explicitly queer.

thank you for the ask and happy pride 🌈 I knew i wanted to have mick and prophet to end up together but I was a little scared to do it because even though I am bisexual, I've never been in a queer relationship. and writing a relationship between two guys is all the more daunting for me.

i do want to explore emily's queerness. like i do think she's had crushes on jj and jordan. i really want to explore the emily and tsia relationship because there's def something there. but i think my endgame ship for her is with tara.

- Because Prophet likes overstim, this will sometimes mean he won't want to be touched for a few minutes until his body is back under control afterwards

- Prophet prefers juice, Mick prefers water

- Given that they'd go all night if they could, it's not uncommon for them to be overly touchy with each other (even up to) a few days after

- Mick gets sore easier and stays sore longer than Prophet does, which is funny because he's younger

- Prophet has been known to bite in the aftermath if you startle him, so Mick telegraphs his movements
