I didn't have time to finish this, but here is part of my Cinderella-esque fic. I haven't revised it yet either so here is just a taste.

Summary: What happens when you are babysitting Loki and Morgan and Morgan finds out that Loki is an actual prince?

“Mmmhmm….Mhmmmhmm,” You hummed, connecting with Loki’s eyes again, “So, this is love.” For a split second, Loki’s widened as he heard the lyrics, but they were quickly replaced by the soft gentle gaze that you were starting to become more familiar with. His grip on you tightened ever so slightly and he continued to lead you across the smooth kitchen tile.

“I’m all a glow…mmmhmm…and now I know the key to heaven is mine,” Somehow, sometime, you both started to smile wide at each other. Your cheeks started to hurt from the sheer happiness of the moment, but you didn’t care. During this moment, it was just you and Loki and your song. The song you were singing to him.

“My heart has wings and I can fly. I’ll touch every star in the sky…” And in that moment, Loki lifted you up as if you weighed nothing and spun you around. The song kept flowing out of you, even in between giggles. He carefully placed you down on the ground and your hands found themselves snaking around his neck.

“So, this is the miracle that I have been dreaming of…” And just like magnets, you and Loki started to pull towards one another. The softness of his lips, just lightly brushing against yours. Again, asking for permission.

“So, this is love…” And right before you closed the distance to finally kiss your Prince Charming…

You tore yourself from Loki’s arms and did the only thing you could think of. You bolted. I was having such a lovely dream about my crush.

Like it made zero sense and it was hilarious.

I guess we were hanging out cuz he was in my room with me magically. One thing led to another and he kissed me.

My response was "woah, really?!" He was like "mhmmmhmm"

And then I somehow got on top of him and we made out. 😋

Then he remembered he was supposed to be at someone's house party, and he said it was a huge house and we could go there to have privacy.

Then all of a sudden we were at the airport? Apparently we bought tickets to travel to italy. Lol.

but then we were like, "nah this is too much. Too expensive."

Then we went back to packing some stuff up for the party. I was waiting for him, but he was no where to be found. I tried texting him but his phone wasn't on him.

His stuff was on the bed and I found a card he had written for me, this was a dream so it was a jumble of sweet and loving words. But it made me smile. Also it super was not his handwriting, cuz his penmanship is messy af. I recall something about our playlist... Idk

Sooo idk i all of a sudden felt a sinking feeling and before I knew it. We were talking in person and he was telling me he couldn't do this and we had to just be friends and coworkers that he got caught up in the moment and he now realized this wasn't a good idea.

Well FML. This is obviously some projection shit happening. Just yesterday I decided to take down the photo booth pictures of me and the last guy I dated off the wall. I put our names and the month of june 2019 on it. I stashed it with the pics I still have of my ex and me. I teared up when I did it. He used to write me some beautiful things when he actually tried. And he meant them at the time.

So obviously the combination of the last guy nipping it in the bud and re reading my ex's love cards was still in my mind and my crush made an appearance to show that hell yeah I'd love to kiss him and see where it goes.

And fuck I'm so terrified of opening up to anyone else ever. Which is not a bad thing, maybe I needed to experience what its like to know o need to actually take it slow. And that probably means physically too and that means I'm gonna have to find someone who actually wants to talk about what they want /don't want.

When the time comes, because I'm no longer willing to put myself out there like that. And I'm not gonna fall for clever words and cute shit.

The next person who insists on taking me out or dating or whatever. They are gonna have today put in the work. Which probably means I will not be finding anyone soon. We are all so busy trying to not be broke and trying to make it through another day.

I just wanna kiss someone who wants to kiss me back and continue kissing me. But its not just about kisses
