Hey! So I’ve really enjoyed the things you’ve shared of your OCs, and I know you haven’t played DA:O yet, but do you know of any good Origin fanfics that feature afab non-binary characters? Or just we’ll-written non-binary characters in general? I’m going through some Things™️ and could really use a good hurt/comfort longfic rn.

unfortunately, i am not as well-versed in dao fic as da2 and dai. i have a handful of zevistair fics (most of which i've yet to read), but that's it

tbh, i don't really go out of my way to find fics featuring trans characters. i primarily read slash, and upon occasion, will stumble across one featuring a trans male character (which is the only reason i have so many trans!fenris fics; and fenders stuff will sometimes have anders as nb). that, or a fic is recommended to me or written by someone i know

fwiw, i do have two other fics with non binary ocs, altho they are dai; The Revolt Inside Me (which is woefully un-updated but darker) and In Heart's Drumming (shorter and fluffier). ofc, none of my nb oc fics feature,,, afab characters 😓 i tend to lean towards amab stuff for dysphoria reasons; i don't personally get a whole lot out of seeing a character with my own body type so i'm afraid i may be the last person who can help you here OTL
