I really enjoy merman Sora so I caved and drew this :)

Riku's outfit is sort of inspired by his outfit in kh3 but I only mildly committed hehe

I originally did this for Mermay but then lost the motivation for it. I usually do one piece for Mermaid Month but I was a wee bit overwhelmed this year.

Not going to lie, I’m not impressed by it and it’s a reminder that I really need to work on anatomy

This is the context for when my friend asked me to color all my favorite characters drowning

He told me this AU has more stuff to it and that it’s a Sorikai Little Mermaid AU where Riku is kind of sort of Ursula but all three of them end up together in the end

Anyway I just think this is SO CUTE and I put a lot of effort into the background and stuff so I hope ya’ll like it too

Headcanon Crossover

When Riku is making a speech about how pure his friend Sora is, he mentions that he would never steal from anyone. Belle, Jasmine, Ariel and Mulan raise their hands... only to immediately lower them when he says their hearts don't count.

I love this headcanon very much and put a tear down my eye for laughing too hard.
