Why the hell would a man want his junk waxed by someone not trained to deal with duck and balls? Unless he gave a female name and didn’t disclose his sex so he can create a video for social media clout. And no he is suing for “moral damaging”. He exposed his junk to a to someone who thought they were working on a woman then got angry. If anyone should be saying for moral danger it’s the salon workers.
A Brazilian man who says he is “trans” and adopted the name Kim Flores Carlos, has filed a lawsuit against a waxing salon, which refused to serve him last year. Carlos booked a waxing appointment at Millanea Instituto de Depilação with the owner, Isabel Martins da Silva, by telephone.
But, when Carlos came to the salon for his appointment, they turned him down for being male. He recorded the interaction with an esthetician and with the owner, and uploaded it to his TikTok. It is said that he later removed the video from his account, but the video ended up on YouTube and went viral, with thousands of likes and shares.
Carlos also left a one star review about the salon on Google, saying that they refused to attend to him because he is a “transwoman.” He said the staff informed him that they don’t service trans people and don’t know how to “work” with his body. “They have no qualifications or work ethics about ‘diverse bodies.’ All the waxing clinics I went to strived for my comfort and well-being and offered a humanized service. Shame on this salon!”
On December 13, 2022, Carlos filed a lawsuit online (Special Civil Court) against the waxing salon, demanding compensation for “moral damages.” The salon was given 15 days to respond, and is seeking legal advice.
According to Ms Silva, the man gave a female name, “Kim,” when he booked the waxing appointment. When he arrived at the salon on June 11, 2022, Silva took him to a private room and called the female esthetician who was going to attend to him. But the esthetician came back to the reception minutes later, saying that the client was a man who was only wearing male briefs, with full male genitalia (testicles and penis) and had an erection.
“That’s when I asked her to tell him that we didn’t do waxing on males,” said Isabel. She says that when the esthetician went back to the room where Carlos was, he started recording the interaction, first with an esthetician and then with Isabel at the reception.
In the video, Carlos can be heard telling the unnamed esthetician “I am a trans person, is this an issue? It isn't, is it?” The esthetician who was assigned to attend to him that day is seen saying “We only do women here.” The man then says that “In this case, I am a woman.” He asks the esthetician if she’s had experience with “trans people” and she informs him that she never attended trans people. “We don’t have anything against trans people,” she says, “we just don’t do it (waxing on male genitalia),” but told him she was going to take the issue up to the owner of the salon.
At this point, Carlos became angry and admonished the esthetician for not being trained in “all types of bodies.” Next, he was heard saying he is very upset because he has “never seen a waxing salon which doesn’t work with several types of bodies.” Further, he told the esthetician that they should have “specialized a little more” to attend to “all kinds of people,” questioning her: “Where is it written we don’t attend people with x or y genitals?’”
When the esthetician tells Carlos that the salon doesn’t wax men, he is heard saying “Then you have to put a sign saying ‘we only wax pussies.’” But Isabel told 4W that they have a sign at the salon’s entrance saying “No entry for men.”
The next woman in his video is Isabel herself. “You can see me in the video saying to him that we don’t wax male genitalia because the estheticians at my salon are not trained for that,” Isabel told 4W. The man says to the owner that it’s “embarrassing” for him to book an appointment and hear that they “only wax women.”
Carlos is heard saying to Isabel: “I wax for years, my [pubic hair] is very thin, I take hormones, what makes me different from other people? Is it my genitals? But, why do (my genitals) matter?”
This is not the first time a salon specialized in female waxing has refused to serve men who say they are trans. In Canada, Jonathan (who calls himself Jessica) Yaniv filed lawsuits with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal in 2018 against at least 15 beauty salons after they refused the service to him for being male. The next year, after a judge found Yaniv “deceptive,” targeting “small businesses for financial gain,” the case was dismissed.

Trans women citing an interest in forced feminization as eggs
The 2021 trans domestic drama novel Detransition, Baby by trans woman author Torrey Peters has a scene featuring two trans woman characters bonding over discussion of Fictionmania and forced feminization erotica. The perspective character, Amy, is embarrassed by it. She thinks Fictionmania should never be discussed aloud because there is a stigma where trans women into it are assumed to be cis male fetishists, and she judges her more masculine friend, Patrick (a trans woman who doesn’t get a feminine name in the book), for bringing it up, like Patrick might be one of the male fetishists--itself a reflection of Amy’s own insecurities. They’re both into it as closeted trans women, imagining sexy people forcing them to transition. The author took some flack over explicitly namedropping the site and giving the URL, for fear that it would expose the sexuality of trans women to undue scrutiny and potentially delegitimize trans women in the eyes of the public when they saw the fetishes on display. Her response was that it’s no more absurd than cis erotica.
I got asked at my launch, ‘Isn’t it bad to have mentioned Fictionmania? Now all these cis people are going to look at Fictionmania.’ Sort of. Yea, there’s going to be some embarrassing things there, but whenever you go to a repository of erotica you’re going to find something embarrassing. Go to any repository of cis women’s fantasies — there’s going to be embarrassing shit there. Definitely look at the porn that men consume. Everything in the porn that men consume is horrific. To basically be like, ‘it’s only bad when it’s trans’ — why are we suffering under that unfair burden?
Trans woman Jocelyn Badgley wrote in her widely popular Gender Dysphoria Bible about having a “transformation fetish” as a way her sexuality got her gender identity confused for a fetish while in the egg state. Though she views this fetish with disdain and attributes it to patriarchy, she notes it as an example of gender dysphoria as part of the overall GDB project, which notes aspects of gender dysphoria that don’t get talked about but that people should know about so they can crack their eggs.
When you see the world through a duck shaped lens, everything looks vaguely like a duck. The only framework I had been given to understand my interest in women was through sexual desire, and thus every feminine interest I had became warped into a sexual desire. My wish to be a bride morphed into a bridal kink, my desire to have a child warped into an interest in pregnancy porn, and my own need to be a girl was redirected into a transformation fetish.
Trans woman Amanda Roman wrote a 2019 Medium article “It’s Just a Fetish, Right? Maybe. Or Maybe It’s Gender Dysphoria”, in which she describes spending twenty years of her adult life obsessed with the fetishes of Fictionmania as a sign of her gender dysphoria. She uses the overarching label of “transformation fiction” but focuses on forced feminization because of the fantasy of not needing to choose the taboo lifestyle voluntarily.
The characters I read about didn’t just become women. They were always changed by some external force, usually against their will or out of necessity. They never asked to be women, but it happened anyway, and their lack of agency meant they weren’t responsible for their own transformation. They could always point to the wizard or the wish gone wrong and say they were merely being affected by circumstances beyond their control.
“Oh no! Fate has turned me into a girl! Guess I’ll just have to make the best of it.”
That was the real fantasy — that not only could I magically transform into a woman, but I wouldn’t have to admit, even to myself, that I wanted to be one. Someone else would make it happen. Someone else would take responsibility. Someone else would relieve me of that shame.

Gay men who are so clearly misogynists yet people play it off as a "sassy gay". Like you're still a man who gave you the right to speak this way. And if you speak up abt it then you're a 'homophobe'.

something that irritates me about me is that i always feel so guilty when i sexualize women. i punish myself internally as if im some sorta predator or something and it's annoying as fuck bc i can say something 10x worse about men and not bat an eye about it. so like, am i penalizing myself because i feel like women are to be protected always and when i thirst after them, im inherently a danger? or am i policing myself for having gay thoughts and because they're women as am i, that's what makes it a crime? why is it okay for men but not women? either all of it's okay or none of it's okay.
(incase this somehow comes across someone that doesn't know me- i do not EVER say any of the things i think or feel to real people. tbh, this issue is something i noticed in myself when i thirst after fictional characters and the occasional celebrity.** so this is not an issue of making people uncomfortable.)
