I can not get over the men's comments on a tiktok video about women changing hairstyle drastically in a relationship with men and how dudes were claiming with their full chest they would indeed just dump her if they did not like the new hairstyle.

As if we needed any more proof that way too many men do not see women as full fleshed human beings.

The person did not change. Maybe they come home a bit happier that day, maybe they got in a bad mood after their happiness over new hair gets crushed by ugly comments from a loved one. But that fades fast and they are just the same old person just with new style.

Hairdresser can not change personality. Good ones give a self esteem boost, sure, but it only boosts what is already there within the person. Instead, your perception of them changed because of superficial change. as soon as choso found out you were pregnant, he typed up on google what pregnant means, he was happy for the most part but.. worry and nervousment still lingered. He was actually surprised he could reproduce since he was a half curse. Negative thoughts was set on his mind. He felt as if his child would be scared of him. And if they were, which in his mind, they were likely to, he would curl up and bawl on the floor.

You gave told choso over and over again everyday, saying there's nothing to be worried about and that he'll be an amazing father, but he still felt like it, no matter the words you repeated. Not to mention, the people outside your relationship gossiped, especially about choso. On how he is a 'monster', a curse, not fit to parent with a human, that you deserve better. He would hear them on the streets, anywhere and everywhere. He did try not letting them get to him, but hearing it constantly everytime he went in public was very exhausting.

any time you tripped, or just an honest accident, choso felt like he was responsible for not taking care of you properly. Even though, it wasn't his fault.

So when that baby pushed through, God, he wanted to cry. Although the nurses rushed to clean him, he clenched your sweaty palm. Wiping away the stray hairs that stuck onto your sweaty forehead. You panted, leaning into his touch.

the nurses carried your baby gently and carefully, placing him into your arms. The nurses cooed before leaving you with choso.

Choso wasn't an emotional person, but big fat tears swam down his pale face, his hands covering his face. You lightly chuckled.

“do you want to hold him?” funny how that small, little sentence almost made him faint.

“b-but.. what if I drop him?” choso muttered, a bead of sweat forming on his forehead. Nervous was an understatement. “nonsense! we practiced for this, remember? Waking up a while later, you rubbed your eyes with a yawn. That was a good sleep. Turning your head over to see where choso went, you stared at the cute sight.

Choso, in the seat next to your bed, was sitting there, sleeping. The baby was cradled in his arms with a strong grip, but not a uncomfortable grip. They both snored away, making you giggle a bit, reaching out to hold chosos hand and whispering,

looking at all the buildings that passes the vehicle, you can tell your almost near your destination.

feeling the baby kick, you accidentally let out a grunt. “that damn baby..” you mutter through furrowed brows. Shiu laughs, “no way you're already cursing out our baby.. not even out yet, doll. Im sure theyre just excited as you are going to this damn bakery.” you roll your eyes, not wanting to retort back to his remark. I mean, you don't blame your baby for being excited, because you love it too. as soon as they were born, you can bet that your taking them here every time possible.

seeing the building you were dying to see, a smile formed on your face. Hunger took over your body, jumping out of the car as soon as shiu parked and turned it off.

“aye, woman! Would you wait on me, jeez.. impatient women these days..” shiu called out, muttering the last part so you wouldn't hear. He knows he would get a red ear if you did. hurrying out as he also knows that you would huff if he dared to take 5 seconds longer and would've went without him. Not only that, but he didn't want you to trip over anything to hurt yourself.

shiu put his hands around your waist as you two walked. A cute little detail you adored.

The bell rang when you opened the door, the waitress greeting you when she walked passed. The aroma was hints of warm coffee and cinnamon. It felt really comforting, whixh is why your a usual customer.

Thankfully, there wasn't much of a line, but long enough for time to think about your order.

You were up next, so you two ordered.

Getting seated down the back right next to the window. You finished your pastry in about a minute while shiu was mid way into a bite, staring at you like you were crazy.

Both of you held eye contact before breaking it with a fit of laughs. You and Shiu couldn't wait for a third person giggling aswell, possibly a specific baby..

“nonsense! I don't want my princess in there and my angel here moving around alot, don't want you to fall or anything, you know?” he mumbles. You glare up at him as he smiled sweetly at you. As if he didn't make a cheeky reference to the one to many times of when you got up when the two girls weren't looking, your poor knees gave out. And when suguru got that certain phone call, he seriously almost passed out in worry. After all of that, he still is wary of leaving the house most days, afraid something might happen again and he isn't there.

suguru sits back in satisfaction after just smothering you with kisses, something he usually does before he leaves for his cult. He hates dealing with them damn monkeys, but one of his many goals is to get as many curses as possible, so he'll take what he can get.

standing up, he calls put to the girls, who were currently making you lunch.

“mimi, nana! I'm leaving now, you coming to say bye?!” he yelled not to loud, not wanting to damage your hearing because of him. The two girls pounce on him, his arms full of his two angels.

“come home safe!” “hurry up coming home, there's a new cafe that opened and I wanna try it!” they squealed, suguru only chuckling in response, patting their head with his usual smile.

“take care of mommy over there, mkay?” suguru slightly bent down to their level, his voice low. They nodded enthusiastically, giving him one final hug before he went.

suguru closed the door, summoning his rainbow dragon. If he could marry you over and over, he would.

wiping the slight dampness off your forehead, you finally made it to your destination. the nursery room. Putting your hands on your hip, you stared at the random peices of the unbuilt crib on the floor.

If you sat down on the floor to even sort it out, you wouldnt get back up again and would need kentos help. And so, bending down to pick up the peices, you started to feel dizzy after a bit of back and forth of putting the pieces on the table.

'only a few peices left.' the thought trailed through your mind after each peice. Although, your baby thought otherwise, giving a nice brutal kick on the walls of your belly. A sudden yelp came, followed by a quick slap to the mouth as you have now blown your cover. Thr house was silent. Not hearing the mumble of kentos voice, now hearing the footsteps coming to the nursery. Mentally cursing our baby out, the door opened.

“honey? whats wrong? why are you- don't tell me you're trying to build the crib again?” kento said, scratching his blonde undercut. Smiling sheepishly with a slight nod.

“dear, I told you I would build it as soon as I get through the paperwork, didn't I?” kento says, shaking his head.

“and instead of worrying about me, worry about yourself, yeah? I'm sure your back is broke, my love. Please rest yourself, it's not good for the baby if you don't get rest, i told you this. Lets get you to the living room, yeah?” kento says into your neck, not giving you a choice.

Kento put his hands on your lower back, slowly massaging the spot you usually get sore. guiding you down the living room humming your favourite tune. almost in time for your reality show to be on, your luck.

Wasn't long until your eyes was stuck on the tv, drama brewing on the first few seconds.

Kento stands there, content. Not because of the tv show, no, its you. He wouldn't know where he would he standing, whether it would be on earth or the skies, without you.

but it unknowingly triggered my biggest fear that I didn't even know I had. What if blackbeard killing Shanks and Mihawk hearing about it is what triggers the flashback into his backstory. What if that happens and it actually kills me? What then?

Because like I got what I wanted Mihawk deep dive yay! But at what cost? Aren't some prices simply too high?

And I think we can all tell that we are gearing up for a Red Hair pirated Blackbeard Pirates confrontation (also isn't it neat that all three men involved in this whitebeard, blackboard, red hair, are all memorialized by their haircolor? Pretty fucking neat) But we also know that Shanks isn't going to beat blackboard Luffy, the protagonist has to do that! So it's reasonable to think that either the red hair pirates are shattered like what happened with Law and Shanks is gravely injured or Shanks dies and the red hair pirates have to regroup and probably partner up with the strawhats or something. but yeah if Shanks' death triggers Mihawk's backstory I think I'd be legally obligated to fly to Japan and attempt to fistfight Oda.

I have 2 questions:

1. Is there going to be a detailed character customization, or would a lot be left for headcanon? That is, for example, I like to have my MCs be towering buff men (I'm gay, I can't help it), will that be possible? Or would we just be able to choose gender, and maybe skin tone, hair and eye colour and such? Like, I know MC is going to be beautiful no matter what, so I don't truly mind not having more control on his appearance. But I also enjoy exhaustive character customization. So, I prefer to ask.

2. The pinned post says something about choosing our religion. Does that mean this IF takes place in modern times? Or are you giving choices for Ancient religions that were contemporary to the Greek civilization?

hey anon!! (I forgot to mention in the intro post that eros is 6'2, regardless of gender)

1. there will be tons of customization (including appearances and things outside of that). this game involves everything that i adore in game settings, and I can agree on loving having the in-depth character designs. but all the choices won't be at the start. the basic ones (haircolor, eye color, etc) will be doted throughout the prologue + chapter 1, but the more niche options will be written into ch2/3 and maybe past that. flavor text is something i love, so there will be a bunch of little things that change in each playthrough

2. this IF is set in ancient greece, but im keeping the views of citizens modern if that makes sense (no homophobia, racism, etc). you will be given choices on what PC has beliefs in when it comes to what was around greece and if citizens would even know it existed (ex; christianity) so mainly polytheistic ones will be available. PC can have a "favored" god/goddess (having a dedicated alter in their room, a plethora of vists to their temple, etc), can worship all of them, or simply not have that much belief in them. im debating on whether or not to include ancient egypt/norse, and that just depends on the city that i place psyche/their family in (thinking athens/cyprus to just create more beef with aphro)

I think at this point everyone is familiar with the theories talking about how people are unconsciously attracted to characteristics that remind them of their parents (usually, the one that is of the pposite sex to them), and it's pretty obvious that Gaitán was aware of them, too. There's a whole a scene where the joke is Armando and don Hermes' parallels!

Their similarities are in personality, especially in their treatment of Betty. They are both grumpy men who are often times rude, but they are also incredibly protective of those they love (Betty in this case), which is why she doesn't take to heart their bad temper and knows they never mean to offend her and are always looking for the best for her. They don't tolerate anyone mistreating her-- not even the othsr! Which is ironic considering thwy are both quick to yell at her without realizing.

You could also argue that they share physical characteristics not in the sense that they look alike, but rather that they take similar decisions regarding their appearance. For example, that they both take a lot of care into their apparence and are mostly seen wearing formal clothes, as well as the glasses and that old-fashioned vibe.

I think that's a fact of the novela that we all know and have discussed plenty.

But can we talk about how this same phenomenon manifest in Marcela/Margarita? I saw/made a comment about this recently and can't stop thinking about it!

Their resemblance, in this case, is actually just physical. They have the same haircolor at the beginning, and after Marcela's makeover, she gets the same hair length as Margarita. They also keep their hair straight with curved tips towards their necks.

They are also seen wearing very similar colors-- for example, when Margarita and Roberto come back from London the night before the embargo, both Margarita and Marcela are wearing pastel colors. This is unlike Marcela-- she rarely ever wears such sweet, clear, and soft colors.

This leads me to believe that Marcela tried to LOOK like Armando's ideal woman (in addition, she is almost completely what he described as "perfect woman" when using the Oracle of Goddesses-- tall, slim, dhoulder lenght dark heair and non-brown eyes), but she wasn't truly it because she never actually put in practice Margarita's advice: to be Armando's peace. Betty, on the other hand, truly was.

In other words, Gaitán was incredibly clever writing Marcela's character. She is everything one would think is perfect for Armando, down to the whole "parents characteristics" theories-- but their perfection was skin depth!

Still don't know what it all means. I like all clothes, photoskinned super old clothes, with high quality, but also stuff converted from other games. As long as they have nice shoes and morphs.

No, but this is TS2, I once played TS4 and they got fat so fast... I was like, what is going on here?!

Only to help Sims who get stuck. Not to place objects.

Moniques hacked computer. I use it so much: loans for starters, buying electronics, buying clothes, groceries, fish and produce.

TS1, loved it, so my brother got me TS2. I bought TS3 and TS4 (basegame) but I don't like those Sims.

As in aLIVE.

That's my elf Sims that I never shared. (I keep a copy of her in SFS)
