this kind of got me worried. im praying that this elves got something to protect themselves especially those airheaded ones. we dont want some humans or whatever poaching them and taking advantage of them for their abilities😟 anyway, pls don't get sick with us silas fans hehe. he's just so precious💙❤️💜💖💘💓🩵🫶😍

Humans work hard but elf PR team works harder. In the current world Elves are seen as mythical creatures who only exists in stories due to elves keeping themselves hidden and leading quiet lives all this time.

You meeting Silas was like the fruit of several coincidences, or fate as Silas like to call it. You got lost in the woods and Silas was picking fruits in an area quite away from his usual area. But good thing he did right? You guys have each other now❤️

Anyway since most elves aren't as nonchalant as Silas about stuff like this the chances of other people finding them are close to zero.

If they somehow got discovered anyway, if it's only a few people who found them they'd just erase their memories using old magic. If it was several people with weapons like an army then elves might get overpowered as even though they are much bigger than humans they simply were not built for fighting, especially a fight that has modern day weapons

Which blankets would be the warmest during winter? Which of these snacks would last the longest in storage? Definitely the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that Poppy made. The kids looooove when he is serious about their play time.

Tea parties? ☕ Branch will remember every make-believe characters name the kids come up with and he will drink the air from the tiny tea cup.

Knights and Dragons? 🐲 He discusses the best defense strategies and what weapons to use. It's usually pillows. Pillows always beat the dragon. 😋

Also typical kids games are perfect for teaching survival situations! Hide and seek? Perfect for teaching things like camouflage. Tag? Building the kids endurance and evasive maneuvers. 🌲

People think that Poppy is the fun parent. She is most of the time. But you have to remember....

Harmony will be the next Queen.

Rosiepuff and Ace have some royal training too but as next in line, Poppy has to be especially serious about Harmony's training. Poppy makes a games of it when they are young, so that they are more engaged and it lays the foundation for the more boring stuff when they're older.

E.g. memory games with all the tribe leaders and knowledge about the different tribes cultures, helping her cut shapes out for party invitations, having them play in the same room she has meetings in, so that they are exposed to the kind of discussions they'll one day be in charge of.

All in all I think Poppy and Branch balance each other out and would make sure they other isn't overdoing it with the fun or the rules. 🩷💙 💜🩵🧡

Skull and Enma headcanons:

I headcanon that the way they met was that Skull actually didn't think much about Enma. He just truly stumbled upon the Simon Famiglia.

But... What really got Skull's attention was how Enma seemed so open and carefree with as many unorthodox folks like Skull himself (as the Simon aren't really your conventional mafia legion either).

At first Skull thought this was just gonna be business type of relationship when he partnered with Enma and Simon for the Watch battles.

But the kid grew on Skull... unadmittedly.

After the end of the Watch battles. Skull actually treated Enma and Simon to a fancy and celebratory dinner even if they didn't win. What mattered was to have fun as a team ultimately. (Even if Skull actually did want to win.)

Skull thought that this was the actual end of their relations.

But he called Enma from time to time check on the kid, unadmittedly. - Heck, they even started to either hang out with Simon or just invite Enma for a hang.

Soon.... They became like teacher and student, and, bestest of friends.

Enma actually was always fond of Skull, as Skull seemed SUPER BADASS to Enma for being a baby who knew wicked Evel Knievel skills.

Enma was sort of disheartened at first when they felt Skull didn't want to be friends with them at first.

But Enma became so happy when he started to get frequent calls from Skul, visits from Skull, and just invitations to just hang and chill.

Skull, unadmittedly, liked to spoil Enma whenever he came to visit. Always either a souvenir, a gift, or even a token of significance to either teach Enma or create meaning like a memory with.

Actually... In the original future timeline, Enma was truly devastated when Skull died.

In honour of Skull, Enma madeit COMPUSLORY for all the Simon and their troops to learn bike skills and to just be naturally inept thrill seekers.

Enma actually learned to do some wicked skills himself as they got older, owning a Harley even.

They kept Enma's piercing chain as a keychain to always remember them, and Enma of course kept Skull’s piercings as keepsakes*

Yep, every morning.

I'm very fond of my high school memories but I wouldn't go back to waking up at 6:30 am every day. Hell world.

Can you parallel park?

Nope 🙈 I have a driver's license but I haven't driven since 2019.

A job you had that would surprise people?

I did one year of civil service to help the local associations of ex-partisans and ex-deportees digitalise their archives. I had the opportunity to interview a survivor of Auschwitz, and an old partisan who fought in the Italian Resistance during ww2.

Do you think aliens are real?

I think there's a good probability that we're not alone in an infinite universe.

Can you drive a manual car?

Theoretically? My driver's license says I can. In practice? Not driving for 5 years will make you forget everything.

What is your guilty pleasure?

You can do whatever you want forever and there's no guilty pleasures.

Tattoos?

I have a tiny treble clef tattoo on my wrist, I made it with some ink and a needle when I was 14 to match with some friends lol

I'd love to have more tattoos, but I'm always saving money for concert tickets.

Do you like puzzles?

I get easily bored with puzzles and board games, and my competitivity is almost nonexistent, so they're not all that fun to me. I enjoy them just if the shapes/colours feel interesting.

Any phobias?

I have arachnophobia but the problem isn't the spider, it's the web. With spiders in general my fight response kicks in and I usually get rid of them, but if I see a spiderweb (or something similar like processionary caterpillars) my flight response skyrockets off the charts.

Sometimes I also get anxious if I have a lot of physical mass over my head, like in caves or at the ground floor of a very tall building. It's not claustrophobia or speluncaphobia because I'm completely fine with tight or dark places, it's more similar to thalassophobia (which also gets to me sometimes).

Favorite childhood sport?

Fencing! I took a junior fencing class for 2 years when I was in middle school and it was super fun! I would've loved to keep attending but it was too expensive and the instructor was the most annoying person I've ever met.

First thing you wanted to be growing up?

A witch. I was convinced it was a legit career path, and tbh maybe I was right.

Do you talk to yourself?

Sometimes I do, but I usually prefer to sing or talk to my plants.

What movies do you adore?

a story celebrating hinata and my first canon compliant story❤️ i'm actually nervous writing canon compliant anything in fear of getting details wrong but i do hope to write more of them soon!! i just gotta brush up on my naruto lore knowledge lol

3. thus a silenced memory

oHhhh baby, my biggest passion project to date all bcuz of my love for Jane Austen and Persuasion, and boy! how much i've learned and keep learning with this one!! it's been a surreal one to write and far more complicated than i was expecting at first so at times.. i'm struggling creatively but i have so much more to go and it's so exciting that there's so much to share!!! ch. 17 is in steady progress but i'm learning to take my time and be kinder to myself so it'll be up when it's up❤️

But even if the two of you can only get these small moments now, deep down Ruggie knows how lucky he is to love you. 🌠 Introducing Knock On Wood by Eddie Floyd would perfectly put words to just how lucky he is to have you.

Late at night, when Jamil finally has some time to rest, and finally being able to Serenade him in the moonlight 🌙 with Moonlight Serenade by Ella Fitzgerald. Sure, it's a little on the nose but he's still flattered. Save The Last Dance For Me by The Drifters would be another testament of how well you understood him; 🪭Jamil's first priority might be Kalim's by blood, but his biggest priority is YOU (and that's by choice).

Rook would be fascinated to know French songs on Earth like La Vie En Rose by Louise Armstrong! Even if you fumble through the words a little, as long as you show him the lyrics perhaps the two of you could work through it together.🌹He'd equally love hearing old Crooner songs like The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra.... And the way he looks at you while performing just about sets your heart on fire 🔥💕.

Old Man Lilia would appreciate just about any rendition of Dream A Little Dream Of Me considering his affiliation with 💭Diasomnia. But considering his love of music in general, along with the seemingly endless life he's already had up until he finally got to meet and fall for you 💘, At Last by Etta James would be almost too perfect.

(This wasn't perfectly done, but I LITERALLY couldn't sleep until I typed it all out. As you can tell my taste can lean kinda old school (because I was raised by a Baby Boomer) but I've also been listening to a lot of Jazz, Soul and classic musical numbers lately. These songs hold a lot of memories and nostalgia and I guess I just needed a space to project them on lol! And if you couldn't tell.... I fucking ADORE the Vice Wardens in Twisted Wonderland 💖😩🥰 These characters and so many others hold SUUUUUUCH a close place in my heart I literally can't.💜❤️ Lowkey, lemme know if anyone's interested in more songs that I associate (and dissociate singing to them lol) with these or any other characters!!
