The Lost House by Melissa Larsen
This was such a great, quick, twisty read. The story follows a young woman who travels to Iceland to learn about the history of her family. Her grandfather allegedly killed her grandmother and aunt, and is accompanying a podcaster to learn further about, and possibly solve, the murder. The book tackles a number of interesting things including addiction, family dynamics, and the impetus behind murder podcasting. The writing was fantastic and transported me to Iceland, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great, engaging, creepy read.
This ebook was provided by NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Book Review: The Lost House
This book was a chilling read in more ways than one. Not only does it take place in Iceland in the winter, but it is also a murder mystery in which everything is suspect and therefore, chilling. Larsen definitely makes the cold and ice and snow a character. I’m shivering just thinking about it. And Agne’s wounded leg, smashed to bits on a rocky California beach, is far from completely healed more…

Not that this had to be mentioned but for those questioning some of the posts in my blog that I have reblogged, yes, I do have plenty of lady crushes that happened to be redheads (natural or dyed)
It's not my fault, just look at them. And I know there will be more later on....

I read the comments on Instagram for the latest episode in regards of future guests. Most popular is Dianna followed by Chris, Darren and Lea. (I have the feeling Chris was a guest early on, because he doesn't want to talk about Klaine.)
There were mentions about a lot of the Warblers, the band and Brad the piano player.
From season 4 people want Melissa, Nolan Funk, Dean Gyer, Oliver Kieran-Jones.
People want Amber, Heather, Harry, Ashley and Romy again. (I hope they have Amber, because her episode was about the Masked Singer and I want her in a Glee episode.)
And there were a few comments about Zach Woodly and Brooke Lipton. (I don't understand why they didn't got them during the strike.)
Other than that there were comments about Kristin Chenotwith, Matt Bomer, Lauren Potter, Dijon, Idina Menzel, Samuel Larsen, Jonathan Groff. And some people I don't know. Maybe fans?
I hope they will have the cast and crew as guest and don't go back to fans episodes.

4 month post op pic :+)
suuuuper happy with my results still. there's the most minor of dog ears but really I don't care they're fine and hardly noticeable. my scars healed super nice and have been getting paler every day (I rarely ever scar, and all my lasting scars are pale white and flat soo I'm expecting these to pale out more too)
though I don't mind if they're lasting, I've done 0 scar care for them bc being cis passing is not important to me. also loving my choice to go nip free! and my chest hair has been coming in real nice after surgery! pre-op I had like 3 chest hairs but now it's still sparse but they're there! finally gonna match the thicket that my limbs have
my surgeon was Dr Melissa Larsen in Tacoma :)
lastly I added that crab sticker to my phone because my therapist told me to give myself stickers when I'm happy or accomplished and that one was when Kissinger died. crab rave forever

The 62nd annual Grammy Awards were on Sunday. Here are highlights from the show:
Billie Eilish won five awards, including record, album and song of the year, capping a night that also saw multiple wins for Lizzo and Lil Nas X.
Our critics and writers weigh in on the best and worst moments.
Lizzo and host Alicia Keys kicked off the show by addressing the death of the basketball star Kobe Bryant.
The ousted Grammys chief Deborah Dugan is at war with the Recording Academy. In a speech, Keys seemed to reference the turmoil.
