Peppering kisses over his knuckles, his palm, the tips of his fingers and finally a sealing kiss on his wrist.
You look up to see fear in hushed eyes, fear of this moment ending, of the shattering of this breakable heaven.
When you’ve kissed every wound on his hands, you feel the tension still lingering in his frame, like a storm that hasn’t quite passed. You kiss his forehead and without a word, you guide him closer, letting your arms wrap around him until his head rests against your chest. Hey, fans of the Golden Kamuy - y'all get it most, for Sergeant Tsukishima is a secondary character and he has earned many delicious, life-affirming fics on that One and Only site. Or will you be a story that makes me want to come after you and demonstrate to you, selectively, intimately, how you have betrayed me?

This is because Kong Si-Woo and Toji have a 10-year history. Adults at that age, making new friends? Color me delighted.
Third: in earning the Korean man's respect: he earned the capacity for real trust, the kind that marks actual fucking solidarity. And then Toji, scorned Japanese man he is, lived for 10 more years with Kong Si-Woo near him and by him, because these are men who when they are killed will live on, until Toji fucked around and found out for the last time --- until, of course, the story itself brings him back to meet his grown son.
Now I ask you: will you be respected, or will you be interested in what real enabling, at all costs, looks like?
Will you give a shit the way Toji does, or will you give a shit the way Nanami does? Will you move the way Sugimoto does, or will you simmer quietly like a jar of moss like Qingming, pirated Dream of Eternity: Yin-Yang Master, softspoken and brutal in his withholding? Will you have fun like Satou Samuel Owen, or will you earn the respect and thus relieve the responsibility of Nagai Kei, at age 17, willingly took on because he saw clearly the danger Satou posed to every normal person alive on the planet, and decided for himself that he would end it now.
Will you be tortured like Suzaku Kururugi, so complete, fans of Code Geass feel it even today, or will you take decisive action to bring the very structures of the Jiujutsu Sorcerer's World down by disavowing the only child you've named for blessing, just so he could have a headstart?
Which character will you relieve of their responsibilities? Can you tell who needs it the most? Do you know what I'm saying here? I am saying I do not need Nanami Kento anymore and he has never needed me to speak. This is because he died in Shibuya, and I am glad he did, because Gege Akutami's writing abilities did too. I would not have survived the Nanami's badly written death the way I could survive Gojo's. Gege must have detected this in some way: he must, even with his franchise of an empire, because even a franchise of an empire comes from people: because he waited to kill Gojou, because he knew everybody seemed to like him, and genuinely love him, in many many lands, and what he did was brutal, and it was genuinely cruel: he bisected Gojou in half instead of blowing a hole through him despite putting him in Toji's killer fit.
It means Akutami was done with Gojou's character, and discarded his personhood, and gave his fans and comrades and enemies crumbs. Enemies of Gojo savored it: but they understood its brutality, and rejoiced because finally the biggest dick did win, as they foretold, because they foretold the death cult that is global racial capitalism, because they have survived, and they don't want anybody else to except for themselves, and their friends, of course. Even our enemies have friends. What does this tell you: it means everybody has the capacity to understand tragedy. Indeed, Everybody else simply understood it for tragedy. Now there's nothing wrong with a nice tragedy.
But is it interesting? Toni Morrison looked me in the eye in one of her interviews and I will tell you what she said to me: she said once you have gotten the jobs you have all trained so beautifully for, you must now go and free someone else. This is not a grab-bag candy game.
Now here's the thing about TRUE FICTION: AND TRANSFORMATIVE FICTION: we can bring him back.

Shiko Funjatta / Sumo Do, Sumo Don't (2022)
Such a great lighthearted and uplifting drama that makes you feel good when you're down. Been searching for this type of traditional sports or martial arts dramas like the Hollywood's Cobra Kai series.
Shiko Funjatta is a sequel to the original Sumo Do, Sumo Don't in the 90s. The show focus on the new and younger characters while featuring the original characters returning as "mentors".
I love that every character have their own character development, despite their own baggage of life which was pulling them down at the beginning which often prompts them to run away again.
A drifter, a recluse, a gym buff, a dancer, a salaryman, a runner, joins the Sumo Club headed by a loner. Seeing the chemistry and dynamics of these unique characters alone is intriguing to watch.
Sumo is something that you don't see often in films in terms of what it takes to be one and the rigorous training involved. For one I had no idea that you need to be flexible like Yoga to be in this sport.

The Missing June Match
So, upon looking at the responses so far, I had wondered why there weren't any English respondents for this match. It turns out that somehow, it was missing from the form the entire time (either because I accidentally deleted while making it or just plain forgot)!
(Your Japanese counterpart somewhat saved this from being a possible tie had I not realize this oversight sooner.)

The Dangers in My Heart (Season 1, 2023, Japan)

Mini-review:
I didn't even know this anime existed until a few days ago, so imagine my surprise when I started watching and realized it might just be one of the best of the season. I'm sure some people will be put off by the initial premise, but luckily, the synopsis is nothing but a façade that's quickly deconstructed. Once that's done, we're left with one of the sweetest romcoms I've seen. It's also one of the awkwardest ones, and I mean that in the best of ways. The romance is a classic slowburn, and it's bolstered by some flawless character development. In fact, I was surprised by how good the overall writing is. The show just understands what being a teenager is like. For example, the comedy is built from the perfect mixture of awkwardness, silliness and horniness. I swear I heard some of the same jokes in my classroom when I was the same age as these characters. I imagine some people will dislike the level of horniness the humor reaches at some points, but I think it's incredibly realistic, so it didn't bother me at all. Anyway, I'm glad they already announced a second season, cause those final moments left me feeling all warm inside and I need more of these characters.

#like idk#hidden inventory was just a whole setup to get satosugu to bond#and Toji makes them babysit Megumi sometimes#sugu runs away because he thinks hes a bad babysitter?? idk#and then jjk0 happens and Yuta hits Sugu with True Love expecting it to make Sugu realise he loves Sato#but it doesn’t and Sugu dies :((#then kenny comes along and sees sugu’s memories#and he’s like damn this guy is oblivious#so he also joins the cause to set satosugu up#even tho Sugu is dead-#Sugu is still conscious when Kenny takes over#and they’re constantly arguing about Sugu’s love life#even Sukuna is tryin to set them up like geez#they finally succeed when Sukuna does some division on Satos body if yk what I mean#and then Sato finally reunited with Sugu again and they kiss#sorry that was a lot of rambling
