Audio Script - A4A Car Crash Meet Cute
If we're not in peril, are we even trying to fall in love? I wrote this a while ago and would love to put it out there for audio artist to pick up if they're interested but I'm not really sure how to go about that, so we'll start here! <3
You're welcome to record this script but please give me credit and a link so I can listen too! And, you know, don't put it behind a paywall. But if you want to pay me to make you your own scripts, you're welcome to contact me. <3 <3
Audio artists be warned, I seem to make a lot of background sound notes. Good luck, brave creators! I believe in your sound magic! tags: car accident, minor injury, definitely could have died, meet cute in peril, older siblings friend
Car Crash Meet Cute
[cracking trees]
[muffled radio glitching]
[muffled engine running]
[rain patter]
[all sounds waving in and out before focusing]
[creaking trees as the car slides a little more]
[voice muffled from outside the door] Hey! Hey, can you hear me?
Are you awake? Can you hear me?
Don’t move! You’re going to be okay.
Hang on, I’m going to open the door slowly…
[door creaking open, wet forest sounds]
[breathing hard] Hang on, okay? Don’t move until I figure out… Shit…
Hm? No, I wasn’t in the car that hit you, but I saw it… When you went off the road and into the trees, I thought… Well, I thought you’d gone right off the mountain.
No, you’re not going off the edge. I’m getting you out, okay? It looks like these trees are holding the weight of the car but…
[creaking/snapping trees, radio cuts out]
I don’t think we can wait for help…
[creaking trees]
I’m going to reach in and undo your seatbelt, okay? I don’t want you to move yet.
[breathing close]
[seatbelt click]
[car groan]
[still close] Okay, I’m going to count to three and you’re going to hug me.
[laughs a little] Yeah, I climbed all the way down here just to trick you into hugging me. I’m going to count to three and then I’m pulling you out of the car, okay?
[car groan and trees crack]
Shhh, it’s okay. It’s okay.
One.
Two.
Three. [sharp inhale, pulling listener out of the wreck and falling to the side]
[tree snapping and car rolling off a cliff]
[heavy breathing, rain patter]
Are you okay? Yeah? [smiling]
Does anything feel broken?
That’s good. You’ve got a cut on your head there, but you look okay. Can you wiggle your arms?
And your feet?
Great. Can you stand?
Take it slow, I’ve got you. We’re not in a hurry anymore.
Don’t-Don’t look off the drop… [worried, listener realizing they almost died] Yeah, if you’d gone over… But you didn’t. You’re okay.
Hey. Look at me.
You’re okay.
Do you want… Is it okay if I hug you?
Yeah? Okay. [hugs] Deep breaths. You’re going to have a great story to tell when you get home tonight.
[laughs a little] Yeah, I’ll give you a ride. I’m not going to run all the way down here to pull you out of a car just to leave you by the side of the road when we climb back out.
Do you feel up to walking? Okay, but if anything starts hurting or you feel sick, let me know, okay? We’ll stop.
Yeah, I called for help on my way down but I lost connection and we’re almost at the top of the pass, I don’t know how long it’ll take for someone to get out here. When we get closer to the road, I can call again and find out, but you’re going to get cold if we wait around down here for help.
[laughs] Okay, you got me, I’ll get cold too.
[walking, foliage rustling and rain drops] Just straight up this way. Your car cleared us a path.
Saved you? No. I did what anyone would have done.
Okay, yeah, anyone but that asshole that knocked you off the road and then kept going…
No, I didn’t get the license plate, but I got the make and model. We’ll file reports when we get to the road. Don’t worry.
So, where were you headed?
Really? Looks like we live in the same town.
All your life?
Oh no… That means we have to know some of the same people. What was our name?
[laughs] Are you related to Alex? No! The notorious baby sibling?
Oh, you are definitely notorious… I can’t believe I didn’t recognize you. I mean, you’ve grown a lot. I think the last time I saw you, you were a freshman in high school.
Alex was painfully clear about none of us being allowed to even talk about you, let alone look at you. One of our friends said he thought he saw you at a café once and Alex sprayed him with a can of beer and kicked him out of the apartment for a week.
It doesn’t matter that it’s been years since high school. Alex is weirdly private about family stuff and super protective about you.
You really didn’t know?
But you knew about that bully you had freshman year, right? Yeah, that junior that kept pulling your hair and pushing you…
You thought he just stopped one day on his own?
Well, yeah, he apologized… After we threw him in the pool. Alex went on a fucking rampage that year to make sure everyone knew to leave you alone after we graduated out. You seriously didn’t know?
[laughs] That’s hilarious.
I wonder how much trouble I’ll get in for this… I mean, I am saving your life—
[half-joking] Oh, yeah, when I tell Alex this story, I’m definitely saying that I saved your life. Imminent peril. If I didn’t touch you, you would have died. That’s the only way I’m going to survive this too.
[losing their smile] Hey… Are you okay?
You’re shaking. The adrenaline is probably wearing off… Here, [clothing rustle] take my jacket.
You’re limping… Does your leg hurt?
Stop for a second. Let me get a look. I’m gonna touch your leg, okay? Tell me where it hurts.
[sympathetic hiss] Okay. I don’t think it’s broken…
No, you probably shouldn’t keep walking on it. We’re not too far from the road. How about I give you a piggyback?
[laughs a little] Yes, Alex will be pissed, but we’re way past that. I hugged you. I might be executed for my crimes.
What? [laughs harder] No, you’re not too heavy. Oh my god, come here.
[picks them up and starts walking again]
[far off siren]
Huh, looks like I don’t have to call again.
We’re almost there, hang on.
[smiling] You want my number? Oh man… you’re going to hate when I remind you about this but… you don’t seem to have your phone on you so I’m pretty sure it’s—
Yeah. With the car. Gone. Definitely gone.
[sirens closer, rain patter on the road] We made it.
No, I’m not going to leave you here to wait for the emergency crew.
Come on, you can sit in my car and warm up. We’ll wait together and I can drive you to the hospital when we’re cleared to go. [car door]
You are definitely going to the hospital. You drove off the side of a mountain…
No, it’s no trouble. There’s nowhere else I need to be.
[laughs] No, it’s not because Alex would be angry if I left you here. I’d rather wait with you and, honestly, I’d like to drive back with you.
[turning on the heater, low music]

// NSFW CONTENT UNDER THE CUT //
You weren't scared of many things at this point in your life.
Being a signal officer for the military certainly aided that statement, but it was more the fact that you had four guard dogs in the form of the most seasoned special forces operatives you've ever known. Four very large, very scary men that you'd somehow found yourself lucky enough to get to call your partners.
Both on, and off, the field.
That being said, there was one thing you were terrified of. Like, to your bones, petrified.
And that thing had a name.
John Price.
He was formally the captain of your force for a reason, but he was also informally the captain of your relationship, as well. The one you all looked to in the most difficult of moments, the one that held reason and guidance above all.
It's been that way since the five of you met, and remains the same to this day.
Nonetheless.
It was a known fact between you, Soap, Ghost and Gaz that none of you liked seeing the man mad. You four could count on one hand the amount of times you'd witnessed it, all of which having been directed at either his superiors or an enemy.
But. Right now, in this office, seated on the small couch between your three lovers?
Yeah. You don't fear many things.
But John Price's disappointment is quite easily in your top three, and this situation only cements it.
"He's probably ordering our caskets," Gaz murmurs wistfully, eyes wide as he stares at his foot, tap-tap-tapping against the wooden floor. It's a nervous tic that gives him away too easily, but even with your hand on his knee, it doesn't seem able to quit.
You exhale a deep breath, squeezing your eyes shut. "I hope he gets me a cute one," you mumble back, tone matching the resignation that clouds your captain's office.
"You four. My office."
Those were the only words Price had spoken to you guys, before marching off to a meeting with Laswell.
To say that you and your lovers were mortified was the biggest understatement of the century.
Even Ghost, sat perfectly still, expression perfectly neutral beneath his mask, oozes trepidation like it's the carbon dioxide he exudes with every breath.
"I know 'm 'n tha military, but I still don't wanna die, ya know?" Soap whines, his head flung back and blue eyes glued to the roof as his hands shake in his lap.
You guys must look like unruly students sat outside of your principal's office to any onlookers, and it should be embarrassing.
It would be, if you could feel anything but mortal peril.
You're about to quip a reply to Soap, when the door clicks open, and the three of you sit ramrod straight, Ghost not moving from his already perfect posture.
Price steps in, the door shutting closed behind him.
The silence is a tangible force, and your mouth is so dry, you'd think you were in a desert, not in your lover's office.
His footfalls echo around the modest space, before he leans against his wooden desk, folding his arms over his chest, before directing his furious gaze to you four.
"When I give orders," he starts, and oh god, his tone, it's so unbelievably firm, "I expect my team to follow them."
There's no response, except for the overwhelming quiet coming from the usually passionate and comforting presence that underlies your entire dynamic.
Price clears his throat, meeting all of your eyes one by one. You wonder if you can see the glassiness of yours, the barely restrained tears.
"So why," he begins, before swallowing once more, determination settling in, "Did all four of my teammates rush into an unstable building after being ordered to keep out?"
You know it's not just the anger of a captain's orders being refused.
It's the anger of a lover having to watch all four of his partner's risk their death, while he can do nothing but watch from the scope of a sniper rifle.
The clock on the wall above the door ticks, and none of you make a sound.
Price grabs a pack of cigars from his pocket, quickly sliding one out, placing it between his lips, and shoving the pack back into his slacks. He then pulls out a lighter from his back pocket, lighting the tobacco, before exhaling his first breath of smoke.
In any other situation, you or Gaz would be chastising him, telling him to stop smoking, or to at least do it outside.
Neither of you say a word.
Rubbing at the furrow between his brows, Price then drifts his eyes to Ghost, the only one who hasn't said a word since the mission.
"What the fuck were you thinking?" Price says on a deep exhale, shaking his head. There's hurt there, genuine pain, and your heart stutters in your chest at the sight. "You're my lieutenant, Simon. I thought you'd at least 'ave the brains to listen to me when I make an order."
Ghost's hand tightens where it sit on his cargos, and even with his mask on, you can tell that a disgruntled frown lays beneath it.
"And you, Soap," he looks at the man to your right, now, and you can physically see him deflate at the disappointment in his captain's eyes. "Disrespecting authority is cute 'nd all, until it's me, mate."
Those words feel like a physical wound, even to you, and judging my Soap's crestfallen expression, for him, it must hurt tenfold.
And, then, it's your turn.
His mouth is set in a grim line, and you hope that he can see the regret, the genuine sorrow you feel at disappointing and -- and scaring your captain. Your lover.
"What were you thinking?" He asks, and your mouth wants to open, but it's as if there's an invisible force pinning it shut. "You weren't even supposed to step foot on enemy grounds, and you knew that."
And it's true. Your role is mainly with communications and technical supplies, not actual combat. You were trained, yes, but it has never been your role.
But you'd seen Soap rush in, Ghost trailing after him, yelling, and then Gaz not long after, and it was like your mind shut out any rational lines of thinking. There was no rationale when it came to your partners.
That was a flaw. A genuine character fault, and Price was cementing that fact in this very room.
"Kyle," Price runs his hand down his face, cigar in between his middle and index fingers, "Kyle."
The pain, regret, the melancholy -- it's its own element in this room, its own being, and it feels as if it's choking you from the inside out. Like a gas leak, or a grenade stuck in your throat, about to go off.
Ghost, shockingly, is the first to speak.
"Captain," he grits out. Not 'old man'. Not 'love'.
Captain.
"We're aware of our... misgivings," he states, the words coming off of his tongue like hot coals he needs to rid off, lest his entire mouth burns.
Price nods, slowly, eyes narrowing at Ghost. It hits you, then, how your lover's just dug all of your graves in one sentence. Gaz seems to realise, too, his eyes going wide, exhaling a low, short breath in surprise.
"Sweetheart," he quips, standing up in the transition of one moment to the next, eyes snapping to your glassy ones. The endearment holds no warmth to it, for the first time, and your heart shatters where it beats in your chest, shards of glass embedding into the muscle surround it. "Get on the desk."
He says the words, and in the next movement, sweeps his arm over his desk, causing all of his papers, his pens, his folders, to go careening to the floor.
Soap mutters a curse under his breath, and Gaz winces.
On shaky legs, you stand, walking the short distance to the wooden surface and sitting on it with short pants of breath.
His large hand grips your chin in a tight grasp, tilting your head back and forcing the eye contact between you both.
He leans in, mouth mere millimetres away from your own, before speaking. You can taste the tobacco as he does. "I'm gonna let every single one of my subordinates fuck your disobedient cunt, and it's not gonna get any cum. Do you understand that order, sweetheart?"
It's cruel. Patronising, and so unbearably condescending, but you nod, a tear finally leaking down your cheek.
With a calloused thumb, he wipes it away in one stroke. "Save that for the actual punishment, operator."
And then, he steps back, and takes a seat in his chair, allowing him a full view of the other three still sat at the couch, and your position in his desk.
"This is a lesson on following your captain's orders," Price barks his order, like most other men of his rank would. It's a stone cold contrast to the gentle, comforting way he usual spoke to the four of you. His voice, now, holds no love, no underlying adoration lacing through his words. "You will follow every command I give you, and hopefully, this training will carry onto our future missions."
You're all aware that if it gets too much, one of you will utter the safeword you're all aware of -- the weight of it almost embedded into your beings.
Price knows it, too. And no matter how angry he is, he'll always put you all first, listen to you when you genuinely need to stop.
The feeling in the room has shifted from one of heavy disappointment, to an electrifying anger that has liquid heat melting to your core.
"Simon," Price snaps his fingers, and it's almost as if you're in a parallel universe, because the large man immediately stands. "Lay 'er down on the desk."
Ghost only needs to take two steps from the couch before he's standing in front of you, hand fisting into your hair, before somewhat gently pushing you to lay flat against the smooth surface. Your breathing is harsh, your chest moving in quick rises.
"Strip 'er down," Price orders, voice gravelly as he takes another deep inhale of his cigar, folding his leg so his left ankle rests on his right knee, legs spread wide. He fills out the chair with his frame, and it makes you shiver as Ghost gets to work peeling your clothes off of you.
When your heated skin feels the kiss of the cool air, you let out a haggard breath, head falling back to hit the wood as you clench your eyes shut.
Ghost goes to spread your thighs, before pausing, awaiting Price's directions like a dutiful dog.
You never thought you'd see the day.
"She's wet enough," Price shrugs, taking another drag of his cigar. "Fuck 'er."
Oh, fuck.
He wasn't lying, you were soaking, something about the fear unknowingly having your inner thighs sticky and core aching to be filled.
But... not getting prepped? At all?
Ghost makes a surprised grunt of a noise, pausing for a moment, before recollecting his senses and unbuckling his pants.
Oh. Fuck.
He's really, properly following Price's directions, like the man had demanded. The guilt was eating all of you alive, and that festered in Simon's actions.
His deep brown eyes flick to yours, before he unzips his fly with one hand, gaze not moving from yours. There's slight apology in them, only a hint, before he leans down to spit on your cunt.
You inhale a sharp breath at the act, squeezing your eyes shut as his dick presses against your heat, rubbing against it slightly.
Then, he pushes in -- it makes you cry out, breath hitching as the tip enters. It's a tight fit, but he continues to push in, and it's almost as if you can feel the intrusion, the pressure in your chest.
"So you can follow orders, huh?" Price quips, almost nastily, and it has you shuddering as Ghost's hips finally flush against your own. You don't think you've ever taken any of them without foreplay, and it's a special form of torture. The pressure is almost too much, his cock filling you up so much.
Simon's head hangs between his shoulders, muscles tense as he stares down at you, the epitome of self-restraint.
He always was the most controlling one, the most calculating.
Not today, however.
That title easily belongs to Price, who merely relaxes further into his seat, as if he wasn't just mere feet away from the two of you.
"I said fuck her, Riley. Not stand there and keep it warm."
He's so fucking. He's fucking cruel about this, fully willing and wanting to make this hurt. It's so completely unlike the man you love, and it's psychologically damning in a way nothing else could be.
But, like directed, Simon fucks you.
He stops trying to be kind about it, stops wallowing in guilt. It's rough, forceful, urgent, unlike the way he usually liked to savour your pleasure, your pain. He usually delighted in the smooth, deep strokes, prolonging the passionate act almost vindictively.
No. Now, it's quick, punishing thrusts, and your head falls back and little moans escape your throat.
It's like you've both forgotten that Soap and Gaz sit on the couch, watching, waiting. Price has likely made it that way on purpose, to make them envy the attention you and Ghost are getting.
"Fuck," you moan, tits bouncing as Simon continues to fuck you relentlessly, harsh in his movements.
"Does he feel good?" Price is standing, and when you open glassy eyes, it's to see his face looking down at you. If you had the mind to, you'd flinch under his criticizing expression. "Answer me."
You nod, shakily, and when his brows narrow, you rush out a verbal response. "Yes, yes, he does!"
Price hums a noncommittal sound, before his hand slides down your stomach, leaving your hairs to stand on end, before his fingers reach your clit. In tight circles, he has you on the edge almost immediately, and you cry out.
"Gonna fuckin' cum," Ghost grunts, voice low as his eyes clench tight.
"Aww, you two close?" Your captain's voice is gruff, all too condescending, and just before you can find your release, his hand leaves your clit, and wraps around Ghost's neck. He leans into his ear, and his whisper is loud enough for everyone to hear. "Pull out."
Simon makes a noise suspiciously close to a whimper, and it's so unlike him that it has your eyes opening wide, before he does just as Price ordered.
He pulls out.
"Seriously?" You groan, filter eviscerated like your high was. You lean up, using your elbows for leverage.
Price raises one brow, before scratching at his beard almost absent-mindedly. "Got a complaint, sergeant?"
You shake your head, lightning quick, like a puppet on a string.
That's what you were right now -- what all of you were. Just puppets in whatever acts Price wanted to see you all star in.
It's exhilarating in the worst of ways.
"Soap, Gaz," Price snaps once more, and Ghost is nothing more than a neglected mutt. Which, really, is almost funny considering the amount of times the man teases you, Soap and Gaz about such a comment. You couldn't count the amount of times he's compare you three to 'needy puppies'.
Now, he was nothing more than that, and you wish you could enjoy that fact more.
The two men adhere to the command, radiating nervous energy as they stand to attention, not unlike they would if they were in a standard military unit.
"Gaz, take her mouth," Price demands, before his hand buries in the short hair near the nape of Soap's head with a mean grip, meant to hurt. Soap barely hides a whine as Price tugs him, forcing the man to his knees as if he's nothing more than the mutt Ghost usually refers to him as. "You, lick 'er clean."
You realise, then, what exactly this is.
It's truly a display of power. Of control. Because you four took that away from him on the field, unrightfully so. There truly is thought behind his anger, his pain.
It only makes the ache in your heart burn, makes it bruise and bleed where the shattered pieces cut and embed into the innerworkings of your body.
This 'training' won't make up for what you four pulled. Not in the slightest.
But it's something to let John get some of his emotions out, in a somewhat healthier way than you lot usually resorted to.
You'd always offer your support, offer yourself, and he knows that.
He's deliberately taking away that option for you, taking control to comfort the side of him that is so deeply ingrained, so deeply relied on for him to live.
You love him. So effortlessly.
Those words remain accurate, even as Johnny first licks over your wet pussy, and Kyle's dick bumps against your lips.
Opening your mouth without a thought, Kyle's tip slips in, his pre-cum salty on your tongue as you flatten your tongue against it. Johnny's as enthusiastic as ever, maybe even more than usual, as he delegates all of his attention to your aching warmth.
John's grip doesn't release from Johnny's hair, shoving his closer against you, and the sight is so hot that you wish you could fully, properly enjoy it.
Another time, when you're all in better spots, happy and unapologetic, you'll ask them to re-enact the scene.
Johnny moans against your pussy, hands coming up to grip at your bare thighs, and you just know there'll be finger-shaped bruises come tomorrow morning. He's always been unaware of his strength, not understanding the proper damage he can inflict, especially in the bedroom. It's attractive as all hell.
"Yeah? She taste good, hm?" John nearly snarls, and you let out a drawn out moan at the pleasure and words. The sound is muffled by Kyle pushing in deeper, having you almost gagging on his length.
Your eyes flutter shut at the onslaught of feelings, but even with no sight, you can feel Simon's eyes on you like a physical weight.
You know what position he's in, without having to look. Leaning against the wall with a furious expression, large arms folded over his bulky chest. Maybe he's pulled off his mask, maybe it's just been hooked over his crooked nose.
"Fuck, cap," Kyle groans, bucking into your throat. "So fuckin' good--"
Johnny muffles a whine as his efforts nearly double, and you swear spots colour the darkness of your vision. You're already there, and it's not like you can say anything, with Kyle abusing your mouth like this.
"She's close, ain't she, Johnny? Feel her clenchin' on your tongue?" John taunts, and you can feel Johnny nod against your core, nose brushing your clit as he does.
John huffs a cruel laugh, before he abruptly pulls Johnny away by the scruff of his neck. You can't help by buck up, searching for touch, but none comes.
"Kyle," John's tone is one requiring no resistance, and with a shaky exhale, Kyle pulls out of your mouth, a string of spit clinging to his dick, before snapping and leaving your cheek covered with a line of it.
You shakily open your eyes, your pussy begging for a release, knowing that you won't get one. Not yet.
"You make a mess, you clean it up," John says.
So, Kyle leans down, his tongue licking over the spit trail, and really it should be disgusting.
Instead, it only makes you wetter.
Your thighs incessantly shake, no hint of stopping as your body aches. The emotional turmoil, mixed with the physical kind -- it's a concoction for torture.
With half-lidded eyes, you watch as John forces Johnny's head in between your breasts, pressing his face into them. It must be almost suffocating, but Johnny manages to whine as you feel John's hand wrap around Johnny's dick, positioning it against your twitching hole.
"Rut into her," John orders, before stepping back.
Johnny does just that -- he thrusts in, bottoming out with one push. Your moan sounds too alike to a squeal at the stretch, the sudden intrusion. Your arms wrap around his back, nails scratching lines down Johnny's back as he thrusts into you almost manically. You're sure that you're drawing blood, but it only seems to encourage the man rutting into you further, his thrusts urgent and feral.
"Jesus christ," someone -- you're sure it's Kyle -- murmurs, and you suddenly want to know what you must look like from a spectator. Ruined, probably.
Your breaths are harried as you feel yourself getting close once more, tears burning at the corner of your vision at the pure need coursing through your veins.
"Please," you whimper, squeezing like a vice around Johnny's dick. "Please, oh god."
"Now you want me to make decisions? Let you two cum?" There's a hand in your hair, and in any other situation, it'd be calming.
Currently, it feels like a thinly veiled threat.
"Please, John, 'm so sorry, please," you beg, eyes blurry as you look up into the man's stormy blue eyes.
Usually, they're comparable to a calm ocean, the beach mid-summer.
Now, they're akin to the darkest of storms, the ones sailors whisper about, the ones that haunt them while they're asleep at sea. Ones that cause shipwrecks to wash up on shores, ones that cause stories to be passed between campers on the scariest of nights.
"Now you're sorry, sweetheart?" And, oh, there's a sliver of the warmth you've come to crave, and it almost has you melting where you lay.
You're so close, you can taste it on your tongue, and your moans get louder, needier, more frantic --
"Stop, Johnny."
Tears fall, then. Hot and heavy down your cheeks, leaving sticky tracks in their wake. Hiccups fall from your lips as you sob from the deprevation.
Johnny whines, head drooped low as he stops, and you can feel him pulse inside of you, both of you at your wits' end.
"You follow orders so well in this room, don't you?" John says. The voice of a captain.
It's almost your last straw. The devastation is too great, the mix of physical and emotion stress weighing on you heavily.
"'M so sorry, shoulda listened," you cry, body trembling.
"John, please, we're sorry," Kyle insists, a furrow between his dark brows where he takes a step closer to you and Johnny.
Simon, although silent, is also closer to you both now than he had been, no longer stood against the wall.
Your boys -- they're so inherently protective, and it's such a nice feeling. No matter how guilty they feel, how genuinely sorry, they can't stand to see you or Johnny so weak, so vulnerable.
Love. You love them, in a way words can never describe.
John exhales. A deep, thoughtful one.
"We're talking about this, after we're all cleaned up," he says. It's the first hint of himself that you've heard tonight, and the relief is like an intoxicating drug.
It's like even the room itself takes a deep breath, dispelling of some of the tension lining every inch of it.
"Off 'er," John snaps his fingers, and Johnny pulls out with a small whimper, head still hung low.
Grabbing your hips, John flips you over, making you bend so your face is to the desk and your ass is in the air. His large hand presses against your lower back, bending you into an arch.
He slides in, and it's an easy entry. You don't think you've been more wet in your life, and gods, you need it.
Setting a ruthless pace immediately, every thrust forces a whimper, a moan, a whine out of your mouth, eyes dazed as your cheek presses against the wood. His hand fists into your hair, forcing your head to face the three men stood side by side, watching you both with a flurry of emotions behind heavy stares.
"Feel so fuckin' good, christ," John seethes, his grip tightening in your hair, causing your moan to become louder as it leaves your lips.
It isn't long before you're at that cliff once more, begging for a final push, just so you can reach that finish you ache for.
"Gonna, fuck, please, let me cum, John, I love you, I'm so sorry," your words aren't fully your own, and they come out in a desperate plea.
"Yeah? My girl gonna cum for me? Needy slut."
Those words are your undoing, your nirvana.
You cum, body strung tight as tears fall down your cheeks once more, your vision nearly blacking out with the strength of your orgasm. It's almost painful, the stimulation altogether too much, and not enough.
John finishes not long after, his cum filling you up with a loud groan from him.
He releases his fist in your hair, and you head falls to the desk, body slumping with the final release of pleasure.
Stroking a smoothing hand down your back, he pulls out, and you can feel his seed leaking down your thighs. You must be a sight -- all worn out and dripping with the white liquid.
"We don't getta cum?" Johnny whines, and you can hear the roll of Simon's eyes.
There's a hand stroking stray hairs off of your face, and from the texture and size of the limb you can tell it's Kyle.
"You won't get to tomorrow, either, if you keep tha' up," Price mutters, and you let out a delusional giggle at his words. You're cum-drunk, almost, from how drawn out your orgasm had been.
"We really are sorry, Cap," Kyle murmurs genuinely, and the hurt is a sharp barb on his tongue. "You know we love you, didn't mean to hurt you."
John releases a long, worn-out breath. "I know that. I do. But you're a bunch of reckless muppets 'nd you fuckin' went too far today. I'm your captain, lover or not."
"We'll talk it over later," Simon states, and you can't help but agree with the sentiment.
You will. And it'll be a painful conversation, but one that you all owe to your captain.
Because, at the end of the day, you four would do anything for the man that you love. That includes the tough words, the difficult exchanges.
John presses a chaste kiss to your forehead, and with complete certainty, you're sure that you're all going to be okay.

Finders Keepers
summary: you’re good at catching things, leah’s eye is one of them
warnings: a little suggestive
a/n: thank you for the request !
word count: 2k
-
You’re the new goalkeeper coach for the Lionesses, which is great, except for one glaring problem: Leah Williamson. She’s distracting, in the way that a house fire distracts you from finishing your cup of tea. You’ve never coached a team that required so much attention to detail, and you’re starting to understand why. You need every neuron firing just to remember how to breathe when she’s in the vicinity, let alone when she’s talking to you.
And she talks to you a lot. It’s not always about goalkeeping either, which is alarming, because you’re really only equipped to discuss which angle to cover or how to improve reaction time. Instead, she wants to talk about where you’re from, what you think of London, whether or not you like Thai food. She asks you about your star sign once, which is bizarre because you’re not sure if she believes in that sort of thing or is just trying to make you sweat. You lie and say you’re a Pisces, mostly because it seems like the least offensive answer, and she nods like that explains something.
You try to keep your interactions professional, but she makes it difficult. For instance, Leah has a habit of “accidentally” bumping into you. She claims it’s because she’s got bad spatial awareness, but you’re fairly certain she just likes the way you flinch when she does it. You’ve read somewhere that “accidental” touch is a sign of attraction, but you’re not sure if that applies when the person doing the touching has the coordination of an european champion.
One day after training, she lingers on the pitch while you’re gathering up cones, which you suspect is an attempt to chat you up. She watches you with a smirk, and you can feel her eyes burning into the back of your head like an exceptionally focused laser pointer.
“You missed one,” she says, pointing out a cone about three feet to your right. You didn’t miss it, but you pick it up anyway because you can’t think of anything better to do.
“Thanks,” you mumble, trying not to meet her eyes, because when you do, it’s like looking directly at the sun. Leah Williamson is a human eclipse, and you’re about to go blind from prolonged exposure.
“No problem,” she replies, not moving.
She’s still standing there when you finish. You’re holding a bag of cones and looking for an escape route, but she’s planted herself directly in your path like she’s grown roots.
“You’re not running off, are you?” she asks, with the kind of grin that makes you wish you’d pursued a career in something less perilous, like bomb disposal.
“I was thinking about it,” you admit, and she laughs, which is a mistake because her laugh does things to you—dangerous, uncoachable things.
“You’re cute,” she says, and now you’re actively searching for the nearest exit, because if she keeps this up, you’re going to do something really stupid, like ask her out for coffee or give her your social security number.
“Uh, thanks,” you stammer, clutching the bag of cones like it’s a life preserver.
She tilts her head, clearly amused by your discomfort. “No need to be nervous,” she says, like it’s the easiest thing in the world to relax when Leah Williamson is standing less than a foot away from you.
You’re not nervous, you want to say, but that would be a lie, and you’re not about to start lying to yourself, not when you’ve done such a good job of repressing your feelings up until this point.
“Well,” you say, taking a step back, “I should probably—”
“Want to get a drink?” she interrupts, like she’s asking you if you want to grab a sandwich, and you nearly drop the cones because your brain can’t process the words coming out of her mouth.
“What?” you blurt out, because that’s all your synapses can muster.
“A drink,” she repeats, like it’s the most normal thing in the world for a player to ask out their coach. “You know, alcohol? Liquid courage?”
You’re pretty sure you’ve just suffered a minor stroke, because the world tilts sideways and your pulse goes through the roof. “I’m not sure that’s a good idea,” you manage to say, which is the understatement of the year, considering the fact that you’ve spent the last three months trying to convince yourself that Leah is just another player on the team, and not the walking, talking embodiment of temptation.
“Why not?” she asks, and you can tell by her tone that she’s genuinely curious, like the idea of you turning her down is as foreign to her as the concept of gravity.
“Because,” you start, then pause, because you don’t have a good reason, and she knows it.
“Because?” she prompts, raising an eyebrow.
“Because it’s unprofessional,” you say finally, as if professionalism is something you’ve ever been good at.
“We’re not at work now,” she points out, and you hate that she’s right. You hate that she’s standing so close to you that you can see the tiny freckle just above her left eyebrow. You hate that you want to reach out and touch it, trace the shape of her face with your fingers.
“Leah—” you start, but she cuts you off by taking a step forward, closing the gap between you. She’s close enough now that you can smell the faint hint of her shampoo, something fresh and citrusy that makes you want to bury your face in her hair and never come up for air.
“I’ll see you later, then,” she says, and it’s not a question.
-
You don’t know why you go. Maybe it’s because you’ve never been particularly good at saying no, or maybe it’s because the idea of Leah waiting for you is too tempting to resist. Either way, you find yourself standing outside the pub, staring at the sign like it’s going to give you the answers to the universe.
Inside, Leah’s already at the bar, leaning against the counter with the kind of casual confidence that makes you wonder if she’s ever had an awkward moment in her life. When she spots you, she grins, and it’s like the sun coming out from behind the clouds.
“You made it,” she says, as if there was any doubt.
“Yeah,” you reply, because what else can you say? I’m here because I’m an idiot? I’m here because I can’t stop thinking about you? I’m here because I’m trying really hard not to fall in love with you and failing miserably?
“Drink?” she asks, holding up her pint glass.
“Sure,” you say, because if you’re going to make bad decisions, you might as well make them with alcohol in your system.
She orders you a drink, something that tastes like it should be served in a coconut with an umbrella, but you don’t complain because it’s delicious and also because Leah’s eyes are twinkling in that way that makes your stomach do somersaults.
“So,” she says after a moment, “why don’t you want to go out with me?”
The question hits you like a freight train. “I never said that,” you protest, but your voice is weak, like you’re already losing this battle.
“You didn’t have to,” she replies, taking a sip of her drink and watching you over the rim of the glass. “But you’re not very good at hiding it”
“I’m not?” you ask, horrified at the idea that your feelings might be more obvious than you’d like to admit.
“Nope,” she says, popping the “p” in a way that should be illegal. “It’s written all over your face”
“Oh.” You stare into your drink, wondering if it’s possible to drown in a pint glass.
“But it’s okay,” she continues, and now she’s leaning in closer, her knee brushing against yours under the table. “Because I’m not really good at hiding it either”
And that’s when you know you’re completely, irrevocably screwed.
-
It’s not a relationship, you tell yourself, because relationships require labels, and what you and Leah have is more like an ongoing series of bad decisions strung together by moments of sheer idiocy.
You try to keep things professional, but it’s difficult when she keeps showing up at your door with that grin and that laugh and those hands that seem to know exactly where to touch you to make your brain short-circuit.
One night, after you’ve spent far too long convincing yourself that you’re strong enough to resist her, she shows up at your flat with food and a bottle of wine. You know it’s a trap, but you let her in anyway, because you’re a sucker for Thai fried rice and bad decisions.
You spend the evening on the settee, eating and drinking and pretending like you’re not going to end up in bed together by the end of the night. You watch some terrible low budget comedy that Leah picked out, and you’re about halfway through when she starts inching closer to you, like she’s trying to be subtle but failing spectacularly.
“You’re sitting awfully close,” you point out, because it’s either that or spontaneously combust from the proximity.
“Am I?” she asks innocently, but there’s a twinkle in her eye that tells you she knows exactly what she’s doing.
“Yes,” you reply, but you don’t move away, because if you’re going to go down in flames, you might as well enjoy the heat.
She grins, and then her hand is on your thigh, fingers tracing patterns that make your heart race. “I think you like it,” she says, and it’s not a question.
“I think you’re trouble,” you counter, but you don’t stop her when she leans in and kisses you, soft and slow, like she’s got all the time in the world.
You kiss her back, because you’re weak and because she tastes like wine and because you’re tired of pretending like this isn’t exactly what you want.
The rest of the movie is forgotten as you tumble into bed together, a mess of tangled limbs and breathless laughter. It’s fast and frantic, like you’re both trying to make up for lost time, and when it’s over, you’re left lying there, staring at the ceiling and wondering how you got here.
“Don’t think too hard,” Leah murmurs, her head resting on your chest, and you can feel her breath against your skin, warm and steady. “You’ll hurt yourself”
“Too late,” you mutter, but you don’t push her away, because despite everything, despite all the reasons this is a terrible idea, you like the way she feels next to you.
“We’re a disaster,” you say after a while, because the silence is starting to make you anxious, and you’ve never been good at sitting with your own thoughts.
“I know,” she replies, and you can hear the smile in her voice. “But we’re a fun disaster”
You can’t argue with that, so you don’t. Instead, you close your eyes and let yourself drift off, hoping that when you wake up, you won’t regret this as much as you probably should.
-
You start seeing each other regularly after that, though you both refuse to call it dating. Dating implies a level of commitment that you’re not ready to acknowledge, and anyway, this is more like…mutual self-destruction with benefits.
You try to keep it a secret from the team, but you’re fairly certain they’re onto you. Especially after that time Leah practically tackled you during training because she “tripped” over her own feet, which would be believable if she wasn’t literally the most coordinated person you’ve ever met.
“You’re an idiot,” you tell her later, as you’re trying to pry her off of you in the changing room, but she just laughs and kisses you on the cheek, because apparently she’s incapable of taking anything seriously.
“I’m your idiot,” she replies, and you hate how much you love the sound of that.
You’re not sure how long this can go on before everything blows up in your face, but for now, you’re content to keep making the same mistakes over and over again. After all, if you’re going to screw up, you might as well do it with someone who makes it fun.
And Leah Williamson, for all her flaws, is nothing if not fun.
Even if she is going to be the death of you.

Building Blocks
CW: Ageplay, diapers, wetting, messing, assisted messing, bondage, light physical peril
"Baby, you know how you've been begging me to let you have a normal night out with your friends? To be a big girl for just one evening?" Greg asked as he walked into Willow's nursery.
Willow's eyes got wide as she started bouncing in excitement on soggy padding of her diaper from her seat in her crib.
"Yeth, Daddy! Me 'member!" the 32-year-old medical technician lisped out from behind her pacifier.
Willow and Greg had been dating for four years now. They had met on an alternative dating site and had been drawn to each other based on their common kinks. Specifically, Greg was a long time Daddy Dom, while Willow had always wanted to be kept and treated as someone's diapered little girl.
Their relationship started out slow, as all relationships do, with their dynamic developing as they began to trust each other. Simple rules, like Willow not being able to use the restroom without Greg's permission, evolved to diapered dates, and, eventually to the full Daddy Dom/Little dynamic Willow and Greg currently had once they moved in together two years ago.
Willow had very few complaints about their relationship. Greg was an excellent Daddy, loving, caring, and usually fair with his rules and punishments. She loved the feel of his gentle touch as he changed her diaper. She loved his soft caress as he fed her a bottle and rocked her to sleep every night. She even loved the hot sting of his paddle when he occasionally spanked her for being bratty. But, she did miss one thing: spending time as an adult outside of work.
In the two years that Willow and Greg had been living together, she had only been able to go out with her friends a handful of times. It wasn't that Greg kept her from going out, but he knew she liked to earn her freedom and was more than willing to make Willow work for her rewards. Once a month, Greg would set up a challenge for Willow to complete to earn a night out with her friends. Unfortunately, Willow was having a much more difficult time meeting these challenges lately.
But today, today was different! It was a new month and a new challenge. Willow was more than ready to rise to the occasion and earn her time out partying with her friends, free of Greg's oversight.
Willow's enthusiastic bouncing slowed as she saw a predatory grin bloom on her Daddy's face. She could tell from that grin alone, this month's challenge was going to be difficult.
"What a good memory you have, my Little Lolo! You're such a cute little smarty pants!" Greg said as he approached her crib and opened it's side. "But, do your remember what you need to do if you really want big girl time?" Greg asked.
Willow blushed as she lisped her response, "Earns it, Dada?"
"That's right, baby girl! You're right again! Big girl time is EARNED in this house. I was thinking today would be a great day to let you earn it!"
Greg lifted his small, adult girlfriend out of her crib and carried her over to the nearby changing table as he spoke.
"First, let's get you a dry bottom though!"
Willow squirmed on the changing table as her boyfriend unsnapped her onesie, undid the tapes of her soaked diaper, and began wiping her clean. Despite Greg having done this hundreds if not thousands of times before, it always felt just a little bit more humiliating when he changed her while she was trying to earn her way to big girl time.
After wiping Willow clean, removing her wet diaper, and sliding a clean one underneath her cute little tushy, Greg grabbed a suspicious white bottle as he spoke again. "To earn big girl time this month, Little Lolo, I was thinking you could prove to me how good you are at holding your potty while you complete a big girl task!" Greg then unscrewed the child proof top of the bottle he was holding, grabbed a large pill out, and dipped it in a jar of Vaseline. Willow's eyes went wide with understanding as Greg's hand them moved for her exposed backside.
"Dada! No! Me good girl! Me make stinkies! No need special medicine!" Willow frantically yelled out, spitting her pacifier out to be more clear as she hoped beyond hope that she could stop Greg short of shoving the dreaded suppository in her.
Greg's predatory grin grew wider at his girlfriend's hurried protests. "Oh, Baby Lolo, this isn't to help you make stinkies! It's to help prove you can hold your stinkies in like a big girl."
Willow gasped as Greg slid the large, lube covered pill inside of her.
"Now hold it," Greg said, giving his girlfriend a stern look as he waited to see if she would try and push it back out. Willow didn't respond audibly. Instead, she complied, clenching her bottom to hold in the awful medicine.
After a few moments without any noticable activity from Willow's rear end, Greg let a smile touch his lips again. "Good girl, Lolo! You might earn your big girl time yet."
Willow felt a blush bloom across her face at those words as Greg finished taping her into a fresh diaper. Thankfully, Willow thought, Greg ignored her blushiness as he lifted her off of the changing table and carried her on his hip to their living room. What she saw there, she wasn't expecting.
Sitting in the center of their well decorated living room were three huge plastic tubs full of multi-colored wooden blocks. The blocks were of various shapes and sizes, and, while none of them were huge, they were definitely large enough to keep a baby or other small child from choking on them. In fact, while it was hard to tell for certain from Willow's vantage point, she could swear a large number of the blocks looked chewed on. Willow's stomach churned a little looking at the tubs of baby blocks, although she couldn't say whether it was out of fear of her pending test or the laxative working it's magic in her bowels.
"Um, Daddy, what dohs tings?" Willow asked as she reflexively started sucking her thumb out of nervousness.
"Isn't it obvious, baby girl? Those are building blocks! Their the next part of your challenge!" Greg said as he set Willow down on her feet next to the childish blocks. He then, strangely, grabbed a tape measure off of a nearby end table. "Stand big and tall for me, Little Lolo!"
Not knowing the game yet and not wanting to fail before even learning the rules, Willow did as she was told. She stood up as tall as possible, even getting on her tip-toes a little bit to increase her height. Greg wasn't going to cheat her out of her adult time for being too short!
Greg smiled as he read off the final number, "5'3 3/8"! Baby, is it just me or have you grown?"
Willow smiled. She'd measured a whole inch taller than she had at her last trip to the doctor's office. She was amazed at Daddy letting her get away with so blatantly extending her height.
"Alright, not-so-Little Lolo, are you ready for your big girl challenge?" Greg asked.
Willow responded by nodding her head up and down enthusiastically, once again nearly vibrating with excitement. She did choose to ignore another angry rumble from her stomach as her Daddy laid out of the rules of the game that could earn Willow her temporary freedom.
"Well, Little One, you can see the blocks. You also know about the special tummy medicine Daddy gave you," Greg began. "Today's challenge is one of building, creativity, and self control. I want you to use your new blocks there to create a *giant* tower that's even bigger than you!"
Willow internally groaned. That's why Greg hadn't cared that she had cheated. She had only made her job more difficult. However, that didn't matter. Willow wasn't an architectural genius, but even she could create a tower of wooden blocks taller than 5' 3 3/8"! Willow's stomach grumbled ominously again.
"Of course, just building a tall tower wouldn't prove that you're a big girl though," Greg said as he walked over and pulled open the drawer of an end table. "Any cute little baby could do that! No, there are some extra restrictions. First, you probably already guessed it, but you need to finish your tower before you create a poo-poo Picasso in your cute little diapy."
Willow audibly groaned this time. She'd be lying if she said she didn't expect the bowel movement time limit, it was one of Greg's favorite elements in these challenges, but she could already feel herself struggling to keep her padded pants clean.
"But, that would be too easy too, and you wouldn't enjoy your adult time if you didn't *really* have to work for it, right?" Willow's Daddy continued, causing Willow to nervously swallow as she looked at the item in his hands. "While you are *trying* to prove that you are a big girl, you aren't one yet. You're still a baby. And babies don't stand and walk: They crawl."
Willow's eyes went wide as Greg unfurled the hobble restraints in his clutches.
"This will make sure you stay on all fours! Don't worry, I'll lift our normal rules and let you climb on the furniture. Now, get down on all fours so I can get this on you, and you can get started!"
Willow complied with her Daddy's orders, knowing from experience that there was no point in protesting. If she wanted any chance of a girl's night out free of diapers and Greg's supervision, she would have to follow his rules. Instead of dwelling on the unfairness of it all, she focused on the best way to quickly create her toy block masterpiece.
"All done! Now get to work! Your tummy timer stops for no one!" Greg said, sending the crawling Willow off with a playful swat on her padded rump.
Willow immediately made as fast of a b-line for the tubs as possible, drastically slowed down by the restraints tying her wrists to each other and her ankles. Once at the tubs, Willow quickly switched from all fours, to a seated position. She grabbed one tub with both hands and scooted it, as well as her diapered bottom, across the floor and as close to the sturdy coffee table nearby as possible before dumping the tub over, spilling it's contents on the ground. She then repeated the process two more times before finally settling in to begin building her tower.
Slowly and carefully, Willow began laying blocks out to build the base of her tower. Knowing the importance of a strong base, the first foot of her tower was made with large blocks stacked together to be as sturdy as possible.
As Willow continued to work on her tower, the suppository her Daddy slipped into her continued to work on her insides. By the time her tower was a foot and a half tall, the grumbling in her stomach was beginning to turn to light cramping. Undeterred, Willow forged ahead, ignoring her discomfort and determined to earn the night out she craved.
Willow's tower continued to grow steadily as the minutes ticked by. A foot and a half was soon two feet. Two feet became two and a half feet. Before she knew it, Willow was halfway there, despite having to make some yoga-like maneuvers to stack the blocks higher due to the hobble tied to each of her limbs and the growing discomfort in her bowels.
Two and a half feet proved to be a tricky height. At that point, Willow found that no matter how she positioned her body, she just couldn't quite reach the top of the tower from her position on the ground. Willow was not going to let that stop her. She had planned for this.
With sweat beading on her forehead from the strain of keeping her rear-end in check, Willow began moving as many block as possible from the floor to the coffee table. Then, as delicately as possible, she climbed onto the coffee table herself in her forced, crawling posture. For a moment, as she awkwardly pulled her right knee up on to the table, Willow almost lost her battle with her bowels due to the strange position, but, thankfully, found herself able to power through the discomfort.
Once safely on the table, Willow began diligently stacking the blocks higher and higher again. Two and a half feet became three then three and a half, and then four. However, with each new block stacked, Willow found her task becoming more and more difficult.
The cramping in her stomach was becoming nearly unbearable. All Willow really wanted to do was release a brown, stinky mess into the back of her diaper and end this torment. Making matters worse, as the tower got higher, it became more and more difficult to place new blocks with her hobbles still restricting her every movement. Sweat was dripping down every part of Willow's body as she took a break at the four and a half foot mark to sit back and admire her building block masterpiece.
"Little Lolo! Your tower looks wonderful! I'm so proud of you! Have you made a stinky yet?" Came Greg's voice from behind her. Before Willow could deny having messed herself, she felt the waistband of her diaper being pulled back behind her. "Nope! Still clean! Good girl! Maybe you *will* earn some big girl time this month!"
A blush radiated up Willow's body at being talked down to and checked like a baby, but, another, more severe cramp rocked her body, letting her know she didn't have much time to finish her creation. With renewed vigor, she crawled back to work.
Her tower was now too tall to reach the top of even from her crouched position on the coffee table. Looking around the room for something she could use to crawl higher, Willow's eyes fell on the couch's cushions. Carefully, and ignoring her boyfriend's giggles at her awkward crawl, Willow grabbed the cushions off the couch and stacked them on the coffee table before climbing on top of them herself and extending her reach.
Willow ignored Greg's giggles again as, when she reached the top of her impromptu scaffolding, a loud fart trumpeted from her backside.
"Careful my cute, little architect! I wouldn't want your pretty little tushy to blast you off your little ladder!" Greg said, stepping closer to better position himself in case his girlfriend did actually fall from her wobbly perch.
Willow glared back at Greg before turning back to her construction project. She appreciated him keeping her safe, but could do without the unnecessary commentary.
Despite the wobbly and precarious nature of her couch-cushion perch, Willow quickly found that her method to get higher was working. Before long her tower was five feet tall, just a few blocks away from completion. Unfortunately for Willow though, the cramps she had been fighting all morning had intensified to the point where she knew she was only moments away from disaster. Worse, Willow once again found that she couldn't easily reach the top of the tower to place new blocks.
Knowing that she didn't have time to increase the height of her scaffolding, Willow threw caution to the wind. Grabbing her last two blocks, she did her best to balance on her bent legs on top of the highest couch cushion like a bird, with the hobble still restricting her movement. As quickly and delicately as she could, she started to lean forward into her tower as she attempted to place her last two blocks.
Noting the danger inherent in his girlfriend's desperate maneuver, Greg's daddy instincts kicked in and he quickly repositioned himself on the opposite side of Willow's impressive tower to catch her if she fell. Willow, too focused to be aware of her Daddy's repositioning, reached up and out as far as she could, desperately trying to finish her tower without falling or knocking it over.
However, just as the tip of the first block reached the top of her tower, Willow's body finally overcame her. A painful pressure in Willow's gut forced her to bend at the waist.
Already on the edge of disaster, the sudden movement immediately caused the diapered woman to lose her balance and fall forward directly into her nearly finished tower. The pain, sudden movement, surprise, and fear all worked against Willow, causing her to release her aching bowels into her diaper as she tumbled forward. Like the her falling blocks, Willow could feel her hope of getting a night out this month cascade to the floor with her.
Willow closed her eyes as the ground drew closer. In the short few moments as she fell, she hoped and prayed that her padded and messy backside would protect her in a way that she couldn't with her tied up hands and feet when she hit the ground.
Luckily for Willow, Greg was ready for her unfortunate and literal fall from grace. Leaping into action just as his love lost her balance, he lunged forward and caught his precious baby girl before she hit the floor. Willow opened her eyes as she felt Greg's strong arms wrap around her, protecting her from landing on the large pile of blocks that were once her tower, lying on the floor beneath them.
"Daddy?" Willow said hesitantly as she gazed up at Greg with doe eyes.
"Uh huh, Little Lolo. Daddy's got you. Daddy will always have you!" Greg said as he pulled Willow closer into his chest. He then wrinkled his nose as he noticed a noxious smell in the air. Looking from the ground and back to the woman in his arms, he spoke again, "Well, it smells like somebody didn't earn her big girl time. That's alright, we'll try again next month. Now, why don't we go get you changed before we clean up this mess."
Willow snuggled into Greg's chest as he cradled her like an actual baby in his arms and carried her back to her nursery. Willow was upset that she had lost her girl's night out this month, but, as Greg held her, she couldn't help but think that maybe another night at home with Daddy wouldn't be so bad either.

A request, if that's ok? Halsin catches you in a moment of weakness? Maybe tucked away crying after a rough fight? Bear daddy comfort. ❤️
AAAAAA ty for requesting 🤗 I love this idea so much omgggg
𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐬 || 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐢𝐧 𝐱 𝐠𝐧!𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫
Summary: Halsin finds you hurt
Word count:
Warnings: description of injury (?), self deprecation
A/N: sorry this took forever lol holiday season is kicking my ass
As a bard, your appearance helped a lot with day to day tasks. From charming your way out of perilous situations, to using them as a way to advance your entertaining, they were useful.
Maybe even one day you’re above average looks would aid you in finally winning Halsin’s heart. (Though you’ve been to shy to even attempt courtship so far)
That was all a faraway dream now.
You let out a shaky breath, your face streaked with tears as you lifted a hand to your eye, tracing the fresh wound with a wince.
During a scuffle with a small pack of gnolls, one got you good in the eye, leaving a deep gory laceration from you temple to your jaw.
It was ugly, and you knew it. There was no denying the way your skin curled, the flesh raw and pink from the fight. You were even partially blind now, and there was no telling how the wound would look later down the road.
“It will heal.” Came Halsin’s gentle voice from behind you, pulling you from your spiralling thoughts. Great. He’d found your hiding place.
You glanced at him briefly from your peripheral. You couldn’t read the expression on his face which caused your stomach to sink lower, gods he probably thought you were hideous.
Ignoring Halsin’s attempt at comfort, you look towards the setting sun, hoping that if you ignored him hard enough Halsin might just disappear.
You could hear rustling as the Druid crouched to sit next to you. A silence falling over you both.
“What is wrong my friend?” He asked, leaning slightly closer to you.
You shook your head rapidly, trying in vain to hide your face from Halsin as he continued to persist.
“It’s nothing big, just a scratch.” You lied.
“Let me see.” And before you could protest, his large and gruff hands were cradling your face, forcing your eyes to meet his.
His calloused thumbs ran over the skin of your jaw, silently taking in the view of your wound as his eyes narrowed.
“That must’ve hurt.” Halsin tsked, stating the obvious.
You rolled your eyes, pushing him away as you turned from the Druid once more.
“I’m hideous.” You muttered, eyes burning a hole into the ground as you stared. Tears pricked the corner of your eyes once more.
Halsin was silent for what seemed the fiftieth time, the grass rustling as he shifted his body weight.
“You’re beautiful.” He said softly, one of his hands moving to lay on top of yours in the soft grass.
Your eyes widened slightly, not expecting to hear those words as you glanced sideways at Halsin.
“How… how can you say that…?” You ask, running an hand along the edge of you slashed skin.
“Because it’s the truth.” The archdruid said with a simple shrug as if he was reciting fact. “I look into your eyes and I see the entire world, just as the oakfather intended.”
You glance towards the ground, suddenly too shy to look Halsin in the eye.
“Really…?” You ask abashedly, wiping a few half-formed tears from your eyes.
“Would I ever lie to you my heart?” Halsin asks, squeezing your hand with a soft smile. "now come back to camp, it's getting cold and my tent has enough space for two."
I’m so so sorry for the long wait!! My computer deleted this file from my docs but after some finagling I was able to recover it :] I hope this cute Drabble is to your liking!!

Double Take - Lee Chan
Synopsis: Dino was convinced dating was just swiping on a dating app, going out for a diner, and maybe getting further than that before being ghosted. It was just the perils of dating as a young adult. There was just something different about you though.
Pairing: Non-idol!Lee Chan x fem. reader
Genre: "her first everything" girl meets the "first nothing" boy
Inspired by @aaniag - thanks for tagging me in this post ♡
First Encounters Mini Series: #1: #2: #3: #4: Wonwoo #5: Jeonghan #6: #7: #8: Dino
Word Count: 5k
Warnings: does contain descriptions of anxiety - please make sure you are taking care of your mind, body, and soul. If you ever need someone to vent to, my DMs are always a safe space 🩷
Dating in your 20s is not as glamorous as they make it seem in the movies. First dates sometimes flourished into second dates but quickly fizzled out. Or it sometimes was someone you were interested in that just turned into a one night stand.
While sure, there times that Dino wished he had a more solid connection with someone. But he was in no rush to settle down and get married.
Going to college helped Dino not only helped him find his passions in life but also found confidence in himself.
Maybe that was one positive to come out of dating apps? It made Dino feel good when he could swipe on someone and it was an instant match. He hated the moments where he would swipe on someone he found attractive, but would be stuck waiting to see if there was a mutual attractive. And sometimes, he would forget about who he swiped on because there would no ping indicating they swiped on him.
He never thought of himself as the most attractive guy. Honestly, he thought was more average than anything else.
But the moment he found himself in the bed of someone, he felt more reassured in himself. The more that people wanted him, attempted to gain his attention, he felt better about who he was as a person. I mean, college is all about self growth anyways, right? Dino's learning just happened beyond the classroom.
"Trying to find another date?" Seungkwan teased. "More like he's trying to find someone to fuck since he's getting lonely at night," Jeonghan added in.
There were times Dino regretted signing a lease with Seungkwan and Jeonghan. This was one of those times. The two of them thought fondly of their younger roommate, so they often lurked over his shoulder.
"Oh! She's cute," Seungkwan commented.
Hearing his friend, his head turned and narrowed his eyes at the culprit. He suddenly moved his phone close to his chest to gain some sort of privacy. But that was a big ask in this house especially with how close the three friends were. Jeonghan, being the menace he is, moved his hand around to move the phone away from Dino's chest which caused Dino to jump.
"Can I never have anything to myself?" he whined. "She's normally not your type, but maybe we could use a change?" "We?!" Dino gasped.
The two guys laughed before they moved away from the younger boy to go elsewhere in the apartment. Now alone, Dino did take a moment to look at your pictures closer. There were a few photos just of you. He found himself smiling at the way your eyes nearly closed when you were smiling wide. You also had a few pictures with friends at different events.
His thumb then pushed upwards on his phone screen, so he could look deeper into your profile. I have to know who she is.
The first thing he noticed was your name, 'Y/n," he murmured under his breath. It rolled off this tongue so eloquently. He also noticed that you were only 2 miles away from him.
Part of him wanted to stop and just swipe. There was always an element of mystery that came to first dates. Dino's favorite part was when he got to ask questions, got to learn about the other person. Yet, there was something urging him to keep going. After all, looking over your profile could give good talking points.
What sold the deal was your bio - "looking to experience something new 👀"
Intrigued, Dino swiped right on your account. And automatically, fire emojis skyrocketed from the bottom of the app and covered the screen. It's a match! was written across the screen as it brought up your profile with the ability to message you now available.
His fingers typed at lightning speed. He couldn't wipe the smile off his face at the presented opportunity to get to know you.
"I've never done this before. Wanna grab dinner tonight?"
You were at home, binging the reunion of Love Is Blind with your roommates. It was a lazy Saturday afternoon which of course required getting snacks from the grocery store, doing face masks, and a bottle of wine. All of your phones were placed on the table to minimize distractions
While all your roommates and you had different schedules, binging reality TV seemed to be the way you were able to come together. Everyone's eyes were watching the confrontation between two of the contestants when suddenly all eyes shifted to the coffee table once someone's phone lit up.
Specifically, your phone.
"Oh my god, guys! Y/n matched with someone on Tinder," one of your roommates called out. "And they messaged her."
And just like that, Love is Blind was forgotten about. Your third roommate reached for the Amazon Fire Stick remote to pause the Netflix show. All eyes then flickered from the coffee table and you. Never before had you been glad for a face mask to cover your face to hide your rouging cheeks, knowing that will only result in further teasing.
"Relax, you hyenas," you called out. It was as if they were holding their breaths until you read the message.
You typed in your password since your Face ID was not able to recognizing your face with the sheet mask on. The extra stop practically caused your roommates to shake with anticipation. You couldn't deny. You shared the same excitement, as you have decided this year, you were intentionally investing more in dating.
It's not like you had chosen before to not date. It was just something that settled on the back burner. You had always hoped to meet someone more organically, like at the coffee shop or on public transportation. Something out of a Hallmark movie. But that's not how reality worked. When you did meet someone, it was always overwhelmingly flirty which made you instantly retreat from the situation.
Yet, you couldn't deny the happiness you saw from your own friends and roommates when it came to their dating life. Oddly, even if it were a bad date, you wanted to feel the rush of getting ready for someone. You knew that in order to date that would require you putting yourself out there and being vulnerable. Your own saving grace was knowing your morales and not falling victim to social pressures.
Even if it meant not matching with many people because you wanted to take things slow, you would be content as you search for your perfect person.
Dino sent you a message
And maybe that was Dino.
There was no denying the smile that curled onto your lips at the name. You found the name adoring, peaking your interest. Your clicked on the message to read it.
"I've never done this before. Wanna grab dinner tonight?"
Your eyes widened which caused your roommates to lean in closer. The two right by your side let out a gasp, as the other two were practically going to pounce on you. However, you were too preoccupied with looking through his profile.
It took everything within you to maintain your composure, even if you wanted to squeal and kick your feet at the potential date. There were a few photos taken when he's been out to dinner. One in particular that caught your eye was him in a black tee shirt with a silver chain around his neck. Hello big arms! He had a softer face with a sharp jawline. Something about him seemed so friendly, making you even more willing to take the leap of faith.
"Come on, y/n," your one roommate begged. "We want to take a peak on tonight's bachelor."
You rolled your eyes before giving in and showed them his profile. One by one, your phone was passed around. Yet, after each person, there was a wide smile which indicated a sign of approval from your roommates. They knew that it took someone special for you to say yes, but it seemed like Dino had unlocked it just by sending a simple message.
"So what's the verdict, y/n? Are you extending a rose to Dino?"
What can you say? You guys really do love reality TV shows.
Without responding, your fingers went to work on the keypad of the app.
"Yeah, that sounds great! What's your favorite type of food? You can pick the restaurant as long as you meet me there at 7pm."
6:55pm
Dino had a routine when it came to first dates. Of course, he would shower first. He then would pick out an outfit that looked good but also one that was comfortable. Sometimes, after sitting for a while, he disliked the way certain jeans felt and he didn't want to be too squirmy in the chair across from his date. But he didn't want to dress too casually that might give the impression he was putting in little effort into this date.
For tonight, he opted for a pair of baggy jeans, a white t-shirt, and a tri-color cardigan. It was approaching that time of year when it might be a bit warm when the sun comes out, but gets a bit chilly still when the sun sets. Plus, he suggested going to a Mexican restaurant in between the two of you, so he knew while it might be a laid back setting, that he still looked presentable.
He had driven to the restaurant, since taking public transportation would take a bit too long especially since the restaurant was not even 20 minutes away. It was still light out too, but he knew when it was dark, he also had the opportunity to drive you home in the event you opted not to drive.
With his wallet and keys in his pockets, he approached the front entrance of the restaurant. It was a bit crowded for a Sunday night, but honestly, Dino didn't mind either way. He was admittedly excited that he was going to go out with you. Before leaving, Jeonghan and Seungkwan hyped him up and warned "she seems like a good girl, don't scare her."
There, indeed, was something different about you. Dino just couldn't put a finger on it, but that also made this date exciting. He's never had this level of interest in someone before.
As he approached, he noticed you were standing up front waiting for him. He couldn't help but smile at the gesture but also pick up his pace, not wanting you to be left waiting for long. Your thumb double-tapped your home screen, showing the time. Your noticeably let out a sigh before picking up your head. With a slight turn of your head, you made direct eye contact with him.
Dino couldn't help but notice the way your shoulders relaxed. Was she nervous? That's adorable. He wouldn't be rude and comment on it. He was just meeting you after all, and he wouldn't be so mean to embarrass you. Talk about a bad first impression.
"Hey y/n," he said as he approached you. "And you must be Dino," you smiled.
Gosh, her voice sounds angelic.
He never knew of someone who's voice matched so well to who they are as a person, but that wasn't the case with you. You were dressed so elegantly. Nothing too outlandish - just a pair of jeans and a rainbow colored sweater that looked light enough to be worn in any type of climate. You looked cute and breathtaking at the same time. A real life angel.
"I'm sorry if I kept you waiting," Dino apologized.
He reached behind you to open the front door, nodding his head for you to step in first. Your cheeks flushed quickly which caused Dino to smile brighter. "Thank you," you said before walking in. Dino let you take a few steps ahead of him before he joined in behind you. He kept a respectful distance, so you didn't feel uncomfortable but enough to indicate to any patron you two were together.
"Hi! I called earlier for dinner for two? The name is under Lee Chan."
The hostess nodded before looking down at the booklet, her finger acting as if it was guided to her name. Once she spotted his name, she grabbed the sharpie and crossed it out. She then proceeded to grab two menus before turning towards the two of you. "If you will follow me."
You glanced behind him with a wider smile this time. "You made reservations?" "Of course! I wanted to play it on the safe side."
It was such a tiny gesture but one that surely made your heart flutter. You never knew of anyone calling this particular restaurant for reservations, let alone anyone make reservations for the two of you. Knowing that Dino had been that thoughtful made you feel special. That had to be a tell-tale sign of the type of person he was. It just reassured you that this indeed was a good decision, even if it was spur of the moment.
You two were led to a booth along the wall. You were able to people watch if you desired, one of your favorite things to do. But it also offered enough privacy for the two of you to really get to know each other.
"M'lady," Dino said jokingly.
And he's funny! You giggled before accepting the menu from him. Being a bit nervous, you did look over the menu online before the date. You weren't trying to put too much weight on this date and all that it could potentially lead to. However, you still wanted things to go well.
"So? I gotta ask, is your name Dino or Chan? Or is there some secret third option?"
Dino couldn't help but laugh at your question. It was a fair question, and he knew that he would have to provide some context eventually. Lowering his menu, he wanted to be able to make eye contact with you. He didn't want to be rude!
"So, my full name is Lee Chan, but my friends call me Dino." "Dino," you said to yourself, smiling. "Why do they call you that?"
He smiled fondly at the memory of how he gained his nickname.
The menu was fully resting on the table, not only because he had made his dinner selection but because ehe was now fully invested in the conversation with you.
On the receiving end, the attention was a bit overwhelming. You were not so accustom to someone you were interested in making such direct eye contact with you. It only intensified the butterflies you felt in your tummy by his conscious choice of body language.
Yet, it wasn't something Dino just knew to be good manners. Plus, after one date when he looked all over the restaurant instead of just focusing on his date, he learned that's one way how you don't secure a second date.
"Well, believe it or not, y/n, I was a shy guy. Especially when I first was starting college? I could barely say hi without feeling nervous. But I guess as I experienced what it means to be in college, put myself out there, I started to gain more and more confidence. Eventually, my friends started to notice and said I was like the T-Rex in Jurassic Park, just bursting into the room and getting everyone's attention with my loud energy."
You nodded gently as you listened to him, smiling. You wanted him to keep talking to you, about himself. It helped take some of the pressure off of yourself, but you also were genuinely interested in Dino.
"Well, it is a very fitting nickname. Cute, I like it." "Cute like me?" Dino winked.
Immediately, your cheeks turned bright red as you tried hiding behind your menu. Dino couldn't help but chuckle more which only made you want to sink further into the booth, to hide. Was it a pitiful laugh or did he find it attractive?
God, what have I gotten myself into?
The waitress was your saving grace. You didn't have to come to some lame excuse or be subject to Dino's line of questioning quite yet. The waitress also coming around to take your order allowed the blood to subside from your cheeks. You wanted to try to be this cool and mysterious, to leave a good first impression. But honestly? You felt like a fish out of water. This was a brand new experience for you, and you were beginning to think you were too over your head.
Were you even ready to date? How does one even know if they are ready or need more time?
Once your orders were placed, Dino and you handed your menus to the waitress before she left you two alone. Here we go.
"So, y/n, tell me about yourself," Dino asked before taking a sip out of his water.
Okay! An easy question! Perfect.
You sat up a bit straighter in the booth, becoming a bit self conscious of your posture. At least from everything you've heard and seen about dates, even the tiniest things can make or break the date.
You told Dino about how you recently graduated college in the winter. Recently, you took the leap to move the city as your job was switching from remote to a hybrid model. You also needed the change of scenery, which has helped you want to put more roots down in the city.
Dino was impressed with your sheer perseverance. It's never easy to say goodbye to what you now and venture into the unknown, but you proved it was possible.
"Wow, that's really incredible. Good for you, y/n. I moved here with two of my best friends, so I cannot not imagine just making such a big move. Do you live alone?" "Oh no, I have like 5 roommates in our three floor apartment. It really helps." "So like a little family?" "Definitely feels like that sometimes," you laughed.
Truly, you held your roommates close to your heart. Not only did things work out for a good living situation, but they were the first friends you made in the city. They helped you through the homesickness you felt by letting you openly talk about life back home, or push for you to cook some of your favorite meals for them to try.
They also were big supporters in your venturing into dating. They offered many tips into how to date safely and allowed you to ask questions without judgement. They also were clearly very excited you took a chance of Dino rather than running in the opposite direction.
"So is that why you're on the dating apps? If you don't mind me asking, do you find yourself ready to date in a new palce?"
Well, he was half-right.
"Yeah, I think I'm ready to finally open myself up in that way. Moving and getting used to my surroundings really took a large chunk of my time." "No, that's completely understand. I've come to learn you need to be satisfied with yourself and other aspects of your life before being vulnerable with someone else because someone can really shake things up." "Well, for better and for worse."
He smiled at your optimism before nodding in agreement.
"So, if you don't mind me asking, when was your last relationship? It sounds like you have some past experience."
Dino couldn't help but chuckle. It wasn't really at the question himself, but the experiences he has had with dating were a bit comical. You frowned a bit, worrying that you asked the same question. He quickly stopped though to offer a gentle smile.
"Sorry, it's not you. Some memories of past dates came flooding in," he explained.
Well, that's more than I have, so you couldn't wait to hear them. Maybe they were just as funny as some are on the sitcoms you liked to rewatch?
Yet, you couldn't help but wonder if your very limited experience would be a deal breaker.
"What about you though? If you don't mind me asking," Dino said, restating the exact words you said to him.
It was meant to be comforting, but it made you all the more nervous. I guess it was the moment of truth.
"If we're being honest, I haven't been in a serious relationship before."
As you spoke, your tone was softer than from how you had previously carried it throughout the conversation. Dino couldn't help but frown and feel his heart chip a bit. Going on dates and then dating someone was always exciting, so he felt empathetic that you hadn't quite experienced that type of emotions yet. And he also felt sad that people had done you wrong.
"People suck," he murmured. "I'm sorry that you've been out with people who didn't take the time to realize how lucky they were for meeting you."
Your eyes widened at his words. You opened your mouth to clarify but you were so thrown off by his words. Luck? He thought it was a good thing meeting me? A complete stranger? You bit the inside of your cheek to try to rid of the creeping blush on your cheeks. This guy was too sweet to you.
"I mean, I felt like I was lucky when I found out you swiped on me," he confessed.
Now it was Dino's turn to blush. Your eyes widened but you couldn't help but smile wider. It was endearing to see him get a bit shy, almost like he was revealing the past version of himself. You were truly the lucky one that someone had just wanted to spend their Sunday evening with you.
"Trust me, I felt the same way. Even more so when you asked me. It was an easy yes."
Dino's ego came soaring back a bit. He knew the hardship of dating in college and trying to form authentic relationships. What he found himself wanting to do now was give you the best that he could offer to you.
"So is that what you meant in your bio when you put that you are looking for something new?"
It was as if in that moment you could hear glass shattering. Reality had come back into full swinging, shattering any sense of hope you had. There was no fighting the truth because it always finds a way to reveal itself. God, I just want to be eaten by the floor.
"Actually, yes and no?"
You sounded unsure of yourself. Yet, not wanting to jump to any conclusions, Dino kept a smile curled onto his lips. The way he sat was relaxed yet he was leaning in slightly, showing you that he was ready to listen to you. It was a silent way of encouraging you to speak, if you wanted to that is. Honestly, Dino just appreciated that he was with someone who seemed genuine rather than someone looking for a free meal or just to sneak off to the bedroom afterwards.
"So yes, this," you said, gesturing between the two of you. "is new to me. I've never gone on a date with a guy I matched from Tinder."
As if Dino's ego could grow anymore. You took a chance on him? You decided to try something new, to experience something different from your day-to-day all because you saw his profile? And that himself decided to take a risk and message you? Damn, he just won the damn lottery.
"But dating in general is new for me."
Woah, pause. You've never dated someone before? His eyes widened and jaw dropped slightly.
All you could do was sit there as began to panic. Oh no. Everything around you felt like it was coming tumbling down. And to make matters worse, the waitress showed up with your dinner plates. She set them down in front of the two of you respectful. The awkward tension literally being cut by the sound of sizzling meats from Dino's fajitas and the steam rising into the air.
"Let me know if you two need anything else!"
I need you to help me get out of this nightmare.
"Sorry," Dino said, clearing his throat. God, he felt awful. He could actually see the way your heart shattered at his reaction. And the thing was that he didn't even think it was a bad thing. He was just surprised because he was under the impression that everyone his age just dated around and that it was awful.
Time to do some damage control.
"I'm just surprised. I know it can't be because guys weren't throwing themselves at you. I mean, you are absolutely breathtaking," he vocalized. "But you really never have been on a first date? Ever?" "Never ever," you said, laughing nervously.
Now he felt the need just to get to know you, but also be protective of you. You truly were an angel in every sense to him.
The remainder of the date was smooth. It was as if disclosing your little secret helped you feel more relaxed. It also helped that Dino didn't come from a place of judgement. You did end up asking him what all he had experienced, and he admitted that it was quite a bit more.
But it seems like the thing you two were searching for was an authentic love connection. It was something Dino has gotten close to experiencing, but only scratched the surface of discovering.
Dino was the absolute gentleman during the date. He made sure you had enough water, that you were enjoying your meal, and that he even paid. That was something he wouldn't let you dispute. You weren't expecting it either, which also took Dino by surprised. He figured it was just first date etiquette that the man pays. Yet, you've heard too many horror stories from your roommates and TikToks were the guy doesn't even over to pay his half.
He even offered to drive you home. You were hesitant, for which Dino than at least offered to order you an Uber back to your apartment. But feeling guilty of him spending more money, you agreed to a ride back to your apartment. He allowed you to put in your address into the GPS before you relaxed in the passenger seat.
Never before did Dino think there was something special about a person riding passenger seat. Now, he wanted you always to be by his side in this sense. He loved glancing over whenever he rolled up to the stop sign or stopped at a red light that he could see you.
There indeed was something different about you, and Dino felt it. You were unlike any other woman he's been with as you seemed to want to invest in someone, to create something unique. You made him feel as though all those trials and tribulations of dating were all worth it if it meant it led all to you this whole time.
Coming up to your apartment, Dino parked the car. You raised an eyebrow as you watched him get out. It all clicked though when he walked around to open the passenger side door.
"You really are a gentleman, huh?" You said teasingly. "Hey, I'm just making sure you get to experience everything you've missed out on."
You smiled brightly at him before gently getting out of the passenger seat. And this time, you didn't hide your blushing cheeks. Dino loved knowing that he could elicit that type of reaction out of you, and he wanted to do it more often. Hopefully he's done enough to get you to consider a second date.
Once he made sure you were on the sidewalk and away from the door, he closed it. Slowly, he began walking you to the front door of your row house apartment. It was as if he didn't want the night to end. Neither did you.
"So," he began. "How was your very first date?" "It was everything I could have dreamed of and then some. Thank you for your kindness, Dino." "Anything for you, angel,' he confessed in a hushed tone.
Angel. I could get used to that.
Sooner than you two would like, you arrived at the steps of your apartment. Turning towards each other, you seemed like a lost for words. Especially you. What do you say to a guy that seems too good to be real? While you were hopeful he would want a second date, you wanted to be realistic. You couldn't fight the thoughts of your anxiety creeping in - what if he was only kind because he felt bad for you?
"I had a great time tonight, y/n," Dino began.
You were more than happy to let him take the lead on any sort of closing statement. Your racing heart and mind just was anticipating a 'but' to slip in.
"I don't want you to feel pressured to say yes to a second date. I know that there are a whirlwind of emotions that comes with any first date, let alone your very first one. All I'm saying is that I hope you consider seeing me again?"
The man in front of you was not the confident man you just had dinner with. He was biting his lip gently, his hands were in his pockets as he tried his damn best to keep eye contact with you. But, you could tell that he was anticipating a rejection.
Oh, how the tables have turned. Gently, you took a step towards Dino. His eyes widened slightly but he couldn't fight the smile on his face. Leaning up gently, you pressed your lips to his cheek lingeringly.
"And miss out on experiencing a second date? No way."

XiaoAether Masterlist 👹⛅
Edit: version 2.0 here
Or, every XiaoAether moment that I can remember (and an attempt to organize them)
Starting this off with the one scene that made us all go "wait a fucking minute" at the very start of the game,
Battle of Osial
Aether's feet were already steadied. Xiao could've let go, or let him fall as gracefully as Mountain Shaper did to that guard (I would've hated him forever) but considering that he insists that being near mortals is such a biiiig no-no, he could have, but he didn't. No, even more, he fucking tightened his hold.
-
Teyvat Food Notes (Sweet Dream, Adeptus' Temptation and Satisfying Salad)
Next! The promotionals during Xiao's release as a playable character. Specifically, Teyvat Food Notes. To celebrate his release, they made an Almond Tofu + Sweet Dream Food blog.
Note: Both google translate and Papago seem to use Mandrill instead of Xiao, so... just know that's who it's talking about.
This is where we learn that Xiao didn't even make "Sweet Dream"; this dish was Aether's thank you gift to him. Xiao's specialty dish is a gift from Aether. I'm- agh. ANYWAY.
We actually also see Sweet Dream in Childe's birthday art. And I'm really sorry to Tartaglia but seeing it stole all his thunder. I could not get over it.
I like to think Aether was so busy making Childe food that he absentmindedly started preparing Almond Tofu in the way he's used to (because of how often Xiao requests it :'> ).
Just when I thought that was it for the Teyvat Food Notes and I could've moved on, I found this in the Adeptus' Temptation food note; the one they made for the first Lantern Rite.
Note: "Fairy/Buddha Jump over the Wall" is apparently an actual Chinese delicacy that the Adeptus' Temptation is based on!
I found this part really cute, especially right now because of the poetry event. Since the beginning, Aether's always known that Xiao was capable of being poetic, it just took them being close and his encouragement for Xiao to actually make a poem.
Lastly, Aether's Satisfying Salad. This isn't connected to the food blog this time (since that one's for Mona), but rather, this and Almond Tofu are the first dishes Aether has ever given Xiao in the game. I included this despite it being pretty minor because in Moonlight Merriment, Smiley Yanxiao actually brings this up again.
Smiley Yanxiao: The boss told me to take care of him, but this guy, let me tell you - he is one tough nut to crack. He usually turns his nose up at everything that isn't Almond Tofu.
Xiao willingly ate something that wasn't Almond Tofu because... because what, it was given to him by a cute blonde traveler? The jury's still out on that one.
-
Lantern Rite 1.3, Baizhu Story Quest
I'm sure we're already familiar with this scene, right?
The very first time Xiao promised Aether that no matter what, as long as he calls his name, he'll be there. Right after that was Moonlight Merriment, where the game literally specifies that Xiao made that promise just for Aether. Way to make your commitment subtle.
youtube
Ah, Xiao, you're so easy... Of course, this wouldn't be the last time that Aether calls for him and Xiao arrives immediately. This also happened during Baizhu's story quest to, yet again, the astonishment of everyone around excluding these two. (Xiao's dedication is one of a kind)
youtube
Xiao worries over Aether often, despite knowing that they're both formidable in their own right. I also think it's sweet how every time they meet, Xiao's departing words are always a reminder to call for him whenever needed, to the point where there are times that Aether just goes "Yeah, we know." before he can even finish the sentence.
Unfortunately, though, there is one time where Xiao failed to reach Aether when he called him, but only because he physically wasn't able to.
-
Perilous Trail (Interlude)
The only thing that prevented this man from getting to Aether like always was being in a different plane of existence. Romeo and Juliet wish they were this romantic istfg
Aether: Come find us.
Xiao: No.
Yanfei: But Aether's in trouble!
Xiao: How do we meet?
Now where else did someone pull this tactic recently-
...Again, XIAO YOU ARE SO EASY. But anyway, back to the Chasm bc I wasn't quite done with that-
As soon as Yanfei tells Aether that Xiao is awake, Ae comes running. Just full on "stop saying you're fine i'll be the judge of that"
And he looks so angry when Xiao brings up writing a will. augguh they are sooooo- (i would put a reaction pic here if i didn't have an IMAGE LIMIT fuck tumblr bro)
To finish off the Chasm Interlude on a more serious note, this entire conversation was really touching, and I love seeing the progress these two have made over the years. Xiao letting himself open up with Aether's help year by year is one of my favorite things about this game.

Teapot and Character Voice Lines + Birthday Letters
For the first and second Lantern Rite, Xiao was still adamant on not even stepping foot in Liyue Harbor, declining every invitation to go there because of how much he disliked being near mortals.
Yet in his teapot voicelines, once you reach a high enough friendship with him, Xiao actually takes the initiative to invite Aether to go to the city, if only to understand him better. Xiao explicitly says that his willingness to go to the harbor was for him.
youtube
More About Xiao I: I'm willing to protect you.But don't think about getting close, and stay out of my way, or all that awaits you is regret.
More About Xiao V: It's too late. The connection between us is too strong. Even if you wanted to, it's too late to sever it. Hm? You've never thought to sever it?
About Shenhe: It seems Shenhe places a great deal of trust in you. Well, how could she not. There are few people in the world as kind and good-natured as you.
Shenhe, About Xiao: My first impression of him was that he's not one to smile. After meeting him again more recently, however, he's still as reserved as ever, but… he seems a lot more relaxed now. Maybe he… met someone special.
That line by Shenhe made me happy. Aether's effect on Xiao benefitted not only him, but the people surrounding Xiao as well. We even see that in his birthday letters, where at the most recent one, he follows Ae's advice and goes to spend time with old friends.
They're also all just insanely romantic, I feel like that goes without saying. Every year, I wonder how Genshin would possibly top the one before it that isn't just an explicit confession of undying love.
-
Lantern Rite '23
I'm here to remind you all of a beautiful scene that should never be forgotten for years to come.
youtube
Regardless of Genshin trying to be mysterious and making us guess who saved Aether, the fact that they both came rushing over is incredible on its own. They know that Aether isn't a damsel in distress, and Paimon's acting was so on the nose, but they still couldn't allow even the slightest possibility of harm to come to him.
Xiao looking away and talking in circles just to say he really was worried is the funniest fucking thing.
For the Lantern Rite event itself, if you've read this far in, you're probably already familiar. I really wish there wasn't an image limit because I have so many screenshots I want to put in here. If you want a refresher, watch this and start around the 2-hour mark
youtube
I wanted to put my own video in the post but you can only put one :/// I'm fist fighting whoever put these limits. 1 video file and 30 images? who are you
BACK TO THE TOPIC
There really isn't much I could say that I haven't already said before. For XiaoAether shippers, this was hoyo spoonfeeding content on a silver spoon. It's Aether and Xiao at their most comfortable with each other, talking and spending time with the people they care about. It's Aether fulfilling his end of the bargain of bailing Xiao out of uncomfortable social situations, because if you haven't noticed throughout all of these examples (or even outside of that), Aether is so perceptive when it comes to the comfort of the people around him.
This was also the event where we find out that for Xiao, the most distinguished guest in his eyes was Aether (Even though Ae thought he was going to say Zhongli..)
I have a lot of love for this event. But since this isn't just a lantern rite post, I'll move on.
-
Waterborne Poetry
The catalyst for this post. The reminder of how lovely this ship is, and how far these two have come.
As we have all learned from Xiangling, Yanfei, Venti and Hu Tao, you only need to mention Aether's name to convince Xiao of whatever it is you're planning. The part where Aether and Team Chongyun were trying to convince him to come with them and touch some fucking grass was really cute.
This event and the previous Lantern Rite also had Aether and Xiao talking privately, only to get interrupted by Paimon/Xiangling (as well as calling them out lmao)
And, of course, the scene that everyone freaked out over,
youtube
This. I don't think I'll ever get over this.
The fact that they had Zach voice this- A short, but sweet moment where Aether looks at Xiao from afar and immediately gets inspired, performing a poem where the real meaning is shared only between the two of them...
And Xiao's smile.
An expression that Aether had done so well to bring out.
2023 was the year of XiaoAether. Thank you, Hoyo.
-
Done! I HAVE SO MANY SCREENSHOTS AND I COULDN'T EVEN USE MOST OF THEM ToT. I actually had clips that I edited but Tumblr said no. Good thing there's YouTube.
Another reason as to why I made this was because some shippers said that XiaoAe didn't make sense because it lacked depth and I was so affronted by it that I did all this out of spite (and love for these characters. mostly love.)

Life Raft
A while back I went on a tangent about how I tend to ride rowboats instead of fanships... and it led to a rare pair in a life raft. <3
Asher/Damien
Life Raft
The lifeboat rocked. The storm was deafening, the rain and wind so cold that his skin burned.
Asher was on his knees at one end of the sturdy lifeboat, the waves rolling them up and down, his eyes fixed on the blinking lights of the ship half-submerged. They had been on it what felt like only minutes ago. It was a two day cruise, no big deal. In fact, it had been a cushy job to chaperone some empowered teambuilding getaway. Cushy. He could laugh if his adrenaline wasn’t still so high, his eyes scanning the decks and the water for anyone else—or for one of those other lifeboats they’d helped lower into the sea.
Milo had a hand fisted in the back of his shirt while he shouted over the storm to others. Part of the lifeboat was covered. Stealth was telling them to get inside.
A flare of light went off inside the ship. Not a light winking out but a burst, like a ball of fire. An explosion?
The waves rolled so high that for a second he lost sight of the ship. They were drifting farther away, pushed by the swells.
Another burst, this one blowing out windows just under the first deck.
Asher could have sworn he saw a silhouette in that firelight.
“Shit,” he exhaled. He turned back for a second, grabbing one of the inflatable rafts and looping the strap over his neck.
He caught sight of Milo’s face, of that panic and disbelief, his friend already reaching for him again, grabbing hold of his arm as if he could physically hold him back. He might try, Asher realized. He smiled back at him because he loved him for that, and then quickly dove off the lifeboat and back into the sea. He shifted, not because his wolf could swim that much faster, but because it didn’t feel the cold as sharply. There was another flare of light out there in the water between himself and the sinking ship.
Milo shouted for him to come back and Asher knew if he looked, he’d probably see his friend torn between following him and the instinct to stay with his mate. He would definitely apologize if he survived.
The water rolled him under and for long seconds he wasn’t sure he’d be able to find the surface again, wasn’t sure he was even kicking in the right direction, but he made it.
Another burst of light, smaller but closer.
Asher swam hard, the next flare almost right in his face. It wasn’t really a flare, it was a fire elemental igniting sparks in a desperate call for help. He jerked in surprise at the wolf swimming up to him and then relief almost made him pass out, his head going under.
Asher shifted back to human, the raft still bobbing against his back. He grabbed the guy and pulled him up to the surface again. He spat water and grabbed hold of Asher’s shoulders. He was clearly exhausted. Which made sense, since not only had he gotten out of the ship, but he’d been burning up magic trying to get help…literally.
They clung to each other when the sea rolled them under, the life raft tugging them back toward the surface even while it was still uninflated. Coughing for air, Asher pulled the thick yellow plastic off his back, hanging onto the strap with one hand and the fire elemental with the other.
The ship had gone completely dark, taking with it all the light from the ocean around them. Darkness swelled, pushing and dragging them, like it was trying to pull them apart.
The fire, for his part, had his arms around Asher, clearly not planning to get lost again. They both groped at the raft, until one of them managed to find the right chord and pull. It burst, so big and so fast that it pushed them under. For a sick second, Asher was afraid he’d let go of one of them—either the man or the raft. But he didn’t, and soon he was pushing the elemental over the thick plastic side and out of the ocean.
He was so tired that for a few seconds he just hung onto the side, mustering the energy to lift himself up and over too. He was shaking from the cold, his muscles seeming to squeeze his bones. And then arms were reaching down, grabbing hold of him and hauling him up. He exhaled hard when he hit the firm bottom of the raft. It spun and bounced in the storm and there wasn’t anything left to do but curl up and hope it didn’t flip.
Asher didn’t realize he had a hand fisted in the stranger’s shirt until the guy squeezed his wrist once, not pulling it away but just some sort of acknowledgement. It was too dark to see each other and too loud to hear. That hand didn’t let go of his wrist, hanging onto him too.
-
Asher couldn’t remember having fallen asleep. He couldn’t imagine how he could have fallen asleep, but suddenly the storm was quiet, the sky still thickly clouded but the gray blue light of day pressing through. His fingers ached when he unfisted them from the other guy’s shirt. He was cold. Colder than he could remember being in a long time. Maybe ever.
The stranger was asleep beside him, curled up with his face in one arm and his hand around Asher’s wrist. That was the only part of him that didn’t feel cold. He was familiar. Asher had seen him on the ship, one of the group they’d been keeping an eye on. In fact, he remembered him rolling his eyes during the conference meet and greet, muttering about how this whole thing was a waste of time and funds.
Asher sat up to get a look around.
The other guy jolted awake when he almost lost his grip on Asher’s wrist, eyes flinging open and hand grabbing at his arm anew. They stared at each other and Asher waited for him to remember everything. The fire swallowed and nodded, letting go.
They both sat up and took survey of the ocean in all directions, dark clouds and not-quite still waters. The wind made the wet cold worse. No signs of the ship, or the lifeboats.
“D-Do you know if… Did they get off the ship okay?” the stranger asked, voice cracking not from cold but from the threat of emotion.
Asher turned and sat down, back to one of those thick inflated edges. “Yeah. We got four lifeboats in the water on our side and I know a few went in on the other. I think we got most everyone…” Although clearly he couldn’t be sure. They hadn’t gotten this guy. He hadn’t been on deck. “Why weren’t you on deck?”
The stranger sighed, scrubbing a hand over his face and sitting across from him. “I was getting on a lifeboat when someone… They didn’t want me to get on.”
Asher stared at him. “What?” What he was saying didn’t make sense. It didn’t matter if someone else didn’t want to share a lifeboat with this guy. It was a fucking lifeboat.
The fire looked away, out at the sea, his hands curling into fists and giving away his efforts to look like he didn’t care. “They were worried I’d get freaked out and… I don’t know… set the boat on fire or something… I went to find another and the boat tipped and I fell down some stairs. When I came to most of the lights were out and I couldn’t find anyone else.”
Asher exhaled hard. “Shit… So you could have died because some asshole was being a bigot?”
The fire huffed a thin laugh and nodded.
“Did you break anything when you fell?” Asher leaned forward, dragging his eyes over the other guy. He looked okay. No limbs twisted the wrong way. “Can you breathe okay?” He wasn’t wheezing so that was good.
The guy stared at him like he didn’t understand at first and then huffed again. “Yeah. No, I’m okay. And you? If you helped get those boats out, what were you doing in the water?”
Asher blinked at him.
The stranger blinked back and then his eyes widened. “You jumped in when you saw my lights…” It wasn’t really a question, so Asher didn’t answer.
He held his hand out. “I’m Asher.”
The guy still looked dazed by surprise but reached out automatically to shake his hand. Asher tried not to sigh at that press of heat into his palm. “Damien… I… You could have drowned.”
Asher shrugged. “You would have done the same.”
Damien sighed. “Thank you. I would have drowned…”
Asher shook his head, not wanting the guy to freak out. “You’re a good swimmer. You might have made it to another lifeboat… at least then you’d have more company and shelter…”
Damien looked right back at him, no joke or doubt in his eyes. “You saved me. Don’t downplay it.”
Asher would have blushed if he wasn’t chilled through. He smiled nervously and shrugged, looking around at the sea again and sighing. “Now we just need someone to save the both of us…”
Damien snorted and started investigating their little raft, finding a pocket with minimal supplies, including a half canopy for the raft. They set it up, creating rain cover even though it had stopped raining and shade even though they had yet to see the sun. At least it was something to do.
The raft bounced and bobbed. They oscillated between conversation and dazed rest for hours.
Asher shivered, curling up on the bottom and closing his eyes.
“Are you getting seasick?” Damian asked.
“No,” Asher promised. He wasn’t seasick. He was just cold. So cold. Cold in his bones and it felt like the day was getting colder with every hour that passed. He couldn’t imagine another night.
He wanted to shift. His core ached for it, his wolf rumbling in his chest to be let out. The wolf was always warmer. He needed that. But if he wasn’t sure the raft could handle it. He’d be too big. He might tip it or damage it.
He didn’t realize he’d fallen asleep again until his own shaking woke him with a start when he’d been a split second from shifting. Shit. No. Nonono. He forced himself to sit up and open his eyes. That wasn’t okay. If he shifted in his sleep and destroyed the raft… He clenched his teeth and eyed the side, seriously considering jumping out. He could shift then. He could bit onto one of those straps and try to stay with the raft.
“What is it?” Damien asked, worry in his voice. He sounded exhausted too. He scooted closer. “Are you… fuck are you cold?” Damien’s voice rose with shock, and was that anger? Why was he angry?
Asher clawed some of his hair back from his face, still looking at the water off the edge of the raft. He could tread. He could stay with the raft. He was so tired but he wouldn’t be able to fall asleep in the water right? That would keep him awake until someone found them or the fucking sun came back…
Damien’s hand touched his arm and they both sucked in a sharp breath, the fire jerking his touch back and looking at his palm like he’d been burned. Asher’s whole body ached to push into that touch, making his eyes roll shut and a low, pained groan rattle his chest.
“You should have said something!” Damien snapped, scooting even closer, one thigh brushing Asher’s. Even through his clothes he was warm. He softened a little, worry in his tired eyes. “I should have asked…” He shook his head, holding his arms out. “I can warm you up. If…If you don’t mind contact. I can’t project far without risking damaging the raft…”
Asher whined at the sight of those open arms, wanting the contact and the promise of warmth. “Will…Will I cool you down?” He shook his head, arms still wrapped around himself and squeezing. “It’s better if one of us stays warm, dude. I’m thinking if I get back in the water I can shift and that—”
“Back in the water?” the fire shouted.
Asher groaned at the slight pulse of heat through his thigh.
“That’s insane. And you’re not going to cool me down. Trust me. Nothing cools me down.”
Asher smirked at those smug words. He liked this guy. He shivered. If he was sure… If it wouldn’t hurt him… He nodded, leaning toward those arms.
Damien hugged him to him, gently at first, like neither of them had ever hugged anyone before. Asher sighed hard, pushing into his chest at the heat there. It was amazing. It was like being wrapped in a snuggly furnace. He pushed his face into Damien’s neck. The fire sucked in a sharp breath and Asher jerked back, muttering a near delirious apology for whatever he’d done.
“It’s okay,” Damien ground out, pulling him back in and this time repositioning him, practically lifting Asher into his lap. “You’re just cold and it’s sort of a shock…”
-
Damien’s skin ached at first contact with the icy chill of Asher’s.
He should have realized the other guy would get cold out here. He just hadn’t registered the cold himself. He hadn’t thought about it and he hadn’t wanted to press Asher when he seemed to be feeling sick. Seasick was normal, right? But he hadn’t heaved or anything. But it wasn’t like either of them were feeling well. It had been almost a full day, they were losing daylight and there had been no signs of any rescue or the other boats. They’d had no food or water.
Damien pulled Asher into his lap, hugging him as tightly as he dared and trying to gently pour heat into him without it being too much.
Asher stopped shaking soon, his face still ducked into Damien’s neck.
Damien rubbed his back until he fell asleep and then continued.
He couldn’t believe this guy had been thinking about jumping out of the raft. But then he remembered the way Asher had jerked away minutes ago, his core shuddering. For a split-second Damien had thought the man was about to shift, but then he hadn’t. Now he suspected he almost had and it had been enough to scare him into thinking he needed to get out of the boat. Jesus. He’d been so cold he’d been ready to go to that extreme just to keep from…what? Risking the raft? That fear hit home. Hadn’t Damien been constantly moving on the raft just to make sure he wasn’t melting anything?
Asher sighed against his collar. He had finally unraveled his arms from his own chest, gently curling them around Damien’s sides. “Thank you.”
Damien almost laughed at hearing this guy thank him. He had literally jumped into the stormy ocean to try to save him. And he had. Damien had woken up alone in a sinking ship, practically blowing his way out in burst of fire only to end up along in the black waters. He’d been so alone, sending up bursts of light like his own frantic flares, wondering if anyone would see them, if anyone would come, each ball of fire making his core quieter and quieter.
When he’d sent up that last one, he’d thought he was lost. He was going to pass out and sink below the surface. No one would find him. And then the shifter had shown up and literally dragged him back up. Asher had been determined to get him into that raft and he’d done it.
Damien had closed his eyes, hugging the other man in the little shelter of their raft.
When he woke, it was night, but it wasn’t as dark as it had been the night before. The clouds had cleared and the wind had stopped, the stars bright and shining down on them. They were almost laying down, propped against one edge of the boat. Asher was still in his arms, their legs tangled together. Damien could tell the other man was awake too. “Too warm?”
Asher huffed a laugh against his collar. “No. But if you want some space…”
“No,” Damien said just as certainly.
They stayed like that for a while, watching the stars.
“So… At the risk of making this awkward as hell,” Asher started.
Damien raised an eyebrow even though the other guy couldn’t see it. Oh god. Was he going to tell him he was married or something? That their snuggle session for survival was towing a line?
Asher was still smiling when he said, “Any chance you’ll let me take you out when we get back to land?”
Damien’s mind rebooted.
“I mean you saved my life. We should definitely share a meal.”
Damien groaned at even the vague thought of food.
Asher nodded like he realized it too. “I’m so hungry.”
“It’s only been a day,” Damien reminded them both.
“You have no idea how much a shifter eats…” Asher countered.
From a biological standpoint, Damien could not argue that. He had no idea if Asher was joking or if shifters metabolism demanded more. It could. Before he could think of what to say, Asher was sitting up out of his arms.
Damien was disappointed to lose the comforting pressure of him against his chest, but he didn’t try to stop him. He did keep an eye on him though, afraid he might tip out of the raft when he crawled to one edge to look out at the dark. “What?”
Asher was grinning when he said, “You see it right?”
“See what? You’re not hallucinating already, are you?”
Asher laughed but pointed. “No. Right there.”
Damien hurried over to his side and squinted. Nothing. “No. There’s no—”
“Can you do that thing again? The flare thing?”
Damien glanced between the shifter beside him and the darkness out there. Could Asher really see something that Damien couldn’t? He shrugged. Sure. He could do another flare. “How big do you want it?”
Asher grinned.
Damien sputtered.
Asher looked out again, like he really could see something. “A few bursts if you can? To get their attention?”
Damien focused his energy and ignited the bursts high above them. The air cracked and heat rippled out. He did it a few times and they both waited. Just when Damien was about to gently suggest Asher was mistaken, they both heard the foghorn in the distance.
Asher beamed and sat back, looking up at Damien. “So, what do we want to eat? I’m thinking delivery because I don’t know about you, but I want a hotel room with a bathtub.”
Damien bit his lip to try to keep himself from mirroring that big smile. His stomach growled. “Water first.”
Asher groaned and threw his head back. “Seriously?”
Damien could see the faint lights of the ship heading toward them now. He threw up another flare.

Lives Worth Living Chapter 34
ISAT/Two Hats spoilers below as always! CW: Heights, Peril, Falling
(You slowly awaken with a yawn and light stretch, feeling those familiar strong arms around you and cuddling up into them.) "Hmmmmmm... Morning~."
"Morning sleepy head. Do you know how crabbing cute you are when you sleep?" (Isa pulls you closer to himself, kissing your head as he holds you in that secure, comforting grip.)
"Hehe, noooooo, you're just biased!"
"Nope, it's a scientific fact! I did the math and everything!"
"Noooooooo! You can't bring math into this! That's cheatiiiiing!"
"Too late, I calculated everything and it all checks out! You've been mathematically proven to be super duper adorable, I don't make the rules!"
"I'll never be seen as a cool, mysterious rogue ever again..."
"Hah! Nope, sorry, you're just a cutie patootie, my sweet Siffarooni~." (You can't help but laugh at how ridiculous this was getting. You shift in his arms to face him, giving a love drunk smile up at him before closing your eye. You lean in for a kiss, being met with the warm bliss of his face meeting yours... before you're interrupted by sunlight pouring in as the tent flap is opened up.)
"Uuuuugh! Why is everyone being so gross lately?! First Nille gets all cuddly with Vale and now you two are being all kissy again!!" (Bonnie shouts in protest. You both can't help but laugh in response. You gently push off of him to sit up.)
"So sorry snack leader! We'll keep the grossness to a minimum!"
"Good! Now come on, breakfast is ready, we gotta head out soon if we're gonna get a ride back home!" (They command before rushing back out.)
(You remember them saying something about a horse drawn carriage that takes people through the mountain range in about a day, while going around takes 3. You perk up as you feel Isa's hand against your face, pulling you closer as he kisses your cheek.)
"It's a good thing we didn't tell them what the minimum was." (You can't help but blush a bit at that, turning your head to give them a light peck on the cheeks.)
"Maybe your math skills aren't so bad after all~."
"I SAID BREAKFAST TIIIIIME!!" (Bonnie shouts from the middle of the campsite, causing you both to jump.)
"R-Right!!"
-----------------------------------------------------------
"I know I'm usually the one that complains about having to walk everywhere... but this can't be the superior option." (Odile complains, seeing the rickety old carriage we'd be taking through the mountains. Nille laughs her worry off.)
"C'mon, they take this path like every day, it'll be fine, Dile!"
"The more times it completes its journey successfully, the more likely it is to fail the next one..." (Isa lets out a hearty laugh.)
"Hah! Don't worry madame, I'll block the window for you! I'm sure the journey will go nice and smooth!"
"Fantastic... Forgive me if I request Vale to knock me unconscious again during the trip." (Odile complains further before Mira chimes in with a giggle.)
"I'll be sure not to heal you too much if that's the case m'dame!"
-----------------------------------------------------------
(You're all crammed into the just large enough carriage as it's on its way. You and Vale sat opposite each other next to one set of doors, Odile and Nille sat in the middle with Bonnie in Nille's lap, then Mira and Isa sat beside the doors on the other side, helping block the window like he said he would. You even gave Odile your hat to help block her vision as she tried to focus on her book as a distraction.)
"WE'RE ALMOST HOOOOOME!!!" (Bonnie cheers, excitedly bouncing on Nille's lap while she held them securely.)
"Boniface if you don't stop bouncing I'm going to crabbing lose it." (The sudden and desperate outburst from Odile made everyone freeze, even Bonnie was staring in shock.)
"Holy crab, she said crab..." (Nille laughs, noting everyone's reactions to this.)
"I'm guessing that means you should really stop doing that, bug."
"Sorry Dile!" (They quickly respond, trying to sit politely and motionless... very clearly trying super hard to keep their leg from bouncing even. Isa chimes in to try and ease the tension.)
"So why don't you two tell us more about Bambouche? Without the bouncy enthusiasm." (Bonnie sticks their tongue out playfully at Isa before Nille begins to explain.)
"Oh it's amazing! Wonderful port town with plenty to do. The beach is just gorgeous, especially at night! Everyone there is so sweet, even by Vaugarde standards. They all even saw me off to try and find y'all, threw a little good luck party for me, gave me some extra coin and supplies." (Her smile shifts a bit as she goes on, less cheery and almost bittersweet?) "They've helped me out a lot when I needed it... I couldn't be more thankful to live there."
(Isa takes note of her tone change before speaking again.) "Sounds like a terrific place! Can't wait to meet everyone there! And hey, that reminds me Bonnie, who taught you how to cook anyhow? Nille mentioned she was uhh... lacking in that department."
"You don't gotta sugar coat it, I could find a way to ruin the simplest dish you could imagine, it's like a curse on me or something!" (She chuckles before Bonnie responds.)
"One of our neighbors had a really nice old cook book style familytale! Everyone in her family wrote down their favorite recipes and even made up one or two themselves. They didn't always turn out great, but it showed me how fun it can be to make up stuff and try putting different foods together!" (Mira makes her bright sparkly face you love to see as she joins in.)
"Oh! That sounds wonderful! I remember how much fun my cooking class was!! Though sadly I think I was closer to the Nille side of the spectrum!"
(You all enjoy a nice laugh together, even Odile having been distracted enough to relax again and enjoy a chuckle. You glance back over at Vale. They've been silently staring out of the window the whole time, but the soft smile on their face shows they were listening, enjoying the company from the sidelines like you often do. They notice you looking at them and you give them a brighter smile. They force one back before going back to staring out at the mountains.)
(Nille takes note, placing a hand on their back to gently rub at it.) "How yah doing, Vay?"
"Oh, I'm fine~! Why do you ask?"
"You just seem mighty entranced by that window."
"Just enjoying the view is all~. You all continue your conversation, I'm fine, truly."
"Okay, if you say-" (The sound of splintering wood fills the air as the carriage suddenly shifts and slams to the ground, launching all of you to the side as you and Vale bash into the doors. They burst open at your impact before you're suddenly careening off the edge of the cliff with them.)
"SIF!!!"
"VALE!!!"
(You hear voices call out for you both as you rapidly approach the ground before-

Mr. GhostFace
Pairing: Stu Macher × Fem! Reader
Summary: You where on a phone call with your friend laying on your bed, when suddenly you hear something stumbling behind you…
Genre: Smut
cw: fingering, knife play, stalking, mentions of murder, dubcon (lowkey)
Word Count: 2,2k
pd: this is my first ever fic, so please let me know if there’s a spelling mistake or anything, I’ll be glad to know!!
after finishing up a gruesome murder accompanied by his accomplice, Billy, Stu ended up near your place. Picture this: he's walking down the street, fleeing from the morbid crime he had just committed, and oops, there's your house all lit up like a Friday night. Curiosity got the better of him, and he couldn't resist checking it out.
Stu's not your typical guest, and you're not big on inviting folks over. No need to bother with doorbells for him. Instead, he takes the unconventional route and climbs up to your unconventionally opened window.
So, there he is, peeping through, his eyes scanning your room , then his gaze falling on your body, trying his hardest not to make any noise that might startle you. You're having a regular chat with your friend, over the phone, not knowing you've got an unexpected audience. Stu's like, "Hey, I'm just here for the show” but little do you know, he's been high-key obsessed with you, ever since he fist laid his eyes on you.
Lying on your stomach during the phone call, swinging your feet in the air while casually twirling strands of hair. Unbeknownst to you, Stu looms as a silent observer. His gaze, a mix of fascination and a hint of obsession is fixed on every animated expression. The ordinary act of twirling hair and swinging feet becomes an unwitting performance for Stu, who watches with an eerie intensity, emotions oscillating between anticipation and a peculiar connection to the conversation. The air is charged with the unspoken presence of this uninvited spectator. In an unsettling twist, Stu makes a fateful move, generating a subtle noise that draws your attention.
A sense of unease permeates the air as I detect fumbling behind my back, a shiver coursing through as the realization dawns—window is wide open. Dread takes hold; a killer is on the loose, and turning around becomes a perilous decision. Despite the inner turmoil, curiosity prevails, and I slowly shift my body and slowly turn my head back to where the noise was coming from. The visual that greets me is bone-chilling. A visceral scream tears through the air as my eyes meet those of the masked killer, an embodiment of the very fear that lurked in the shadows.
He sensed the fear etched across my face, a pang of regret gnawing at his heart. Contrary to the ominous aura, he harbored no intentions of harm; instead, a fascination with the sight of innocence under the pale moonlight took root within him. "Don't be afraid, baby," he whispered, his emotions masked by the cold exterior of his hidden face.
His tall silhouette loomed above, a revelation that he exceeded my mental image. Gradually, he eased into my personal space, his voice softening the eerie atmosphere. "No harm will come to you from me... I just wanted to get closer to my cute crush." The unexpected confession hung in the air, a disconcerting blend of fear and an oddly misplaced sense of flattery. A chill ran down my spine as his cold, gloved touch made contact with the skin on my cheek. Beneath the black robe and mask, his warmth was an unsettling contrast. Struggling to recognize his voice, an unsettling realization dawned –The psychotic killer that is terrorizing Woodsboro was inside my room, his hand grazing against my face.
"W-what do you mean? Who are you?" I stammered, the air thick with uncertainty. However, the futility of my inquiry hung in the silence; it was evident he had no intention of revealing his identity. His gloved hand traced a light caress along my cheek, savoring the softness of my skin. With audacious intent, he gently tilted my face upward, our eyes locking beneath the eerie glow of the moonlight. "Call me Ghostface," he uttered, the words hanging in the air.
"P-please don't kill me..." I pleaded, my voice trembling with fear. The Ghostface's touch sent shivers down my spine as he carefully pushed me down onto the bed, his firm grip holding my jaw. His knee positioned in between my legs created a sense of vulnerability. Although the option to run was within reach, a peculiar force seemed to immobilize me, as if my body had taken on a will of its own, drawn to the mysterious enigma of the man on top of me. The room hung heavy with suspense, the moonlight casting an eerie glow over our unsettling connection.
A devilish smile played on Ghostface's lips beneath his masked face as he sensed my lack of resistance. With a sinister grace, he pulled himself closer, a strange yet intense sensation coursing through his entire being as my delicate form pressed against him. "Don't worry, baby... I only wanna play with you," he whispered, the words hanging in the air, dripping with an ominous promise that left the room steeped in an unsettling tension. I gasped in horror as Ghostface pulled out a knife, holding it softly against my neck. "Please..." I pleaded, the dread tightening its grip on my trembling form. Slowly, he ran the blade down my chest, tearing my shirt and exposing a vulnerability that left me in display for him to feast on. A mixture of fear and helplessness hung in the air, as my breath got caught in my throat.
A shiver of anticipation ran through the Ghostface as he felt my soft skin against him. He savored the moment, relishing the intimacy, before teasingly pulling away. "You have beautiful tits” he remarked, his thumb tracing slow circles on one of my sensitive peaks, the air hung heavy with tension.
“m-mhm- fuck!” A gentle, almost imperceptible sound escaped my lips—a soft mewl—when his cold-gloved fingers delicately traced the contours of my nipple, each touch sending subtle shivers through my whole body.
The Ghostface couldn't help but express his delight through a low grunt, leaning in to whisper, “You're so captivating... I've dreamt of having you like this.'" My breath caught sharply as he violently tore apart my shirt, the fabric being tossed across the room...
“p-please don’t do this” My mind recoiled, hesitant and fearful, yet my body, in stark contrast, responded with an undeniable allure. Despite the trepidation, the man behind the mask exuded a captivating charm that stirred within me a sense of arousal, the wet spot on my panties making it impossible to hide.
He smirked behind the mask as you tried to push him away while also reacting to his touch. He slowly trailed his gloved hand down your stomach, making your skin tingle in anticipation “I won't do anything you don't want, baby." His hand found its way to the hem of your panties, slowly pushing them down to reveal your shivering and oh so damp folds. The scent of arousal was overpowering in the small room, making him even harder than before. He leaned in closer, his hot breath caressing your neck “You're so wet for me... It's like you want it."
My palms met his chest, pressing them flat against it, detecting a subtle firmness. "I'm going to call the cops," I stammered, my voice wavering. His eyes met mine as I felt the warmth of his chest beneath my hands.A sly grin adorned his lips, and he remarked, "Go ahead, make the call. But can they beat the clock?" The room seemed to pulse with tension as I hesitated, torn between the urge to reach for my phone and the magnetic pull of the man before me. His eyes held a challenge, daring me to follow through on my threat.
As the seconds stretched, I could sense the weight of his challenge in the air. The room became a battleground of wills, my hand still lingering on his chest. The unspoken tension crackled, I decided that it was best for me not to piss him off. The Ghostface smirked, enjoying your confusion. “Good choice, princess... but don't be surprised if my next move leaves you drenched." He slowly pushed his middle through your wet folds, moaning quietly as he felt just how ready you were for him. He pulled his finger out and teased your swollen clit in slow circles making it throb against his touch. A soft moan escaped my lips involuntarily as his touch sent shivers through me, his thumb pressing wet circles on my hardened nub . "F-fuck-Please don't do this," I whispered, my plea hanging in the charged air between us.
He continued toying with you, feeling your body become more and more aroused under his fingertips. He leaned in closer and whispered softly in your ear “You're such a tease, baby... making me hard for you." His voice was low and seductive as he felt your wetness begin to drip onto his finger. The realization struck him like lightning— he knew, in that very moment, that he desired you.
Flushed with embarrassment, I found myself incapable of pulling away or resisting. My pussy was glistening with my arousal, my body succumbing gradually to the allure of his touch. "D-don't," I stammered, the plea escaping my lips amid the internal struggle.Ghostface sensed your body yielding to him and couldn't resist any longer.
With a sudden movement, he slipped two long fingers into your wet cunt making you gasp in surprise. He slid them in and out slowly savoring the feeling of your warmth surrounding him. His other hand cupped your left breast, fondling it softly, feeling the warmth of your skin beneath the latex of his glove. “s-stop!” i whimpered faintly, the feeling of his middle finger inside my aching core was heady mixture of intoxication and delight sweeping over me, compelling my fingers to delicately clench the bedsheets beneath my quivering body, each thread bearing witness to the intensity of the moment.
He chuckled softly, his eyes dark with desire as he looked down on you. His fingers found your sweet spot and began to tease it mercilessly, causing your hips to buck up against him in desperation. "Do you like that, hmm?"
With a gradual nod, I acknowledged my surrender. Lost in his touch, the resistance that once lingered vanished; I no longer felt the need to push him away.
The Ghostface saw your submission and pushed his fingers deeper inside you, curling them to maximize your pleasure. Your breathing grew heavier as the sensation began to consume you, making you feel like a bundle of fire. “I'll give you what you want... just let me have my fill." He watched with satisfaction as your body arched under his touch. His other hand reached over to your core and circled your clit in time with his fingers, driving you closer and closer to the edge. With a groan, he leaned in closer, his masked face against your ear. "You're mine now”. He coos. In that shared moment of lust and pure passion, the room seemed to shrink, enveloping us in a cocoon of intimacy. We were entangled in a dance, where every touch, and every pump of his fingers inside my sopping hole spoke more than words possibly could.
“m’gonna cum~”i grunted softly, my hips bucking onto his fingers, my back slightly arching off the bed, spit was dripping down my mouth. The scene unfolded like a cliché scenario from a porn movie, akin to something you might find on a Blockbuster rental shelf—undeniably sensual and provocative. He felt your pussy clamp around his fingers as you reached the peak of pleasure.
He rode the wave with you, relishing every tremble until it slowly subsided. His eyes roved over your flushed and sweat-drenched body, making him even harder “That's it baby, cum for me." his fingers kept pumping inside of me as I milked my orgasm, my whole body shook in pleasure, soft gasps leaving my body “f-fuck…” I muttered, my chest rising up and down softly as I came down from the high of the wrecking orgasm.
He pulled his fingers out slowly, coating them with your arousal. He brought them up to his mask and breathed in deeply, savoring your scent before trailing them over your sensitive clit “You're delicious, baby."
A loud moan involuntarily escaped my mouth in response to the unexpected slap across my drenched cunt. "O-ow!" I exclaimed, the sting resonating with a mixture of surprise and discomfort.
The Ghostface's wicked laughter echoed, a chilling soundtrack to my discomfort. "You wanted it, now take it like a good girl," his words, laced with dominance, hung in the air, adding a layer of intensity to the unfolding scene. "Why are you leaving?" I questioned, the vulnerability in my voice evident, as he stood up from the bed and adjusted his robe. My gaze followed him as he walked towards the window. A smile played on his lips, but you couldn’t see it. He looked down at me over his shoulder. "I'll see you soon. Don't forget our little secret," he whispered before vanishing from sight.
Left in his wake, a mix of arousal and puzzlement lingered, the room now filled with the aftermath of an enigmatic encounter.
Confusion swept over me, grappling with the surreal reality of the town's masked murderer appearing in my room, fingering me, and then abruptly vanishing as if nothing. The experience felt terrifyingly unbelievable, leaving me bewildered in its wake.

tell me
pairing: changkyun x fem!reader word count: 4.2K synopsis: you and changkyun have been hooking up for a while now. both of you want more, but neither is willing to say it without some reassurance from the other end. themes: fwb, repressed feelings, pining, poor communication, shy-ish reader, probably not the most responsible driving practices on changkyun's end, slight angst, they work through it in the end.
warnings: SMUT, phone sex, a LOT of dirty talk, power dynamics, lots of possessive names, slight degradation???, jealousy, changkyun is a demon. lmk what i missed!
a/n: happy (early) birthday to @the-boy-meets-evil i hope you have a wonderful weekend 🫶
“Hnnmm!” you whined, eyes squeezed shut as Changkyun watched you from between your legs. He hummed loudly against your clit and your thighs were pressing against his ears, nearly drowning out your sounds for him.
Nearly. And he was glad for it because he absolutely lived for the noises he was able to get you to make.
One of his favorite memories was of the time he had overstimulated you until you’d unleashed your deepest, most desperate, and lewdest thoughts. The way you’d gasped, moaned, and begged for him to use you until you’d gotten everything you’d wanted. It lived rent free in his mind still.
Hooking his arms around your thighs, he pulled your legs apart, tongue dragging perilously through your folds. You squeezed when his lips latched onto your clit, applying a firm and steady pressure. Your legs reflexed shut, but his arms held you open for him.
“Please,” you whined, clutching at his shoulders, pulling him up towards you. You couldn’t take it anymore, you needed him inside of you. Your walls clenched desperately around nothing and you needed something.
“What is it?” he asked, face almost blank. “What do you want?”
“Changkyun,” you implored shyly. “You know.”
“I know,” a small smile spread across his lips.
It was so cute how you got shy even after months of doing this. He wished you would let go like that again. He hoped to hear your lewd confessions again, but he could tell it made you flustered so he never pushed too hard.
“You need my cock, huh? Pussy feels so empty without me?”
You nodded furiously, fingertips stroking across his bare chest. You loved when he talked dirty to you. He said all the things you wanted to hear. Things that you wanted to say, in fact, but the one time you’d let loose and begged so desperately and told him all the things he could do to you, he’d given you a look of such shock that you’d been too embarrassed to do it again since.
“You love when I press into you, feel you spread for me, take me deep inside,” he pressed his forehead against you, speaking feverishly as he lined himself up. You didn’t realize it, but he was trying to coax you into talking dirty to him again. You’d done it one time and while yes, it had surprised him, it had also made him think you might have needs and compatibilities that you hadn’t shared with him fully.
You nodded, eyes shining up at him until he thrust into you, deep and slow. The growly purr you let out had him running laps, mentally, and he struggled to keep himself under control. His hands sought out your breasts, fingertips tugging at your nipples as he pressed into you over and over.
“I-, I-,” you gasped, melting into the bed as your orgasm built. His hands grazed over your sensitive areas, sending chills across your skin. Close.
“You feel incredible,” he nuzzled you gently as you threaded your finger into his. Your thumb rubbed across the back of his hand. Your tell. “My pretty toy wants to cum?”
“Yes,” you managed to squeak out a reply. You wanted to sink into the bed and reiterate that you loved being his pretty toy, his needy holes, his eager slut. But you reigned yourself in, instead biting down on your lips and letting out an anguished whine of desperation. Just saying the words to yourself in your head were enough to drive you to the edge.
“Go ahead, cum for me,” he murmured into your neck. He wouldn’t be far after you.
“Mmmpf!” you bit down on your knuckles as you came around him. Your chest heaved with ragged breaths and he clutched at you as he found his own release. He collapsed on you after, head fuzzy with dopamine.
“It’s late,” he looked at you after he’d recovered.
“Yeah,” you nodded.
“I should go,” you spoke again just as Changkyun was about to ask you to stay.
Instead he said nothing so you stood up, eyes searching the room for your clothes. Both quiet, you saw yourself out and your chest twisted when the door swung shut.
…
You chewed your lip as you contemplated texting Changkyun. It’d only been three days since you’d seen him, but you were feeling incredibly needy. As you rode the elevator up to your apartment, you texted your friends to let them know you’d made it.
[yn]: ‘so nice to see you, let’s get a meal together soon!’
Changkyun’s eyebrows had raised with anticipation when your message came in and then quickly furrowed when he read it. He’d already deduced that it wasn’t for him, but when the ‘sorry, wrong person. please ignore!’ had followed it shortly, his temper rose in a way that surprised him. It was impossible to tell anything from the tone of the message, but he couldn’t help but be jealous. For sure jealous if it was something like a date, but even jealous at the simple fact that he hadn’t been the one to spend time with you tonight.
You were disappointed when he didn’t reply. You’d thought, for a moment, it could open the door for you to ask whether he was free. Since that hadn’t presented itself as an option, you resigned yourself to masturbating instead. By the time you finished your skincare routine and settled in bed, you’d become antsy with anticipation.
“Shit,” you cursed under your breath when you realized your vibrator was dead. You plugged it in, but it would take some time. That was fine, your hands and your overactive imagination had certainly never let you down before!
Closing your eyes, you let yourself settle into a thought. Your fingertips lightly skimmed across the sensitive skin of your torso, your hips, and your inner thighs. You sighed contently as your left hand came to tease at the underside of your breast and your right hand stroked up your inner thighs. You let out a small, surprised puff of air when you realized how wet you’d become. Gathering it up, your fingertips moved to circle your clit lazily and pinch every so often.
Inevitably, your mind wandered to your last sexual encounter with Changkyun. You recalled the way his eyes looked at you intently as his tongue dragged torturous circles around your clit. You let out a soft whine as your fingers dipped into your entrance and you recalled the way he had called you ‘his pretty toy’.
Toy. Doll. Kitten. You whimpered as you imagined his deep, sultry voice rasping in your ear. You’d never told him, but you adored when he used these pet names for you. Best of all when preceded by the word ‘my’. You’d recently learned that you had quite the taste for power dynamics in the bedroom and were still grappling with it yourself. It seemed like Changkyun might be able to give you what you wanted, but you felt too shy to ask yet.
You chewed at your lip and whined with frustration as you tried, repeatedly, to bring yourself to orgasm. It surprised you as you’d never struggled before, but this time you couldn’t seem to bring yourself over the crest. Exhaling sharply, your eyes flitted to your phone again. You wondered if he was up.
[yn]: ‘...please ignore if you’re busy, but…are you up?’
[ck]: ‘yes. everything okay?’
[yn]: ‘can i call you?’
You threw your phone away with embarrassment. Were you really going to call him just to hear his voice? You had to push that thought aside when your phone started buzzing. Changkyun was calling you!
“H-hi,” you greeted him with some surprise, “How-, um, thanks for calling.”
“Sure,” he smiled, “Everything okay?” He repeated the question that you hadn’t answered.
“Mhm, yes,” you nodded, squirming under the sheets. You knew what you wanted to ask, but couldn’t seem to vocalize the words.
“...was there something you wanted to talk about?” Changkyun asked after you didn’t speak again. He could hear shifting and rustling on your side of the call and he wondered if you were in bed.
“Um,” you inhaled, “Kind of? If you’re not busy.”
“I wouldn’t have called otherwise,” he chuckled. The sound of his voice curled into your ear and you held back a sigh. “It’s late. Are you in bed?”
“Yes,” you nodded, “Are you? It is late.”
“No,” Changkyun shook his head, leaning back in his chair. “I’m at my desk. Doing some work on the computer.”
“Ah! Should I let you go?” you asked. You wanted to smack your own forehead. Why were you so nervous?
“Please don’t. I called you, remember?”
“That’s true,” you chuckled.
“Tell me about your day,” Changkyun prompted. You seemed nervous and he had a feeling he knew why. He hoped he could get you to relax enough to tell him why you’d wanted to call.
“Ah,” you relaxed. This you could do.
“And you saw a friend?” he asked after you had told him about work. The tinge of jealousy in his voice triggered a throb in your core.
“The text you accidentally sent me,” he elaborated when you didn’t answer.
“Ah, that,” you nodded, “I ran into an old friend from school. When I was on my way home.”
“I see,” he blinked. Not nearly enough information to sate his curiosity, but he also felt he didn’t have the right to ask for more. “And then what has my kitten been up to since they got home?”
You swallowed loudly. It could’ve been an innocent question, but you could tell that he was finally calling your bluff. You pressed your thighs together and let out a defeated exhale.
“How did you know?” you pouted.
“It’s past midnight,” he laughed at your indignant tone. “And I can hear the neediness in your voice.”
“Changkyun,” you sighed, the gates open now. “Please help.”
“Help how?” his voice lilted teasingly. “I’m all the way over here.”
“Tell…talk to me,” you begged, fingers stroking through your drenched folds again.
“Hmm,” he chuckled smugly, “Is my kitten so needy that even just my voice will get you off?”
“I think so,” you moaned, sinking into the pillows as you ground your hips against your hand.
“Fuck,” he cursed, palming himself through his pants as he listened to your little gasps and moans. “Sound so pretty gasping for my cock,” he smirked into the phone.
“Hnn,” you nodded in agreement.
You wanted to tell him how you loved being wrapped around him like a cocksleeve. How you throbbed for him, ached for him. You wished you were brave enough to ask him to claim you, but the worry at the back of your mind caused the words to dry up in your throat. After all, you’d established terms at the beginning and you most definitely weren’t his.
“Tell me what you’re thinking about,” he rasped into your ear as he thrust himself into his own fist.
“You,” you answered simply.
“Hmm,” he purred, a shit eating grin on his face. “Wish you were here. Sitting on my cock for me like a good girl.”
You whined, fingers reaching a fever pitch. You were almost there.
“Tell me,” he panted into the phone, “Tell me who you’re thinking of. I want to hear it when you cum.”
His name echoed in your head as the orgasm finally ripped through you. Your hand clapped over your mouth out of subconscious reflex and all he heard was a muffled cry. It was still enough to bring him over the edge, but when his presence of mind returned, he couldn’t help but feel disappointed.
…
You frowned as you scrolled through your phone. Things had been uncharacteristically quiet since your last call with Changkyun. You’d sent him a few texts here and there and received monosyllabic replies. At first, this hadn’t seemed too unusual, but after two weeks you were starting to feel certain that you were being ghosted.
Changkyun frowned. He was starting to regret his decision to go out. When his friends had asked, he’d been feeling petty about you and said ‘yes’ out of spite. He’d been approached by a few folks and despite them being attractive and fun, he didn’t feel anything more than a passing acknowledgement.
Despite what his short replies may have suggested to you, you’d been on his mind a lot. While true that at the onset of this friends with benefits arrangement, he hadn’t been looking for anything other than casual, that seemed to have changed. More than a few times had he hoped you would stay through a weekend, but you were too good at following the rules.
“What’s up with you?” his friend appeared at his side, slinging an arm around his shoulders. “You are in a funk!”
“Yeah, I kind of am,” Changkyun shrugged. There was no sense in denying it. Maybe if he left now, he would be able to catch you before you fell asleep. “I’m going to head out. Thanks for inviting me.”
He was grateful that his friends didn’t put up much of a fight and before long he was in his car, driving home. He thought about calling you, but his stubbornness hadn’t receded yet. He wanted some sort of tell from you that you were interested in more too.
[yn]: ‘are you ghosting me?’
Changkyun’s eyebrow raised sharply at the text message. He was dialing you before he even realized it.
“Hello? Give me one second?” you sounded far away when you picked up his call.
Changkyun let go of the breath he didn’t realize he’d been holding.
“Hey, can you hear me?” you said a moment later, voice much clearer now.
“Yes, I can,” he replied, relief spreading through him that you had picked up.
“Do you need something?” you asked. There was an annoyed edge in your voice and he couldn't blame you. He’d been quite distant lately.
“Yes,” he answers. His Adam's apple bobbed a few times before he spoke again. “How are you?”
“Oh-kay,” you drew the word out. “What do you need?”
Changkyun’s tongue pressed into his cheek. If you hadn’t had a legitimate reason to be upset at him, he would’ve thought you were bratting. He would have liked it.
“I’ve been thinking about you,” he finally spoke. It didn’t really answer your question, but it was what he could manage without sounding like a complete idiot.
“Oh really?” you hoped you sounded nonchalant, but your body reacted to his statement.
“Yes.”
You narrowed your eyes at him, even though he wasn’t there to see. He had only said one syllable and yet it made you feel on fire as if he had said something graphic and filthy. It was truly unfair.
“Have you thought of me? Since our last call?”
“Yes,” you sighed, trying to hold onto your indignance. It was tiring to keep your walls up when you still wanted him so badly.
“Have you…cum to the thought of me since our last call?” he asked. His voice sounded ragged.
“...no,” you exhaled sharply with frustration. This was true, but not for lack of trying. “I-, I can’t seem to without you.”
Changkyun’s eyes widened at your confession. It shot through him like electricity.
“It’s been frustrating,” you continued, voice thin and breathy. Your resolve was breaking.
“Do you want-,” he offered. “I can help.”
“...please,” you nodded vehemently.
Changkyun turned the car around as he listened to you lay down. Your soft gasps and moans as you listened so well to his instructions made him consider breaking the speed limit more than once. Instead he got a hold of himself while you rubbed your clit for him and his cock throbbed eagerly as he drove.
“Are you hard?” Your question took him by surprise.
“Of course,” he laughed. He was straining against his pants.
“Are you playing with yourself?” you asked shyly.
“No, not right now.”
“Oh? That’s too bad. I wish I could. Let you use me like your pretty little cocksleeve.”
Changkyun’s eyes bugged out of his head. Fucking hell.
“Oh? You wanna play with me?” He managed to recover.
“Mhm,” you cooed, “I want you to use me like your pretty little doll so bad. My fingers aren't enough.”
“Hnn, my baby needs me so bad? Can't even cum without my help? Need me to talk you through it,” he smirked, his ego inflating. The desperate whine you let out made him grip the steering wheel so hard his knuckles went white.
“Please Changkyun, please. Need you until I can’t take any more. Fuck me until I cry,” you begged and begged. Your hips had risen off of the bed and despite your best efforts you were right at the edge but unable to crest it.
Changkyun was running up the stairs to your apartment as he listened to you struggle. He could clearly picture you, brow screwed up with concentration, sweat beading on your nose as you tried to let go.
“Stop,” he instructed as he ascended the last flight of steps. “Listen to me, kitten, stop touching yourself for a second.”
You frowned, pulling your hand away. It wasn't like it was doing any good anyways. You were down so bad that you seemed to need him in the flesh.
“You want to cum?”
“I want to,” you exhaled sharply. You were frustrated at yourself more than anything else.
“Let me in,” he cooed. “Let me in and I'll give you what you need.”
Your eyes shot open and once you processed his words, you bolted to the door. Nearly ripping the door off its hinges, you jumped into his arms, kissing him voraciously. You felt him chuckle before he licked into your mouth with an intensity that made you shiver. He was here.
“Had me aching for you the whole way over,” he snarled, nipping at your neck. “My cock is throbbing for you.”
“Changkyun,” you pawed at his shirt frantically.
“So needy,” he laughed as he carried you to the bedroom.
“Please,” you didn’t care that you seemed desperate. You would’ve taken him on the floor if he’d let you.
His lips quirked up into a smirk as he unbuttoned his shirt.
“You'll take what I give you,” he raised an eyebrow at you when you let out an impatient whine.
You pressed your lips shut. You really weren't in a position to be making demands. Instead you squeezed your knees together impatiently as you watched him undress at a speed that you knew was just to make you crazy.
“Don’t you want to be inside of me?” you asked him, feigning innocence. “I thought you said you wanted me to sit on your cock like a good girl, but you’re taking really long!”
Changkyun let out a derisive snort, his eyebrow jerking upwards again, and gestured you towards him. You stood from the bed and brought yourself toe to toe with him and he looked down his nose at you, eyes intense.
“Have you always been this noisy?” he asked.
Your jaw dropped slightly. His words zipped through you like electricity. Your pupils dilated as you looked up at him in wonder.
“I asked you a question,” he cupped your cheek in a deceptively tender gesture.
“No, I don’t think I’m noisy,” you found your voice.
“Hm, well then I wonder what inspired the change,” he laughed.
Before you could answer, Changkyun’s thumb had slipped through your lips and was pressing down on your tongue. Your mouth closed around his digit reflexively and your tongue reached forward to caress him softly.
“So pretty,” he smiled at you, eyes glued to your lips.
You hummed happily at this scrap of praise. You nursed his thumb in your mouth until he pulled his hand back minutes later. He wiped the saliva off on your cheek before he finished unbuttoning his shirt and taking it off. As you watched him intently, you let out little noises of appreciation that were going straight to his head, but he did his best not to show it.
“Changkyun,” your hands reached out towards him, unable to wait any more.
“What is it?” he held you at arms length, making you squirm under his intense gaze. “I want you to use your words.”
Normally this would've made you shy beyond being able to speak, but he had teased you for so long that your typical inhibitions were gone.
“I want you to ruin me,” you answered him solemnly. “I want you to use me. I want you to be rough, I really need it.”
“Hm,” his lips drew into a line as he considered your words. “Are you mine for the night?”
“Yours period,” you nodded breathlessly. You'd thought it many times but it knocked the wind out of your sails to say it out loud.
Changkyun felt the knot in his chest unfurl. The feeling of stuckness he'd been experiencing over you started to undo itself.
“Mine. Period.” he pulled you towards him by the back of your neck.
You melted.
“Yours,” you reinforced, fingertips tracing along his waistband. “Changkyun, please.”
“Yes,” he answered, pushing you to your knees. You smiled up at him before slipping your fingers into his waistband and pulling down.
Changkyun was surprised at the speed with which you took him into your mouth. Your tongue lapped firmly up his length before you reversed direction, nursing his tip between your lips. He hissed at the sensitive pressure and the way that your eyes lit up at the sound made his knees nearly buckle.
“Enough,” he withdrew from your, pulling you up to your feet. He guided you onto the bed and pressed you onto your back with his hand splayed across your chest. Slotting himself between your legs, he gave you a look that conveyed his hot, heavy attraction. You squirmed.
“Changkyun,” you whined, “Baby, please!”
“Baby?” his eyebrow raised, fixing you with a bemused look.
Your face got hot.
“Oh-I, um…,” you floundered under his gaze.
Changkyun smiled as he watched you stutter. He didn’t mind the moniker, of course, but he had been surprised to hear you use a pet name for him.
“It’s okay, I like it,” he finally reassured you after watching you squirm for a while. “You want me to fuck you, baby?”
“Yes!” you cried, rocking your hips anxiously, desperate for more.
Changkyun settled back and watched as you ground yourself desperately against him. He found himself hypnotized by the way your lips caressed his swollen, red tip, coating it with your juices. His hand on your chest held you in place, but you were trying your best to press forward and take more of his length. Cute.
“Please, please, please,” you’d been mumbling endlessly for a while now. Your brows were pinched together. What did you have to do to get him to fuck you?!
Changkyun’s eyes raked over you and he smirked. You were starting to unravel and he couldn’t wait for you to be completely undone.
“Baby, please!” your eyes snapped open as your patience finally snapped. “I can feel the tip but I need more! Need to feel you inside of me, Changkyun please!”
That did it. His eyes widened just a fraction before his hands found purchase in your hips and he pulled you down on his swollen cock slowly. When he had fully sheathed himself in you, he leaned forward, grabbing the sides of your face for a kiss. You returned it voraciously as you bucked desperately against his cock buried deep inside of you.
“So desperate,” he chuckled against your lips. “Just a little hole for me to bury myself in.”
Largely unintelligible cries left your mouth. A string of babbles as he started driving into you deep and hard.
“Fuck, you’re so good,” he groaned appreciatively as your walls clenched around him, squeezing him tight. God damn it, he was close.
“I’m, I’m, I-,” your brows pinched together as you looked up at him. Your thumb rubbed against the back of his hand. Your tell.
“Be a good girl and cum for me,” he coaxed you, fingers tweaking your nipple, sending you over the edge.
“Changkyun!!” you cried, back arching up off of the bed towards him as you came completely undone.
Hearing you scream his name as you came pushed him over the edge and he quickly followed you. Falling onto his forearms, he shuddered before deflating slightly onto you. You wrapped your arms around his broad chest and you pressed your face into the crook of his neck. You were so satisfied.
“We can talk more about this tomorrow, but I do want you to be mine,” he murmured in your ear.
Your eyes snapped open at this confession and a sigh of relief left your lips.
“I-, I’d like that,” you admitted shyly.
Changkyun smiled and pressed soft kisses against your neck. He’d stay the night and you’d work out the details tomorrow.

A gentle breeze fluttered through the rippling curtains, parting them just enough to allow streams of early sunlight to illuminate your lover's features. Kaz's gentle breathing and almost peaceful expression sent a wave of warmth through your chest, directly into your heart. Who knew the deadliest criminal in Ketterdam could find solace in a cozy bed, surrounded by the melodies of bird song?
Shifting your gaze downwards, you noticed that during the night Kaz had intertwined your fingers with his own, holding them gentle prisoners within his hardened, calloused hands. Lightly brushing a stray ebony lock from his porcelain skin, your eyeline was drawn to the glittering colours now covering the walls of your shared bedroom. The sun was seemingly painting your pale home with hues of sunrise, leaving within you a deep sense of longing for more.
Tenderly brushing your free hand over Kaz's shoulder, you watched as his lashes began to flutter, before a pair of deep chestnut eyes caught your own. After many years of slowly lowering the walls that towered over his heart, you had watched the defence slip from him, with each day gradually healing the cracks.
After few moments of basking in eachother's presence, Kaz rose, gazing towards the sunrise you had previously been admiring. Taking in the sublime feeling the new day gave him, the fingers wrapped around your own tightened. "It's Sunday," a gravelly voice softly announced, "You must want to drag me to the market"
Smiling gingerly at his feigned annoyance, you placed a gentle kiss to his temple in reply, before slipping out of bed to ready yourself for the trip. Throughout most of Kaz's life, each day had brought new challenges, with the Barrel constantly presenting treacherous threats and difficulties, leaving little time for anything else but heightened apprehension.
Since meeting you however, Kaz had learned the importance of routine, as well as quiet. The ocean that usually drowned him with perilous swells transformed into a flow of gentle waves, lapping peacefully against a shore, rather than aiming to violently drag him under. Although hesitant at first, the bastard had learnt to adore your domestic routines, fetching fresh flowers for the vases on Monday's, having tea after a dreg meeting on Thursday's, and his discrete favourite of them all, the market every Sunday.
As you noted the list of items you were searching for, Kaz stood by the entrance to your home, gaze softening each time your brows furrowed as you attempted to decipher what you had missed off. Opening the door with a soft click, you grabbed onto his gloved hand as you practically dragged him out of the door, leaving Kaz with an amused but warm expression as he allowed you to sweep him away.

"Where do you reckon he goes every week?" a voice mumbled through a mouthful of pancakes, barely audible as Nina continued to eat her breakfast. Collectively the crows shrugged and shared parallel voicings of uncertainty.
"What is there to do on a Sunday, I mean that's like the least exciting day of them all?" Jesper thought aloud, sprawling carelessly against the seat he and Wylan shared. After a short period of quiet discussion, a figure slid down the stairs, clutching a neatly folded note in one hand.
Emerging from the shadowed stairwell, Inej returned to the group, causing gasps and a dramatic jolt from Jesper, each one completely unaware that she had slipped away during their chatter. "Here," she announced, an amused tone evidently lacing her voice, with the mischievous twinkle in her eye not going unmissed by the group.
Snatching the note from Inej, Jesper hastily unfolded the paper, smoothing the creases with his slender fingers. The group watched in anticipation as Jesper's eyes scanned the words, visibly astounding the sharpshooter. As he concluded his reading, his eyes glimmered with the same playfulness as Inej, the corners of his lips curling into a smirk.
"Well?" Nina announced, shooting an expectant look at Jesper, "Are you going to tell the rest of us what's in there or not?"
Clearing his throat theatrically, Jesper tilted his head upwards, "It seems we know where our beloved boss disappears to every week," pausing to increase the apprehension.
"Hurry up," Wylan complained, trying desperately to peer into the note as Jesper clutched it to his chest. "Okay, okay! It turns out that Mr Brekker enjoys a spot of early morning shopping, and hopes to 'catch the rising sun' before he does so," the sharpshooter exclaims, quoting Kaz's letter, holding in his laughter.
"You're saying that Kaz Brekker spends his free time buying flowers and pastries, not scheming the deaths of everyone in Ketterdam?" Nina all but chokes out in shock, her breathing heavy as she fights the laughter that already wracks her shoulders.
Through a sheepish smile, Wylan softly adds, "How do we know that its true? I can't imagine Kaz ever doing, well, that."
"I mean, there's only one way to find out, right?" Jesper announces, rising to his feet with a mischievous grin plastered onto his features
════ ∘◦ᵒ 𓅓 ᵒ◦∘ ════
"Where would you like to go first?" Kaz's voice directed itself towards you, carrying over the bustle of the market, despite the orange hue still lingering over the city. "You know exactly where," you tease, tightening the grip on his little finger with your own, tethering you to him so neither of you were seperated
Leading you through the crowd with his towering frame, Kaz effortlessly guided you to the secluded section of the market, feet automatically taking him to your favourite fruit stall. "Morning Mr Brekker, the usual for you two?" called the welcoming voice of the owner, already selecting the ripest items for his most favoured customers.
The pair of you were beloved among the merchants, with your compassionate nature drawing everyone to you, and your boyfriend offering substantial tips to those you liked best. Although directly contrasting in character, you complemented each other's qualities deeply, creating a sincere connection between you.
Allowing the sea breeze to lightly brush his skin, he focused his entire attention on you, admiring the gentle flow of words that poured from your delicate lips. Kaz basked in the warmth you provided him, your mere presence grounding him, sheltering him from harm with your sentiment.
Your words transformed into a melody to his ears as your voice sung above the low noise of the market, directly into his chest, rendering him unable to look away from your angelic profile. You halted your steps as you looked out into the harbor, pretending to ignore the fact that Kaz could not take his admiring gaze from you.
In his eyes, you seemed ethereal in this moment, the sea-breeze wisping your hair around you, the sunrise's final pallete showering you in a rosy light, orange and pink dancing off of your features. Kaz ignored the thoughts that these observations were weak, or dangerous, instead reminding himself of your reassurance that he can remain the most deadly man in Ketterdam, as well as finding peace.
The edges of his mouth were just beginning to lightly tilt upwards, when a loud thump sounded behind them, seemingly a crate had just fallen. Returning to his content state, Kaz was just about to forget the sound until a familiar "Ow, that hurt!" whispered nearby.
Whipping his head round at an astounding rate, Kaz just caught the flash of an emerald jacket slipping behind a cluster of rotting oak barrels, the tip of a scuffed shoe protruding from the other end of the stack.
"Everything okay love," you inquired, resting your free hand on his arm as your gaze shifted to where Kaz's previously held. "I was just concerned that the bakers would run out of your favourite pastries, it's busy today," Kaz observed, his tone indicating his lie to you, however he gently began to tug you in the direction of the stall, and you gladly obliged.
════ ∘◦ᵒ 𓅓 ᵒ◦∘ ════
"Saints, that was a close one," Jesper breathed out, releasing the breath he had withheld since he knocked over the crate, directly onto Nina's foot. "He almost caught us thanks to you, we would all be dead by now if Inej hadn't pulled you back in time"
"Well, it seems as if the letter was right, Kaz really does spend his weekends shopping," Inej stated, amusement striking through her tone. "Have any of you ever seen him so calm? It's nice to know he has a human side to him too," Wylan pointed out, as they all began to discuss their findings.
"What do you think he would have done to us if he found us?" Jesper questioned, smirking proudly at the group's evasion of their leader, "It's Kaz so, I guess we would all be..."
"Dead," sounded a sharp voice from behind the group, a resounding thump following as hard metal struck the cobblestone street.
The group's hilarity quickly morphed into alarm, each crow swiftly turning to meet the unwavering threat in their boss' gaze. "It seems as if Inej is the only one of you with any sense," Kaz observed.
"What? She was the one who," Jesper began before sensing the absence of the Wraith beside him, not even the wind carrying a trace of her previous presence. Breathing out of a puff of exasperation, Jesper let out a defeated "Well then."
"Do any of you care to enlighten me as to why you are here? It seems as if you've been spying on me during my free time. I sincerely hope that I will stand corrected," Kaz demanded, a calm yet dangerous tone commanding his words.
Despite the thrum of conversation drifting through the market, a rigid silence settled between the group, each one glancing fearfully at each other in the hope that someone would get them out of this.
However unlikely that seemed.
"Well, I must be correct then," Kaz sliced through the growing tension, "I'm sure a detailed meeting this evening at the Crow Club is needed, however I will tell you this now," Kaz practically seethed, cane tightening beneath his grasp.
Taking a daunting stride towards them, his eyes narrowed, a snarl making its way to his features, a sight that was never usually reserved for his friends. However, the group highly doubted he would take this lightly.
"You are all going to go quietly, and immediately back to the slat. If I even sense you are still here, you will discover why so many people in this city are struck with terror at the thought of me. Understand?" Kaz warned, voice laced with threat, lowering with each syllable as he attempted to control his fury.
Hurried sounds of 'yes boss', 'of course', 'it won't happen again', overlapped with each other as the crows struggled to hastily comply with Kaz's command. They watched in complete stillness as their boss turned sharply, hastily limping back into the crowded streets, his black attire eventually lost to the waves of people.
Muffled laughter suddenly rang out behind the group, who turned in fright to find a rosy faced Inej, hand clasped tightly over her mouth in an attempt to stifle the giggles escaping from her. "Did you," Inej began before more laughter interrupted her speech, "Did you see his face? He was blushing, I never thought I would see the day. He was mortified!" She finished, breathless as her bright amusement continued.
"Blushing? Are you joking Inej, he literally threatened to kill us!" Jesper started incredulously, "Nobody else saw this supposed blush did they?"
"He did look a little red..." Wylan began, voice trembling, with nerves or laughter, not even he himself could tell. "Well, I think that's enough to satisfy our curiosity for one day," Jesper states, "Come on then, lets go before he finds we're still here. I don't even want to begin to imagine..." he trailed off, giving off an exaggerated shiver before heading in the direction they came from.
"Uhm, hello? Are you guys coming?" Jesper questioned, turning back to find the group staring back out through the crates, completely ignoring the pleas of the sharpshooter to leave.
"Look," Wylan whispered, softly grabbing the edge of Jesper's sleeve and pulling him towards himself. Glancing through the crooked panel of a barrel, Jesper's gaze led him to realize what had ensnared the attention of the crows. Standing close to where they were originally spotted, Kaz had regained his lover's company, as you stood with baked goods piled high in your grasp.
The crows observed in shock as Kaz slowly leaned down, placing a delicate kiss to your lips, capturing them in his own for a brief few moments. The embarrassment of being caught in such vulnerability by his friends had slipped away, his mind captured once again by your aura, allowing your tender smile to bathe him in warmth.
"Are you sure you're alright love?" you utter, lashes fluttering as you take in his lighthearted expression, allowing him to slip a few of your bags onto his free arm, relieving the weight you had previously been hauling. "I'm fine," he states, again not completely truthful, however his demeanor didn't indicate any true discomfort.
"I think we should go to the florists, the one over that way," Kaz offered, nodding his head in the opposite direction of your usual path. Kaz prayed you would go along with his plan, knowing doubtlessly that his crows were still lurking somewhere amongst the crowds.
"Okay, lets go," you chirped, flashing a radiant smile towards him before linking your arm with his, uncaring that your bags swung against each other's due to the close proximity. Now, Kaz was the enthusiastic one, pulling you hastily through the crowds to evade the observing eyes of his friends.
As Kaz once again drowned out everything but your melodious voice, he began to feel grateful his crows had seen the pair of you together. You truly were his greatest achievement, and his embarrassment melted into pride, knowing deep down that he was deserving of your love and affection, and that was all that mattered.
