Bringing back ask culture? heck yeah!

Well, I'm currently coming down off a Red Vs Blue hyperfixation. (Halo based mechanima series)

Just finished season 2 of Leverage Redemption, so still in the mood for that. (western live action series)

Currently making my way through Team Starkid's backlog. I'm on Nightmare Time at the moment. (filmed stage theater, though Nightmare Time was more radio drama done over skype.)

My group watch server is doing a watch of Sleuth of the Ming Dynasty, which is a rewatch for me but I love this found family of crime solving disasters. (Chinese live action series)

And I'm waiting for the next episode of Tearmoon Empire to come out. (anime, villainess regression/do over) I read the manga for it online, but I'm not totally caught up, I think there's a bunch more chapters since I last read it.

Oh, and, and, there's this Cdrama, The Rebirth of the Malicious Empress of Military Lineage, that I'm super excited about but I don't know when it's supposed to come out. Rumours say there's problems with production and even the cast list isn't certain.

If we're talking flat genres, villainess is my favourite genre atm, with transmigration/isekai and regression/do-over battling it out to topple her.

I haven't been reading a lot of books lately, mostly just fanfics and webcomics.

In the remnants of a world where technology and alchemy blend, there was a place beyond the Acidic Seas, called Kleeburg, a domain where the rust-red sky met the turbulent turquoise waters. It was ruled by a Countess, none other than Catherine of Sweden, whose very name was a byword for the melding of ancient nobility and futuristic vision. Catherine, the Countess Palatine of Kleeburg, was a paragon of this era, her mind as sharp as the cybernetic implants that graced her courtiers.

The Countess had an unusual counselor, a being known as the Mechanima. With a visage that belied her powerful intellect, the Mechanima had hair like the smoldering embers of a dying star and eyes that shimmered with the golden glow of distant suns. Her skin was adorned with whorls of intricate cyber-tattoos, the living circuits through which she interfaced with the sprawling net of Kleeburg's knowledge repositories.

Rumors had long whispered of the Mechanima's origin: a project commenced in the zenith of the Cybernetic Renaissance, intended to create a liaison between machine and man, intelligence and intuition. The Mechanima was both and neither, her essence an enigma.

Catherine, sitting upon her throne of obsidian and steel, with the Mechanima at her side, faced a crisis that threatened the very fabric of their world. The Acidic Seas were rising, swallowing whole islands in their corrosive grasp, and a darkness had begun to seep from the ground, turning machines and flesh into dust.

It was then the Mechanima spoke, her voice the harmony of a thousand wind chimes, "There exists a core, a relic of the Old Science, said to harness the essence of creation itself. It lies deep within the Iron Wastes, guarded by the Shadows that feed on entropy."

Without hesitation, Catherine commanded her finest knights to embark on the perilous quest alongside the Mechanima. They journeyed through the remains of ancient cities and over the desolate plains, their path lit only by the Mechanima's luminous gaze.

In the heart of the Iron Wastes, they found it—an orb pulsing with primal energy, suspended in a chamber of collapsing realities. The Shadows descended upon them, but the Mechanima stood unflinching. She reached out, her tattoos glowing fiercely as they resonated with the orb's power.

The battle was fierce, a maelstrom of light and darkness, until finally, the Shadows recoiled, defeated. The Mechanima, now one with the orb, channeled its energy across the land. The Acidic Seas receded, the darkness was purged, and life, once on the brink of annihilation, found a new beginning.

Catherine returned to Kleeburg with the Mechanima, their bond unbreakable, their legend undying. Under their guidance, Kleeburg flourished, a beacon of hope in a world reborn, a testament to the enduring legacy of Catherine of Sweden, Countess Palatine of Kleeburg, and the enigmatic counselor who had saved them all.

Waking up in the middle of a wasteland, a young girl has no idea who she is, or where she came from, until a vicious attack reveals that she's a machine. Fear and longing, uncertainty and hope; these are not things a machine should be able to feel and yet she does. Who built her? Why? Why her?

Gameplay: Explore a Martian landscape, long after humanity has begun to leave Earth with errant robots wandering and causing chaos. Party (Build your Own Robots): Collect scrap and parts from robots and use them to build companions to help you in combat. Combat: Mechanima uses Yami's Battle Symphony. Equip items to The Girl so she can use new skills and change between them on the fly.
