Everyone knows that the Metatron is a meanie so I hate that he buys Aziraphale a coffee not to hypnotize or poison him but to create the illusion of kindness which is something heaven generally doesn't give Aziraphale, and I hate that he gives Aziraphale false promises of him and Crowley being restored as angels making a difference together, when he definitely already knew Crowley would say no he just wants them to be separated before the second coming. He knows they are too powerful together (example being the 25 lazari miracle to hide Gabriel literally being the equivalent of bringing that many people back from the dead) and I hate that this clashes with Crowley deciding to confess his feelings for Aziraphale and I hate how it could have played out so differently and that they might have had a normal civilized discussion with a happy ending if the Metatron hadn't been there to mess it up. 

But damn do I love this show.
