❤️ We love things simple ❤️. What do you like to toss your potatoes in before cooking them up? We got a pound of amazing red potatoes this week in our #mealprepchallenge basket. So we did what we normally do...pop them in the air fryer as is. But this time we decided to toss some garlic, onion powder and basil first. Delicious. 🥬❤️Lettuce wraps anyone❤️🥬? This was a fun way to enjoy last week’s taco Tuesday🌮. Amazing fresh, organic ingredients and produce. And guess what? When you have fresh produce and you eat a clean diet with as little oil and salt as possible, your taste buds appreciate every bit for what it is! We used as many items as possible from our @mamaearthorganics basket to create this masterpiece to the eyes and tongue to celebrate the #mealprepchallenge. In fact, we even had the carrots 🥕and cabbage 💜already shredded on the fridge because we prepped it up for sprinkling throughout the week. À partir du bas : saucisse de dinde et oeufs cuits durs (pour le petit-dej, suivi de fruits frais), courge rôtie au velours balsamique (une nouveauté chez @maille), patates douces cuites au four avec de l'ail, poivrons sautés à l'huile d'olive et à l'ail, tomates cerise et oeufs (pour les collations) et du brocoli au centre. Il ne manque que les poitrines de poulet, qui sont encore au four. Ah pis hier, j'ai aussi préparé des soba au thé vert avec des crevettes et plein de légumes, pour mes lunchs. #mealprepchallenge #motivenutrition #mealprep
