ahhh yes! i've been back and forth on the decision but i honestly like twst too much NOT to write for it. so it will be joining the family on this blog :)

it was so, so warm.

there were a multitude of reasons why, all of which contributed to the rising heat in your system. maybe it was the cozy knit sweater you pulled on earlier heating you up. maybe it was the arm wrapped around you waist, holding you loosely into a warm chest. or maybe it was the flames licking at your cheeks, blood gathering in your face-- err, no, maybe it was the literal flames rubbing your skin.

idia's hair crackles around you, warm tendrils brushing your skin affectionately despite the stiffness of his whole body. you can see the tinge of pink gathering at this tips of his hair, for sure coordinating with the blush that must be staining his pale cheeks. to check would be to break rule number one of cuddling with him-- don't look at him, or he'll die.

"this... this is some real normie shit," idia mumbles lowly.

"would you like to stop?" you murmur, and his body tenses under you. "we can stop if you want to."

silence. his hand runs awkwardly across the length of your arm, fingers wobbly as he makes no move to release you. it's his silent way of saying no, this is fine.

"... am i doing this wrong? this feel wrong," he continues.

you break the golden rule and lift your head to look at him-- his heart pounds wildly against his chest, and idia physically shrinks away from your loving gaze. his eyes are wide and cheeks bright pink as he grips your sleeve in embarrassment. but you don't let him get any words out before pressing a quick peck on his lips and snuggling back into his chest.

"you're doing just fine. i like cuddling with you."

idia gawks stiffly in the space where you once were. his face burns brighter now-- reflected in the almost obnoxious crackle of his hair as it heats up with the rest of him-- and he swears his whole body will wither away from embarrassment. this normie shit is too high-level, he's certainly doing something wrong, but you just kissed him like that and he can feel his brain shut down on him like a corrupted hardrive--

... maybe it's okay if you look at him all sweet like that. don't make it a habit, though-- his fragile otaku heart can't handle so much love at once.

↳ Getting Culture Shock from Your Friendly Family

So... I sort of misinterpreted a request and there's just too much to change so I'm gonna have to redraft an entire writing post. But, I felt like it'd be a waste to delete this so I hope you enjoy this random plot.

The culture shock hit the fae the moment your boisterous family opened the doors with bright smiles and excited cheers. 

“You must be Sebek! Come in, come in!” 

Word must have spread because not only your parents, but Sebek ended up being introduced to your aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, grand-aunts and uncles who were visiting your parents that day. Apparently, your extended family tree was ‘coincidentally’ in the area and wanted to drop by to see the man you brought home. 

A simple lunch plan became an all-out buffet with your family pulling out the extra chairs and plates. Sebek insisted on helping with the heavy lifting which your parents adamantly refused. 

“A guest doesn’t do anything!” “That’s right, just relax and have a drink!” 

“Dad, he’s 16.” 

Sebek was in slight awe of the power your human family possessed, not really physical power but rather their charismatic aura that he couldn’t fight against. Sebek came from a good home as well, but this feeling of intimacy and acceptance from a group of humans that owes him no such hospitality is new to him.

It was as if he was reduced to a pampered child and any responsibility or obligation, he had was taken off his shoulders. 

Once the table was set, Sebek’s vision was overcome by a whirlwind of hands, utensils, and food. Without lifting a finger, the green-haired guest had a mountain of food piled up on his large plate. It was a cuisine unlike the Briar Valley’s food he was familiar with, but the aroma was too tempting to ignore. 

The house was full of loud chatter and laughter that brought a sense of homely warmth to Sebek.

Sebek came from a good home as well, but this feeling of intimacy and acceptance from a group of humans that owes him no such hospitality is new to him.

This feeling of being swept away by your family was… strange but not unpleasant.

"So, how are you keeping up with my family?” You cheekily questioned the tall young man, finally alone as the two of you hid in the sanctuary that was your bedroom. 

After lunch, the little ones in the family were taking advantage of your boyfriend’s trained body as they climbed and swung on him like a jungle gym. Of course, you trusted Sebek as he kept his stance and never once did he drop or falter while the children played to their heart’s content. 

“Hmph, as if a bunch of humans could ever be a challenge for a knight such as myself.” Sebek huffed with all his bravado, but you see the gel in his hair slightly wearing off from sweat. 

You smiled regardless. “That’s good, then. I’m honestly surprised that you're so good with kids.” 

The green-haired man smirked with confidence. “Of course, I would not be so easily taken down by such a puny number of opponents.” 

“Please don’t call my cousins your opponents.” 

Sebek straightened his back as he puffed up his chest. “I am personally impressed that your family are not deterred by me, since not many can handle someone of proud fae blood such as myself!” 

You hummed humorously at him. You knew behind those arrogant words, you knew that he was actually nervous about your family being put off by him, be it for his heritage or his abrasive personality. You even swore that his hair seemed a little more gelled up than usual, hoping to look good in front of your family. 

Slowly, you wrapped your arms around Sebek’s broad shoulders, with Sebek instinctively stiffening from your touch. “My family loves you because they can see what I see. Who do you think raised me?” 

Sebek relaxed and turned his head to meet your eyes. His softened eyes reflected in yours as his hidden worries dissipated from your words. 

Both of you felt a mutual pull towards each other, lips leaning ever close to touch- 

Knock Knock 

Sebek well nearly flung you to the other side of your room in panic, his face burning with embarrassment while your face expressed more shock and a little indignation. 

“Mom and auntie said there’s snacks, so come down.” A tiny carefree voice came through the door before footsteps walking away followed after. 

Maybe Sebek was right. Your cousins were opponents, indeed. 

The moment you and Silver step foot into your family home, you weren’t sure who’s the guest and who’s the actual family member anymore. 

Silver was pulled to the center of the sofa with your family crowding him, cooing and praising the handsome man. 

“Such soft hair, you take good care of yourself!” 

“Not only that, you have a strong body too. You must eat well, that’s good.” 

He’s not your boyfriend, he’s our future son-in-law

Silver is fairly used to this kind of energy thanks to a certain easygoing fae but he does internally heave a sigh of relief that your family seem welcoming of him. Being a human from a primarily fae kingdom, he wasn’t sure how he would come across to other humans.

If you ever worry about the potential gawkers Silver would attract with his good looks and personality, imagine that…but with your very own blood-bonded family. 

You and your family had to suppress your bubbling laughter as you watched your little siblings' eyes sparkle at the prince-like young man you brought home. They quickly latched onto the confused knight-in-training, chubby hands either gripping the leg of his pants or raised up high asking for a hug.

“Should I up my game so I won’t lose my only boyfriend?” 

You finally couldn’t stop yourself from laughing when said boyfriend asserted with such a convicted expression that he would never stray from you. 

Finally, you and Silver had a moment to yourself…or at least one as close as you can get while your little siblings run amok at the park nearby. While the adults were cooking up a storm back home, the children wanted to play outside which led you and your boyfriend on babysitting duty. 

“So…” you started the conversation while the two of you leisurely sat under the shade of a hefty tree. “How are you feeling? I know my family can get a little…much.” 

“They remind me of Father in many ways.” Even with some drowsiness in his voice, Silver replied without hesitation. “It was almost like being in a room with multiple versions of him.” 

“Is that a good thing?” 

The fair man looked over to the park where your siblings were yelling and running without a care in a world. He knew they could feel so carefree because they have you watching over them and have a whole room full of people waiting for them with a warm, hearty meal. 

Never alone, never unloved. A big, joyful family.

And these loving people readily welcomed him, a child with mysterious origins and an unfamiliar upbringing. Silver didn't want to come off as unapproachable or disrespectful due to his quiet demeanor, but your family was unaffected in the least and accepted him with open arms.

Silver smiled at you like a man blessed by the heavens. “It’s wonderful. I never thought my life could feel even brighter and warmer than it already is.” 

You smiled back, warmth filling your heart after hearing the man you love equally cherishing the people precious to you.

Perhaps Silver’s sleepiness has rubbed off on you as you felt compelled to rest your head on his side, with Silver immediately laying his head atop of yours.

“Next time, let’s invite Lilia too.” A quick look of panic was shared between you two. “He’s not allowed in the kitchen, though.” 

“Agreed.” 

Malleus, a being of pure fae blood, was the most clueless of what to expect at a human gathering which led to a multitude of questions regarding human customs. It was rather adorable to watch this imposing figure pace back and forth over the most minor of concerns. 

“What is the customary gift to offer your family as a greeting?” 

“I don’t know, wanna try gold bars? Haha…wait Malleus don’t actually-!” 

After calming your boyfriend's nerves, the two of you finally reached your home where your family were excitedly waiting for you and the man you brought.

Of course your family is impressed by the magnificent figure that was Malleus and the inhuman features that the fae worried over were instead adored and admired. 

“His horns look strong but shiny, so sleek.” 

“Such a tall, handsome man! A little skinny, but very healthy and that’s what matters.” 

Mayhap, this lack of fear of yours is an inherited trait.  

Soon, compliments turned to gifts as your family bombarded Malleus (and by extension you, I guess) with things around the house that they think kids your age would like. Free prizes they’ve won, treats the family bought too many of, presents given by other relatives or friends…everything was suddenly in his hands and lap. 

It was almost entertaining watching your boyfriend, who could literally acquire any materialistic goods he could want for, get overwhelmed by all the gifts and trinkets that he could barely carry in his arms.

“Just be grateful, Malleus. At least they hadn’t given shopping bags filled with those dried fruit snacks you mentioned were good yet.”

A sense of calm and peace finally came over your household. Well, your family’s version of calm at least, which is everyone sitting around the living room, chatting while watching a melodrama with that attractive actor your grandmother likes. 

Imagine the confusion and slight concern on Malleus’s face as your mother tried to explain the plot of the whole series. 

“Is he not aware of how his mother is treating his paramour? How can he let this be?” 

“Malleus sweetie, he’s been in the hospital this whole time because of that car accident with his half-brother. That’s why the mother is trying to get rid of the girl before he wakes!” 

You chuckled at the scene of your sweet boyfriend giving his full attention to your mother’s passionate venting, but a pang of anxiety pricked you. 

Your family can be quite boisterous and forward, even by typical human family standards. You never wanted to pry into Malleus’s personal life but you can’t imagine any noble fae behaving like your family do. You are by no means embarrassed by your family, but you’d hate the idea that Malleus was feeling uncomfortable but far too courteous to speak out.

Gently, you called Malleus’s attention with a subtle touch atop his hand. When he turned to you, you motioned him to lean down to whisper into his ear. “If we get too loud, you can excuse yourself. I can cover for you.” 

Malleus felt aghast by your words. Was he giving off any signs of dissatisfaction? That was not his intention at all. 

Yes, your family is unlike most families the young fae heir have encountered. In fact, they are unlike most people he has encountered in general. No one would be brave enough to crowd him so freely, to pull one of the strongest mages of their time around to their whim. 

In contrast to the large, silent halls of his throne room in his castle, Malleus found himself nearly squished into a couch with someone at every direction while chatter filled this comparatively small home. 

How delightful this has been for him to be a part of this lovely family.

Hoping to convey his sincerest thoughts, Malleus encompasses your hand in his, whispering softly to you. 

“I’m enjoying myself, truly.” 

Your mother suddenly perked up, looking away from her phone she was typing away on. “Oh, honey! My friend group is planning on a road trip to this cute retreat. Would you and Malleus want to join us?” 

“Are you…inviting me?” 

If Malleus’s tail was visible right now, do you think you’d see it wagging excitedly?

“We’re not there yet…” you smiled. idia tilted his head, “Then why did we stop here?”

“Look up.” you pointed up. the flame haired male looked up at the sky and to his surprise, there was a floating building high up into the sky. he had so many questions. how are they floating? are they using magic? what's the secret behind it?!

“H-h-how?!” idia gawked. you gently grabbed idia’s hand and lead him on a floating pillar, making squeak in fear and cling onto you.

“How about you just close your eyes and think of something that might overcome your fear of height?” you requested. just as you say, idia closes his eyes. he let out a soft squeak when he felt the pillar move upwards. it may not take long until you tell him to open his eyes, “You can open your eyes now…”

idia opened his eyes and find himself at the castle. he was still kinda nervous about staying on high ground. you gently rub the male's back, “Let just head inside, shall we?”

“S-sure…” idia nodded as you gently grabbed his hand and led him inside your home. to his surprise, the interior is huge and luxurious. he never realizes you'll be this rich. although, he was wondering what you're gonna show him. you lead him to your bedroom and allow him to sit on your bed.

Hi! I’ve never sent an ask before so I’m really nervous, but let me just start by saying that I am completely and utterly OBSESSED with PTM! It has consumed my every waking thought. I’ve been thinking about it for months straight. Like, I have literally started thinking of stuff from the fic as actual TWST canon! I love it and I love your writing!

So, if it’s alright, I wanted to ask how your specific interpretation of Jade in this fic would react to a Yuu who’s a “stone top”?

I’m so obsessed with your story that I keep fantasizing about how scenes would play out with my own Yuusona. But as soon as Jade starts having his usual sexual fantasies where he’s the top, my Yuusona becomes distraught, thinking things like: Would he even still like me if he know I was dominant? Will he lose interest once he learns that I’m not what he wants me to be?

Even during the scene in chapter five where he fantasizes about Yuu being on top, Jade thinks, “I’ll fuck you so good, I’ll make you feel good if you’ll just let me,” implying that even when he’s on the bottom he still wants to be the one doing things to his partner, which, unfortunately, is a no-go for my Yuusona.

I don’t know your Jade well enough to think of answers to these questions myself. I’ve wrestled with this for months now because I didn’t want to bother you with this directly, but I finally caved. I need answers from the only person who truly knows that’s going on in PTM!Jade’s head!

(((I do adore the Yuu in the fic, of course! Their reactions to Jade’s thoughts are super relatable and funny, and I’m genuinely invested in their slowly developing feelings for him!)))

Interesting question! Hmm, well the whole premise of PTM is that Jade's fantasies are just that, fantasies! They're not accurate to Yuu at all, which is part of the humor! Yuu at this point also doesn't really reciprocate Jade's feelings, at the moment they're more confused about how they actually feel and are deep into believing that they want nothing to do with Jade.

If it helps, Jade's fantasies are more aligned to him wanting to have Yuu be dependent on him, as to me he wants to generally take care of them and have them see him as the ideal partner. It's not limited to the sexual fantasies, though, it's just something he wants to do as a partner in general.

"Y/N! WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!?", You froze in fear, and turned your head to look at Riddle as he was walking towards you with an angry look on his face. He approached you in his signature dorm leader uniform, with his cape flowing behind him, and a piece of paper in his hand, which he was gripping tightly. He stood in front of you, with his arms crossed with the same angry look on his face. "Is there something wrong Riddle?", you looked at Riddle and started fidgeting with your hands; despite how use you had gotten to Riddle's outbursts, he still made you nervous when his anger was directed towards you. Riddle continued to glare at you, as he took out the piece of paper he was holding, revealing it to be a failed exam from Professor Trein's class that you had gotten this week, and apparently forgotten to have grabbed it, when you left the classroom. "You failed an exam in history, and you did not bring it to my attention! You have broken rule #2 of the Queen of Hearts Rules; "If students are to receive a failing grade from a class, they must bring it to the attention of the dorm leader or vice dorm leader." What have you to say for yourself Y/N?" Riddle's face was slowly starting to resemble a tomato, as you continued to fidget under Riddle's gaze. "I apologize Riddle. I know you are upset about me failing my exam, but I didn't want to bring it to your attention because I didn't want you to be upset." You said as your eyes glanced towards the ground, unable to look Riddle in the face. "Hmph, it's no excuse that you have broken the rules, and for that you will be punished." You lifted your head to look at Riddle, explaining to him that you still tried, despite not getting the results you wanted. Riddle looked at you with an unimpressed look, not buying what you were saying; "If you studied everyday, then why does your grade contradict your actions? There will be no excuse for this and punishment will be to write a 500 word essay about why "Rule #2 is important. Failure to fulfill your punishment will be OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!" Riddle angry red faced appeared when he is pissed, but you yourself was starting to get furious. "I'm not like you.", You said quietly and your hands balled into fists. Riddle's barely heard what you said and ordered you to speak up. "I SAID I'M NOT LIKE YOU!", you screamed back at him, eyes filled with rage and your face closely resembling Riddle's. Riddle angry face vanished and turned into one of shock, not expecting you to scream at him and having a similar side to him as well. Tears began to stream down your face as Riddle listened to you rage, and then his heart began to ache as he felt horrible for making you cry. "Y/N wait!", Riddle reached his hand out to stop you, but you had already ran out of the hallway, away from him. Before he first talked to you, he saw the whole studded jackets and spikes as a major "stay away"

His whole thing revolves around keeping Kalim safe, and unfortunately everything about your style doesn't exactly scream safe

After he started talking to you, he started to get a little more comfortable

He appreciated your blunt and honest nature

It's kind of what he needed after dealing with personalities like Kalim's

That doesn't means that he suddenly trusts you though

Again he's basically a body guard, that's his whole job

It took a while of the two of you hanging out before he was completely comfortable around you

In all honesty you probably got closer to Kalim first before finally becoming closer to Jamil

If you ever dragged him to a concert and into a mosh pit then trust me he's be terrified

He ended up getting pushed around so much he got dizzy and probably a little bruised

From then on if he's joining you he'll stay farther out and somewhere much safer

It's not that he wants to make you feel bad it's just that it's all way too much for him

He's supportive from the sidelines

While he's very supportive of you, it's definitely not his thing

He'll go to your concerts and watch you have fun, he'll always be there once you're done

While Jamil isn't much into your style, Jade most certainly is

The way you dress was the first thing that caught his attention and caused him to approach you

He compares you to all of the spikey sea creatures there are from his home

He finds your bluntness and honesty very entertaining, it's different from Azul and Floyd. which is who he spends most of his time with

By association, you probably hang out with Floyd too and he loves your style

Azul's a bit more nervous around you but gets used to you the more you hang out with the tweels

He's welcome to the idea of you bringing him to concerts and joining in a mosh pit

While it's obviously not his usual thing, Jade is always willing to try new things from land

And he does enjoy himself while there

He loved the energy and thought many of the people he met were very nice, although he is a little confused on how you don't get overstimulated

Speaking of which, he'll always have a little emergency bag on hand with headphones and fidgets in case you need them

While he's not going to be dressing in the punk style anytime soon, he does enjoy himself and likes seeing you have fun too

(You might even catch him listening to some of the music you showed him)

Group name: LVBZ (Luver Boyz), I wanted to lean into the heart theme for that classic boygroup feel

Fandom name: Rozes, for obvious reasons

While Riddle is the obvious answer for leader, Trey is the right answer. Responsible older brother Trey is probably deeply underappreciated in the group. I feel like he’s probably been in a group that disbanded early before, (cough, Che’nya, Trey, Riddle group anyone?) and has a bit of a tired vibe. He writes a good handful of the songs since he plays the guitar, but he’s actually not crazy about pop. They definitely share a dorm and Trey made a chore chart for them.

Riddle is definitely taking the position of vocalist and center, he’s probably really strict about his training and exercise, he was a trainee for a loooong time and after his last group he’s kinda nervous. His mom used to be a very popular vocalist, but you’ll never catch him with nepo baby claims because he’s so intense. Besides LVBZ Riddle also does some modeling on the side and will probably end up in a drama of some kind.

Cater is absolutely giving “has so many predebut photos” energy. From vlives, to vlogs, cooking videos, asmr videos, tiktoks, instagram posts, Cater is all over their social media like crazy. He’s got a pretty good public image, always interacting with fans, the only thing is- he's a chronic content farmer, it's like so bad guys. At least his aegyo is actually cute? He’s the face and probably a sub vocalist of some kind, but definitely writes the lot of their songs. Seems like the type who has a very good image but chainsmokes/vapes on the side.

RAPPER DEUCE. Okay normal again. But he totally fits the rapper vibes, I can’t stress how well it fits. Has the most embarrassing predebut photos known to man, lots of him with badly dyed hair and he probably had a bullying scandal really early into his career. Extremely awkward aegyo, fans love him cus he comes off as cute but very genuine, fan favorite.

At this point I’ve put all the basketball boys as dancers but can you blame me? Ace reeks of high energy dancer who kinda sucks ass at singing. He tries really, but just let him be the main dancer and a sub rapper! Ace and Deuce used to go to the same highschool predebut and did not get along. Don't leave this guy alone with fans, not because he's going to do anything criminal- he's just gonna say some dumb shit. Spill a secret, be generally kinda dickish- just. Don't do it, fanservice is not Ace’s strong suit

Their discography is kinda all over the place but I feel like that’s the Heartslaybul vibe? I tried to keep it light and sort of… classic boy group vibes. I'm not really into light concept boy groups so this was difficult for me. (I wrote this before I listened to zb1’s debut. They are zb1)

Leona is the leader but honestly he doesn’t do much to corral anyone. He’s definitely been in a couple groups that have done very poorly and can’t stop getting compared to his more successful brother- a recently retired soloist. Worse, he gets tons of “he’s a lazy dancer” and “nepo baby” comments from fans. He’s a bit jaded, and for good reason. He’s not much of a dancer, moreso acting as the visual and vocalist in his group and chances are he’s done an acting gig or two. Leona does a lot of low energy vlives, it's like him eating fried chicken in the dark while barely talking on camera. Refuses to do any cutesy fanservice, ask him to look hot? Done and done. Aegyo? Ask Ruggie.

Ruggie is the face of the group, everyone on the planet has seen him busking before and during his trainee period, not to mention he’s funny, fans love him. He’s also carrying the rapper position, and often gets center, but he and Leona are honestly neck and neck in that area. Ruggie's pretty good aegyo but he literally always laughs afterwards. So many memes of the dumb faces he makes while laughing.

Jack iiiis the dancer, so many first years were subjected to dancer and rapper sorry guys. He’s tried to write songs but only a couple have really panned out- the others are encouraging though! Obviously maknae, endless jokes about being GIANT despite being the youngest. Somehow he seems to take this the most serious despite being the newest to this?

Their sound is very classically masculine, as is Savanaclaw’s vibe. If they barked in the song I legally had to add it

Octavinelle

Group name: TYDE (“Take Your Dreams Everywhere”), I went the EXiD route with this one, it was a little too funny not to

Fandom name: Tied, because TYDE is tied to them 

Oh my god. Despite being my favorite dorm, Octavinelle gave me a fuckin hell of a time to put together, I just did not have a clear vision for them at all. I’m going with Azul, even though I considered leader Jade for a little bit, simply because I think Azul is the kind of leader who designs a bunch of merch for the fans- a la the VIXX thong. He’s rocking with the visual, center, and vocalist position. He comes off as a very smooth and self assured leader, but let’s be honest he’s the only one in the group who’s having a panic attack before award shows. I think he probably had a really hard time as a trainee and can’t let that go just yet.

Jade doesn’t get any kind of strong spot in the lineup somehow, despite there only being three members, he definitely ends up a bit in the background. But Jade doesn’t mind! He honestly doesn’t care much for the spotlight and is mostly here because Azul and Floyd are. He writes all the songs for their group, no arguments.

So we all know Floyd is the dancer, guy canonically loves dancing, but he’s also going to steal the rapper position. This is because rappers are always the weird ones in the group, and by god is Floyd the weird one. He always gets styled extremely strangely, I mean every time he steps on stage he ends up in a new “worst outfits in kpop” list. Floyd ends up being the face because he’s such a standout, not to mention the fact he keeps… showing up with other groups. Is there a vlive happening? Somehow Floyd interrupts. Another group practicing? Not without Floyd they’re not. He’s even managed to be in the background of several MVs (think OOH-AHH Chan). Floyd seems to just know everyone everywhere. 

Holy hell okay their music gave me a hard time too. Octavinelle is so solidified as jazz in my head that trying to think of anything else for them gave me an aneurysm.I struggled so much that yeah I’m breaking and adding one or two japanese songs, sorry guys

Okay they’re complex because. Uh. Jamil is basically doing everything. He’s the most talented  dancer, rapper, vocalist; it’s just that Kalim is the face. Aaaand the center. Despite being a trainee for a way shorter amount of time, despite not being as skilled as Jamil, Kalim took first place in the competitive show they both participated in. Very bitter. Jamil tries to keep it on the down-low but their relationship is definitely suffering from favoritism.

Kalim has probably been a star for a very long time, I’m talking child star levels of fame and already had a fan base by the time he and Jamil debuted. He’s got amazing charisma and stage presence, not to mention Kalim is taking first place as the aegyo king. However, the nepo baby allegations are through the ROOF, seeing as his family straight up owns the company he and Jamil debuted under. That’s not to say he doesn’t try! He works hard, but it’s not going to save him, especially when he’s getting a billion offers from modeling companies and fashion brands, when Jamil isn’t.

I can’t describe what their sound is exactly? I feel like it’s somewhere close to reggaeton with a bit of bollywood/southeast asia

Vil has to be the leader obviously, but he’s also the face, visual and vocalist- let’s be real he’s the most favored of the group and everyone knows it. He was definitely an actor before this, he probably ended up in the group because of an elimination show that he won and then got the privilege of picking all his other members. He for sure has some solo releases, brand deals, modeling gigs- Vil is the it boy of their generation, the kind of idol everyone knows. Definitely a massive one-sided rivalry with Neige, because Neige was probably in a NCT Dream type group as a kid, then went solo when he got older and became incredibly successful. Vil is endlessly jealous.

Rook was probably a runner up in the same show as Vil and fully admitted to being a massive fan while on the show. He’s the best dancer in the group, probably the center, and writes the majority of the songs cus I know this weird fucker likes poetry. Rook is guy who’s a fan before he’s an idol, definitely has a room full of merchandise, people have caught him buying albums of his favorite group

Epel is the maknae, obviously, and was probably previously a background dancer. Vil saw him and picked him up by the scruff of his neck. He’s definitely the only real rapper of the group and can dance pretty well, but this is not the kind of group he wanted to be in. Epel was probably hoping for a concept a bit more like BxB but we don’t all get what we wish for

I listened to Nude while making this and it changed my entire vibe for their group. They’re just (g)-idle. If the music makes you wanna worship a woman it belongs to FoE.

“Malleus is leader!” you cry, and you are wrong, because Lilia literally has to be leader. He is the objectively the best (and funniest) option, Malleus does not have the backbone to be leader yet. Lilia has been around the block a billion times; he’s been a vkei idol, he’s been a model, he’s probably been a wrestler let’s be real he’s the Sakura of twst fr. He writes most of the songs for the group, but is definitely trying to get the others to improve their songwriting skills. While Lilia gets a lot of offers, he turns them down. If I’m honest, he’s probably going to quit being an idol after 

Malleus is definitely taking the vocalist position, no question. He’s also probably taking the “least popular member of the group” position. Poor guy is seriously awkward on camera and has a chronic case of resting scary face. He takes center pretty frequently, half as an attempt to get him some more recognition- it’s not great cus he’s kinda a stiff dancer. He was fairly popular pre-debut for his extremely strange energy 

Call me insane, but dancer Silver! He’s very physically capable, it’s just… you’ll catch him sleeping every time he’s not practicing. Definitely has insane muscle memory, he could do all his choreography with his eyes closed. He’s also an occasional vocalist, he’s got a nice soft voice. Sebek is always getting on him for “being lazy” but Silver usually just tells him to screw off.

Sebek gets rapper because he’s sooooo good at projecting and enunciating aggressively. It’s all the Malleus worship. I think he was a trainee at the same time as Malleus and was utterly obsessed with him, fan favorite for being So Weird All The Time.

I’ll be so real, if the song made me feel gorgeous it went on the list. They kinda reek of 3rd gen Kpop? This is definitely Lilia’s fault. But I’m so here for it the nostalgia go CRAAAZY. Also they are VIXX thanks.

good day to you as well anon : ) wow i'm like in a social survey or something! i'm honestly somewhat nervous about giving my opinions on things, but i'll answer these for those who're curious! -- i'd say Savanaclaw in general, as in aesthetic and design, and Diasomnia based on my personal preferences (bc i like gloomy places duh). as for the least fav i'd say Ignihyde, it's techno theme is not really my thing. though it still has a grim touch of the underworld that i like still, i adore all dorms with how unique they are, the designs in twst are just ughh *tears up* -- disclaimer i adore all the characters too! they all have something in them that makes me want to smile when i see them the one that i adore the most is Rook! my only sunshine really the only character who doesn't sit quite well with me is, ironically, Vil. though i still try to appreciate him the best i can -- hmm honestly i don't exactly tie the characters to the dorms they belong to, so the take on fav/least fav housewarden/vice will be unbiased haha anyway it's Idia! mostly because i relate to the guy so much that it's unsettling, but it's also all the other features of his character yeah yeah as for the least fav, i don't have one! -- i actually don't feel anything too special for any of the side characters, though i love Rollo's design and story. nah, his whole event has a place in my heart -- for the last one, i'm afraid the answer will be quite boring but i don't currently have any ships that i'm a big fan of. though i think well of pretty much all of the pairings, there are so many interesting dynamics between characters, platonic or romantic or anything really, i'm very open-minded on this one! well that's about it, thanks for reading! it's not often that i have to write something so big huh have a good day you guys : ) ah and thanks for the questions anon! i hope my answers were enough

personality: for how i'd describe myself, i'd definitely say i try my best to be optimistic about things. whenever i ask people if my personality is the sun or the moon, they usually say i'm the sun LOL. i've been told that i have a relaxing voice and that i have a comforting presence. from my perspective, i'm decently quiet and shy and i get pretty nervous talking to new people irl, but once the conversation gets going, i can talk to anyone just fine. i tend to be agreeable, and i think i'm pretty easy to talk to. my friends say i'm a sweet person , but that i also seem to get lost in my thoughts a lot or daydream often. i've also been told by many people that i'm pretty funny, and my humor tends to rely on a mix of my vocabulary and the latest trends. i'm playful and silly by nature, often teasing my friends and goofing around, but i'm also capable of providing genuine advice and comfort to people if they need me to. i like a lot of playful banter in my life. i've also been told that i'm trustworthy and reliable whenever i work with other people. additionally, i'm more detail-oriented, mainly because i like to go in-depth and consider things with logic if i can. but, at the same time, i can be a bit impatient and impulsive if i really want something, but not so much that i do anything too reckless, if that makes sense LOL.

Hi! I recently read your Being Reincarnated series and I loved each and every one of them! I especially enjoyed Jade, Floyd, and Leona's and can't wait to see where it goes when you get around to writing more parts! (No rush though irl always takes precedence and the last thing I ever want is to put pressure on anyone.)

I'm an absolute sucker for isekai and Villainess redo/insert stories. Honestly, I've read so many it's ridiculous, and I'm a massive fan of TWST, so these felt like something I never knew I needed but were amazingly perfect. Reading them I actually felt pretty inspired, and I wanted to ask if you minded people using the concept? I would make the plot very different of course but the premise of an isekai into a world with a TWST character as either a villain or male lead character? Feel free to tell me no, my feelings will not be hurt at all and there is no pressure. I would never want to make someone feel like I plagiarized them as it's something I've experienced and hated with a passion.

The reason I try my best to maintain ambiguity for the villain/ess!reader (not assigning a name, or too much details in appearance or in background information) is so that others can imagine what they like with the character. To let them have a villainsona or an villain/ess au Yuu in a way ^_^

Hi!!! I came from reading your dorm leaders x chubby s/o fic? And let me tell you, that fic honestly made my day quite a bit. Usually when I would point out the issues with grammar and spelling, but not now, not today. I just want to tell you how I'm so glad to have found something that I can relate to. I'm a chubby person myself and has gone days and weeks of depriving myself of food just to be thinner and seeing "chubby" being used in a positive light really boosted my confidence even if just the tiniest bit. Please do keep it up, and hopefully you could reach others.

I think that the "dorm leaders x chubby S/O" was one of the first twst fics I wrote, and one of the first request I ever got (it's old guys) and I'm glad that its aged well

Hey y'all it's me Serenity. I don't know if y'all noticed but I deleted all of my OC art. It's frustrating to see my work gets an average of 50 notes and no, I don't blame my audience. Rather, I blame myself for not putting as much effort for it to be pleasing for my audience. It hurts when I think this piece or that piece will at least get lots of viewers but in result, it only has little. It's also quite embarrassing how envious I get when I think about how others have followers and half of their followers or even a quarter of them interacts with their post while I have 600+ followers yet my art rarely gets 100+. Just with my latest Fein post, if it wasn't shared by a big blog then it would've only gotten 20+ notes. I know I shouldn't be comparing myself to others but I can't help it. I sometimes even pray and hope it'll at least reach 50 notes but I have to learn things the hard way maybe. Probably the lack of support and the internal disappointment discouraged me?

I'm so so sorry for sounding so ungrateful, I really really am sorry but I promise you all that every support I get is treasured within my heart so so so much and I will forever be grateful for those support. I don't blame most of y'all for not liking my art when I know myself I don't put much effort in them. The anatomy isn't right, I can't do lightings, my coloring isn't that good, my poses aren't dynamic, my poses are stiff, and my drawings in general are boring. How would your twst boys react if their parents got called to school for a parent-teacher meeting? And who would go for Billy? Vil maybe?

I mean...Night Raven College is a COLLEGE. I don't think they do parent/teacher meetings at that level. Well, actually, I stand corrected: maybe they do in Japan (I'm a bit puzzled by how the Japanese school system works, I'm not very knowledgeable there), but in America - which is really the country I'm writing from with experience - that's not a thing. Meanwhile, in-game, we've seen several times that this school is pretty far out from where any of these characters originate, and they typically only contact relatives remotely via phone, or see them when they go back during events, break periods, etc. So, to me, I doubt it's a likelihood such a thing would even occur. BUT, for the sake of the question, let's presume that they DO have some sort of Open House going on, where parents/guardians can come in and check on their progeny and how they are doing in school so far. It seems highly unlikely to me, but let's just imagine it hypothetically. If we presume this could even happen... Maelstrom and Grit would be half-excited and half-nervous, because they are both tremendous Mama's Boys and love their mothers dearly. As a result, on the one hand, they're eager to show them around and hoping they'll enjoy the experience...but they're both anxious because Grit is a schemer and Maelstrom is a bully, and I don't think either would like for their mothers to know these things. James and Smitty I don't think would be too worried; James is a pretty good study, and I don't think he even considers how much mischief he gets up to. That may or may not come back to bite him. XD Smitty isn't the very best student, just in terms of grades, but he's usually well-behaved, and he'd mostly just be happy to show his parents around the campus. Theodore and Reno...I think would try to play it cool, but are secretly very anxious. Like, they both know their attitudes and antics could look bad, but they try not to show they really care that much about upsetting their parents, and just hope their grades are decent enough to cover, so to speak.

Billy and Elias are both effectively orphans. Billy's parents disowned him because they were literal giant jerkfaces, and Elias lost his parents, tragically, when he was in High School. Neither would have parents to come and visit. With that said, Vil I've long headcanoned is kind of a surrogate "Mr. Mom" for Billy, and I also like the idea of Lilia or even Malleus sort of taking Eli under their wing to some degree or another. However, since Vil is a dorm leader, and since Malleus and Lilia are the Housewarden and Vice-Housewarden of their dorm respectively, I don't think either party would NEED to have a conference for any reason. They'll probably just show up for moral support, if anything. XD

I'm really not sure how Nakoda would feel; to be honest, I've never really given Nako's family too much thought. I know he has one, unlike Billy and Elias, but I've never really developed them in any way. I don't know how close he is to them (probably not very, to be honest), what they think of him, etc. So for him, I've got no clue.

🍩 First and foremost, Ruggie loves just how understanding you can be of others and the situation that they are currently in or have been in in the past. With his upbringing living in what is basically the slums, seeing the violence that he did, not knowing when he was going to have another meal, while trying to protect himself and his family, sometimes by unsavory means, it means a lot to him that you try to understand things from his perspective of things. It shows that you really do care.

🍩 Ruggie has a lot of street smarts and certainly book smarts after everything, and with how much you love to be able to help him and others, he'll certainly repay the favor.... sometimes for a price. Hey, old habits die hard. But if you bring him some sweets, especially donuts, you're all good to go.

🍩 Being another sweets lover, I feel that sweets weren't always something he could enjoy growing up given where he had grown up. So, for you to just come along and just gift him some sweets that you had, especially if it was like a box of donuts you managed to get your hands on, he is over the moon. Sure, at first he was rather skeptical. After all, who woukd just gave away their food for free? Everything has a price. But after a while, he just got rather used to itand welcomes it with open arms and an open mouth.

🍩 The fact that you are always so willing to help others around you tugs at his heart. What sealed the deal was when he took you to his home during break, he was honestly very nervous that when you saw where and how be lived and grew up, you'd leave, only to be pleasantly surprised when you instantly offered to help those who needed it. At this point, the whole village loves you and is always asking Ruggie when you would visit again, especially his grandmother, she absolutely adores you.

🍩 A calm, simple, and happy life. Deep down, he wants it as well. A life where he doesn't have to worry about putting food on the table, or wonder if anything horrible is going to happen. A simple life with you, it makes him smile. I can see him being a bit of a minimalist goven his upbringing and being happy with the little things, so, as long as he has you, and maybe a nice little home with you in the future, he is as happy as can be.

🍩 He understands your sleepiness. After a very long day of studies, spelldrive practice, doing errands for Leona, he is exhausted by the end of the day. So, the fact that he gets to come back for snuggles and a good nap? His tail is thumping softly as he curls in your arms. Granted, it is a little hard to actually get him to that point. Time is money after all, but with some sweet words and the promise of donuts, he will be putty in your arms and is just cuddling under the blankets.

🍩 As a male hyena beastman, there are times where it definitely more submissive, as is male hyena behavior when around females. So, at times, this behavior will reflect when he is with you, but deep down, he also loves it when he gets to protect you at various times. It floods him with a sense of accomplishment and pride to show he can be a good, protective, and providing mate.

🍩 Ruggie, after a while, is big on giving you gifts. Whether it comes from him wanting to show that he can provide for you or because he feels the need to give them to you so you'll stay with him (he has a little issues on self worth , he just doesn't want you to leave him if he feels like he can't provide), we may never know. But he will manage to get materilea for you for your love of drawing. No matter what it is, he manages to find a sale and is constantly bringing you anything you'd like.

🍩 Overall, there are times where Ruggie is still rather confused as to why you chose someone like him to be with when there are literal princes in this school, but at the end of the day, he isn't complaining. You love him for who he is and he loves you for who you are.

First of all I would like to tell you that I find your writing and blog so beautiful and interesting. I think you reflect the characters' personalities very well.. I know they're not taking orders or anything but a thought occurred to me:

I couldn't help but think of a scenario where the reader, in a show of commitment and love towards Leona, learns to speak his language. (I don't remember well what language it was)

In intimate and emotionally strong moments the reader is speaking in that language either to give words of encouragement and security to Leona or to remind him how loved he is. I can imagine Leona nervous and internally shy about that form of affection being putty in the reader's hands (although he will try not to be too obvious).

I also imagine taking advantage of speaking in that language when the reader wants to flirt and playfully put Leona in his place. (Dominant affection tactic?) It would be quite romantic, all that mutual flirting using that language as an intimate way of talking to each other. As if Leona and the reader were in their own world together

But since it's just a line of thought that occurred to me, I hope to see more content from your blog, I really liked it,

That being said, I love your idea and it does resonate with me. I have seen fics where Leona speaks in Swahili, and I think it would be very fun to research and explore that.
