the new year coming is making my chest tighten and i fr have no idea why. like its just the new year, so what??? times is moving on like it always does, why am i freaking out abt it???? i dont even know why time stresses me out so much, like im this close to crying about the fact that ive got nine days before break ends and twenty seven days until my mock trial competition with two dentists appointments literally right before then. thats plenty of time and also why the hell does it matter so much to me??

i get so fucking caught up on everything i feel like i HAVE to do that it makes me sick. even when im actively working on the thing i feel i have to do, i feel like im not doing it fast enough, or the people around me aren't taking the time seriously enough and it hinders me being able to perform in the most efficient way. everything hurts my head and somehow i make enjoying the things i like a thing i have to do it or ill fucking die. i have to get my reading in, i have to watch this, i have to play that, i have to go on a walk before this time, i have to eat at this time, i absolutely have to. what the fuck is this and what the fuck is wrong with me :(
