First of all, Tango hadn’t consented to the moon suddenly trying to crash into the server and destroy Hermitcraft. That, and he wasn’t partial to the moon after tasting so much of it. In fact, he doesn’t like the moon at all. The danger doesn’t bother him anymore. Honestly, it's the little things, like impaired vision from having to duct tape his visor shut so many times. there's a lot of different reasons i love overture, but honestly i think my favourite has to be the fact that this entire story, desire is the only one trying to save the universe, all their other siblings are being totally useless, but unfortunately they're stuck in a time loop of watching dream argue with himself about pronouns

Also what is going on with the Daydreaming One??? She has a sister but can't remember her name to the point that she believes she's an only child. Did the sister went to that island in the north that mysteriously disappeared that no one can say the name of anymore? Is that also the island where the king came from cuz whenever you beat him, he keeps saying how he still can't say "it." What's "it"?

what do you do when the girl you spent the better part of the last decade in love with calls you up to tell you they dumped their girlfriend and quit their job and would you like to go spend a couple weeks on a beach in greece with them because they miss you and love you (not like that) . and you miss them and love them (not like that. anymore) and you’re probably not getting into grad school anyway and even if you did you can’t keep moving countries to start over because that doesn’t fix things and you could use the money you have saved that you were gonna put towards tuition to buy a plane ticket and sublet a beach villa instead. because you miss them and you love them and you’re tired of missing them and loving them has always felt good and you never feel good anymore and whatever maybe you can just have a lovely few weeks in fuckin greece and just. that’s enough you don’t have to try more than that they go back home and you stay on a beach in greece for as long as anyone else will remember . hypothetically. you should do that, right

I feel like nobody talks about how fucking weird Henry's 'so naive' comment about Susie through the golden ink messages is tbh. I'm sure it's meant to be like sad, but it feels so fucking stupid.

What do you mean naive Henry she was literally tricked by the same guy who tricked you, except unlike you she wasn't a white man in the 1930s she was a woman being taken advantage of by the men in power around her [which would've included Henry who was Joey's literal business partner]. Seems like she did the same thing you did but unlike you she had way more reason to be forced to stick around and so she did. Not only that but she learned to distrust Joey, something u didn't seemingly learn until he trapped u in a timeloop. Idk is that just me? It feels weirdly mean-spirited even as like a 'poor gal' kind of comment. Henry literally did the same thing she did why does it make her naive??? Is it projection?? Cause I never got the impression it was considering how much the story really seems to take everything Henry says at face value [like how he calls Malice heartless and it's like. Okay well at least she has a personality u piece of cardboard who has no depth besides 'oh gee I sure do love my wife, hope I don't die']

Cause unlike characters like Joey we've never gotten the impression Henry's judgement is clouded with emotion or tainted with lies or generally that anything he's said is untrue or put through the filter of what he sees. It seems like when he says Susie's naive the narrative is genuinely telling us that's how she is. Henry's never really had his perspective challenged narratively which is why I want to stress I don't think it's like a 'oh deep down he sees himself in her' or a projection kind of deal. It's never been implied we shouldn't take Henry's word at face value.

there's a reason the loops start at the colorado location otherwise do you know how chaotic shit COULD get if someone gets revived that shouldn't be revived?

the colorado location is in shambles. no one knows whats going on. dave's still heartless, jack's still soulless, and steven's still in constant pain. harry doesn't know why he's there and he's having a crisis. henry's sick of people dragging themselves out of their graves. peter's tired. location 14 got set on fire by steven the day after henry killed him & harry was transferred to location 47 as a result. everything is going JUST FINE.

also why blue? bc red is the same color as blood and who wants to look like they're covered in blood constantly? so i just went with the opposite color to red, which is blue.
