So, an account posted the alleged number of episodes that gmmtv's 2025 series is going to have and people are freaking out that Me and Thee will have 10 episodes of 45 min (allegedly).

Someone even asked the novel author about it and this is what she said:

And I kind of agree with her.

Me and Thee novel has 500 pages, but in terms of storyline, it doesn't have enough for 10 episodes of 45 minutes in my opinion.

If we only have 10 episodes (which I don't think is bad), I hope they use it for the best parts of the novel and give it more background to some storylines.

The novel lacks in development some plots and characters, such as Peach and his boss drama (I would love to read more about their 'rivalry'), Peach and his sister's past and traumas, Thee's mafia background, Thee's family...

From what we saw in the mock trailer, many changes will happen, the most important one being the change in main the POV - from Peach to Thee. I'm certain X will create new storylines (probably related to Thee's family), and I hope he gives Peach's trauma related to violence more attention (I would love to see him dealing with anxiety, for example).

I'm just too excited for this series. I think the series will be huge, given the views that the trailer has and Thee being a character that everyone is antecipating. Even if is just 10 episodes, if is good, what is the problem?
